Decided to book since it is recommended by the Michelin Guide. Don’t understand the recommendation albeit the wine list is extensive and service is great.
We had the Tartar de Bonito to start with, which just tasted like Worchestershire sauce, really terribly acidic. For mains we had the Secreto Iberico and Bonito del Norte. The Secreto was dry, and tasted like it was marinated and grilled with ketchup/cheap bbq sauce. The Bonito was bad, like the fish had gone bad, which probably explains the Worchestershire sauce to cover the smell in the tartar. The service was exceptional, wine was amazing and atmosphere great. It just looked like the head chef doesn’t care about the quality, which shows.
