I came here for ice cream on my lunch break only to find the longest nastiest hair in my ice cream!!!!! Yuck, so disgusting! I asked for a refund only for the guy to offer to remake it. Why would I want you to remake it when you’re clearly not clean? I rightfully demanded a refund. You can’t convince me he didn’t see that LONG nasty hair while mixing my ice cream with almonds. I won’t be back EVER

Pretty good ice cream with original toppings. I had raspberry ice cream with Kitkat and almonds

A nice treat for my grandson today…We we’re standing and looking at the icecream at Marble Slab in Barton Creek Mall and this senior citizen steps up and says “I want that boy to have the icecream”. After saying Thank You, the man disappeared and when we went to pay, the clerk said “It was on him, he paid for it, he’s the owner. Such a nice gesture. Thank You, owner of Marble Slab. You are a sweet and humble man.

I had a really great time at this place. Customer service was through the roof. The person helping me, I believe her name was Arianna, she made me feel so welcome and wanted. She made sure that every part of my order was correct and looked great. I would 100% recommended anyone to come here, the flavors are numerous and amazing

Their ice cream is always superb. Love that I get as many mix-ins as I want - even though it might be a crazy combination. The staff was super friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time.

Very unorganized staff at times. The line forms at one end of the store but there are checkout corners at two ends making it very confusing if they take orders at both ends. Nobody bothers to answer any queries about the products unless you get in a line. Prices are a bit high for shakes, considering a chick-fil-a is the adjacent store which does have good shakes as well. Definitely needs a better manager.

BE CAREFUL! REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT/STATEMENT! My receipt says I paid $5.62 in cash, but I used a credit card and was charged $6.62 on my statement. The cashier's name according to the receipt is "Laine." I have tried calling the local store, the national parent corporation, and even the local store's catering line. NO ONE answers their phones. There isn't even a live person to talk to on the corporate side. I ended up submitting my complaint using their website. So frustrating.

Basic ice cream offering with all the usual flavors. They are unfortunately located next to the always smelly mall bathrooms near the food court upstairs. A sign indicates where the line should flow, and people still don't always line up correctly. They had my two-flavor favorite combo of cheesecake and milk chocolate and eating them together was divine. Not out of this world-tasting but solid and fulfills that ice cream craving. The price is almost out of this world, though.

The ice cream was amazing! Went there with my dad to go out a bit and he enjoyed it just as much. I tired the red velvet ice cream and tasted just like it. You just can't complain about this place. I would recommend going here next time you go to the Barton creek mall.

Paid $5 for a smoothie and got half a cup of unblinded ice... wtf is this shit? Can't even drink it through that sorry ass straw you give people. All I out get are huge chunks of ice that you have to chew

Nope, nope nope nope ! Some flavors I tasted had a bitter after taste. Got their red velvet, which was super sugary and had too much artificial color in it (and I mean, too much)! Time to replace this with a better ice cream shop.

First time at Marble Slab creamery, we ordered the smallest cup vanilla, costs $5. The texture and consistency is great but tasted really bad. To me it tasted like I was chewing on plastic. But, there was a long line of customers so may be I should try a different flavor.
