If you love M&M this is your place. We love stopping into this shop, the merchandise is amazing and there is something for everyone. I had to buy a M&M robe this time and I can't wait to use it. This store has 3 levels of exploring and you never know what you will find.

What more can you say!! Their MnM's for goodness sakes. All kinds of flavors you never taste in regular circulation. You need to find Mike M. Yes ask for big MnM he's the guy if your looking to vote on MnMs to stay in the store

Absolutely love this store it’s huge has multiple floors. Has a customization area for create your own m&ms. Staff was amazing, very friendly. I can’t wait to come back I bought a mini dispenser for m&ms I love it!!!!

Fun and lively place to visit! Didn’t realise it would be this crowded, which really shows how popular it is. The atmosphere is energetic and exciting, with interesting colours and vibrant lighting everywhere great for photos. Definitely a cool spot to check out, especially if you enjoy busy, buzzing places with character.

It's the novelty of it all. Could have had more activities inside. The candy is all overpriced truly. The option to put a picture or words on the candy will trap you. That ish is expensive to do. A small cup is like 33 bucks. The picture (even though they tell you if it's a good choice or not didn't come out clear on my purchase at all. I even chose the colors they told me it would print best on. Won't be back.

Fun tourist stop if you are around times square. If you have a sweet tooth, make sure you go in and grab some candy. The self serve section is expensive so I recommend just grabbing prepacked bags unless you want to have some fun.

One of the most random stores i have ever been to. I didn’t know i had to go to the m&m store but i lts a must. They have a lot of big statues of all the fan favorite m&m’s and a lot of merch for every one of them. There is also a lot of unique and exclusive flavours here that cant be bought anywhere else. And the store is really themed after New York City.

Very well decorated, multiple free things to do such as scan your " color" (a stand scans your face and gives you a personality). One thing I like is you can get old limited editions for 50 to 75% off in the shop, do you can get souvenirs for abt 3 USD

This place is big and definitely worth stopping by to check out if this is your first time in the city. There are plenty of souvenirs, both cheap and also pricey. Some employees can be helpful and friendly and others are not. Store was very organized when I stopped by even though it was packed.

The M&M Store in NYC is three floors packed full of colorful decor and photo ops and just about every piece of M&M-themed merch you can think of. Be prepared, it's insanely crowded, and navigating the space is time consuming. It's also extremely loud. The prices are also pretty high, even for Times Square, so brace yourself if you're planning to grab anything. That said, there are some fun highlights, like the massive wall of M&Ms in every color and flavor, so you can make your own perfect mix, and the option to customize candy with your own photo or text. Unless you're traveling with kids, a die-hard M&M fan, or a serious chocoholic, it's giving tourist trap and probably isn't worth the time.

Super fun place! Lots of M&M merchandise! Spacious and clean. staff were nice and very helpful! They also have a public restroom - it was clean! There are so many flavors! We had a lot of fun exploring the store.

Inside, the decor hasn't been updated very much and feels very much dated compared with some of the other candy stores in the area. They spray the chocolate scent all over which is actually somewhat nauseating given the strength of the smell. 3 floors, registers on each floor in case you need to buy anything, the interesting part is $9.49 per half pound for M&M's of all different flavors and colors. Plenty of little branded toys, cups and clothing. Anything you want personalize, you can do on the second floor where they do it for you using the machine to take a photo or write some text. Store is definitely warmer than I expected. Definitely a tourist trap.

During our summer trip to New York, we visited the M&M store, a vibrant, three-floor space packed with M&M treats and branded merchandise. There are plenty of excellent photo opportunities, especially with the life-sized M&M characters, making it a fun stop for both kids and adults. For M&M enthusiasts, this location offers a wide variety of flavors, allowing you to mix and match your selection, which is priced by weight. While there aren't any options to sample before purchasing, a few stalls were giving out complimentary samples, which was a nice touch. The merchandise, though a bit pricey due to the brand, features an array of souvenirs from apparel to collectibles. We picked up a couple of mugs as keepsakes. It's an engaging spot for kids, and to some extent for adults too, with something for everyone to enjoy. We spent around 40 minutes exploring the store. Due to the high traffic, the staff was very busy, so it can be a bit challenging to get their attention. Overall, it's a fun, colorful place to visit if you're in the area. Value for money? I am not sure!

When you are in Times Square , this is a must visit , if u have small kids .. fantastic location. .so many varieties of M&Ms which you generally don't get in regular shops . 2 floors full of chocolates . Of course , everything is pricey here . About 10$ for 1/2 pound ! They also have merchandise but it is expensive and we didn't buy it . Service was slow . Billing was also very slow . It's just over crowded on weekends and summer evenings .. colorful and kids loved everything here .. very close to Times Square .. good experience overall .. 4 stars

It's such an amazing experience visiting this store and get drowned in so many colorful M&M's. You can buy so many variety of prepackaged M&M's or mix and match and buy in bulk. They also offer many swagger and accessories options like mugs, T-shirts, PJs, cushions, etc. If you don't stop yourself, you'll end up spending hundreds of dollars here. Lol

We had such a fun time. The personalized m&ms were adorable it takes a bit of time over an hour. We loved the machine that will tell you what m&m color you are! It has a few floors and lots of apparels and items. The top floor has unique flavored m&ms you can buy, my favorite being the holiday mint!

My boyfriend and I are celebrating our anniversary and decided to personalize M&Ms. The process was easy and the workers were so patient & awesome with everyone waiting in line to get personalized M&Ms. We definitely recommend anyone doing this!

Super fun place to see ! You can customize just about everything. Everything is about $10+ There is so much to see in there even if you don't purchase anything. You can find all the different kinds of m&ms in here. They have so many cool souvenirs too.

This touristy place and location makes this store so busy. Went on a day trip to New York. And came here to hopefully do that customization of M&M's but unfortunately, the weight was an hour so I decided not to do it anyway we just went to shop and got some things for souvenir. This place has three floors if you have a stroller like me, they got some elevators on the side, which you can Use to go up and down. I would say the prices are pretty expensive, but I guess since it's in New York City, you would kind of expect it to be on the higher end anyways my kids still had fun and maybe we can go back next time when there is a chance.

Pricey tourist store. Lots of cute M&M merch, but nothing that made me want to buy it as a souvenir for myself or for friends. Been in here twice already and it's pretty similar to how it looked in 2011 and 2024, just updated merch. A good respite location for when it's raining hard outside and you don't want to get drenched walking back to your hotel.

I havent been at the M&Ms store in years so I stopped by to grab chocolate goodies for our niece and nephew before flying out of state for the holidays.It was so packed full of tourists everywhere but the lines were fast. I got the crunchy cookie and PBJ M&Ms and they were good!

The facility is very well kept and themed. I came in with my family on a Sunday afternoon and they were quite busy. They have a lot of great merchandise and personalization options. The bathrooms were very convenient and well kept. The only negative was that a staff member followed us around and wiped things after we touched it with a cloth. It did not seem to be the norm as it was not happening to other customers.

I had been to the M&Ms World in Las Vegas, so was excited to visit this New York shop. It didn't have as many "activities" as the Vegas version, as this was more of a store only, but it was just as bustling with liveliness, if not more so. Being right in the heart of Times Square definitely doesn't hurt. While they don't have the little fun activities of the Las Vegas M&Ms World, they do have a bajillion different M&Ms designed merchandise, from slippers to purses to plushies to toys and so much more. And of course, a wall of tubes full of M&Ms that you can purchase by the pound! They also have M&Ms you can personalize with printing (for, of course, much more than the non-printed one). It's definitely a sight to behold, especially the Lady Liberty green M&M statue at the center. If you're a fan of M&Ms, or just want a quick sweet treat in a fun atmosphere, I definitely recommend a stop at this M&M's Store!

It's a fun shop. Lots of people. The products are quite expensive. Seems like very tourist shop. The special about the shop is to have your photo printed on M&M . Fun and have choice if m&m colour to choose. It's a good item. It is kids friendly . It is near time square. It has 3 floors and nice to troll around and try new m&m taste.

I'm always curious as to what people are expecting when they come to these establishments. Looking at some of the reviews, it's almost as if people expected an amusement park lol it's a darn retail store lol!! It's for M&M lovers, not bored people lol. This store had every single thing m&m that you could think of!! On top of that, it's 3 stories. 3 floors of m&m goodies!! Cups! Plates! Shirts! Sweaters! Socks! Toys! Plushies! Candy!...just everything. There were fun m&m games you could play inside and you don't have someone breathing down your neck every step of the way. My son and I spent about 2 hours in this store and walked out happy with our items. We mixed a bag full of different color m&m's, we played the games, and took pictures with the cut-outs. I definitely recommend this for children.

On our trip to New York, we had to stop here a couple of times. My kids love M&Ms. We were able to design our own And watch them be created right there in the store. This was a really neat experience for my family. I guarantee you cannot walk into the store and not leave with something with two floors of chocolate goodness. They have a variety of clothing, trinkets, and souvenirs for all your M&M-loving friends and family. The employees at the store did a great job of keeping the lines running smoothly, and there wasn't too long of a wait.

My wife and I would normally avoid this place, but our seven-year-old daughter wanted to go. We got sucked into buying bags of colored M&Ms for way too much. Only go in if it's your thing/for your kids.

We stopped in here spontaneously while wandering Times Square. We had been to the one in Vegas years ago and we LOVE M&Ms! It was crowded but organized, not chaotic. I think it was $8 a pound? I liked being able to find colors you can't find in grocery stores (no they do NOT all taste the same) as well as unique flavors (espresso, malted milk ball, pretzel) all in one bag! Also, there were non-M&M candies such as Skittles/Ike and Mike's available for the odd 'non-chocolate' fans!

I was not impressed with the M&M store like I was with the Hershey's store that's almost across the street. Lots of M&M variations to choose from if you're that into them. I liked the variety of clothes that they had but most of the pants were for men so we didn't buy any (very few pants selections for women). It's fine. We got a couple shirts and were out. The store was very colorful and I can see a small kids loving this place.

M&M Store in Times Square, and wow, what a treat! This place is a treasure chest of surprises, stocked with everything an M&M enthusiast could dream of, well, almost everything. They've got household items, t-shirts, and even a station where you can print your own M&Ms. It's like a burst of color inside the already vibrant Times Square, making it a truly unique and joyful experience. The only thing missing was the M&M thrower, but with all the other goodies, it's hard to feel disappointed. A definite must-visit for a fun and colorful moment in the heart of Times Square. Yay!

It's a busy place with families with kids, which is expected especially around holidays. However the worker on the top floor where customers can mix and bag M&M was so Rude and Unprofessional. Yelling at everyone and complaining anyone using the candy machine just because she didn't want to at work. Such a disappointment in an environment for kids. Need more training

The candy was good, but it was very expensive. The store was beautiful and the customer service was amazing.

We had family from overseas and one of their requests was to go M&M world. This multilevel store sold everything M&M related. You can fill M&Ms by the bag and even order custom prints on the M&Ms. A great variety of M&Ms to choose from. The visitors had fun walking around. Lots of tourists since it is in the heart of Times Square. Bright shopping environment and a good place to cool off on a hot day.

M&M's World is fun to visit. Lots of different types of M&M flavors including English Toffee Peanut, Crispy, Dark Chocolate Mint, Pretzel, Fudge Brownie, and so many more. There is usually a long line to select the M&M's you'd like to buy given that this is a well-known tourist destination when visiting New York City. That said, it's still fun to walk around the three floors and marvel at the merchandise within the colorful store.

Super crowded but to be expected. A bit unorganized, could have used a bit of navigating through the areas, would have made for a much better experience. The color wall always gets me. Love how you can be very specific in your chocolate giftings.

This place is always super fun to look around at all of the M&Ms. It's always busy so you have to pay attention. I do know that I usually have luck finding boxers here and this time I was very lucky because I went upstairs and the rainbow boxer shorts were on sale (and they were adult size). It worked out very well as I didn't have to look for them. So many themed M&M candies here but I try to avoid buying them. If my teenage kids want to come here with me, then I will let them buy things. Everyone is very helpful here and they usually try to encourage you to buy a throw blanket after you purchase something (we have in the past-this time we declined). Nothing disappoints here. So stay happy and have fun shopping for M&Ms.

I grew up eating M&Ms and the candy is always easily accessible so I kinda feel like this place is a tourist trap. This place has three levels, and it is conveniently located in Times Square and has all the M&M chocolate and branded merchandise your heart desires. On the 2nd level, you can personalize your own M&Ms. Note, this concept isn't specific to the store as I've ordered personalized M&Ms as party favors online.

So fun to be inside and see all the swag. I particularly liked the history of the m&m mascots and how they've developed. Colorful. Bathrooms that we got to use. Love the INY white candies.

It's hard to not want to stop in this place just to see what it is. I stopped quickly and was instantly rewarded with the smell of chocolate once I entered. There are plenty of M&M themed gifts and decorations in the store to purchase. Main downside was the store's organization. It was a busy summer day, however, I believe they could've managed the flow of people better or perhaps have a one way walking lanes.

When I'm in NYC I NEVER do typical touristy stuff. However, had to walk by here to get to a meeting and decided to pop in and buy my fave mint candies. They were a big hit at the meeting. It's a fun place to visit and take in. Lots and lots of candy and candy-related things. Little pricey, I ended paying almost $20 for my bag of M&Ms. Lol.

It was okay. If you love M & Ms then this is the place for you. Took my kids (I had no interest other than curiosity) and they were...underwhelmed. Saw a lot of older kids, teenagers. Seemed more their style. Place was clean and organized for Times Square. Except to pay a premium for anything you purchase. The k-pop area was a major let down, at least according to my pre-teen daughter (target audience?). Would I go back? No. Would my kids, maybe.

This place has lots of stuff, 3 levels worth. They opened the store an hour early before the store actually opened. The cool part is you can create your own m&m. The merchandise is expensive. So many different kinds of m&m.

One of NYC's biggest tourist attractions in the heart of the city...the flagship M&M World store has everything M&M you need - apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, caps, aprons), accessories, home decor, creating personalized gifts, the big chocolate wall of M&M flavors, and more. Three floors of fun...can you spot all the M&M characters? I sure did going around - very cool - disco blue, Lady green Liberty, fireman red, etc.Nice view looking down from the second floor. M&M lovers dream place but pricey too...lots of goodies so make sure you have $ or credit card for it. It does get crowded with tourists so try not to go during the prime time hours esp on the weekends. Sunday morning wasn't too bad when I was there...

m&m world is pure joy for all ages. i first went to this store when i was 13, and over a decade later, i still love it. if you haven't been, let me paint the picture: m&m world is exactly how it sounds. the walls are covered head to toe with various selection of the hard chocolate candies. there is even memorabilia for each individual m&m character! it is typically crowded, but the staff works hard to manage the amount of people in the store at once. the main reason i've continued to go back is how immersive the experience is. once when i went, there was a photo booth and a "test" to figure out with m&m flavor you are! now, there are multiple photo ops scattered around the store -- sometimes, with a real-life m&m! all that to say - yes it's touristy. yes, it's a big cheesy. but damn, do they do it all so well!

I have been to two M&M's World so far. One in Las Vegas and the other one here in NYC. The store is located inside Times Square. It has everything from mugs, souvenirs keychain, clothing to candies. This is a super cool store. It is three floors too. I think this location is definitely bigger than the Las Vegas location. Definitely lots to see here.

As a New Yorker who usually doesn't go downtown, I really enjoy this store. Over the years not much has changed but its always a great, fun and colorful adventure in that store. A great destination for kids. I usually go to buy small products and take pictures with younger family members. The staff does a lot all the time, with a great attitude. They have great patience and costumer service! I hope they never close this store.

We had a fun time visiting the M&M store in New York. Definitely something to check out if you're in time's square. They have a bunch of M&m colors and flavors to buy as well as merchandise. We also got to try one of their new M&m flavors for free. The building itself is huge and has three stories to explore.

If you want to find the world biggest sugar rush, don't forget to stop by the M&Ms. 3 floor of chocolate heaven, Yelp I'm lost for words, it's very colorful with a variety of apparel, never the less you still will get a mouth full of chocolate. This is a large store and has some pretty cool things, but overall it didn't impress. My son got a pressed penny at the machine on the 3rd floor, but that was all he was really interested in. Most cities have a store that has a place to by personalized M&Ms anymore, so it isn't anything super special. I've been to the store in Vegas as well, and I would say between the two I prefer Vegas. The Time Square location is insanely busy, even late at night just before close. I say skip it and go to the Nintendo Store by Rockefeller if you want a fun kid store.

This was a must stop for me, having gone to the one in Vegas years ago as a kid I had to do this as an adult. It amazes me how huge it is! Everything is pretty much broken down into color coordination themes, which makes it easy to access what you want to buy. It's a little pricey if you ask me, you pay 20 dollars a pound for chocolate. I'd rather go to a 7-11 and buy a regular sized bag for under 5 dollars. They also have a bathroom on the 3 floor but it's a two stall and it took me about 17 minutes to get through to using it.

This store screams TOURIST TRAP! LOL I mean yea there's some cool M&M merchandise to buy and all different colorM&Ms to choose from but be careful when filling your self fill bags. They get heavy fast and will cost you!
