Just left Marble!!! We ordered the combo with rib eye and marinated short rib, Brisket I think it was 130? Since it was a combo it came with.L steamed egg and soup, and the amount of banchan (side dishes) was crazy large so many options we couldn’t even get through them all. The quality of the meat and everything we tried was top notch and really flavorful. It actually felt very affordable for how much food we got, and we found out they have a stellar lunch deal with items under $18. Honestly one of the smoothest, most delicious Korean BBQ experiences around, and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon! I really enjoyed my time at Marble. I came with my family, a party of four around 5PM on a Friday afternoon, so the restaurant was nearly completely empty. We were seated after the servers had already prepped the table with all of the side dishes and cutlery. We ordered the $142 3-4 people Beef combo (L). It comes with three kinds of meat, a tofu soup, and steamed egg. Side note, you don't need to order anything extra with the combo, it's more than enough filling. The atmosphere is beautiful, the restaurant uses plenty of wood and lighting which was a surprise, since the restaurant is inside Woodbury Town center not usually know for high end offerings. Gary was our server, he was so attentive and helpful. My party enjoyed the show of him grilling the premium meat to perfection (photos attached). Also, the sauce provided is delicious and pairs so well with everything, even the veggies. The beef itself tasted high quality, not oily nor too chewy. The people here really picked the best cuts to serve. We even received a free rice bowl on them because they brought us extra, it was such a generous gesture. Furthermore, the refillable side dishes were also all delicious, and we were able to take an extra portion home. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I had at a Korean BBQ restaurant, it feels higher end than the other place near Mitsuwa Marketplace. I highly recommend trying this place out for the meats and service! PS: this is my first review, so it's quite long, but I had to write a review about how great this place is!

This place is an amazing luxury Korean BBQ experience. The quality of the meat is outstanding everything was incredibly fresh, tender, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality cuts. What made the experience even better was the service. The staff grills every piece of meat for you at the table, so you don’t have to worry about cooking anything yourself. They were very attentive, friendly, and made sure each cut was cooked perfectly. The cold noodle was also delicious and refreshing, a perfect balance after the rich meats. On top of that, the restaurant is very clean and upscale, more like a fine-dining restaurant than a typical BBQ spot. If you’re looking for a premium Korean BBQ place with great food, excellent service, and a classy atmosphere, this is definitely worth it. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

⚠️ Scam Alert ⚠️ This restaurant is a total rip-off. Check your receipt carefully — they sneak in a 17% gratuity automatically, and then the final bill still shows a Tips line, making you think you should add another tip. If you follow the usual custom and add 20%, you’ll end up paying nearly 45% in tips! That’s insane. When I asked the server if “gratuity” was the same as tip, she pretended not to understand and told me to ask the manager. The manager finally admitted the tip was already included. Just imagine how many guests don’t notice this — I’d bet 80% fall into the trap. Dishonest and unacceptable!

Food is great. The cook was good too. He was amazing at making Korean BBQ tasty for us. However, every other server lacks basic common sense. This may be relevant to trainings, but the floor was quite empty, yet we couldnt get hold of our server for 5 minutes. They were all just hanging out or staring at empty places and didnt bother paying attention to basic needs for customers. For instance, it took me 3 times to grab their attention to give us water, 4 times to get their attention for refills, and 2 times to pay checks. Again, the floor was near empty. I even had the urge to call them out like Koreans would, but I didn't. If the restaurant manager reads this, please train your servers to be keen to their surroundings. If I'm paying $55 per dish, I would at least want a server to know whether I have water or not. Again, their food is really good.

We had a really wonderful time at Marble Steakhouse, and there are two things they are doing absolutely right: the meat and the hospitality. What They Nail The quality of the steak is phenomenal. You can tell they aren't cutting corners with their sourcing; every cut was incredibly tender, and cooked to perfection. It is easily some of the best meat I’ve had recently. Pairing that with the top-notch service made for a great night out. The staff was incredibly professional, proactive, and genuinely friendly. They really go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. Where It Falls Short Despite the high-end feel, the experience felt incomplete because they were missing several "staple" items you expect at any Korean barbecue house. We were surprised to find no rice paper and, even more shockingly, no kimchi. These aren't just extras; they are foundational to the meal. The Pricing Philosophy My biggest gripe, however, was being charged extra for a bowl of rice. When you are already paying for a premium meat package, charging for rice feels "cheap." As a diner, I would much rather pay $90 for a package that includes the essentials than pay $82 and see a separate charges for basics like rice. It’s a psychological thing..charging for a basic staple at a high-end steakhouse feels like nickel-and-diming the customer. It’s a small detail that unfortunately leaves a "budget" aftertaste on an otherwise premium experience. The Bottom Line: The food is delicious and the people are wonderful, but I hope they consider including the traditional essentials to truly match the high quality of their steak.

First off, the interior is CRAZY beautiful -- modern, sleek, and honestly stunning the moment you walk in. It already sets the tone for a great dining experience. The service was just as impressive. Every single worker was TOO nice -- genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtful without being overwhelming. You really feel taken care of the entire time. Now the food... sooo yummy. The quality of the meat was excellent, rich and flavorful, and everything was cooked beautifully. One surprise standout was the naengmyun -- it was so, so good, refreshing, perfectly balanced, and the ideal complement to the heavier dishes. This is a solid kbbq spot with good meat quality, and the restaurant has a nice open feel. The steamed egg was tasty and the cold noodles were also solid. It was nice having the staff cook the meat for us, though they did drop our meat a few times, which was a little awkward. We also asked them to cut our cold noodles, and they used the same scissors that had touched raw meat. I was not too worried since raw beef is safe to eat, but it still caught me off guard. I had really wanted to try their pasta dish after seeing it in older Yelp photos, but I was told it is no longer on the menu. It is also hard to find an updated menu since their website does not work.

Great lunch special! We came in on a Friday and there were only 4 other tables. The service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. They helped us cut and mix our dishes at the table! Side dishes came out right after we ordered and were flavorful. I enjoyed the octopus stone bowl bibimbap and the bibimnaengmyeon! We'll definitely be back to try their KBBQ.

We ordered the spicy pork stone rice, soy pork, and cold noodle. Throughly enjoyed the meal. Only small thing was that the combo kbbq for two portion could be. A little more food. We definitely would not be full if we only got that.

Probably my favorite KBBQ spot in the OC right now. The side dishes (banchan) are all fresh and delicious. The meat quality is superb from the ribeye to the marinated short rib. The servers are all very attentive and responsive. The ambiance is upscale, clean, and modern. With all that being said, it's not exactly the cheapest KBBQ spot but with Marble, you get what you pay for which is high quality food, great service, and a clean and contemporary environment. Looking forward to coming back during lunch where I hear their lunch specials are more budget-friendly.

Finally tried their Kbbq after a friend recommended it. High quality banchan, meat, soybean stew, steamed cheese egg, and it was a calm experience. Many of my Kbbq experiences elsewhere have always been loud and overly crowded, but this is a high end and relaxing restaurant. You get what you pay for and it's worth it.

This place offers both great quality and generous portions! We actually came here twice in one weekend because we enjoyed it that much. My favorites were the ribeye and beef tongue, both were so tender. Next time, I definitely want to try their marinated raw crab. I also loved the raw shrimp they serve as part of the banchan! Enjoy it because it's not often you'll see that served free. My only wish is that they offered rice paper... Also, you'll need to ask for their kimchi separately because it's not served with the banchan. Overall, amazing food, attentive service, and a spot I'd happily recommend to friends and family.

Wow, what a wonderful experience! We've passed this place by so many times in the Woodbury shopping center thinking it was a traditional steakhouse. But don't be fooled, they certainly serve KBBQ, banchan (sides) and all! Let's get the money talk out of the way since that seems to be a major point of contention here. We got the $85 small beef combo, which comes with 3 generous meat portions (brisket, ribeye, boneless short rib), a beautiful spread (see attached photo), steamed egg & soybean soup. The spread also includes a sizeable kimchi pancake and 2 large shrimps. All of these was more than enough food for 2 people. We couldn't finish and ended up taking some home as leftovers (which you can't do at AYCE!). Most AYCE KBBQ in Irvine cost about ~$40 per person, so the price is very comparable. If you can vacuum down the meats like a savage, then yea the AYCE will be a better option. But if you want a filling and balanced meal, packed with different vegetables, then this is superior. Not to mention the employees grill the meat for you to perfection, and the quality of the meat is better too! You don't have to do any of the cooking. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be coming back when the KBBQ craving strikes again.

Great family meal that we always come back for. The service is great and they have wine too! We always order the large combo and it comes with a nice variety of 3 cuts of meat. Meat is always fresh and side dishes are great too. We love the kimchi pancake and the steamed egg.

Food is always great! Recommend getting the small set for two people. It's more than enough. We recently had a staff named Max who grilled for us. Would highly recommend his grilling style. He was very nice and happily answered our questions, even though he was there all day and most likely was exhausted. Back to food: You can always ask them for more banchan too. Rice is extra but do not think rice is needed. Their salad is my fave! Also recommend eating their meat with some wasabi and cilantro. Such a great pairing!

I came here on a date for a pasta night a few years back, not the greatest pasta I've had, but it was not bad. I will say the meats looked better at the other partie's table. So perhaps you're better off with the Korean bbq instead of the pasta! The appetizer were good.

Came here for Valentine's Day and it was a great experience! We were so surprised at how spacious the interior is, the high ceilings and dark woodsy vibes were so nice. They have large tables so they can definitely accommodate for larger parties We ordered the small beef combo which came with brisket, marinated boneless short rib, & our choice of either ribeye or non marinated boneless short rib where we chose the latter. It also comes w a soybean stew and steamed egg We ordered another boneless short rib which was highkey waaaay too much food for the two of us xD but it was delicious The side dishes were really good! We got the small set of beef which includes thinly sliced brisket, marinated and non-marinated boneless short rib. Definitely enough for 2 people and they cook it for you. The banchan was a little different from other KBBQ places. I really like the jullienned green onions and the corn dish, that is something I don't remember seeing at other places. The decor inside is modern and feels new. The service was exceptional! I thought the brisket was decent, but when the set menu was a little pricier than at an AYCE restaurant I expected it to be better. It was a little dry unfortunately. The non-marinated boneless short beef had nice marble to it which came out in the flavor. It was very juicy and packed with flavor. We also got the naengmyeon or the cold buckwheat noodles. Refreshing with all the beef we had. But the star of the night has to be marinated boneless short rib. The flavoring on the marinade really compliments the beef. I believe it was soy based with a lot of garlic, which was right up my alley.

We had heard that this place was a favorite for kbbq among locals so of course we had to give it a try. We went in for lunch when it wasn't super busy but it did take them a little to get the table set up and seated. We ordered a combo set to share between 3 of us with each of us having our own cold noodles. We loved how the meat was high quality and all the variety of side dishes complimented the meat so well. The ding on the stars was unfortunately from the cold noodles. My mother in law and I are both big fans of nengmyun but this one I think was a miss this day. It seemed to almost have a strange after taste in the broth that almost tasted like something was going bad in it and neither of us could drink any of the broth. I'm going to chalk it up to hopefully a bad batch and hopefully wasn't the usual. I will say that it is a convenient location and service was good so will look forward to trying it again in the future.

Marble has a lovely ambiance and a plethora of good side dishes. The employees were always on hand to help and they grill the meat for you. We came here for dinner and it wasn't busy at all, so it was an ideal place to chill and talk. If you're looking for a high-end K barbecue place with a quieter ambience then this is perfect. It is a little pricey for the quality of meat offered, but I would definitely eat here again for the service and atmosphere!

I've only been for lunch specials but I imagine the kbbq is great too! Lunch specials wise the Hot stone pork dish is great. They give you a lot of pork. Cold noodles also a refreshing one to order. The banchan tastes fresh and delicious. Service is always great! They take reservations and parking is plenty.

This place is a nice scenery away from ayce kbbq. You could tell this place focus on service and quality meat since it's not ayce. We were seated in the middle tables without the table grill but they cooked the meat elsewhere before putting it on our portable grill to keep warm. They were great in keeping our banchans refilled once they're empty, it's nice of them without having us to ask! We had a large party so we ordered 3 combos, as well as some other side meats and raw crab which was plenty of food. The crab was very flavorful and fresh compared to other Korean restaurants. They also provided us all with gloves to keep our hands clean. Come here if you want good quality Korean bbq meat!

Marble Steakhouse & Grille is a very clean and nice spot--you can tell they put effort into creating a sleek, upscale environment. Located in Irvine, it definitely gives off that polished, modern vibe. The food quality is good--nice cuts of meat and nicely presented. No real complaints there. But you definitely pay a premium for the experience, and for me, it just didn't quite match the value. While it's a solid option if you're looking for a fancier night out, I'll probably choose other spots that give more bang for your buck moving forward. Worth trying once, but not necessarily a go-to for the price.

Really good kbbq! We came in on a saturday night and it was pretty busy. For my wife and I, the small beef combo was great. The quality of the beef was good and we really enjoyed the boneless short rib and the marinated one as well. The sides were perfect and very unique compared to other kbbq spots. I would say the concept is similar to gooyi92 and baekjeong with the set meat combos and having the staff cook for you. However, the pace was way too quick. It felt a little rushed as they were trying to cook the food so quick, especially for my wife, who isn't the fastest eater out there. For the sides, we really enjoyed the scallion salad and the seakelp with garlic. I loved how they were generous with the portion when you ask for more. I did wish they had a better system for reservations. I believe you can only call ahead. It looks like theres no online reservation system such as opentable or yelp. Regardless, we will still be back.

Came with reservations on a Friday night and their system seems to be out of wack despite now having been open for some time because the hostess seemed surprise to hear my name and asked me if I had a reservation despite me having "checked in" 15+minutes before that and having been told-- by the same hostess--that the staff was getting my table ready. In total we waited around 20 or so minutes from the actual start of our reservation time so it was not a great start. Then I sat down to a dirty napkin place setting so lost a few points there too. We ordered the large beef combo with short rib as our choice. The brisket was dry and unimpressive. The short rib was nicely marbled and melted in my mouth. That was the best meat of the bunch-- but unfortunately that was the only good meat so not much of a choice. The next marinated option was a bit lacking in flavor and we weren't excited about finishing it at all. Tasted like it had marinated for all of a few hours. Meh. The banchan also left a lot to be desired. The salad for one was brown at the edges... no thanks. The kimchi pancake was bland and soggy like it had been made hours ago. They didn't even have kimchi and all the banchan felt like easy put-together options-- nothing special there. Won't be back.

We were in search of an above average Korean bbq restaurant and we stumbled into Marble, I'm glad we did. While we did have to wait a while to be seated, our meal proved to be worth the wait. We ordered the Beef Combo (S), for two, which came with brisket, short rib and marinated short rib. Everything was great! And the banchan hit the spot from the moment we sat down. I'd stop by again for sure the next time I'm in the area and have a big appetite.

I enjoyed the atmosphere here. It was spacious. There was a bar too.The side dishes tasted just right. The meat was good quality meat. The service was excellent. I definitely will come back when I crave for Korean BBQ.

Love love love this place! Came here for a business lunch & my client ordered for me & every thing was delicious! The quality of all the meats were excellent! This was way better than an all you can eat place. All the side dishes were great. I love how our server is the one who cooks the meats for us. This place is so worth it! I'm definitely coming back.

I had lunch with my bestie here for her birthday on Saturday, 2/1 at 11:30am (we had reservations). We ordered the 2 Person (S) Beef Combo - with this and all the banchan, it was SOOOOO MUCH FOOD. and everything was INCREDIBLE.... just chefs kiss. The restaurant was so clean, so neat and tidy and I have no complaints there. The staff was so kind, from the greeting person when we walked in, from the two waiters that assisted us with cooking throughout the meal. My favorites: the salad dressing - OMG this dressing was to die for. If anyone has a recipe for me, PLEASE, It was just that good! the rib eye - you could tell it was really great quality meat. The marinated boneless short ribs - omg, practically melt in your mouth, delicious - 10/10 order this! maybe two orders of it. Would love to come back, this is a great place to come for small dinners as well as large family gatherings. LOVE that they cook the food for you so that you have the chance to interact with your loved ones without having to be distracted by cooking.

I had the best experience here!! Everything was sooo good. The meats were melt in your mouth delicious and the banchans were addicting. This is most def one of the best KBBQ places in Irvine. There wasn't a single thing I didn't enjoy. Came with a group of 6. We ordered one of the combo sets and added pork jowl, two spicy cold noodles, and a seafood pancake. Everything tasted like perfection. We were stuffed. Service was top notch. Everything is cooked for you - shout out to Gary who did an amazing job! I have stopped into the bar often for a Glass of Austin hope Wine for $25 Now all of a sudden, the owner tell the help that they will no longer sell a glass of Austin hope you have to buy the whole bottle for $115.00 What a Stupid Policy by an owner who is Clueless about Building a strong Customer base and Community Relations!! We made reservation for KBBQ and were seated right away once arrived. Place was nicely decorated and spacious. We ordered the large beef combo and added beef tongue and spicy cold noodles. They cook the meat for you like Baekjeong, but the meat quality and service is a bit better than Baekjeong. Just disappointed that Marble doesn't have rice paper or seaweed. I like to wrap my meat with those. But overall the food and service is better than Baekjeong.

The galbi-sal here is AMAZING! super tender and packed with flavor. Totally worth it. And Spicy cold noodle was BOMB!

Our intent was to try their lunch specials but the lunch specials don't include KBBQ so husband and I ordered the small beef combo ($85) instead. It totally turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we were so impressed with the meat quality (and marbling!) of their brisket, boneless short ribs and marinated short ribs. Kevin expertly grilled the meats to our liking: so tender and flavorful! There are a LOT of side dishes here that are not offered in other KBBq's and oddly kimchi is by request only. Also there's no japchae (my super favorite banchan) however the combo comes with piping hot steamed egg, an even hotter soybean paste stew, raw shrimp and Korean pancake. We had a lovely lunch, the ambience is 10x calmer than the usual AYCE kBBQ, we didn't smell smoky at all when we exited and more importantly we didn't feel rushed. Thank you to Gary and Kevin for the delightful grilling and friendly customer service. We'll definitely try the stone pot lunch specials next time!

Experience here was PHENOMENAL!! the service; the food quality; the ambiance. definitely recommend you check it out. it was busier during the lunch hour but the servers (Gary specifically) were so sweet and so accommodating.

I had a bad feeling when we walked in. 90% of the tables were open, but was told we would have to wait 15 minutes and couldn't get one of the tables with a grill attached. Decide to sit at the bar instead. We were ignored for a good 10 minutes before finally getting someone's attention. The brought a portable grill and half cooked meat that looked like maybe they threw it in the microwave first and then brought out to finish cooking. Needless to say it was not good and we won't be going back again. $120 can get way better food and service somewhere el

This place is my new favorite go to place for Korean bbq. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service was amazing. We got the beef combo small and it was definitely enough for the two of us. It was $85ish for the combo which is very reasonable in my opinion. They had a wide variety of ban chan as well. They cook for you here. So good food, good service. What else do you need.

The restaurant is trendy. The staff and servers are friendly and courteous. The great thing is the servers cooks for you. We ordered their set menu, Beef Combo (L) and their Seafood Green onion pancake. They were all delicious! Will definitely come back!

Food was excellent and the different meats was cooked to perfection by the waiter. The side dishes were delicious. The entire family will be back.

Food The food was great for the price point. My dad ordered the Spicy webbed octopus rice bowl that came in a sizzling pot with a fried egg- absolutely delicious especially when the rice crisped up at the bottom (and only $15!). I had the spicy cold noodles (Mul Naengmyeon) that came with vinegar and mustard on the side. It would have been nice if there was a tad bit more broth (like maybe 1/2 a cup) but other than that it was still very filling. I can't believe it was only $13 with all the sides and a buckwheat tea. They also brought out this lovely beef and radish soup (not sure if it came with the octopus or my noodles) but it was really tasty and homey. Service Thank you to Pk and Gary for providing a lovely dining experience. Gary was on top of everything and knew the menu well. He was very articulate and generous with refilling our sides/tea. Ambiance It seems like an upscale Korean Place with the classic silver utensils and warm wood accentz. The inside is bigger than I thought with both outdoor and indoor seating, and it can accommodate large or small parties. It was lunchtime and very pleasant seeing other diners ordering lunch specials. Thank you!

Wow, this Marble Steakhouse & Grill offers super high quality KBBQ, and I love that it's full service in that one of Marble's friendly staff members will prepare and cook each cut of meat to your liking. We chose medium rare and everything was absolutely scrumptious! We also love that the KBBQ combo comes with so many delicious banchan / side dishes. My favorites are the kimchi pancake, steamed egg, and the flavorful soup, but all the pickled veggies are great too! The raw/marinated shrimp is also great for anyone who loves that texture. You'll get plenty of food with a combo, but if you're still hungry, there are a lot of yummy add ons you can pick to make your meal extra decadent. I love the cold noodles as well, and will add this on if I'm feeling like taking home some leftovers. Ambiance is very nice and doesn't feel stuffy, and restaurant staff is friendly and helpful. So delicious! Meant is good quality, sides are fresh. The inside of restaurant feels sophisticated. Service is good too, everything was grilled to perfection! Planning to go back in the near future.

I had a great dining experience here. Upon reading others' reviews tho I guess their service and quality of food seem to be inconsistent. We had a reservation on a Saturday night. There was no line and the place was pretty quiet. We got seated quickly once our table was ready. Upon arriving at our table, I was wowed by the setup. The banchans were beautifully placed and everything looked delicious!! There were 11 barchan dishes, such as fish cake, pancake, mayo corn, cucumber, salad, etc. AND marinated raw shrimp!! They were very delicious! We ordered the beef combo- which included brisket, short ribs and Ribeye, as well soybean paste stew and steamed egg. Honestly food was really good, and quality was there. I hate to say this but I think our server butchered the cooking part. When the brisket first arrived, it was just sitting at our table, and no one came so after waiting for a bit I assumed that we had to cook for ourselves. I began putting brisket on the grill, and the server came rushing out and took over. He kinda commented on how I messed up on the brisket, which was confusing to me. All I did was put the meat on the grill, how much can I really mess it up really? He cooked the brisket way longer than I would've cooked them. To be fair, I'm also not a fan of brisket anyways and I thought the brisket was overcooked and tough. We had the short ribs and ribeye done medium rare, and they were very good. The steamed egg was so good, I would get a second serving if I wasn't overstuffed. I think the small beef combo is plenty for 2 to share. The interior was very classy and elegant. I also like how each table is nicely distanced, so that you don't have to hear other people's conversation involuntarily. Though they are similar to Baekjeong, Marble is a lot calmer in terms of atmosphere and energy. It's a nice option if you want to have a quiet, intimate Korean BBQ dinner.
