New Cookie Service Cookies a la Carte Opens in Austin | Eater Austin
"Launching with online ordering beginning Thursday, October 28, this French-run cookie operation—founded by Hyacinthe Romain and Sabrina Michel—offers a rotating assortment of cookies and cookie cakes. Romain, who moved to Austin in 2019 and previously ran Meringue & Co. (which closed in June), teamed with self-taught chef Michel after discovering Michel’s standout cookies; together they offer classics like double chocolate chip and dark chocolate sea salt, seasonal flavors such as cinnamon, pecan, and orange, and inventive varieties including matcha/macadamia/strawberry chocolate. Pickups are available at Manon’s Shared Kitchen (8309 Research Boulevard) on Thursday from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. and Friday–Saturday from noon–4 p.m., with deliveries to select zip codes; orders can be placed online." - Erin Russell

If you are starting out as a food business, Manon's Kitchen is the best kitchen in all of Austin. I've done tremendous research to find the best CPF in Austin, and in terms of quality, service, and price, Manon's is by far the best. Give her a call and visit the kitchen yourself and you'll see why everyone loves this place.

I own Shaved Ice Island, a dessert truck here in Austin. I contacted Manon's to get started because a commissary is required for mobile food vendors.
But what I found was a clean, professional environment and a group of friendly, hard-working people who all want each other to succeed! Everyone here helped taste test when I was experimenting with various recipes (especially Horchatas and Picadillys!) I will definitely be using Manon's for all of my future food-related endeavors.

Beware.... I have been charged $250 for a deposit, I have NEVER used the kitchen even once, but kept receiving every month a bill they just dont give back the deposit... very unfair and dishonest. also this place is very crowded with dozen of tenants, better options out there
