Manifattura showcases Italian spirits with a great concept and an even better show from the bartender. Drinks came with seasoned olives and taralli—a thoughtful touch missing from many other Florence bars. That said, while the house cocktails were tasty, they lacked a real kick. We had to switch to the classics just to taste the liquor. Go for the vibes.

Finding this place was a happy surprise- we were planning to go to another bar around the corner but it was closed so we wandered and found Manifattura. Lucky us! Our server was very kind and patient- we don't speak Italian- and we really loved the cocktails we ordered. The snacks he brought us were just right as well. Quality ingredients and a fun vibe make this bar one to add to your list!

Tried 5 drinks, all drinks have Italian spirits only which is really interesting The flavors were not the common super sweet cocktails full of syrup, really intresting flavors some may not like but its definetly interesting, also the vibe is chill really cool.

The most Italian cocktail experience in Florence. All ingredients of the cocktails are locally sourced, providing the customers with unique drinks and flavors. The ambiance in the bar is very nice and the bar staff is very friendly and assists with useful recommendations. I love tequila and mezcal cocktails which you cannot source locally in Italy. The barkeeper made a good recommendation to match my preferred flavor profile. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

I really enjoyed the cocktails. You can see all the people are enjoying what they do and it's contagious. They serve complimentary shots as well. Also I liked the concept of only Italian spirits and music. That makes the bar unique. I would definitely come again.

We set at the bar and we had Great experience definitely recommended to sit at the bar if you are curious how the drinks are made I told my bartender what I usually like to drink and he made me a drink that wasn't in the menu. That was cool. the bar is full with unknown Italian liquors but I was so curious to try them

This is a fantastic cocktail lounge in Florence. The vibe is sophisticated yet welcoming, and the drinks are uniformly excellent. My husband and I just returned from spending a month in Florence and visited Manifattura several times. We appreciated the friendly staff, the extensive collection of Italian spirits, and the great house cocktails. They will also make you an Italian version of anything you like, upon request. Manifattura became our favorite spot for cocktails among the 10+ places that we tried during our trip. Bravo, Manifattura!

Such unique cocktails, you can't even taste the alcohol. They are a bit pricey but worth it for a treat!

Nestled on a side street near Piazza Santa Maria Novella, this Italian cocktail bar is stunning. It is owned by a few local entrepreneurs, one of whom we learned is actually an architect. The decor is sleek and the bar very pretty to peruse. The selection of spirits is expansive and uniquely ALL ITALIAN! They have a nice wine list and a lovely charcuterie board you can order to accompany your beverages. But it is the mixology that is the real highlight here. Our bartender Sara was just awesome... creative, personable and skilled! She made us some amazing cocktails. In fact they were so yummy, we order a few each and opted to skip out on dinner that evening in favor of a liquid meal! It helps if you speak a bit of Italian not because they don't speak English well, but just because you will fit in better. This is a local spot even in a touristy area but the Clientele is primarily Italian and that's what makes it wonderful.

We had the best cocktails at this bar during our time in Florence! The menu was all Italian so the waiter gave us suggestions based on what we usually like. We ended having the best negronis of our life! We also ordered a meat and cheese platter which tasted so good! We wanted to come back again during our trip there but didn't have enough time (that's how much we loved it!). Highly recommend!!!

We had such a great time here! All the cocktails were delicious and super reasonably priced. The service was outstanding and the staff and space were very charming. Definitely a new favorite bar.

I don't usually write reviews but my girlfriend and I enjoyed this place so much that I wanted to support them. They specialize in aperitifs and cocktails using only Italian ingredients, of which they have an incredible amount. Everything we tried was amazing - the aperitifs and snacks that we had before dinner were so good that we went back the same night for cocktails, and would have returned again if it hadn't been our last night. The two guys working there were great, extremely friendly, welcoming, and obviously very passionate and knowledgeable about drinks. The selection of obscure Italian spirits was impressive, but it was the way they were used to create balanced, interesting and above all delicious cocktails that was really what stood out. We had some very good drinks in two other highly regarded cocktail bars in Florence, but Manifattura was our favourite of the holiday, and one of the best I have ever been in. The drinks were also more affordable than the other bars, although even if prices were equal I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Manifattura above the others.

First cocktail bar we visited. Yummy drinks, yummier appetizers. The liquor drinks in Italy are very different from the ones in the US. Let your bartender guide you. Sarah is terrific and made us a couple of mule offshoots. Very tasty. What was more impressive were the appetizers. The steak tartare was amazing and I dislike steak tartare. The porcini mushrooms and Israeli artichokes were fantastic. A great experience and we will be back before we leave.

Absolutely awesome bar in Florence. My fiancé and I were looking for a cool spot for aperitif and stumbled upon this gem. The bar has a great vibe inside from the old Italian music, dim lighting, classical decor, and Italian liquors on display. We were also treated to excellent service and an exceptional bartender who took the time to chat, teach us about the various Italian liquors, and recommend her favorite drinks. My fiancé had a fresh blended white peach Bellini and I had two PHENOMENAL negronis #saucey

These guys really know what they are doing, with an eye for attention to detail, thoughtfulness in their ingredients. Price point is higher than a generic Spritz, but the quality is worth it. Definitely for the cocktail nerd friendly. I'll be coming back on my next visit to the city!

Great cocktails. Very creative menu and a good vibe. Loved sitting at the bar and sipping on drinks. Couldn't ask for more gin choices. We loved our drinks and found the whole experience a lot of fun.

Manifattura prides itself on being a craft cocktail bar that only stocks Italian products. This makes for a fascinating cocktail experience. Classic cocktails made with Scotch make way for ones made with peated gin and a Negroni is more like a base spirit than a cocktail, with several manifestations on the menu. Every craft drink is named after a famous Italian celebrity and a small photo of them along with the drink's ingredients are rested atop the cocktails. It was one of the most interesting cocktail experiences of our trip simply due to the self-restricted nature of their products. They won't make you a Last Word, but they've got plenty of other experiments to tempt you with. If you're feeling bold, and you're a real cocktail bar aficionado with the patience to hit many locations in Florence, see if they'll give you a "passport" that showcases several other good cocktail bars in the area. No promises, though.

What a great find in the heart of Florence! Tiny bar with a lovely vibe, food, and their cocktail list includes an amazing Negronis selection! Nice and attentive staff.
