Manhattan Village is one of the best places to shop and dine in the south bay. They host a lot great special events such as food and wine festival, fashion shows, and many others. The parking is free and the entire campus is spotless with great security and it feels like a very safe place to visit. There is a huge variety of dining options.. we really love Joey, and Tin Roof, Mercado and so many more great sports they have from steak to sushi and everything else. Kids love the central courtyard, with great ice cream shop Handel's close by for those warmer days. The best part about Manhattan Village is the great mix of stores and restaurants, which a great no drama clientele this doesn't feel like the big indoor malls... very laid back beach vice.. a great place to shop, dine, or attend one of their exciting special events. They have a great holiday season display and plenty going on all year too!

Google
Manhattan Village is a great space to go shopping or eating. With an indoor-outdoor mixed space it is ideal even during a rare rain here in SoCal. The parkings situation is well thought with large parking space across the all location, north to south. In term of shopping experience, you’ll find a few classics like Sephora, Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters, while for the dining part a few chains, from classic coffee bars to trendy smoothies are present, however a couple of standalone local restaurants like Mercado offer some good alternatives. With its outdoor-indoor vibes and style, this place is good mix between Westfield Century City and the now closed Palissades Village.

Google
What a great place to come across! On our LA trip we wanted a family friendly mall to go visit that wasn't too high end. We stumbled across this place and wish we had more time here! My kids had a place to run around and a toy store that had decent prices. There was yummy food and places to relax. Such a clean, fun, relaxing vibe. 😃

Google
Great place to grab a bite to eat, there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Open space outside as well as nice indoor setting. Islands restaurant has an outdoor sitting area as well as plenty of room inside. Convenient place for a quick cold drink and a good burger. The service is good and the staff friendly.

Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach is a great spot for shopping, dining, and hanging out. The recently renovated outdoor areas are really nice, with plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe. There’s a good mix of stores, from popular brands to unique boutiques, so you can find just about anything you’re looking for. The dining options are solid too, with a variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for a quick bite or a sit-down meal. The place is well-maintained, clean, and has a modern feel to it. Parking is generally easy to find, which is a plus in this area. It’s a great place to spend a few hours, whether you’re doing some shopping, grabbing a coffee, or just enjoying the atmosphere. It’s also family-friendly, so you can bring the kids along for a fun outing. Overall, Manhattan Village is a convenient and pleasant spot in Manhattan Beach that has something for everyone.

Google
The atmosphere is so awesome there. Everybody that I have run into is nice and courteous, and they have outside seating where the children can play by the water fountain. Ice cream shop, coffee shop, various restaurants. They have Sprinkle Cupcakes there. YAY!!!!!

Yelp
3rd year in a row here during the holidays. They have characters, live singing, and they light the Christmas tree at about 5 PM during the Christmas parade. It is so beautiful and there is easy parking. Two structures with free parking actually.

Yelp
Why is mall closes at 8pm? Is it still coronavirus time?? Mall should be open till the Macy's Department open and closes! Is Manhattan Village has enough money ? And all the stores inside has money so they don't need to work late hours for the holiday???????? Why? We go back to live! We are NOT DEAD!

Yelp
We cannot have nice things (for free) seems to be the motto of life. When this mall was renovated a few years back, the new "green" space in the center held so much potential. Whelp, a few years later it's far more worn and still lacking many stores. Facing the green-faux-grass area are still four empty storefronts! Yikes. To make matters worse, the seating used to have some cushions - now the slats are bare. Yes, there is still a nice vibe. Yes, they do host events like a recent wellness/fitness day. But the shabby is starting to show. Shocking when there are shops with $27 socks. This place also is full of little kids rolling on the faux sod, so watch where you step. At least the water elements are working most days, and there are plentiful (pay) car chargers. Could be worse! The nearby mall just north has no chargers (how is that even allowed?!) A crazy number of eateries. You'll not starve here if you have $$$ TL/dr: Typical SoCal upper end mall is acceptably attractive but showing wear

Yelp
It was a disappointing experience: limited selections going to Macy's and no petite section. The Anne Taylor and Francesca also have small stores. Also, the tiles in the corridors were filthy. The staff at the stores appear friendly and approachable, but some aspects of the mall feel outdated.

Yelp
Fun shopping area in Manhattan Beach. There's some trendy restaurants/eateries like Joey, Mercado, Silverlake Ramen, Sprinkles, Sidecar Doughnuts, etc. Solid hangout spot. Parking can be busy during weekends but there's plenty of overflow parking if you can't find any in their main structure. Also love that its pet friendly here!

Yelp
Halima (10) helped me. Highly recommend this location. The customer service is always top notch. The men's shop isn't as large as I would like, but I am usually able to find what I'm looking for.

Yelp
The good: I discovered this area through a mom Instagram account. This is a family friendly mall area with an outdoor space that is great for kids because there's artificial turf, a fun fountain to look at (or touch, if you're my toddler) and lounge chairs. There are restaurants, clothing shops and both an indoor and outdoor mall area. The parking structure was spacious and free of cost. The stores are mostly higher end and the overall area is very granola-vibes. I really enjoyed the cupcake ATM machine at Sprinkles. The bad: I wish there wasn't a road in the middle of the shopping area. It'd be easier to let my toddler roam while we walked without fear of her getting into the road. The road is right by the outdoor space where the kids play. The interesting: There are lots of boutique stores that aren't part of a chain in addition to chain stores and restaurants. The point is another similar outdoor shopping area with restaurants and shops that is really close by.

Yelp
Love coming here! Visit your local Apple Store , Gap and Bath and Body works. Just to mention a few stores. They have many restaurants that are semi new like Joeys and BOA many things have been updated and many charging stations as well. The service is always above average here and it's so worth your dollar due to all the store including Ralphs!

Yelp
Yesterday I went in wasn't sure where a store was and Edgar kindly directed me to the store without even asking. Super helpful .

Yelp
Visited on Monday 06/20/22. High-end indoor/outdoor mall. Great place for friends and families to hang out and have a great, relaxing time. We initially wanted to grab lunch at Joe's however due to the overwhelmingly long wait time and excess amount of people dining in, we had to dip out (although we saw empty tables inside). Instead we ate at Dans and grabbed ice cream at Handels after. Overall 4/5.

Yelp
Lovely atmosphere and grounds, arrived with my family which includes two small children, we all needed a bathroom break and much to our delight adjacent to the parking lot was a most remarkably accommodated and maintained facilities! Each sink had handsfree soap dispenser, water faucet and hand dryer! YES hand dryer!!!!!

Yelp
I want to thank Officer Owens of the Manhatten Village Security group for his help and professional assistance in finding my lost bag. He was a lifesaver.

Yelp
Always a pleasure to visit here. When the weather is perfect sitting outside enjoying the amenities is a must. Grabbing a delicious ice cream from Handel's Handmade or dinning at one of the local restaurants you simply can't go wrong. It's also a nice spot to bring your furry friends. My two pups definitely love coming along. Working from home can be a tad boring so sometimes I enjoy packing up my laptop and sitting in fort the apple store to get work with a view in. Wi-Fi is high speed and makes for a nice change of pace. What ever the occasion Manhattan village is perfect for any person. A major perk is its single level and absolutely ada friendly. Free ample parking adds to my love of visiting here.

Yelp
Beautiful shopping center filled with entertainment and restaurants. Great place for family and kids to play and enjoy themselves. They have a mini-mall as well with parking.

Yelp
Great place to shop. Clean. Friendly staff. Concierge is helpful. Stores and restaurants aamazing and free parking!

Yelp
Been to this mall multiple times. The parking structures are spotless, plenty of room to park. The mall although small is wonderful. It's clean, relaxing and I love the center court fountain. Hooray Hallmark store. Never had any issues here, everyone is friendly. I like the Macys here it's easy to shop at and no long lines to wait in. A big plus, the mall has free parking. My only grief is that I must remember which structure I park in. I rather shop here than at Culver City.

Yelp
Whoever and whichever firm is responsible for the redesign of this place should find new careers. The parking lot design is illogical and will be a bigger mess as more restaurants continue to open. The steps on the parking lot stairs are slanted down so be careful. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen when someone falls and hurts themselves. Elevators already have out of service signs posted on them regularly. The list of restaurants and stores coming to the Village is very impressive but traffic and frustration may drive customers away.

Yelp
Found lost phone and returned it right away. They were super nice, and cool. Thank you for your help.

Yelp
My backpack was stolen 10 days ago, and Tanya on the security team tracked me down after finding it in Mall using Facebook Messenger after taking note of my name on a magazine in the backpack. I never expected to see the backpack again. I am very appreciative of Tanya and the rest of the security team at Manhattan Village. They made a very stressful situation go away.

Yelp
Lots of great places. I love near here but I'm mostly here picking up deliveries. Only wish the parking enforcement would focus on keeping those spots flowing. Too many selfish people parking there instead of going to level 2

Yelp
Manhattan Village, California, secures a perfect 5/5 rating for seamlessly combining upscale offerings with exceptional value. The best service, if you need help, everyone gonna do that! The high-end shopping and dining experiences are complemented by the undeniable value found in the quality of products and services. While indulging in luxury, visitors also appreciate the tangible worth in the carefully curated selection of stores and the overall ambiance. This fusion of sophistication and value sets Manhattan Village apart as a top-tier destination, ensuring that visitors not only enjoy premium experiences but also receive genuine worth for their time and investment.

Yelp
I lost my car keys about 20 minutes ago and asked the Manhattan Concierge if they had any reports about it. They had already found the keys and Mr. Owens from security was able to give them back to me. Huge thank you to the security team for finding them so fast.

Layla S.

Yelp
I had to come and write a review on a great experience i had with Security guard Owens. He was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond. I was searching for my cycle bar class without knowing where to go, and he assisted me. Thanks to him, I wasn't late!!

Yelp
The best place to shop...all of my favorite stores and restaurants are here, from Hallmark to Macy's to Joey's. The best service at the concierge desk !

Margret S.

Yelp
So much has changed at Manhattan Village it's beautiful but a bit confusing. I've been shopping there since before the remodeling I went there a few times recently for the first time in well over a year. On the two times I visited I got a little bit lost and couldn't find my car. It was quite embarrassing, but all is well because a young man named Joshua from security came to my rescue on both occasions. He was very kind and patient with me. He walked me to my car and even helped me put my walker away. I look forward to my next visit to Macy's but hopefully I don't get lost again.

Yelp
Variety of stores, gets really busy and packed, could use a parking structure, well maintained plaza.

Yelp
This place has a lot of places to go and see. I like it! We were first invited to meet here for a birthday dinner. The location is good and there's plenty of parking.

Yelp
The new parking lot is a nice upgrade. Lots of shops closed. Half of the stores in the mall are closed. Apple , pottery barn , and others were completely closed and quite a few were closed because of a power outage today. I walked over to buy soaps at Bath and body works and there were probably about 60 people in line to get in and they were NOT 6ft. apart. The lines snaked half way down this shopping center and I decided today to order my items online. Living right here by Manhattan , it's my go to because it has 2 banks, Ralph's grocery store, Islands restaurant and other eateries , but it's always been the same for a few decades now. It's ok. These stores barley get my shopping needs done.
google avatar

Keith T.

Yelp
Nice shopping mall. We came for the Macy's Dept Store, and the Apple Store. Good service at Macy's and Excellent service at the Apple store.
google avatar

Rey L.

Yelp
Things are coming along quite nicely here. Lots of construction going on and looks like opening around end of the year. they're building a space for kids to run around in the center part by Islands. we came by for the Drive-In showing for Trolls at the parking structure by CPK. tickets were $30 plus tax. they had food being served by the local restaurants in the village. they also had booze being delivered by same said restaurants. it was a fun event. can't wait to see what the space looks like when it's all said and done. #covid_DINEteen
google avatar

Yelp
YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2018 - PART 2: 15/100 This village has plenty of eateries: Islands, BrickWorks, Corner Bakery are practically right next to each other. And then the plenty more unattached to the mall such as Chili's, Olive Garden, Tin Roof Bistro, etc... You really do get a lot of choices for grub! There are also a couple of banks near the Sepulveda exit. And unlike some malls I've been to recently, Manhattan Village's (as small as it is) seems to be thriving - even both Macy's stores. Yes, there is an Apple store inside, even. And the rest of the stores they haven't aren't those booboo ones who sell lots of useless trinkets. This mall is absolutely still alive and going strong. (That's always a welcoming sign.) If only they do something about the parking. So, plan accordingly. Although they seem to be working on the parking situation (there's some kind of construction going on as I write this) plan your visit here accordingly. Could be a minute before a spot opens up.
google avatar

Cyn L.

Yelp
This is not your typical mall with escalators to multiple levels and concrete parking structures with pillars that ding your car. That's the main reason why I love this one. This mall feels fresh and clean, and it's easy to walk from one end to the other. The anchors are Macy's Men and Home on one end, and Macy's Women on the other end. In between are Gap, Gap Kids, Victoria Secret, Godiva, Apple Store, Hallmark, Loft, Ann Taylor, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, an upscale optometrist...you get the picture. Sharing the open parking lot just outside of the mall are a few banks, CVS, Ralph's, See's Candies, Coffee Bean, and a few eating places. It's just the right size and the recent renovations keep me coming back.

User B.

Yelp
The mall has come a long way after the remodel. I do hope to see more clothing retailers. Now that the H&M closed at El Segundo Plaza across the street and also closed at South Bay Galleria in Redondo Beach, it would be great to have an H&M here to not have to go all the way to Del Amo Mall. Hopefully the H&M will carry men's clothing and children's clothing as well, since the one at El Segundo Plaza used to be women's clothing only. It would also be nice to have a Cinnabon here or pretzel place as well.
google avatar

Kathryn L.

Yelp
I needed a last minute trip to the mall & MV had all the stores I needed...Gap, Bath & Bodyworks, Ann Taylor & even a CVS. https://www.shopmanhattanvillage.com/directory/ There's a few internal fast-food style eateries & more full service restaurants surrounding the mall. The mall's landscape is open air with a "village" backdrop. The mall is part of the Manhattan Village a few blocks from M-Beach/Ocean Drive with valet, concierge & virtual assistance available for residents & shoppers alike. Macy's is the title retail store amongst this luxury style mall.
google avatar

Yelp
The security team at Manhattan Village is unbelievable! My wallet, ID and credit cards must have fallen out of my purse during some Black Friday shopping and Tanya Lopez and the wonderful security team located me online and reached out. I was reunited with my wallet a day later. Truly grateful for this awesome team!

Dasia M.

Yelp
Officer Edgar Jimenez was helpful in every way I ran into someone having car trouble decided to help but AAA took forever MR.Jimenez directed traffic, help push the car to safety & brought us cold waters to keep cool on a hot day great customer service all around & an amazing personality Thank you Edgar you're the best!!!

Yelp
All the people bitching about this mall complaining that "it's small" and comparing it to Del Amo? Are these people of a low intelligence or what? IT'S A BEACH MALL they are generally small i thought everyone knew this!!! Also complaining about parking and getting towed away?...ye you will if you park where you shouldn't like the 30 min spots and your gone for 4 hours...or the electric charging spots and your car is not electric, there are many many spots as it's a 3 story, Also heard complaint about "oh there all parking for charging cars only..." NO they are not!!! There are about 4 spots at the front for charging on the lower floor and the rest are all normal parking!! One review I lolled at was saying "it's too small I knew it was small, I'm so disappointed I guess people like me are not welcome here??? (People like who why bring race into it?) ...so I have loads and loads of shops and malls near me to go to, I'm not driving over an hour to get to this small mall" I mean COME ON some people are just dumb as f.
google avatar

Nirali P.

Yelp
Since the new renovations, there has been a lot of change. The Manhattan Village looks are nice and there is a lot of parking available. It is convenient with a Ralphs and CVS nearby each other.

Yelp
Good shopping center near the beach. Coastal area with great places to eat and have fun. Major chain stores and Apple Store here. William Sonoma store gave nice cooking classes as well. Godiva chocolates are great. A sample is always nice! I love Islands restaurant. The wide selection of burgers and large orders of fries are great tasting. Don't forget to check out Macy's and all the lovely shops and boutiques. Great surrounding stores as well. Enjoy your day!
google avatar

Martha M.

Yelp
Three stars for being clean, safe and having Apple store, among other stores most people shop at. And obviously the high end stores for those who can afford it, which is most of the area. Well, I'm only there for the necessities (Sephora, Apple, Macy's etc). Other than that, parking lot has shrunk due to ongoing construction in recent years and complete zoo pretty much weekdays as well as weekends. The backside is just as bad. People drive like savages practically almost running over others like their nonexistent. Parked behind Macy's one night to run in & grab makeup and saw two twentsomething year olds going at it like they were at a buffet in front seat of car, with passerby's watching in awe.... yeah to be young and naive! Lol Anyhow, just be careful people drive like shit these days and don't care.
google avatar

Monica M.

Yelp
Do not park there for more than an hour. You will get towed. Very disappointed as I'm a usual patron of this mall. No rules or regulations posted on website about parking. Just a simple sign 'customer parking while shopping'with tow company information.
google avatar

LaPeshaa C.

Yelp
This is a nice, upscale, shopping megaplex with several bars and restaurants around. The beach isn't far at all either. If you love shopping and dining this is your spot!!
google avatar

Sharon P.

Yelp
Something about the "smaller" malls that changes my mind about shopping. Fact is, I am not the sort of person who enjoys window shopping or carrying shopping bags through seemingly endless alleys of mall stores. But these smaller options are just fine. Parking is easy. Finding your store, finding what you need and making the purchase seems smoother and less rushed than the other city-like malls. Could be all in my head, but don't burst my bubble...let me have this thought okay? Speaking of crowds, the only crowd I saw was at a certain store with a fruit as a logo....thank goodness I didn't have to go there. That place was nuts! Now, if only I could rent-a-shopper who would map an efficient route for the shops I want to visit, find the stuff I need, stand in lines, one I could trust with my credit card, carry my bags, retrieve my car and suggest a place for an after shopping cocktail, I'd visit the mall more often!
google avatar

Brigitte O.

Yelp
After visiting the Pointe, Manhattan Village was somewhat of a letdown. The recirculated air of an indoor mall cannot compete with fresh air in an outdoor mall. The stores were run of the mill and the restroom inside Macy's made me sad as one of the toilets was stuck in flush mode and wasting a massive amount of water. Parking was a squeeze and the drivers seemed inattentive so be careful crossing the parking lot as pedestrians need be extra alert.

Maddie T.

Yelp
David who works in security is so nice and helpful. I once lost a shopping bag and he went above & beyond to help me find it. Luckily it was turned it and all thanks to David I got it returned to me. Thank you David you are the absolute best !!

Yelp
I went here for the very first time on a Sunday in July two hours after opening. I wasn't in a rush to check this place out because from their website, it didn't seem big at all. When it comes to malls, usually bigger is better, especially if it's a modern, upscale mall, which I enjoy because the variety of shops will be there, but I was really, really disappointed with this place. The Inland Center Mall and Moreno Valley Mall in San Bernardino and Moreno Valley are better than this and I probably won't ever return to those. I was trying to look up when they opened, but there are only about 10 stores and none are unique at all. That explains the small volume of people, which I personally like, but now I see why. Everyone's over at the Del Amo Mall, South Bay Galleria, probably the Topanga Mall, and probably The Pointe and Pacific City. Pacific City is a tad more interesting than this place and at least you have the beach right across the street. The construction and style is quite nice, open, and airy, and it's serene, which is what the score of 1 is for. That was the only good thing about this place. I entered on one end through the Macy's men's store and it took about 10 minutes to walk through to the other Macy's on the other end. I have all these stores at the mall in my area 15 minutes away, so no need for me to drive an hour for this. Their Sephora is small and one of the worst I've seen too. This seems like a fairly new place. I would hope they're constructing more additions and fortunately, they are. It seems the rest won't be ready until 2019 & 2020. I'll return in 2020. Hopefully, they don't go out of business before the rest is built.

Yelp
This is an older and smaller mall but we enjoy it. This mall hosts several key upscale retailers (Sephora, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, William Sonoma, Apple) that are only at this mall and not in Plaza El Segundo, The Point or the South Bay Galleria. Unlike the nearby malls, this is the only mall with an indoor concourse, however small. This is a Godsend in the hot summer days! Tin Roof Bistro is in this village / on this block. It's our FAVORITE restaurant of all time. Corner Bakery is a nice place to drop by for a casual lunch with the kids. The mall patrons and staff are good citizens. My mom lost her camera somewhere in the parking lot. Not intending to ever find it, I called the mall concierge and she told me someone found it and turned it in. She knew exactly what the camera case looked like, even though this item sat in another part of the mall, at Security's Lost & Found. They held it for me to pick up. Very good service. The mall has a kids club for kids and stay-at-home mommies. I haven't been (maybe we'll see it on a future sick day, if the schedule works out) but have heard nice things. When kids sign up for the club, the concierge gives them a small bag for stickers, crayons and goodies they may collect in kids club events.
