The worst customer service ever!!
As with everyone else, my hotel room had a flyer indicating that a pizzeria was available for delivery. Because the flyer had a website where you can order online, I proceeded to place my order. I receive an email confirmation with a 45 minute delivery time. Let me cut to the chase, after a two hour wait and no pizza on site, we remained hungry. I am not upset because the pizza did not arrive on time, however, I was upset due to the incompetence of the staff.
At the one hour mark, I called the place and I was informed without any confirmation that the delivery was out and should be there shortly. I waited another hour and called again... after numerous dropped calls, over 20 minutes combined on hold, I was told that my order was never "ordered". Remember, I ordered online. When I asked for the Manager (which he never gave me a name) his customer service skills were subpar at best. Come to think about it, no one never gave me their name.
When I asked for a refund, I was told that because I ordered online, and they haven't used their e-commerce in quite sometime, I needed to contact the website. Funny thing is that the website takes me back to the phone numbers I dialed for 2 hours trying to figure out where was our food.
If you took the time to read this, do not order from them. Save some time and sanity and go somewhere else.
