Visually, this store offers incredibly unique and eclectic delights. I certainly had a good time browsing with my daughter. Unfortunately, I found the snarky fellow working the front counter quite off putting. I'm sure he thought I was a frumpy housewife, while in reality I am a well-informed artist and antique dealer. It was 96 degrees outside and disgustingly humid, so yes, I was dressed for that rather than in my haute couture attire. You can't judge a book by its cover, but in this snooty place, they most certainly do. I found it strange that he had to call the owner every time someone was interested in a piece - not a single item was marked with the price and apparently, they don't keep a list in the store.
