The 12 Best Argentine Restaurants in Miami | Eater Miami

"This small, no-frills Argentine restaurant features an extensive menu ranging from traditional chorizo (fermented, cured, smoked sausage) and provoleta (melted provolone cheese served hot from the oven) to Spanish tortillas, Milanese options, a variety of empanadas, and even a footlong hot dog topped with ham and cheese. But meat is the menu’s backbone with grilled entrees like skirt steak churrasco, flat iron steak, and choripan (a sausage sandwich). The restaurant’s rectangular pizza comes topped with everything from fried mozzarella to hearts of palm or pineapple. Order the churros, fried, fluted, sugar-sprinkled sticks served plain or filled with dulce de leche, chocolate, or cream for dessert. The service is friendly, and there’s no pretense." - Juliana Accioly

Google
always an incredible argentinian experience! love it here. Cant wait to go back soon. i always recommend getting milanesa de carne & at least 2 or 3 desserts with a ton of dulce de leche. ambiance is relaxed but fun and energetic, the place is always full & has good vibes. thanks for the amazing service and food! we all had an amazing time

Google
Casual, you get what you pay for. For the price, a great atmosphere in the location. Crepe de Dulce de leche a MUST. They don’t skimp on the dulce de leche. Milanesa delicious.

Google
Amazing Argentine food!!! Good quality, everything feels homemade. A little bit loudy though but overall a really nice place to try!

Google
Low quality food in a low end setting, but friendly service. The steak I ordered was overcooked and the fries were a bit stale. The flan was not very good, but truly enormous. It's a popular place though, so they are clearly serving their target market well.

I don’t understand how the chicken baguette has arugula and mozzarella cheese. I ordered a simple dish, a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato on the side nothing more and nothing less…. The menu was not described to me and I wasn’t aware that the sandwich did not come with fries. When my dish was arrived I couldn’t even eat it the arugula with the chicken breast and mozzarella combination had a terrible disgusting taste to it. It’s not in my control if the waitress does not know English. That is not in my control. I requested a simple chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato on the side nothing more and nothing less. It doesn’t even end there. Then another server approaches asking how’s everything I asked him I want whip cream with my ice latte and he said it’s extra. I responded it’s fine I don’t expect nothing free. He brings the whip cream and starts cleaning the table next to me- it gets worse: HE STARTS CLEANING THE TABLE NEXT TO ME AND PUTS THE DIRTY DISHES ON THE TABLE I WAS EATING! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO A PAYING CUSTOMER!?!? I’m also a waitress and I would never do such a disrespectful act to a person eating lunch, overall not a pleasant experience and overall not a good place to order food if there’s a language barrier. How can you hire employees who don’t know English. We are in America people. Please do the effort learn English. It’s a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato on the side nothing more and nothing less. Disappointed

Google
Argentine 🇦🇷 breakfast is quite different but tasty ideal for cold weather. Excellent service, spacious lounge with plenty of 📺 for those that love soccer ( our futbol ).

Google
Great place to have a taste of Argentina’s casual cuisine. The place looks like a typical Avenida Corrientes café/restaurant and the staff is very friendly. Love the churros and medialunas

Google
1.14.25 This is a perfect casual dining, family friendly, come as you are, Restaurant. The service was great. The menu has many items to choose from. The desserts are perfection. Wooden tables, comfy chairs. Spacious atmosphere.

Yelp
I bought some churros from here and took to work. It made everyone so happy! I work with a bunch of picky people, and they all went crazy for the churros. They loved them. I love the empanadas here, too. The service is always great, and the restaurant is always clean. It can sometimes be noisy when it is crowded.

Yelp
I was excited to try Manolo because I've passed it a bunch of times and it's always pretty crowded. One night we walked by, and there was actually a line out the door! So I thought, this place must be pretty good. I stopped in for lunch the other day and I have to say I was very underwhelmed. The service was fine, but a little slow. We were seated for several minutes before somebody came over to bring us water and take our drink order. The restaurant doesn't have cocktails or liquor, but they do have beer and wine. The menu is expansive, and has a ton of staples like burgers, pizza, breakfast, & pastas. My friend and I shared a steak salad and a pizza. The salad was very basic and bland and was served without dressing, with oil and vinegar on the side. The salad had a hard boiled egg, shredded carrots, and four strips of steak. I would not recommend ordering a salad from Manolo. This steak salad is their most expensive salad and it certainly was not worth it. The Pizza on the other hand was absolutely delicious, and the saving grace of this review. We got the Provenzal Pizza in a size medium, which is cut into 8 squares, perfect sharing amount for two people. The pizza was super cheesy with just a touch of red sauce underneath and the perfect amount of garlic. Definitely recommend this if you like a really cheesy pizza! While we didn't try any, the desserts also looked quite good. Lastly, the atmosphere in the restaurant was nothing special, it kind of just had an open diner feel, but there are plenty of tables and it didn't get super loud. They also have TVs around the restaurant and had sports playing. The pricing wasn't expensive, which is refreshing for Miami. I wouldn't recommend Manolo unfortunately. It was a pretty meh experience over all and while the pizza was good, all things considered I don't think I would return for another meal here.

Yelp
Around 12 years ago Manolo was my GoTo spot, Everything was absolutely delicious. I don't know what happened, now it's average -at the very most- The last few times I told myself never again... but then a couple months go by and I go with the hopes that it has changed.. but no. On Friday I was craving gelato and iced coffee.. it's been over a year since my last visit so decided to give it a chance in the hopes that maybe it's gotten better. I was so disappointed. The gelato I give it a 6/10. The iced latte though was terrible. Iced latte made with hot milk and then throw some ice cubes in there is an absolute CRIME -Watered down lukewarm coffee- PRICES DONT MATCH RESTAURANT QUALITY

Yelp
Whether for some ice cream in the dead of summer, hot in the fall and a sweet something or other after incantations to the moon (aka the Full Moon Party), Manolo's on North Beach has been a go-to spot on 73 & Collins since I have ben attending "the ceremonies". Full Disclosure: They do have a food menu which I haven't tried in a very long time since I have lately just gone late night. Maybe next time, or after a beach DAY that will change. They have both a full dining room, a few outside tables as well as a to-go line. The staff who's helped me has always been pretty pleasant and accurate on recommendations. Speaking of, make sure to try the lemon meringue pie!

Yelp
This is a hip little diner that you will find amount a bunch of other restaurants on Miami Beach. There is a commercial parking lot and metered parking within a reasonable walking distance. They have a huge menu, with a wide assortment of choices that includes breakfast food, pizza, burgers, salads, sandwiches, barbecue, ice cream, pies, and other desserts. For the grown up, they offer beer and wine. They also have a kids menu for the littles as well. The kids menu is on the back of coloring pages and they provide crayons. The place has a decent amount of seating, but I had a little wait for table after I arrived. The staff there is friendly enough. You will see a few televisions around that are playing sports in the dining area. I ordered the Manolo Philly Cheese Steak with fries and the littles both got kids meal pizzas. It took about about 10 minutes for us to get our food. The pizza was not your traditional pizza it was tomato sauce and cheese cook on flat bread. My littlest little did not like it, but the older one did. The Cheese steak was also not the traditional style. It was not the sliced steak, It was cubes/chunks. It was good though. The meat, the cheese and even the bread was delicious. Very flavorful. The sandwich was huge and I could not even finish it, which was cool, because I had lunch for the next day. This was a decent meal. I am glad that I was able to check this place out. They have some good food and some amazing looking pies that I wish I had room for. This is worth checking out if you find yourself in Miami Beach Beach and looking for a bite to eat.

Yelp
I am utterly obsessed with this place. We discovered it one time in Miami Beach and we never turned back. Number 1, it's priced so well. You can spend like nothing and get tons of food that is delicious. The factura is a $1 a piece!!! What!!!!! Service is also awesome and the vibes are great right off Collins and with soccer always on. Always get a cafe con leche and the sandwiches de miga are to die for. I could also eat a 1000 of the pastries. Churros are great but skip them for the real stuff. 10/10

Yelp
Los mejores churros de dulce de leche que deguste durante mis vacaciones en la playa de Miami. La comida es ok en general.
google avatar

Sofi M.

Yelp
Unfortunately, we didn't like this place at all. The food we ordered was either tasteless or had too many ingredients. The desserts were somewhat okay; the kids liked them, but I found them too sweet to eat. The staff was not very attentive, and we had to wait longer than usual to place our order.
google avatar

Nikki M.

Yelp
We come here often especially since it's a block away from a beach we like for visit. The food is consistently good but this time around the pizza wasn't that great. We had to send of back because it was hard and cold and they basically reheated it which was fine and it was better but it wasn't as good as other times. The sausage was good and the oJ is fresh but unnecessarily really big. Coffee and desserts are very good. It's a good place to visit for quick Argentine food. Lots of options and moderately priced.
google avatar

Mingo M.

Yelp
Manolo restaurant in Miami Beach offers a decent food, but it falls short in some areas. While the location is convenient and the ambiance is pleasant, the food quality is inconsistent. Some dishes are flavorful and well-prepared, like their empanadas and chorizos argentinos, which are pretty good. However, other items on the menu can be underwhelming and lack the expected taste. Service is hit or miss, with some staff being attentive and friendly, while others seem indifferent. Overall, it's an okay spot for a quick bite, but there are better options in Miami Beach for a more satisfying meal.

Yelp
Yesterday, we stopped by Manolo's for breakfast after running early morning errands. There weren't many customers yet so we got the pick of the tables. I love their layout because they have a nice sized bakery, an ice cream display case, and a wine display case. There are many TV screens for sports, but soccer is a huge favorite to watch at Manolo's! I ordered the American Combo breakfast with sunny side up eggs, bacon, diced potatoes, toast, and a Cappuccino! Delicious!! My daughter ordered the Super Croissant Breakfast combo with scrambled eggs and bacon and a Cappuccino. She said it was really good also. Our server was Cristian, who was friendly, cheerful, and on the ball! Parking was easy at that time of morning, and we scored a spot right in front of Manolo's. We will definitely return soon.

Yelp
Food is ehh, but pastries are amazing!!!! Love them. I had a sandwich de miga and a churrasco. It was chewy

Yelp
I used to come to Manolo often many years ago and I've always enjoyed the food so I decided to stop by again and things haven't changed that much which is a good thing since it continues to offer good food for a reasonable price. The menu has many options to choose from including pasta, pizza, salads, sandwiches, juices, desserts and the list goes on. They are pretty famous for their empanadas, spinach are my favorite! Their smoothies are also fresh and made to order. We had their anchovies pizza and it was pretty good. Portions are decent, specially for desserts so sharing is always an option. The place is really casual and perfect for soccer games if Argentina is ever playing. Service is good but they can take some time if they are really busy but I usually have a good experience overall. Great option if you are having a beach day and looking for a casual spot.

Yelp
Wow Wow Wow!! What an amazing experience here at Manolos. 10/10 recommended for delicious Argentinian food by the beach in North Miami Beach. We made sure to try all of their specialties. We started with spicy beef, spinach and queso y dulce empanadas, as well as a spinach pie for appetizer. The waitress had also recommended calamari, however I'm personally not a fan so I skipped that. For entrees we shared the arugula and prosciutto pizza, UNREAL. As well as the Napolitana with fried egg chicken Milanese, so so good. And the primavera di Parma egg sandwich was absolutely delicious. It was a HUGE croissant bigger than my head, so perfect for sharing! All portions are very big. I never skip on dessert and their bakery looked awesome. We got one of each churro to share and they hit the spot to finish off our meal! The staff was excellent, very attentive and helpful! The ambiance is really nice too! A lot of tables, tvs and good vibes! Check them out you won't regret it!!

Yelp
I am not sure what to say about this place to be fair. It is like a canteen/sports bar. Laid back and relaxed. They have a variety of dishes from breakfast to midnight snacks. The service was fast and efficient. Maybe we were lucky, but it was better than many posh restaurants. I ordered omelette, it was huge. We parked on the street. I don't think they have a designated parking for customers. Overall, it's nice, not exactly my style, but what they are offering they are pretty good. I would recommend if you need a quick bite before the beach.
google avatar

Mahsa T.

Yelp
Manolo has a friendly neighborhood diner feel. Very casual place with an eclectic menu. You can find just about anything here from empanadas to burgers to pizza to Italian dishes. They have brunch items and a variety of smoothies and shakes. The best things on their menu are their desserts. If you have just one thing here, it should be any dessert. I've had the strawberry cheesecake, which is delicious, and their dulce de leche crepes, also delicious. Service is prompt and friendly. It's a large space, so they have many tables, but they are always packed during meal times.
google avatar

Adriana Y.

Yelp
Had a sweet craving, and Manolo's was perfect! My cappuccino was delicious and not as sweet as the hot chocolate. But the hot chocolate was good, just too sweet for my taste. The churros, as always, didn't disappoint!
google avatar

Michael W.

Yelp
I love this place but can't give 5 stars cause if churros are on the marquis and what you're known for, don't tell me at 10pm after a concert that they aren't hot and fresh - churros should be cranking 24/7 on demand. Aside from that, the menu is unique and I liken it to a diner of a different sort - my son and I enjoy it and often crave it - it's our thing - not so much for Mrs. Dubs. So I guess it's a try and see if it's for you!
google avatar

Sandra B.

Yelp
After eating burgers from some place else, we had a taste for churros. Yelp led us here. My daughter went and got them. What a disappointment! They were thin and dry and most were burnt in certain parts. It was late evening (7:30ish) so perhaps the time of day played a part in. Nevertheless, we were not impressed. The staff was nice.

Yelp
I loveeeee the aesthetics at Manolo's and the service is truly pleasant! As far as the food we LOVED the pizza is was absolutely delish, the pasta was okay, the empanadas and chorizo were BOMB and my fav was the limoncillo, taking my first bite reminding me of the first time i tried it in Italy. Manolo's is a must go to, we will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you!

Harry P.

Yelp
Tourist trap. Zero percent Argentine. Food and menu is illogical no classic dishes just pizza and burgers for the traveling beach goers. Churrasco was under seasoned and overcooked. Underwhelming for $30 when hundreds of better options across Miami for 1/3 the cost. Manolo, if you claim to be one thing don't try and sell the other. Tourists will try genuine dishes, locals don't want anything you offer, keep the hot dogs to 7/11, and the pizza to better Italian spots doors down.

Marcelo R.

Yelp
Suerte !!

Yelp
Legit Argentine Italian cafe with breakfast and lunch options for hearty hamburgers, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and Salados of all types.
google avatar

Feroze I.

Yelp
Desserts to die for!! The brownie was scrumptious. Went there for breakfast, very good portions the omelet was enough to feed 2 people. Enjoyed the Colada coffee and tasted the various churros.
google avatar

Nasha P.

Yelp
I go there pretty often for their spinach empanadas. They are really tasty because they put a bit of cheese in it. But if you want them warm they do take 10-15 mins, and if you try to order over the phone ahead of time, you will be placed on a long hold. The other thing I've had from them is their cake that has dulce de leche and peaches. Also good but a bit too sweet for my liking. Their churros are really good also, just really small. I went once in the middle of the day and asked for their famous hot chocolate and they were already sold out. Poor planning on their part to have enough. I'll just keep going back for their empanadas.

Edward A.

Yelp
Not bad, it's "ok". The service was good and the people were very friendly. It's in a nice area of North Miami Beach and the vibe is really cool and vibrant.
google avatar

Gabriela E.

Yelp
Didn't get any photos, but I can say the pineapple pizza is great with an amazing price. The wrapped Glizzy with the bacon are also great. Just don't get any steak here because it's very bland.

Azul M.

Yelp
I got the calabresa pizza to start which was delicious & fresh! Then I had the tri color tortellini with pink sauce & one word: AMAZING! It was cheese filled & extremely yummy. The ambiance here is delightful & full of spirit. I love it here, 10/10.
google avatar

Byron G.

Yelp
If you're looking for some Argentinian cravings, then this is the spot. Located near the beach is a must go for a quick bite or spend quality with friends or family. The pizza is very good with quality toppings and a variety of selection of different types of pizzas to choose from. Service is quick but very attentive. This place gets super full especially on the weekends but the ambience is enjoyable and a nice place to see the different types of unique people. To end the night the churros with hot chocolate are a must. Just make sure you don't leave without trying the churros
google avatar

Jazmin R.

Yelp
Miami beach staple! Cozy place to indulge in coffee + dulce de leche pastries or empanadas. I really enjoy every time i visit!
google avatar

Vanessa S.

Yelp
I come here a lot when I am the beach for their milanesa de carne. By far one of my favorite milanesa ever. However as a whole restaurant they are okay. The menu is huge. I am not a fan of the pizza. The dough is too thick and the pizza is too bland. What I do recommend are the milanesa, churros, and cafe con leche.
google avatar

Sofia M.

Yelp
Advertised as pizza but was flatbread. No fries are included with some meals which would have been fine but the server did not let us know so we were still hungry afterwards. I ordered a brownie with ice cream for desert which had nuts in it. It said this no where on the menu. Ordered water and got a very small glass. Overall I would not recommend.

Chris G.

Yelp
Was looking fwd to this because outside it looks happening. The inside is a mess. First men's bathroom gross. Service just not good and the food was simply not good. The wait was so so so long despite not being busy and so many people just walking around and talking. It's baffling would not return. And then the mandatory tip is a joke. For two adults and two kids a mandatory tip ?
google avatar

Nathan U.

Yelp
Good meat and bread! Beef was moist and complemented the bread quite nice. Spicy beef was also pretty good, but spicy!
google avatar

Sang V.

Yelp
Manolo offers a delightful Argentinean experience that's both affordable and family-friendly. The space is well-organized and bright with ample room, making it great for families with kids. The menu, while budget-friendly, doesn't skimp on quality. The food is tasty and well worth the price. Additionally, the staff at Manolo are attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. A solid choice for a casual meal that won't break the bank.
google avatar

Marian G.

Yelp
Ohhh soooo good! We loved it. We got cakes, pastries and milanesas to go and everything was fresh and tasty. We wished we lived closer so we could everyday! Next time we are in Miami, we'll go there for sure! Nos encantó! Pedimos tortas, facturas y milanesas con papas fritas y todo riquísimo y fresco. Nos encantaria poder vivir más cerca para ir todos los días pero la próxima vez que visitemos Miami será una de nuestras visitas seguras!
google avatar

Yelp
The food was wonderful and the portions are big! Had I been in Miami longer I would have eaten here again but there is a lot to choose from in that city. We only had take out but the service was friendly and the food came out very quickly. The containers for the food were very nice and sturdy. They are open late and there was always a good number of customers no matter the time of day. I will certainly eat here next time I am in town.
google avatar

Rocco D.

Yelp
There is a paid parking lot nearby. Friendly staff, great service because they work as a team. A very large menu with so many good options, the prices are reasonable and they give large portions as well. They have a large dining room so the line moves fast. They also have a large selection of desserts, cakes, pastries , cookies and good coffee. There is a reason to locals dine here, definitely not a tourist trap. They have been in business for many years and the food is consistently good. There is definitely something for everyone on the menu weather you are going for a full meal or just dessert.
google avatar

Brenda L.

Yelp
The good: I came here twice. The first was for dessert and the second time was for their dinner and dessert. The interior is spacious and lively. The photos of people on the wall make the place feel homey and family-owned. The prices here are super reasonable. I haven't seen coffee prices as cheap as this anywhere else. I tried three types of churros for $1 each and liked how they came fresh and hot. The dulce de leche crepes were a nice size and the crepes were the perfect texture and thickness. The dulce de leche puff pastry with meringue was huge. I came on a weekend and had no wait time. The aisles were spacious enough for my baby stroller. Our waiter was quick with serving us and taking our order. The host was very sweet and friendly (shoutout to the host with the Ukrainian grandma). The ribs were tender and the bbq sauce wasn't too sweet. The bad: There's no outdoor seating. The busboy was vaping in the restaurant and also licked his fingers (then returned to work without washing them) after what seemed to be him eating leftovers from the customers. The dulce de leche crepe was overkill with regular sugar sprinkled on top and a dollop of more dulce de leche on the side. It would've have been nicely balanced if paired with something like ice cream or fruit. The puff pastry layered cake was just okay. It had a cool texture and I liked the meringue frosting but the pastry layer wasn't as flaky or buttery as I'd imagine it to be. It was more dry and cracker-like. The coleslaw that came with the ribs was tiny and was much smaller than the photo on the menu. The interesting: They have 3 locations in Argentina. This is their only United States location.

Yelp
Love the churros and the ambiance there. Great Argentinian spot with delicious food. You can also watch Argentinian fútbol
google avatar

Linda R.

Yelp
This place is always busy even late at night, and luckily we have never had to wait for a table. It is a mix of Spanish, Argentinia, Italian and American dishes. Our server was friendly, she answered all our questions, and made suggestions. My only suggestion is to try and check on the customers a little more often because it took awhile to get our bill, and my water glass could have been filled a little more often. The portions were a good size, so my husband and I decided to split the Spanish tortilla, and we had plenty for left overs. Also $13 was a good price. The Spanish tortilla was good, but it needed a little more seasoning, and I would have preferred more green and red peppers. If you have a sweet tooth, they had an extensive dessert menu with several flavors of gelato, cakes and churros. We chose their churros and the ice bomb icecream dessert. Both of these together were a great combination.

Patricia O.

Yelp
Great place to eat at all times of the day. Can't beat the amazing bakery items, sandwiches, pizza and a huge variety of food.

Yelp
Came for a quick lunch, three people. It was fast service. My sister ordered the t-bone and broccoli, me the churrasco and fries, my bf the milanesa. The portions are big big, easily could have shared one plate between two hungry people. The t-bone was the best, cooked to a perfect medium. The issue was it has ZERO seasoning, no salt no nothing. That was also the issue for my churrasco, no no no seasoning. I felt I had to add two pounds of salt A bit disappointing. The chimi has parsley and barley any garlic. That's not real chimi it was a bit sad...especially for an Argentinian restaurant. The other sauce was oil , big chunks of onion and old tomatoes. Not good quality. Not recommended. They need to step the game up. The milanesa was decent, nice breading nice meat. Sangria was good price but Nothing wooow. Fries and broccoli were decent too. The sad thing is that they have the best best best pastry for facturas and cakes. So fresh and such good quality!! The rest of the food needs to step it up.

Yelp
We did a staycation in Miami Beach for a couple of days and decided to have dinner at Manolo's. Manolo's has become the Versailles for the Argentinian community here in Miami. The Ambiance here is very diner vibe and the staff were very friendly and got us seated right away even though it super busy for a Sunday night. To start our meal I decided to order a spinach empanadas, which very underwhelming and a little bland. For the kids we ordered them Argentinian pizza one plain cheese and the other topped with pepperoni. The pizzas were ok a little too doughy for my taste but the kids were able to eat it all. For the main entree we ordered a caprese and steak sandwich, like I mentioned for some reason the bread were too thick and I had to send back my caprese sandwich to get more toasty. The steak was also bland while the prosciutto in the caprese sandwich was solid. The best part of the meal was the dessert, which we ordered their famous stuffed churros. We got one filled with chocolate and the other with dulce de leche (caramel). The food is somewhat affordable but a little too mediocre for me.

Yelp
This is one is a tricky for me , sometimes it's good some other not so much. Service it's ok , ambience great when there is and Argentinian soccer game on!
google avatar

Yelp
Food was ok, churros were not all that! Service was awful girl (Carly)was very rude she didn't want to explain menu. Would not recommend this place at all!

Yelp
HUGE servings and great prices! quick service and typical family restaurant. The location is great close to everything

Yelp
This place is great for a late night snack! After a night at the beach we decided to pop in for some churros and chocolate. We were blown away! I highly recommend the churros filled with dulce de leche, they were the best. The dulce de leche melts into your tastebuds. Then the hot chocolate was thick and creamy, what a perfect balance. As a snack I ordered the bacon wrapped hot dog which was yummy but the bun was not too soft. Other than that our experience was great, the server was very friendly and assured that we had everything we needed.

Yelp
We have been coming to this area for so long and never realized Manolo was right on the corner. Wow...what a surprise! They have been here for decades. The food was spectacular. We loved the Rutini Encuentro...which is a wine we truly love. So glad to know they have it available on the menu. We want to try the churros next time....We will be back!!!!
