If you are starting a food business and need commercial kitchen space, Manons has to be the best place in town. The management is extremely accommodating, fair, responsive, and friendly. There is plenty of space at the facility and access to high quality shared equipment. You also get to rub shoulders with other entrepreneurs who are at all different stages of their business’s development. I’ve been a tenant for almost 2 years.

I own Shaved Ice Island, a dessert truck here in Austin. I contacted Manon's to get started because a commissary is required for mobile food vendors. But what I found was a clean, professional environment and a group of friendly, hard-working people who all want each other to succeed! Everyone here helped taste test when I was experimenting with various recipes (especially Horchatas and Picadillys!) I will definitely be using Manon's for all of my future food-related endeavors.

This is the best place so far and we tried many. Inspections go smoothly and with a 100 score. Clean place, awesome tenants that share the space in a friendly manner, clean and functional. Location is great and the owner really care about you. Prices are amongst the cheapest ones. When there is an issue they do their best to solve the problems eficiently and in a timely manner. Lots of people want to be there so if there is a space that fits you jump in!

If you are starting out as a food business, Manon's Kitchen is the best kitchen in all of Austin. I've done tremendous research to find the best CPF in Austin, and in terms of quality, service, and price, Manon's is by far the best. Give her a call and visit the kitchen yourself and you'll see why everyone loves this place.

Yummy enchiladas! There's not much seating as this is essentially a shared commercial kitchen. I wandered here for lunch after dropping my car off at Discount Tire and was very satisfied with my meal!

We've been to a few shared kitchens and this one --hands down--is the best. Manon (the owner) has a great, positive personality which is reflected in the kitchen. Highly recommended!
