Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Amazing food and experience!” Mana BBQ never disappoints! The quality of the meat is top-notch, everything is fresh, and the sides are delicious. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making sure we have everything we need. Plus, the restaurant is super clean and well-organized. This is our go-to spot for Korean BBQ in Carrollton!

Google
This place was great! We went to celebrate a birthday and this was a great restaurant to choose. There were a variety of choices ranging from different kinds of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood. They also had a range of sides including small pots of ramen, korean corn cheese (very good), korean steamed eggs, etc. The service was great too, almost immediately after ordering our items from the kiosk at our table we received them. They also continuously refilled our water and replaced our grill when needed. Overall nice experience!

Google
It was so lovely to have Yi. L as our waitress! She gave us a good recommendation for Soju and was patient and attentive. We really had a good time and enjoyed all the dishes, especially the meat!

Google
One of the coolest parts was that a robot brings the food to your table! It was such a fun and unique experience — definitely something you don’t see every day. The service was great too, and the atmosphere was clean and modern.

Google
First timers! We tried most of the meat selections minus the seafood. The cuts were just right.. Not too fatty!!! They have a good side selection as well. We are the salad, rice and, eggs The service was prompt and friendly. Our hostess/server was very sweet. Thank You for a great experience.

Google
I’d like to share that the team before this new change of hours to 2 am, I do miss them the most. They were fast and efficient and super friendly. I love coming here still but the tablets don’t work anymore and I have to manually tell them to order for me. I wish things get better here. It was a 5/5 for me when it was the old crew

Google
5 star service. In and out. They even taught me how to cook the food lol. Definitely one of my favorite kbbq spots. Get the steamed egg!!!

Google
My family and I came from SoCal, and the food was delicious! They had a wide variety of meat to choose from. The cherry on top was our Yi J! She not only gave us exemplary service. Always checking on us, and even helped us with ordering our dishes! She made our meal enjoyable and fun!

Yelp
The food was amazing!! Everything had amazing flavor without having to use any extra sauces. My wife loved the fact she got to try marinated veal intestines, and she said they tasted amazing! The ambiance was upbeat and inviting. Had multiple TVs playing many different shows. The service was phenomenal. Our grill was constantly changed so it didn't burn or stick. My drink was consistently full, and our water, Jin, was extremely nice and helpful when I had questions about something on the menu. 10/10 definitely eating here again!

Yelp
had a great dinner with a party of 5 on the weekend . they seem to prioritize larger parties, so it wasn't much of a wait for us. i'd recommend attempting to make a reservation if you're a larger group or on a date. the grills are changed out very frequently, and everything is ordered through a tablet and brought to you. i'd definitely recommend this spot, you can't beat a 30 dollar AYCE!

Yelp
Quick disclaimer: This was my first time trying Korean bbq so I have no idea about the authenticity of the offerings here. All I know is everything that I had was great! They had plenty of different types of beef, chicken, and shrimp options. All of them tasty. As for service, everything was pretty automated. Meats and sides are ordered via touch screen at the table, and items are delivered by the coolest little robot waiter. Grill elements are changed out by human servers frequently and they were also ready to help with explaining items I was unfamiliar with and cutting larger items into smaller sizes so they could cook faster. Overall, very cool experience. Definitely recommend for older kids (they'll love the robot)

Yelp
We came at opening on a Tuesday and were very impressed with service and quality. There's plenty of seating and there are fans that help keep the smoke from hitting you in the face. The menu has a nice selection but I was disappointed they they didn't have short ribs, but rather they had the boneless option which isn't as good in my opinion. The scallion salad and regular salad were phenomenal, along with the tofu soup. We really enjoyed the bulgogi along with the pork cheek. The ban chan here wasn't quite my favorite, since I've become accustomed to my own style, but they still weren't bad at all. Overall I'd definitely come back for the delicious bulgogi and scallion salad.

Yelp
So surprised that Manna's rating isn't higher! While the quality of the meats aren't the best, I still think it's pretty decent, especially for the price! The menu options are pretty extensive and the servers are quick with bringing out orders, coming when you ring for them, and switching out the grills. I mean, I did wish they had some other banchan like cucumbers and mashed potatoes. But the main focus is on the meat and sides anyways! And the corn cheese and steamed egg were so good.

Yelp
Great food and service. The food on the buffet line was very fresh. The selection of meat was good and also very fresh. Their broths are pretty blah. Nothing to particularly complain about, though. The only thing I could say is a downside of this place is the pricing for kids was pretty high and parking can get a bit crowded since it's located in a pretty bustling plaza. Otherwise it was a great experience and you get a good bang for the buck. Don't forget to ask for ice cream. It's included. :)

Yelp
We went during lunch but it seems like items and price is the same as dinner regardless. Overall one of the best kbbq places i've been to though, really yummy food and fast service. We had the chadol, beef belly, thinly sliced pork belly, scallion salad, steamed egg, and corn cheese and everything was sooo good. Will come again :D don't know if it was just my table or not but it was a little cramped tho, not much leg room, my knees were pressed against the table the whole time zzz but yeah

Yelp
Cheap kbbq! You will get lower quality but it's AYCE for $28.99 so you can't miss with that. Service and seating was extremely clean and attentive so it's great to go in a big group. We tried a few meats. 1. Beef brisket: 7/10. Very fatty compared to regular brisket. Nothing too bad 2. Spicy pork belly: 8/10. The cut of meat was so good and marinated but it wasn't really spicy. If they add more gochujang to it Itd be perfect. 3. Teriyaki squid: 7/10. Honestly it's only 2 bites and it's not too bad. It's more chewy. 4. Cajun shrimp: 3/10. Very hard to eat and all the seasoning is on the shell- so it kind of goes away once you peel it. First kbbq place I've been to that serves unpeeled shrimp. I'd skip this option. 5. Boneless galbi: 7/10. Very small portion and the cut of meat was somewhat tough? 6. Manna signature prime steak: 8/10. Extremely tender. Wish it was marinated better. The steam eggs were so fluffy but was missing the traditional touch of sesame oil. Same with the jjigae side soup- it was great but just missing a touch of something. I'd go here if your in a budget or with someone who doesn't typically eat Korean food.

Yelp
Victor is the man! Very helpful for our first time going! Highly recommend the spicy bulgogi and really all the beef cuts are good

Yelp
There's a reason I don't do AYCE anymore...this place reinforced it. First, I want to say the staff there are the best! Super nice and they change the grill out without having to ask. Might have been because it was a Tuesday night and it wasn't busy...still. Amazing service. The Korean aunties there are the best! The meats that we did like were the brisket, beef belly, pork jowl and the marinated galbi, albeit a little thin and the marinade was a bit on the sweet side. I liked the thinly sliced pork belly as well. The meats we didn't care for...their Manna signature prime steak (SUUUUPER thin and not great) and their nuk gan sal (too rubbery). The sides were great though. Definitely get the soft tofu soup (softest tofu I've ever had), corn cheese, steamed egg, scallion salad, and my favorite the ramyun. The ramyun was perfectly cooked...noodles still a little chewy and the broth not over poweringly salty. Perfect way to end the meal! Overall, for the price, it wasn't too bad...but they need to upgrade their prime steak...that thing was thinner than flank steak.

Yelp
Very stimulating setting with plenty of televisions and high energy music. The service to order additional meat and sides was very slow and customer service could improve. Very minimal service and quality meat cuts for the price. I would try some where else before returning but this is a great go to if in doubt. Hope your experiences improve. Chow

Yelp
FOOD Cheese Corn Steamed Egg Lots of Meat Overall everything tastes good. Meat is fresh and not slimy. Well seasoned meats and nicely cut. It's AYCE Probably one of my higher ranked Korean BBQ places. Would definitely come back! VIBES Great place to hangout or catch up with friends. I always love the vibes of Korean BBQ because you can talk and have fun while cooking food. Well lit in the area we sat but surrounding is on the darker side. I like how the stove is rectangle shaped. SERVICE Service was great! We had a party with around 15-20 people (I don't remember the exact number) but they were fast to get out the meats. They were quick to respond when we wanted to order. A bit slow on the grill change but that's alright. They also told us about the bill and how it already included tip and everything which was pretty nice.
google avatar

Lin L.

Yelp
The food is fresh and delicious. You can choose soup base. Then you can choose side dishes and veggies along with sauces. I went to mala tang. It was yum. The service is great. They keep our water filled and always checking. Good ambiance and restrooms are clean.

Yelp
Honestly not sure why this place has a low review. The cost was $94.15 for three AYCE before tip so after tip, it was $37 per person. For AYCE, and in this economy? A gem. But here's the thing, I thought the food would be mid considering how affordable it was. WRONG. The meat was so good, we had like 9+ rounds of meat? Recommend #24,#3 and #22. The OG selection so you can't go wrong here. The Korean lady was SO QUICK with their service. Never had to ask for a water refill. Never had to ask them to take our plates away. Never had to ask for more meat. Never had to ask for a grill change. They were so attentive and ready for us to order more. So impressed. We went around 6pm and when you left, there was a long line near the door. So impressive 12/10

Yelp
The neat thing about this location of Manna is the electric robotic food holder that brings out the meat you order. I suppose it helps the waiters be more efficient and have their hands free to bring other items like bon chon and drinks. All the meat was surprisingly good. The different meats were cut nicely - not too thick not too thin. Their bon chon is a little different than the other manna location... I would say there is more variety here. Overall, it is a good Korean barbecue place that is family friend and price is comparable to other hot pot restaurants in the metroplex.

Yelp
Amazing food! Better quality of food then most korean bbq places i have been to. Also i love all the condiments that come on the side. The service was great, i loved those glads noodles so much that the waitress brought me a big bowl of it. I also loved the ambiance, it is a great date night spot! Highly recommend this place!

AnneMarie C.

Yelp
This restaurant is the #1 Korean barbecue. Su is very kind and has very detailed service. I want to come back again to this restaurant.

Kathy N.

Yelp
The service is pretty iffy--but some of the servers there have been there a really long time and are great. The price is definitely worth the food you get! And the place is really nice too, would recommend for a dine out night!

Pauline C.

Yelp
Food is so oily don't go here it's not worth the stomach ache. Place looks cool but it's unbearable to eat more than 1/2 a plate.

Yelp
Went on a Wednesday evening and was pleasantly surprised. Ambiance: clean and not smoky thanks to the built in fans in the grill Service: unfortunately this wasn't great. Our waiter forgot our order twice. Food: pretty good! + Beef belly: frozen but good. Reminded me of brisket + Marinated boneless galbi: great + Marinated rib fingers: good + Intestines: good + All the banchan were the standout for me + Great side options like ramyun, egg, corn cheese Would recommend and hoping the service was a one off
google avatar

Richard S.

Yelp
Good food, exciting and overwhelming how everything works and is cooked at our table. Our server Kyong was super helpful showing us how everything worked and explaining what all the little dishes were. We had a great time and definitely will be back.

Yelp
I'm not sure if they recently changed owner from my last visit back in May 2022, but the food quality, service, and options increased big time! They no longer offer the two different AYCE tiers, it's just one fixed price of $28.99. It comes with a great variety of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood options, along with your banchan, salad, bibimbap, soups, cheese corn, and steamed eggs. I was very impressed with the menu, and how much food they offer for everyone. The last time I visited, the meat was okay and it feels like they just like to dump marinate on top to hide the low quality, but this time, it's much better. The marinate doesn't overpower the meats, and it tastes a lot better. My favorites are the brisket, spicy brisket, boneless LA galbi, thin beef belly, pork belly, pork jowl, cheese corn, and steamed egg. I am obsessed with the cheese corn, and I'm so happy that they have it. I feel like the last two visits they were always out, despite it being on the menu. The cheese corn is delicious and exactly how I wanted them to be. It comes out in your typical hot tray with the corn and mozzarella cheese melted together. The steamed egg was tasty as well, but we only got one because we didn't want to fill our stomachs up. I saw that they offer bibimbap with the AYCE menu, but we didn't try it. Asides from the yummy food, their service has improved greatly. It could be because last time we went with a party of 12, but this time it was only 4 people. The server constantly checked up on us, refilled our banchan in bigger portions as requested, changed the grill every 3 portions of meat, and the meats doesn't take long to come out. The robot delivers the meats but the server walks alongside to make sure there's no error. You can only order 3 types of meat each time, but they didn't limit their portions and it was filling for all party members. If I'm craving AYCE KBBQ, this would definitely be my first option. I like Moodaepo's meat quality more when it comes to AYCE, but their slow service isn't worth the extra $12. Plus, you can get legit cheese corn here-- and that alone costs $6 at typical KBBQ restaurants :)
google avatar

Teresa A.

Yelp
This was a really weird Korean BBQ experience. My friends and I felt like the staff were trying to rush us to eat. Forget about cooking your own meats here and enjoying conversations with friends. It was like they wanted us to put our orders in, cook the meats themselves and shove the meats down our throat. It was like we couldn't enjoy our meal at all and I don't eat a lot of meat so I didn't want all this meat on my plate. I really liked the cheese corn here but I'll only go to GEN for Korean BBQ as they have more choices and better sides and I can actually enjoy my meal.

Yelp
My large family and I were looking for KBBQ & Hot Pot so we made our way to Manna. BUT, they are two separate restaurants, right next to each other... We ordered a little bit of everything. Finger meat is our go-to, but it didn't look like the photo. My favorite meat was the thick spicy pork belly. When we grilled it with a crispy layer, it was delicious with the banchan. My favorite dish of the night though? Easily the soft tofu soup. It was delicious! There was actually a good amount of spice and incredibly flavorful. I did wish Manna had more dishes, other than meat, available. I missed the option of Ari's Kimchi Fried Rice or the wings and potstickers offered at Gen. For the most part, the service was good. They were attentive and constantly checking in (and if you get poor service, there's a button on the table to grab their attention). But, more times than one, our orders were mixed up. Our huge family was broken up into 4 grills and items were given to the wrong grills...lucky for us it wasn't a big deal but a bit confusing and annoying at times. I'm writing this review over a week later and I honestly can't think of things that really stood out to me. It was nice to try but I probably wouldn't come back. Ari still remains superior.
google avatar

Katie F.

Yelp
We did the all you can eat hot pot. The meat was overall good and pretty tender and the veggies were flavorful. The set up was a little messy but it also was very busy. The out of all broths I believe the seafood one turned out the best.
google avatar

Jessica D.

Yelp
The food here is DELICIOUS!! They give you reasonable servings so you don't end up going overboard and having leftover meat. The cheese corn comes so fresh and hot, the meat is such a high quality and the robot guy was cute! overall 10/10
google avatar

Robyn S.

Yelp
Delicious Korean food with slow service. We love KBBQ but this was my father in law's first time so we thought AYCE would be best for him to try various dishes. This is a delightful spot with a wide range of options. Service can be slow but food is tasty and they're good about changing out the grill plates.
google avatar

Diamond H.

Yelp
Manna Shabu BBQ is my favorite spot for celebrating occasions, I love their food. Their side dishes complement the meats, the sauces a kick to every bite. It can get a bit busy sometimes expect to do most of the work yourself but that's how it usually is at KBBQs.
google avatar

Paley W.

Yelp
After bouncing around KBBQ places in DFW for past few years I've came come to the conclusion that this Manna location is the best for couples. It's just a relaxing atmosphere and the the banchan is plentiful and tasty. I do love all the meat too since they're very thinning slices when supposed to be. The unmarinated kalbi is one of the best quality meats. The steamed egg and cheese corn is also a must. You won't regret it.

Derek P.

Yelp
The food is really good especially their side dishes, I will say the service is a bit on the lower end. But I feel that maybe it's because the older woman waitresses don't feel like speaking. Over all I will continue to come back haha it's that good

Anita D.

Yelp
Meat was tender and flavorful. Portions were enough where we weren't trying to stuff ourselves at the end of our meal. Sides were ok. I thought the kimchee tasted a little different but not bad. Maybe I'm used to the ones that come out the jar?! So if it was authentic , it's probably fine and I just didn't know any better. Ordered the tofu soup, eggs and corn with cheese. Kids loved the corn with cheese. Soup and eggs were ok. Green onion salad along with the side salad that comes with the sides was good! Service was on point. They checked on us regularly and if used the bell service, they were quick to respond. Grill change was also prompt. They kept a good eye on keeping our tables clear of used plates.

Yelp
It was lateeeee on a Sunday night for dinner so I was stuffing my face before I remember to take photos, I'm sorry!!! So there's no good photo to be had I just remember stuffing my face, servers were attentive, Steamed eggs got no flavor and a tad burnt But the beef belly meat was yummy! I forgot what else we ordered We stuffed our faces! The End!
google avatar

Yelp
I was surprised Manna has such a low rating on here. I went with a group of 7 friends last night for dinner, and we all thought it was great! We got seated within 5 mins, the banchan (side dishes) were already nicely setup at our table, and our drink order was taken immediately. For meats our favorites were: Beef belly (we had like 6 orders of this alone) Beef brisket Beef tongue Pork Cheek Pork Belly LA Galbi (the marinade on these is amazing) The grills they have get really hot so you can get that nice crispiness on the edges of the meat. Our favorite sides were the radish paper, fish cake, mac salad, and tofu soup. Overall our experience was very much worth it! I would definitely come back here again despite what other reviews mention!

Mikaela C.

Yelp
Great service and food! very kind staff. Young Ju is one of our favorite severs, she's is so friendly and helpful!

Linh N.

Yelp
While the food is absolutely delicious and tasty, food was brought out speedy and was tota worth the money but terrible service!! Server was giving us attitude and wasn't fulfilled our need. When we were ordering steamed egg, the first time they didn't bring it out so we reminded them, first steamed egg brought out then after we finished it he brought out another one and we said that we only ordered one of those and he gave us an attitude and brought out the steamed egg.

Yelp
Honestly, my wife and I are very disappointed in the taste of the food today. Manna used to be our spot but now we might be looking somewhere else. There must be a new chef or something in the kitchen because everything tasted completely different. For the most of it, everything was overly salted. How do you mess up the banchan of japchae and kimchi cucumbers. Let alone the meats!!! I come to eat Korean BBQ and the galbi was super super salty. The brisket was bland. The dipping sauces taste completely different. Either the food is overly salted or overly peppered. Unfortunately this was such a letdown. Super disappointed that I ate one piece of galbi and that's it, and now I have to pay $27. However we love the waiting staff here. Always ask for Kelly and Becky! They treat you like family!! Every time we come and they see us, they always have a big smile. I would give this a one star rating, but Kelly and Becky saves this establishment from that. Hopefully they get this situated, because we love coming here

Yelp
Pros: - a lot of varieties of items - a lot of tables and good for big groups Cons: - they take way too long for the meat to come even when only 30% of tables are occupied. - if you don't mind waiting for an unreasonable of time for you meat, then this place should be fine.

Madeline G.

Yelp
The first time we came on a quiet weekday and the food and service were good. Went for the second time on a Friday night and there were at least 20 people crowded in the lobby and outside. We made our way to the front and realized there was no one at the host stand, so we waited and waited and nobody came. It seemed the staff that did have to walk by the front were avoiding eye contact with crowded lobby. We asked others waiting if they had seen a host or even a staff member and they all said no. We waited 20 minutes and not a single person was sat and not a host to be found. I've never experienced something so unprofessional in a restaurant and will not be back.
google avatar

Kevin K.

Yelp
Normally this would be a 4 maybe 5 stars but there's been a change in cooks or management. Nothing is the same anymore there's been changes to alot of the items. The soy dipping sauce is now disgusting its like some super watered down sweet baby rays, it tasted like if they just strained out the galbi marinade and gave it to you. The salad dressing keeps changing, last time it was ranch??? and the most recent time it was japanese ginger dressing, go back to the regular sangchoo geotjeori dressing (ranch and kbbq is terrible together). The macaroni salad needs to be refrigerated, look like bad milk. The kimchi was super weird tasting, tasted like old meat? Most of the non-marinated meats are pretty good quality. The spicy marinade is mid. I get that the service is a little hit or miss but that's not at the fault of the two nice ladies there, they need more workers. All of the problems i have with manna are with the kitchen and not front of the house... maybe get better cups
google avatar

Yelp
Manna Korean BBQ gets a 28/30. This place is amazing and I love it. There are so many KBBQ places around in this the Carrollton K-town area but this is the best one by far. The there is so much diversity in the meats here compared to other places and each one of them taste great. My friend doesn't like pork much but when we had the garlics pork belly he really liked it. The in-kitchen food items are super good too. From the soup, to steamed egg, to ramen there's so much variety. The pricing is around $30 a person which is average with no lunch price available. My one critic is that the service is slow but I think that's a staffing issue so give them some leniency. The staff themselves are very friendly and welcoming. Overall I love this place and if you like KBBQ this is the place to go 100%
google avatar

DjRick O.

Yelp
Been going here several times. This location seemed newer and cleaner. You pick your broth, 3 types of protein at a time and your veggies, seafood, noodles at the main station toward the back of the kitchen. You can pick or make whatever sauce you want for dipping. Service is nice and attentive. Ask server for ice cream when you're ready.

Sruthi G.

Yelp
We liked the food but service was godawful. The the ladies here have a b*tchy, off putting attitude and it really kinda threw us off. Won't be returning, but if you do come here, the meat is good.
google avatar

Gabriel W.

Yelp
This place always hits the spot. My friends and I love kbbq and this chain always makes its way into our rotation. It's pricing dinner is $28.99 / person and they have a great selection. I never have to wait too long when visiting and I really appreciate that. My favorite go to items are Beef Belly (19) and their corn cheese. They are very efficient and we are always able to continuously order meat after meat until we are satisfied. Highly recommend, 10/10

Ray K.

Yelp
this place was horrible. I was being forced to tip by two old ladies that never catered to my group and I. One of the old lady demanded that I tip which is crazy because tipping is a privilege. do not eat here.
google avatar

Chasity C.

Yelp
My go-to Korean BBQ. I've recommended it and every time I have I get good feedback. Lots of options when it comes to meats and sides. I've never felt rushed here, versus in others I have at times. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to be seated but besides that servers are all very nice. Can get very full but it doesn't hinder your group's own enjoyment. Great for couples or smaller groups all the way to larger groups.

Yelp
I'm surprised this place has such low reviews. I've been here over a handful of times and I just feel like their meat is as good or even better than the mainstream places like Gen. Plus it's never as busy so that's an advantage. I guess it doesn't offer the "cool" vibes like some other places do. I highly recommend trying this place at least once!

Yelp
My previous complaints about this place was that service was really bad. The food back then was really good. One of the better kbbq. It's been a long time since I've came here due to service. Returning back I have to say the service has improved by a lot. However the food quality has gone down. They've changed their menu and moved all the meats around so you really have to look at the menu. The old menu was sorted by the type of meat and that was really nice. However, they've taken off most of their best meats and marinade for cheaper alternatives. Their dipping sauce are not the same. You get a garlic chili sauce, salt, and soy sauce. This place really has gone down in terms of quality of food and their marinades. 2 stars for the service.

Yelp
They have really improved over the year. One of my favorite Korean bbq places to go to if not my favorite in the area. The staff is attentive and kind and the dining experience is always nice now. Thank you

Yelp
They have better sides than most AYCE restaurants. I love that they don't have long lines. I also love that is not smokey
