Modern cafe serving Middle Eastern street foods & drinks in a striking skyscraper.
"Yes, our favorite thing at Mamnoon is a deep-fried cauliflower drowning in tahini - but it’s still cauliflower at the end of the day, and at least it’s not covered in batter. So have at it, and don’t forget some mezze like baba ghanoush and hummus, beef and lamb kefta with yogurt, and grilled chicken that’s tastier than it really has a right to be. It’s slightly upscale, but this is still Seattle, so you can come in your gym clothes and fit in just fine." - aimee rizzo
"A pita stuffed with crisp falafel alongside a mint lemonade slushie is exactly the kind of meal you might be craving when you’re all done scaling a mountain. Especially if that spread is coming from Mamnoon Street. There are a lot of ways to do lunch or dinner here, whether you get a platter of mezze, a shawarma wrap, or just a basket of the delicious harra fries with za’atar mayo. "Popular fine-dining restaurant Mamnoon has a fast-casual offshoot, with two windows that serve Lebanese street food, one on Capitol Hill at its original location and also downtown on 6th Avenue. Both serve warm-spiced lamb shawarma wrapped in fluffy pita and served with pickled turnips and garlic sauce. Its best enjoyed with the harra frites — Aleppo pepper-dusted fries served with za’atar mayo or a quinoa tabbouleh which swaps out the traditional bulgar wheat for nuttier quinoa." - Alana Al-Hatlani
"Mamnoon Street’s falafel sandwich hits the spot, especially after a hike or any other kind of physical activity, including walking around the corner. The homemade flatbread, tahini, and pickled turnips make this wrap better than the sum of its parts, even though the parts are pretty damn great. Add an order of spicy fries with za’atar mayo and/or a mint lemonade." - aimee rizzo
"With locations across the city, only Mamnoon Street in Denny Triangle offers a fully halal menu. This fast-casual spot has a popular assortment of dishes ranging from shawarma to salads, baba ghanoush to a za’atar lamb burger. For smaller bites, Mamnoon’s harra frites are paired with condiments including za’atar mayo and tangy-spiced harra ketchup." - Sabra Boyd
