"Mani's Kitchen is a unique restaurant in Pinehurst that offers a menu featuring cuisines from the owner Mani Chhetri's life, including Bhutanese, Tibetan, Nepali, and Indian dishes. The restaurant is praised for its warmth and kindness, as well as its delicious and authentic Himalayan specialties, such as the Bhutanese ema datchi, Tibetan momos, and Nepali thali platter." - Naomi Tomky

Okay, so I don't understand why y'all rated this place 5 stars. I ordered through grubhub after seeing the reviews. Unfortunately, I do not agree. This was the worst Indian food I've ever tried. I ordered the butter chicken. I've tried it at so many other restaurants and even those that were bad, weren't as bad as what I got here. Isn't it supposed to be creamy? Well, what I got was more like a soup. Very watered down and bland. Spices were so weak. A total waste of money. The Basmati rice was over cooked and crumbled (see pictures). I know how Basmati rice should be because I've been cooking it for years. The sauce (aka soup) doesn't stick to the overcooked rice. I really did not enjoy my meal. The order also weirdly came in a dollar tree canada bag?! I've never visited the restaurant and will never do.

We just moved down down the street and thought we would give it a try, the place is delicious. We stayed simple with the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka, but it was hands down the best I have ever had. The owner was very sweet and welcomed us to the neighborhood. Highly recommend this place, we will be coming back for many more meals.

We visited Mani's kitchen for dinner. We had a medley of Indian entrees, including veg khorma, birianyi, and samosas. We also had an order of momos. All the food was delicious; my favorite was the birianyi. Next time I'm going to try some of the Nepalese and Bhutanese specialties. Service was excellent. One note, the restaurant has just opened so consider calling first to see if they are open.

Our first meal here was amazing, definitely will be coming back. I'm a big lamb curry fan and theirs is super tasty and the meat was very tender. We also got the kashmir chicken and it was super creamy and tasty as well. This place is pretty legit with their spice levels, I got a 3 (out of 6) and it was very spicy without being overwhelming. Definitely will come back to try more dishes! They have a wide variety of regional dishes

This restaurant has the best Indian food in town! I have been to many popular places in Seattle and none of their food compares to Mani's cooking. Not to mention it's a local, family owned business. The service is very fast considering there are only two (sometimes three) workers and only Mani (owner) cooks. I have gotten take-out, lunch platters, and dinner here and I have never been disappointed. The menu is very long, with food from Nepal, and Bhutan as well. Of the many choices I recommend Bhutanese special or the chicken chili.

Fabulous vegetarian (and meat dishes too), but my wife is vegetarian and always I'm always happy sharing the vegetarian dishes with her. So much flavor! If you want a little extra spice ask for a little of their home made chili paste, yum! And there’s always enough rice. Try the chili cheese dish for something you cannot get anywhere else. It's a wonderful warm atmosphere; the owner is so nice!

After being to three Indian Restaurants in Seattle on our 4 day trip, we got to know about this place from google. Since we didn’t have a good impression of Indian Restaurants here we made few orders. Honestly, we got far more better than we expected. Their butter chicken was just the right way it would have been. Although not happy with their chilli chicken but their drumsticks are too good too.

My partner and I love ordering from Mani's Kitchen. When we realized that we had a local, family run Indian and Himalayan restaurant just down the street, we had to check it out. The food is delicious, the space comfortable and the staff friendly. It is perfect for a date night, family dinner, or just getting a meal to-go. I'm so happy Mani's is part of my neighborhood!
