Definitely one of the most delightful Italian restaurants in town. Each dish offers a refreshing twist on traditional Italian cuisine, with innovative combinations that stand out. I highly recommend trying all of the appetizers. The pasta, in particular, is exceptional and surpasses the main courses. I celebrated my birthday here and had a wonderful experience. Although the service felt a bit rushed due to the busy Friday night, I wish the staff could have been more patient. The overall atmosphere is cozy, and despite the tables being close together, it wasn’t noisy. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality makes it worth returning—especially for the pasta.

It was a good experience, the welcomed my other guest even though I was trying to get the car parked, they let them seat, and got their orders. In other places they would let them wait until the party were completed, so this was the first green flag! The truffle pizza as everyone say is 100% recommendable!

I just had the pleasure of dining at Mamo in Soho, and I can confidently say it was one of the best Italian experiences I've ever had!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Katerina, the front hostess, whose warm and welcoming demeanor set the perfect tone for the evening. Her genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The food at Mamo is simply superb. Each dish was a delightful celebration of authentic Italian flavors, crafted with the freshest ingredients. The truffle pizza was cooked to perfection, everything was cooked to perfection rich and flavorful, showcasing the chef’s skill and passion. Our waiters, Arbor and Tony, were equally impressive. They provided attentive and knowledgeable service, making great recommendations that enhanced our meal. Their enthusiasm and care for the guests truly elevated the dining experience. We even met the manager Gigi who took his time to give us attention and amazing service as well. I was really blown away by his attention to details. The cocktails by the bartender Juan were outstanding—each one a work of art in both presentation and flavor. The wine selection complemented the meal beautifully, adding another layer to an already fantastic evening. Overall, Mamo is a gem in Soho that combines exceptional food, a warm atmosphere, and stellar service. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable Italian dining experience. I will definitely be returning!

I celebrated my birthday Lunch at Mamo and it was truly a delightful experience. The restaurant exudes a beautiful classic chic ambiance that sets the perfect tone for a special occasion. The food was absolutely amazing - I indulged in the truffle ravioli and branzino with purple rice, both of which were cooked to perfection. The ice cream with warm strawberries was the perfect sweet ending to my meal. As an appetizer, I enjoyed the flavorful tuna dish. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive and made me feel truly special on my birthday. I highly recommend Mamo for anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience with delicious food ❤️🥂

So wanted to love this place. Very tony crowd. Very busy at 8:30. Really sweet interiors, bar downstairs is to die for, upstairs room is very pretty… but so noisy it gave me a headache. Our server was elegant and knowledgeable (we were convinced her accent was fake, ha ha.) Decent wine list, not too-too expensive. Pacing was good, table maintenance good except the wine/ water glasses are very tall and easily knocked over when you have white, red and water for 3 pp. To the food: tuna carpaccio was delicious, big enough for 2. My Cacio e Pepe was not good. Way too much butter and oil in the sauce to the point it tasted greasy. Mains were mixed. Veal Milanese was cooked to death. Dry, dry, dry, almost like they threw it in the fryer instead of pan fried. Tagliatelle with beef ragu was good and hearty on a freezing cold night. Beef carpaccio as my main was disappointing. I ordered a Julius Salad on the side to plop on top but it was so salty I couldn’t really eat it. Desserts, however, were terrific. Chocolate budino with passion fruit and hazelnuts was outrageously good as was the tiramisu. Probably go back if I was somewhere in SOHO, but there are so many options now.

My friend and I had the most wonderful night at Mamo. As I got in the staff was super friendly and they made us feel at home.Lauren was our server and she was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about the menu so we ended up ordering a few of her suggestions and we were very pleased with the food: Burrata hazelnut truffle,simply delicious! Angel hair shrimp pistachio pasta and Eggplant parmigiana! Everything was 10/10! Thanks for Making my last night in New York memorable.

The food defines the restaurant, but the service and ambiance create the experience—and this place exceeded my expectations on all fronts. From the warm hosts and attentive managers to the exceptional waitstaff and stunning atmosphere, everything was absolutely top-notch. Even on a busy Saturday, they accommodated our request and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. The eggplant parm, rigatoni, and steak were all outstanding—each dish better than the last. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited a restaurant where the focus on customer experience is so evident. Highly recommend!

Probably one of the best restaurants in the city ! Amazing vibe, lots of celebrities come here all the time have seen Drake here. Best service in NYC! Pizza, Brussels sprouts & branzino are amazing! DESSERTS ARE AWESOME ! The staff is always amazing but Carlos is next level at making sure we had the best time!
