There was a Korean fusion menu on top of their regular menu!
For dumplings we had their kimchi and pork dumplings (pork, kimchi, veggies, tofu, & glass noodles...one of us liked it a lot, the other said it was too much kimchi which made me personally not try them b/c Im not a big fan of kimchi), bulgogi dumplings (freaking yum! beef bulgogi with glass noodles, veggies, and tofu were a delicious combo), and pork and veggie dumplings (pork veggies and tofu were a juice tasty combo).
We also ordered the corn cheese mandu, which is their version of korean corn cheese...in a little empanada. #nomnomnom #corncheeseheaven we are on #teamcorncheese, so we may be biased! Lastly, I was super surprised that I liked my couple of handful of bites of the kimchi fried rice. As you know, Im not a kimchi fan. I'd definitely order AND eat it again.
On the fusion side, We tried the bulgogi tacos... the bulgogi, carrots, cabbage, grilled onions, cilantro, and a splash of spicy mayo on the corn tortilla was a fun combo in my mouth. My tastebuds were super happy! It's an excellent fusion!
