I Bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee OCTOBER 25 2025. I Got a 30 Day Warranty. 16 Days out of 30 it was in the Service Department it had an antifreeze leak oil leak, slipping transmission, and a broken air conditioner .. They said they Fixed Everything But the Air Conditioner. They tore it apart then called me and stated that it was Not Under Warranty BUT IF I WOULD PAY FOR HALF THEY WOULD PAY THE OTHER HALF I STATED NO IT SHOULD BE UNDER WARRANTY SO IM STILL WAITING ON SOME ONE TO CONTACT ME. I WANT MY AIR CONDITIONER FIXED UNDER WARRANTY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND M&L Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Lexington, North Carolina to NO ONE !!! THEY SOLD ME A LEMON AND WILL NOT FIXED THE AIR CONDITIONER UNDER WARRANTY. !!! BE SMART AND DO NOT NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

Such a great experience buying my new Jeep at M and L Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep! One of the Jeeps online caught my eye and I drove out from Raleigh to check her out. Every single person I worked with was absolutely wonderful, no pressure, and upfront. The showroom is recently renovated and very clean. Every staff person I spoke to was so helpful and attentive. Absolutely worth the 90 minute drive to purchase here!! The process was extremely transparent and I never felt rushed or pressured. I am a little bit picky and can be a little grumpy, but the entire team was kind and patient! They were super efficient with the entire process as well. When I arrived, it was quick to get my trade in and looked at, the offer was very fair, and the team helping me actually listened to what I wanted in the vehicle I was looking at and didn't try to push me into something different. Shout out to Luis for his utmost patience with me! Luis was great about following up after the sale and making sure all my questions were answered. It was seamless and he got me set up for my first service interval. So freaking excited about my new wheels and will definitely be visiting again when it's time for my next vehicle! 5/5 stars!

Requested a price quote via email. They responded and wanted me to talk to a car salesman and their finance dept.. I kept asking for a price quote and eventually they just stopped responding entirely. Never got a quote.

a week ago New ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !! My brand new 2025 Ram had a light dimming sensor issue (at least that's what they told me)and did not make out of the parking lot before the blind spot light came on lights in the steering wheel started flashing and front collision sensor went on stoping the truck in traffic luckily after turning the truck off and restarted it I was able to make it back to the dealership. They put me in a loaner and said it was probably the battery. I picked it up in a few days in the evening then next am went out to go to store and noticed several scratches on the drivers door that were not there when I purchased the truck. I reached out to the salesman he said he would let the service manager know. The next morning going to work the truck had the same electrical / sensor issue so the salesman brought me yet another loaner and took the truck back to the dealership. I reached out to the sales manager and he told me the scratches we fixed ( they most likely happened when the truck was in service TWICE FOR THE SAME ISSUE ) Remember the is a BRAND NEW TRUCK! When I went to pick up it up a few days later the scratches were not handled as I was told more than once by the sales manager Tyler. The sales manager that was there was very rude and condescending and told me there was nothing he could do and actually went out and rubbed the scratches thinking it was something on the door panel and made the scratches actually WORSE I told him I was going to call Ram customer care he rudely to me to "GO AHEAD" Then he told me to go back to service and have the service manager Nate to put it through warranty. Nate told me he took digital pictures and would get back to me in couple of days Nothing no call I called at least 5 time always busy per service advisor I left messages and no call back to date. So I have a 50K plus BRAND NEW TRUCK THAT BROKE DOWN TWICE within 40 miles on the odometer and got scratches in service by the technician or someone at the dealership all on drivers door and a panel under the dash they removed to replace the "dimming sensor"they used a power tool to remove and reinstall and over tightened and chewed up the hard plastic around the screw on one side. The truck also had scratches on both middle pillars it either came from the factory that way or when detail applied the "DEALER ADDED INTERIOR PROTECTION " that they added to the price of the truck as "electronic registration " aka a junk fee. Terrible dealership very respectful and helpful till you sign the paperwork and the loan funds after that they treated me very disrespectful and were very deceiving and did not follow through what they said they would do. A great way to treat a disabled vet or anyone else. Horrible would be an understatement they lied repeatedly and are not accountable for damages to my BRAND NEW TRUCK. The only good thing that I can say about the dealership is that the salesman Luis did a great job and did his best to make a bad experience better.

I took my vehicle in on March 26, 2025 for some fairly cosmetic repairs: 1) windshield wiper fluid was not spraying properly, 2) the gas cap release button didn't work, 3) I also asked them to check my brake pads, as I thought I heard something rattling when I pressed the brake. I also decided to go ahead and get an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that the wiper and gas cap issue was an external issue, and the rattling was an internal issue, and they would require an external and internal diagnosis fee totaling ~$500 (not including the repairs). The associate (male) stated that it would take 2-3 days to diagnose the issue, so I left my car there (Wednesday). Fast forward to Saturday, after hearing no feedback, I reached out to the service department to get a status update, and a different associate (female) informed me that they haven't gotten to my vehicle yet and it would take 2-3 days to get started. Seeing how I work, and I'm in management I needed to go in, so I secured a rental vehicle for and proceeded on my normal schedule. I called the service department to come and retrieve my child's car seat, while they worked. While retrieving the seat, noticed my car was still in the same location. So, I called in at the end of the day to get an update, and low and behold, they still hadn't touched my car. At this point I asked that if they hadn't started service, I'd just like my vehicle back, and informed the associate that I would pick up the vehicle in the morning. Upon arrival the next morning, the associate (male) was adamant that they had begun working on the vehicle already and was unsure why the second associate (female) told me they hadn't begun. Reluctantly, he gave me the key, and I went to the back to get my car which was in the SAME location as I found it days before. Ironically, I took the car to Firestone that same day, and they were able to complete 3 of 5 tasks in less than hour, and it only cost me ~$100. As a result of my visit to M&L, $280 for a car rental, and my vehicle was never serviced. It is highly unlikely that i will go back for service and would not purchase a vehicle there either, based on this experience.

I was in town needing a service on my truck. The team at M@L worked me in and got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. My interactions with the staff was very positive. They got me in and out in the time frame they said it would be. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

When it was time to change my vehicle, I was excited that there was a third row JGC-L I looked around online, called a few in the area, none had what I was looking for in stock. I was looking for something with towing for our camper. Well, turns out tow prep doesn't mean towing. When I spoke with the sales person at M&L they thought it would have the hitch when it came in (it was in transit). The jeep came earlier than expected and it didn't have anything to tow. The part was on back order! Indefinitely. Heard that from a service guy who was waiting for a part bc he too wanted to get a new jeep and couldn't. I searched and found what I needed on 2 websites (Mopar parts so warranted work). M&L worked with me on this. They ordered the parts, included the towing in my total purchase price, and bc their service department didn't have anyone to install my wiring harness, they cut me a check to take it to Kernersville Jeep. The parts are in, and installed!! My car is good to go just a few weeks after purchase instead of unknown time frame. Trade in: I got an excellent fair value for my trade in. KBB is a good place to see what your trade in is worth.

Went to service department worst experience ever.They charge me $300 to put a fuse in.

service department sucks!!! it is not what i can do for the customer it is F the customer how much can I get the customer to spend with them. Drop the truck off to get looked at no call back until I call to find out what is going on. they can not find out who my warranty is with but it is with them. Dodge has my warranty. They do not care that I am paying for a rental car while my truck is in the shop. it is not their money. I hope their car needs repair and they get the same customer support I got from them. From this day on I will tell everyone that I meet and all my Dodge buddy's to stay away from them I will never go back to this dealership again. so pissed off about the service I received. Might come back every day to talk about how crappy I was treated.

They do respond quickly if you want an offer on a vehicle you'd like to trade in. However, they won't pay as much as it's worth. Came here to look at a specific vehicle I had seen online. Salesperson had no idea where the vehicle was. We didn't see it anywhere on the lot, so I asked if it had been sold already. The salesperson had no idea if it had even been put on the lot yet. She just seemed clueless. I just left at this point. Purchased elsewhere the same day.

Service has gone to poop. Used this dealer 3 years ago to do some work and service was excellent. Over the past 2 yrs had so-so experience. This past week had a horrible experience. Took my $90k truck in for a recall to install a dpm sensor - picked up the truck and engine light came on during the drive home. Called the dealer they ask if I could bring it in and I said yes but would need a loaner vehicle- they didn't have any so I told them it would be a week before I could drop it off. We set a date and I dropped the truck off the night before. I didn't hear from the dealer all day despite me sending 2 texts for an update. I called at 4:45 - service operator transferred me to the technician who had me on hold for 10 mins, then someone pick up and immediately hung up the phone. I waited 5 mins - called back and asked the service operator for the service manager - then the technician who hung up on me was calling me on the other line. Spoke to the technician who said they needed more time with the truck - I asked for a loaner and he said he didn't have any. Ask what the problem was and he said they needed more time to diagnose the issue. I proceeded to ask why should I leave the truck - you had all day to diagnose the issue and you weren't able to do it - what makes you think you can do it tomorrow? They proceeded to tell me that maybe I should try another dealer - oh I most definitely will be going to another dealer for my service and future vehicle purchases. Won't be back and will not recommend to anyone. Stay away from M&L.

Worst car buying experience ever! And I have bought a lot of cars (you can see other reviews). M&L being a small town dealer you would think they would want repeat business! Not the case at all. I would honestly recommend driving to Greensboro or Kernersville if you plan to buy a Dodge or Jeep! My wife will be leaving a review about M&L as well. Trust me when I say, I regret more than anything giving this dealership any business! I hope to keep others from making the same mistake I made. If you want to stay local please check out Jerry Hunt right down the road! This is the first negative review I have ever left for a car dealership after buying 10+ cars in the past 5 years! I purchased a Jeep 11 weeks ago. The dealership was to transfer my tags. They have yet to complete this. The communication with the dealership after the sale has been absolutely horrible trying to get any information regarding status updates on my tags. I would NOT recommend purchasing from M&L.

Attempted to purchase a vehicle for my company today. I had a clear title trade for a Ford Raptor and was looking to purchase a new JT. I gave them all the trade info they requested and waited for a number. Prior to this, I had already researched what to expect for this trade and told them that. I advised them that I had taken the LOWEST Kelly Blue Book trade number (the range was $49912.00 to $55432.00) and averaged it with the average of NADA Average and Clean Trade valuations (Those numbers are $50325.00 and 51950.00). That number came to $50729.00. I also advised that, to make the deal easy, I would then round that number down to the nearest thousand, which leaves us at $50000 even. However, I then stated I would take $49000, just to make it even easier. Even VROOM had already offered $46000, with no photos, sight unseen. What did M&L offer? $42000 and refused to come up. In addition, I had also told them that I already researched what the Retail value was and what that actual vehicle was selling for within 100 miles. That number came up around $55,000, with a low range of $53,000. So, they wanted to make, at least, an $11,000 profit off selling one vehicle. Also, I informed them that I have worked in management of a dealership before, so I know the game and what front end profit averages are. It made no difference to them, they still stood firm. Now, you may think this is all, but we are not done yet. Far from it. I had told them at the beginning, I have an employee pricing code for the purchase of the JT. Ok, no problem, they said. However, after all the trade stuff, they tried to claim that corporate (Stellantis, who owns Jeep now) had come out and said "no employee pricing through the end of the year". What was the response of corporate when I asked about this? "Huh?" Yep, they flat out lied about it. They have the option not to honor it, of course, but they lied about it and deflected blame for it to Jeep, instead of the local dealer. So, in conclusion, at every step of the process this dealer will attempt to screw you. I consider myself an extremely well informed buyer, as I buy trucks and cars for work all the time. I also have worked in the industry, and still do. I can only imagine how many uneducated buyers these guys have gotten over on. Buyer Beware! I would stay away.

I bought a used car there 5 years ago. Since then, no matter how many times I tell them not to, they keep calling, emailing, and texting me with sales pitches. The last time I tried calling them to tell them to stop, I got transferred seven times and everyone passed the buck. On guy said the GM wasn't in, another said he was in but busy, one of which had to be a lie.

WOW!!!! THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had. M&L was out 3rd dealer of the day, so I was angry when we accidentally found them. Steve Matherly was the best. He was very attentive to our needs and patient with my wifes indecision lol. He came up with several options for us to choose from. Plus, he's a military veteran. We drove away in a 2019 Compass and a Yeti cooler.

This is the worst car dealership I have ever been into. From buying to the service department if I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, terrible mechanics in the service department, might as well go to the quick lube around the corner. Just overall a terrible experience from the word go. If you want a great experience travel a little further and go to Kernersville Chrysler dodge. Stay away from this place I would not let them change my oil!!! I live in Lexington and I'm amazed that this establishment is still in business, literally the word around town is to stay away from M and L!! Consider yourself warned.

I came in with my 2013 Dodge Journey a month ago. And to say that it was a terrible experience would be putting it nicely. Not only did the "first year mechanic" misdiagnose my fuel tank issue. But, I overheard how the service director was about to fire everyone in the service advisor position. Those are the only people that were nice to me, or even tried to help me! Needless to say, when I showed up the next day all the advisors were gone. I asked if they were all fired. She told me they all quit that day. Meanwhile, everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. And the service director looked like a little girl that dropped her ice cream on the dirt floor. Serves him right. Meanwhile, that tech of the year still works there. Guess you have job security if you are garbage. Car still broken. I would not let this place work on my worst enemies tricycle.

Brought my 2016 Explorer to the service department to repair a leak in an air conditioning tube. I bought my vehicle here and so the warranty covered the repair. It was terrible. First, the guy I spoke to when I arrived was rude and seemed unaware of my warranty. He seemed inconvenienced to have to go to speak with the warranty guy. He mentioned multiple times about how they were not a ford dealership and may not be experienced enough to fix the problem. When he discovered the warranty covered the repair, he came across as frustrated as he let me know the next steps. He told me the car may take a while, but they would update me. A few hours later, I was never updated and I went back to inform them that I was leaving. He had updates to tell me then, but told me the car would be ready the end of the day and they would call me. He also said that it may have to be sent off to the ford place because they are not a ford dealership and aren't as comfortable with ford vehicles - despite being where i bought my car and where the warranty is from. Around 5 pm I call to check on my car and I'm told they have to keep it overnight. Had I not called, no one would have said anything. The guy I spoke to on the phone said the car would be ready by lunch the next day. I call at 11:30 the following day and I'm informed that the part has not been delivered and it will be longer. He said about 2 hours after lunch. I hear nothing back so I call around 3:30. I am told the guy is working on it and it'll be done before the end of the day. I get a call around 5:40 to pick up my vehicle. When I got there, I signed a paper and they gave me my keys. I had to go retrieve my vehicle from the lot behind the gate. No one brought it around or anything. All in all, I am highly disappointed in the customer service I received and will not be bringing my vehicle back if I can help it.

I didn't buy a vehicle here this time but will consider it next time. The pricing was fair and sales associate friendly. Bob Oladen (sp) was very nice and not pushy like we have experienced in the car shopping process. I would recommend this dealer to someone looking for a new vehicle.
