"Launching with online ordering beginning Thursday, October 28, this French-run cookie operation—founded by Hyacinthe Romain and Sabrina Michel—offers a rotating assortment of cookies and cookie cakes. Romain, who moved to Austin in 2019 and previously ran Meringue & Co. (which closed in June), teamed with self-taught chef Michel after discovering Michel’s standout cookies; together they offer classics like double chocolate chip and dark chocolate sea salt, seasonal flavors such as cinnamon, pecan, and orange, and inventive varieties including matcha/macadamia/strawberry chocolate.
