I own Shaved Ice Island, a dessert truck here in Austin. I contacted Manon's to get started because a commissary is required for mobile food vendors. But what I found was a clean, professional environment and a group of friendly, hard-working people who all want each other to succeed! Everyone here helped taste test when I was experimenting with various recipes (especially Horchatas and Picadillys!) I will definitely be using Manon's for all of my future food-related endeavors.

This place is by far surpassing any expectations that I've had.The owner is so nice and sweet and gives off this amazing family vibe.She and her family is definitely committed to this company and really care.The kitchens are perfect size for my company that caters from 1 to 1000 people you never know but I have the space needed to accomplish my goals.I am so thankful for this place and im glad I found it and glad I found a home for my business.

Beware.... I have been charged $250 for a deposit, I have NEVER used the kitchen even once, but kept receiving every month a bill they just dont give back the deposit... very unfair and dishonest. also this place is very crowded with dozen of tenants, better options out there
