The food was phenomenal 👌 fish was so delicious. Wine was excellent. Service was the best. Loved everything. 👌👌👌will be back 👌I did go back, and this time smaller bites but excellent.

Google
The food is phenomenal. The chefs here are fantastic. The woman who made our scrumptious steak and eggs and gorgeous toffee pain du also had the Best eye make up that looked like puzzle pieces that matched her earrings. She was a boss. Watching them work from the bar while I was eating was so fun and I was so intent, I probably stressed them out. The beignets were nom, they make their own apple butter and cream, my mouth still misses it. It's cozy and cute and tasty. $75 for brunch, make a reservation to secure a spot. It pops on Sunday afternoon.

Celebrated my partner’s 31st birthday. Amazing service and great menu. I was torn between a few options but I got the mussels and he got the tarte flambee. I felt bad for knocking a star off for atmosphere but it was a busy day with big loud groups; I’m glad for the business though that it was going so well on a Tuesday evening! I had a honey lavender soda that was a bit too medicinal for my taste but it’s literally what honey lavender soda is supposed to taste like so excellent. My partner had a Moscow mule and love the ice consistency for that drink, it was also delicious.

Was told wait was 20 minutes. After 50 minutes was finally seated. They could have seated us at the outside tables with a drink while we waited, but they didn’t care. Service was extremely slow and waiter complained about not having a back waiter as if that were our problem. Appeared he had 4 tables. Cornbread oysters were great, but mussels were horrible and sent them back. Seemed like they sat in the sun too long. Moscow mules were excellent, but wines by the glass sucked like they had been open bottles for a few days. Seems like for these prices they could do much better. They are riding their choice location without having to back it up with service, food, and drinks. And previous reviews look very similar and overly glowing. Almost like they are fake.

Google
Very nice place. Friendly and pleasant staff was wonderful. Food was excellent. We enjoyed steak tartare and oysters along with an excellent red they recommended. It was delicious and filling. Also not as pricey as you might think. You should eat here.

Google
Great cocktails, tasty food, mind-blowing desserts. Had a great server who made our evening fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Google
Really lovely brunch. The coffee drinks were great, and my fiancé and I loved the smoked salmon, the beignets, and the baked french toast. However, the toast for the Spring Pea Tartine was burnt and very hard. This could be a stylistic choice, but it seemed unintentional. Other than that, we had a lovely time!

Google
Had a lovely anniversary dinner here and the entire experience was fantastic. Our server David was 5 stars all on his own, equal parts, funny, proficient, and friendly; the food was also amazing and I highly recommend for a night out or a truly special occasion! Thanks for dinner!

Yelp
Marché delivers a chic outdoor brunch experience that feels like a mini-vacation. On a warm Saturday morning, the patio seating was perfection--breezy, inviting, and just the right amount of liveliness without being noisy. The wine list is a standout, showcasing French and Oregon vineyards that included a sparkling wine that made perfect mimosas. For brunch, the eggs benedict with house-cured ham were the winner. The poached eggs were perfectly runny, resting atop the most tender, flavorful ham, all draped in a velvety hollandaise. Another hit was the Boudin Blanc, with a perfectly spiced and cooked sausage with a delicious dijon sauce. Every bite was a testament to the kitchen's dedication to quality, local ingredients and classic technique. Marché's brunch is the epitome of relaxed elegance, where impeccable food, wine, and service come together seamlessly.

Yelp
Awesome venue, sat at the kitchen servery and it was akin to being at the chefs table. Watched in awe as chef Daniel Click assembled a bouliabase with the reverence of a true artiste. I have never seen such genuine care given to a meal this side of Iron Chef. The tiny hint of fennel made this one of the best I've ever tasted throughout the Pacific from NZ to Alaska. I wanted it for myself and lo and behold it was the one I ordered. His sous, Hannah, delicately peeled shrimp with the care of a surgeon while covertly anticipating her team's needs. Such a pleasant discovery to find such fine dining in the middle of the PNW. Showcasing the best of local wines among some of the Loire and South of France finest. Thx Mikel for your attention and professionalism, your knowledge of the stellar-cellar was much appreciated. I'll be back for that Abecela Albarino. Perhaps the management would do well to 'BinWise' sponsor your next sommelier level. Well done Marché, well done indeed...

Yelp
A restaurant that claims to serve French cuisine walks a fine line and Marche always delivers. Food is presented beautifully and tastes heavenly, wine list is outstanding. We didn't have reservations so had to wait for 10ish minutes to get a table but that is to be expected on a weekend. Service was prompt and our waitress answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. We mentioned our anniversary to the hostess and our server put a candle in our dessert! A nice touch. One minor drawback is the noise level, but that's not enough to keep us away.

Yelp
Nice vibes, good food and drinks! Love that they offered Kombucha! Friendly staff! We will definitely stop by again on our next visit to Eugene.

Yelp
Came in for a solo dinner while on a business trip and I was super pleased overall. Food was phenomenal with outstanding service. Prices are generally high but also worth it if you're looking to treat yourself. Starting with the cheese board, we had a selection of cow, sheep, and goat. Along with it an assortment of nuts, apple, honey, crackers, and a solid jam Sole pomme frites was very light fish but paired well with the salty fries and great with a crisp white wine. Dessert (apple tart) was astonishing, with the espresso being a little disappointing but not the worst I've had. I am also a coffee "snob" and I've had very few restaurants with good espresso. A "high energy" location maybe one notch below fine dining. Many good qualities, only missing the flair that fine dining brings

Yelp
Marche is consistently good. Fantastic service, delicious food, elegant and cozy atmosphere. It's my favorite restaurant in Eugene... maybe all of Oregon. We shared the steak tartare with fresh made potato chips. Tip; ask for extra chips, we always run out of chips and have tartare left over. I had the special of veggies and corn soufflé. My husband had the classic steak frites. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Yelp
I'm not a big fan of pate, but wow, it's amazing here. The cheese and meat plate with the pate and salami were delicious. And the baguette. Wow! I'm trying to avoid red light foods, but the French baguettes were too tempting to pass up. I thought about getting the beef, but I really don't like the way it's prepared either all the sauce reduction. I just like my steak plain and simple. I ordered the steamed mussels as an entree. Wow, it was so good and filling. It came with its own bread, but I used the baguettes to dip in the sauce. The salad was by far very mid. Nothing special at all. The sorbet was good, but the cookie was better. For Thinsulin fans, there's plenty of green light options, but don't be detailed with the red light baguettes.

Yelp
Visited Marche with my wife and it was delicious! I called to make a reservation, since we were told it can get busy for dinner and Happy Hour. We were sat in a quiet cozy corner when we arrived. The waiter was kind and patient. I was hoping to order from the Happy Hour menu, but was told that it was only available at the bar. That was a bit of a bummer, because I really wanted to order from there, but my wife wanted to sit where we were and order from the full menu. Our waiter kindly asked us if we wanted to move to the bar, and that it would be no problem at all, but I chose to stay so that my wife would be more comfortable. I think that's my only complaint, that it's required to sit at the bar to be able to order from HH. Aside from that, everything else was great. I ordered the oysters, which I had been craving, and they did not disappoint. They were fresh and delicious, I'll definitely go back for more. I also ordered the Bourride (rockfish, manila clams, mussels, aïoli & rich white broth, grilled baguette). It was realllly good. The flavors mixed so well together. Definitely good if you're wanting a cozy seafood plate, that's light on the palate. If you want something more bold in flavor, and suitable for the season, you should try what my wife ordered; Coq Au Riesling (chicken hindquarter braised in wine, with mushrooms, onions, lardons & salt-roasted potatoes). It was very good and probably one of my favorite chicken dishes I've had in a while. I even mentioned to my wife that I'd like to try to make that at home, which I doubt will come out of the same. For dessert, we ordered the Chocolate (dark chocolate torte, chocolate crémeux, chocolate-hazelnut mousse, passionfruit curd & chocolate ice cream). This was also very yummy. Probably one of the top 5 desserts I've had in quite some time. I originally thought it might be TOO MUCH chocolate, but all the flavors combined well together to give it the right amount of sweetness and texture. The passion fruit curd helped cut down the extremely rich chocolate flavors to put it all together very nicely. I'd go back just for the dessert. I ordered a latte with it, and to be honest, it was just okay. It wasn't terrible, but I expected a better latte from a French restaurant. Overall, we had a great meal and would love to go back. I'm looking forward to see what the other delicious options they offer in different seasons! Yes, I recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
Marche no is celebrating 25 years here in Eugene. They are a staple food is still excellent. Service is excellent and it's a lovely ambience. I had the soup of the day which was potato leek with a garnish of bacon as well as the salmon dinner for dessert. we each had something different. Everything was great, this is a romantic quiet restaurant with really good food. We did not try the alcohol, but the menu was varied and well curated definitely worth a visit.

Yelp
Date: 10/30/23 Food: 3/5 Ambiance: 2/5 Service: 3/5 Management: 2/5 TL;DR: Some of the most "meh" food from a supposed fine dining establishment in the state...with an extra portion of clunky service on the side! This was our second trip to Marche (our first, being outside in December during a rainstorm in the midst of COVID lockdown restrictions, was so miserable that it defies any attempt to be reviewed) and it left me wanting more...or less, if that is possible. Things started out well enough for us this time, with an appropriately pretentious facade and primly polite front-of-house employees, but it deteriorated quickly. Though I had left a comment during booking requesting a premium table for my dining partner's surprise birthday dinner, they refused to acknowledge the occasion even as they read my request aloud, struggling to find a nice table at which to seat us at the time of our reservation. We were eventually shoved into a two-top less than three feet from the open exhibition kitchen and an even shorter distance from the packed booths across the narrow aisle. It being a Saturday evening, the restaurant was packed with couples and groups conversing at top volume, completely dashing my hopes for dinner with a side of sophistication. The menu was promising, but the food was decidedly less so. While the beef tartare was tasty enough--we ate every morsel!--the rustic baguette seemed more stale than artisanal (as in, tooth-breakingly rock-like and definitely not worth the $3 upcharge) and my tomato gnocchi entree was rich to the point of being completely overpowering. Topped with smoked goat cheese that did nothing to alleviate the fatty aftertaste of the cloying sauce, it cried out dismally for freshness provided only in the strange flower petals (?) scattered haphazardly on top which, while attractive, were nearly impossible to eat. My dining partner enjoyed their lamb dish, but its presentation was sadly lacking. Our two nonalcoholic cocktails were completely unremarkable, especially considering the magnificent mixology we had enjoyed earlier in the evening at 86 across the street. BUT--the greatest of all shortcomings we experienced that night was not the bland, insipid food but, instead, the service. In between our appetizer and entree, we somehow ended up with a total of FIVE knives on our table and NO other flatware. It was only after our main dishes had been delivered that we managed to flag someone down and pitifully request forks with which to enjoy our entrees. The waitress was cordial about it, but it did not negate that problem, nor make better the fact that our main waiter could offer little insight as to the specifics of any menu selections and that not a single person in the restaurant could be bothered to provide a birthday dessert or wish my dining partner a happy birthday when the occasion had been specifically stated on my reservation...which they clearly had, because they reviewed my comments before giving me the antithesis of what I had requested--in other words, one of the worst tables in the house. If you're looking to be disappointed by Applebees-quality preparations of Michelin-style dishes, needlessly pretentious service, and a staggeringly unrefined atmosphere, then Marche is your place. (Oh, yes, and the last time we visited during COVID, one of the waiters literally yelled at me for forgetting my mask when I stepped inside to take a quick bathroom trip. I was hesitant to return then...now I know why.)

Yelp
Attentive, friendly service, flavorful, fresh food, easy reservation process, thematic, tasteful decor, and lots of parking. We went for Easter brunch during a visit to Eugene based on Yelp reviews. It was the best ambiance, best price, best service, and best food during our trip. We started with the obligatory beignets and the Easter special, hot cross buns. The beignets were all the puffy, warm, slightly sweet goodness you'd expect and the rhubarb sauce on side was a creative, fresh, spring treat. The buns were warm, appropriately doughy, and sprinkled with tart currants. For breakfast we had a croque madame and the boudin blanc. The sandwich had a great toasty crunch, just the right amount of melted cheese, and a lovely egg. The boudin blanc had the same great egg and sausage with a unique, rich pate texture. We will be back.

Yelp
Easter Sunday brunch for the HUGE win!!! This was by far the best meal we had while staying in Eugene!. We will making Marche our "tradition" to be visited every time we are in the area going forward. Gonna try to keep this short, because the experience is well worth the read! Two of the three of us ordered the Boudin Blanc and the other, Croque Madame. This was brunch style fine dining at its finest, with superior service to enhance the experience. Special shout-out to our server Jennifer, who is an absolute ray of sunshine! This isn't "just a place to eat." This is an experience! As a rule, I can only eat about half of my meal in the restaurant, ultimately getting full and saving the rest for later. I ate the entire dish, leaving nothing behind! The whole service experience is so well choreographed that you just naturally exhale, enjoy good company and conversation, great service, and amazing food- all worth just savoring the whole experience. Last, but certainly not least, I am still dumbfounded that this superb dining experience cost only about $15-$20 more than all the pedestrian options we've tied in our visit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Everything in Eugene seems to include an up charge just for being a college town." Marche is both worth the time and money in any town!!

Yelp
I went here for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. Everything tasted so fresh. Got starter we had the oysters on the half shell and the wild mushroom tartine. Then for the main dishes we ordered the Dungeness crab Tagliatelle, the Sole Frites and the Seared Scallops. All of them tasted amazing. The service was very professional and the ambiance was romantic, perfect for a date night.

Yelp
Came here for an anniversary dinner, the food, service, and ambience exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved everything.... from drinks to appetizer to a fantastic dinner to dessert! And special shout out to Aaron who went above and beyond. We are so coming back here again, we highly recommend!

Yelp
First time here! My husband and I dined for Christmas Eve dinner. It was so fabulous. I now understand why this is considered one of the nicest restaurants in Eugene. I ordered the bouillabasse, and he ordered the rib eye. We also selected two specialized drinks from the menu, each. The oysters were the best I've had in Eugene. The main dishes were ridiculously flavorful AND plentiful. We both felt full at the end, particularly after their desserts. There is no doubt this will NOT be our last time here. The service was also wonderful. From the hosts to waiters, every single staff member was friendly and kind. Thank you, Marche!

Yelp
Loved the Charcuterie board with taste meat pates and loafs! Had the Steak & Frites! Fantastic and tasty!

Yelp
Bestie and I flew up to Eugene to do a weekend of all things Candace loves :) Wine, dining, dessert, running, nature, covered bridges of Cottage Grove beauty- that sort of stuff and I was looking for the best places to have dinner. Marche kept coming up and was very close to our hotel so he made a rezzie. We certainly have a favorite French restaurant, in Paris but I wasn't holding Marche to their standards. I had their Brown Butter cocktail - can't keep me away from my Bourbon for long ;) We shared the roasted beets and each had a warm bowl of their squash soup. Both were ok in my opinion. I ordered the Parisian Gnocchi and wasn't impressed at all with it. If you're thinking about ordering it, I'd say skip! I probably should have taken my chances on the fried chicken sando from the bar menu. The gnocchi had absolutely zero flavor. My friend ordered the steak frites and the tastiest item I ate at dinner were some of his frites, which were perfectly done. Since we were here celebrating my birthday, they offered a dessert of our choice. We had a birthday cake waiting but the Smore dessert looked so yummy and IT WAS. I swapped the chocolate ice cream for the honey ice cream since I'm not a big chocolate fan and it paired so wonderfully. The place was lovely, but I'd order a bit different on a return visit. Cocktails seem to be good, bar menu items may be better than regular menu items, dessert was solid and their dessert wines (gosh I need to get back to Porto soon!) and cocktails look amazing. All in all we had a really nice dinner, but my food choices were lacking in flavor which was disappointing.
google avatar

Winter B.

Yelp
Marche is a more upscale dining experience in Eugene. The servers are so nice and are very knowledgeable about the menu items. Everything was delicious. Some standouts were the spring pea salad and the chicken. Can't really go wrong with any entree. The cheeseboard is also super yummy for an appetizer. It is not a cheap meal, some entrees get up to $40 but guaranteed to be delicious. I would suggest coming here for a special occasion or if you want to impress some out of towners!

Rob R.

Yelp
My husband and I have loved dining at Marche for the last 15 years. There have been a few misses over those years but lately we've left disappointed more often than not. Prices are going up and portions are shrinking. Not only that, I've stopped ordering the $46 tenderloin because they can't seem to find medium rare. I never doubted that 10years ago everything I ordered would be cooked to perfection. I don't trust Marche anymore. It's an expensive gamble to go there now.
google avatar

John P.

Yelp
Great dinner!! My waiter suggested the oysters, and it was a solid recommendation. Got the beet salad and the crab cakes. Waiter suggested I might want more, but it was a great amount of food! The atmosphere was just loud enough, but mellow enough for me to get some work done. The staff was all very attentive. Whomever is hiring, managing and training is doing an outstanding job. The food was delicious and came out looking picturesque. Everything here is firing on all cylinders. It's nice to find a spot like this! By the way, ask to sit in Noah's section.
google avatar

Hana W.

Yelp
Marche has some of the best desserts. There have been times where we have come by at the end of the night (if they have a table), to enjoy a coffee or drink with one of their desserts. Most recently I enjoyed a Café au lait and Buttermilk Cafe w/Buttermilk sorbet. The cake was light and tasty, though I wish there was more berry sauce included. The espresso was wonderful! One of the best restaurants for an amazing meal and/or a special occasion.
google avatar

Rebecca B.

Yelp
I went for a mini girls night, pros: the food was ok, the drinks were ok, but when my prosecco came, it looked like they shorted me??? I was so confused so was my friend. I asked the server and she said they measure the pours. That is OK, but, I would have used a different glass, it didnt feel good to get half a glass of brut for $15. When our food came, my friends pork chop was under cooked and my steak was so tiny for $25, I could not believe it. Ive been to Marche so many times, and have enjoyed so many special occassions there, my steak was burnt and over done and they didnt seem to care at all. Im really dissapointed and hope it goes back to how it was
google avatar

Adriana R.

Yelp
We ordered red wine, mussels, pork chop and crème brûlée. The dessert and wine were the only good parts. The food was not hot, flavorless, and the ambiance was not great. And so pricey!!! Our server was cheery and great though!

Yelp
Ugh...this is hard to write because I love much about Marche (local sourcing of food, service, lots of local wines!) but I have been to Marche's twice in less than a month and have been disappointed with one menu item that I believe they should remove from their menu- cornmeal fried oysters. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary on Christmas Eve 2022 and as grateful as we were to have a good restaurant open on Christmas Eve and it was by reservation only to go there, I ordered my favorite cornmeal fried oysters with field green salad. The few medium sized oysters were so hard as if the cornmeal was thick over the oyster and fried too long. Very disappointing. My salad was a small bunch of mixed lettuce DRY (no dressing). I chalked it up to VERY BUSY and workers want to go home. I get it. Second time was last Saturday when I met up w/ my trio of girl friends and we went to Marche for lunch. Again, I ordered the cornmeal fried oysters. Again, extremely disappointed. Hard crunch on just a few medium sized oysters...with the small handful of wild lettuce this time w/ a vinaigrette dressing. I'll never order oysters at Marche again. I think maybe there is a shortage of oysters and to make up for it they fry it in big globs of cornmeal and you get these little bits of cornmeal balls....maybe to cover the fact that there aren't enough oysters on the plate. I would just take that item off the menu. For $16.00 it just wasn't worth it. I could have had a burger (nice amt of beef) and pommes frites for a dollar more. I will say.....ask for the soup selection. I would highly recommend their in-house soups! I ordered a cup of a squash soup and it was amazing!
google avatar

Peter H.

Yelp
You should not miss this place. You need some $$ tho. Best burgers in town... amazing also steak frites... great drinks

Mariza G.

Yelp
Great dinner! Came here while on a trip visiting University of Oregon with my son. Had the oysters and salad to start. Mussels and spring squash for dinner. Delicious. Service was good. Didn't feel rushed and will definitely come back.

Yelp
My favorite restaurant in Eugene. I am in love with this place. The staffs hospitality & attention is unlike any thing this town has seen before. The menu always has great offerings. The food is always superb & fresh. It's always beautiful & quiet in there. A dream. A consistent source of good food & company. 10/10

Joel T.

Yelp
The bouillabaisse I had last night cannot be recommended. The broth had no flavor. One wonders whether the kitchen was experiencing some sort of rupture in its operations.

Hyman B.

Yelp
The service was terrible. It took 30 minutes before Jon Stewart took our order and another 30 minutes before the food arrived which was undercooked. The salmon was like sushi in the middle, still cold, and the pork chop was pink in the center. Mediocre food for $35 a plate. Spare yourselves the gouging.

Da B.

Yelp
to make this not too long, The food is amazing and so is the service, people are always nice and the food never takes too long for how good it is. Ambience is really nice with the music playing and it doesnt actually get too loud in the restaurant. Parking is quite easy a lot of the time unless its friday or saturday. only recommendation for people coming here is: Definitely make a reservation because you never know.

Austin H.

Yelp
Pretty busy for a Wednesday night. We didn't think to make a reservation and they predicted the wait to be 30 minutes, but we probably only waited 10. The atmosphere is nice, but pretty loud between lots of tables and the exposed kitchen. My wife ordered a pizza with bacon and caramelized onions which I can confirm was pretty good. I ordered the steak frites. The steak was pretty tasty, but don't expect a lot... maybe 6-8 bites (for $28). It also came with very low quality french fries and a side of greens that were also pretty weak. Overall... nice place, but perhaps best if you went somewhere else first for drinks and appetizers and aren't hungry.

Yelp
I was excited to finally try this place out last night and I can firmly say I will NEVER return and I will tell everyone I know to stay away as well. I have no idea how there are so many good reviews, maybe this place was better years ago but not so much anymore. My friend and I reserved a table for two on a Monday night, it was not busy at all. Our soup arrived so cold, it tasted good, but was gross cold. We asked for our seafood tower to come after the soup so we can enjoy it at a nice pace, our waiter was very quick with us and brought it out minutes after our soup anyway. I did not like his patronizing comment when we asked to have the bill split "I have a computer, it can do things" Then after all of that rushed service, we were seated there MAYBE an hour and 40 minutes? Enjoying our drinks and talking, mid conversation a random woman manager comes up rudely and asks us to leave because she has another reservation she needs to sit at our table ....?! This was shockingly rude and just un heard of! What a joke of a restaurant. Never again.
google avatar

James T.

Yelp
Best. Brunch. Period. Come for a true omelette - not a stupid US style one with zero technique. Marche also makes what I'd consider to be the best burger in Eugene. Honestly, it's hard to go wrong here! Pro tip: If you sit on the patio you can laugh at all the people taking photos at the telephone booth.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite local spots I have found so far to go to brunch. The decor, the staff, and the food are all top notch. I have yet to order anything I was not a fan of. I mean look at the size of that hot chocolate they have. It was more like a warm bowl of melted chocolate that I would have ordered more of, had I still had the room. If you're planning on visiting I recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

Faheem K.

Yelp
Service is fantastic! Love the team they do a great job. Menus are so most misleading and overpriced. Steak frites are listed for 28 dollars with frozen fries and barely 4 pieces of steak. The menu says it's a whole hanger steak until you later are surprised with the fact that the chefs are weighing every dish? Apparently it is only 6 oz which is so misleading because that's not what it says on the menu. You would think when it says hanger steak you'd get a good portion of meat considering it's not even the greatest cut! Make menus more clear please!
google avatar

Steve S.

Yelp
Very good service and nice booth options. Oysters, mussels , steak frites, bay shrimp salad Creme Brulees all fine. Not quite classic French to me but acceptable. Lowest price martinis I found in town at $12 a pop for Ketel 1. Would return.
google avatar

Brent B.

Yelp
Came back for dinner and it was pretty good! The seared trout and fried oysters were perfect. The soup was so-so; the pesto drizzled on top of the butternut squash soup seemed a little out of place. Some greens that came with the fried oysters were a little wilted, too.

Olive V.

Yelp
Had a reservation on 2/15/24. Food was very underwhelming, the tenderloin steak although delicious, had a cold carrot puree under it which almost ruined the dish along with 3 tiny measly bland potatoes. For a $45 plate, we were extremely disappointed. Additionally, the gnocchi was mushy and just straight up not good. Brussel sprouts were undercooked, served whole, under seasoned, and just really awkward and unpleasant to eat. I work for provisions and love the food. Was expecting much much much more from marche and probably will not be going back unfortunately. Good drinks and good service is the only good thing I have to say about this experience. Food was

miles b.

Yelp
Great drinks but I had a party of 7 and none of our steaks were cooked fully they were all raw when we asked for medium and well done

Yelp
Food, service, and ambience are all top notch! I've eaten here several times and never had a bad meal.

Yelp
pretty class joint with good and quick service! we started out with the mussels and frites, which was very good. I got the beef tenderloin which was just to die for. I got it medium rare and it was so tender and the sauce that went with it was amazing. The potato roasted in duck fat was great and the carrots were perfect. great lighting which really added to the ambience and the water was nice as well. all in all good dining experience!

Yelp
Eugene, Or. Great place for some fine dining without being snooty. Steph and I came here to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. Our waiter was great, at first I thought "Oh, another dramatic server" but he revealed a real personable, well, person. We were well attended to throughout the evening, and our waiter actually performed most duties himself, including bussing dishes, serving food, and making sure water glasses were kept filled. My halibut with mussels and clams was superb. The mussels were small and tasty. The halibut cooked perfectly. The clams, I dunno, just clams. The salmon was a beautiful chunk of steak, and again, cooked perfectly. The sauces for each dish were excellent. The artichoke was tasty, but described as the size of a softball. Instead we got a tennis ball. Lots of crumbs on it that were very tasty but for leaf dipping there was no melted butter. Just a small vial of mayonnaise. Not even spiced up mayo, just plain ol outta the jar mayo. My rhubarb pastry dessert was a bit disappointing because it was mostly pastry, which was very good, but barely a trace of rhubarb. The chocolate dish however was decadent yet not overly rich. Loved it with a great tasting decaf. The dish of hazelnuts deserves mention because they tasted like they may have been roasted in bacon fat. "Not so!"Explained our waiter, this is done in house with various spices and oils. Regardless, they were great! The IPA they serve here has a more mild hoppiness than most, but enough to give it some good flavor. I really liked this beer, but cannot remember the maker except that it was Oregon brewed.

Yelp
Marche is just the best. For a totally reasonable price, you get such great food, attention to detail, fresh ingredients, and friendly staff. This place is always a go-to for anniversaries or birthdays. I can't recommend enough the steak frites or any of their fish dishes. Drinks are always top shelf too! Love Marche.

Yelp
I really love marche. I worked here a thousand years ago actually. The quality hasn't seemed to change, which is spot on! I recently dined here and we ordered a bunch of things. The asparagus salad was executed perfectly. Tangy, creamy, Yumm! The GOUGÈRES were bland. I won't order again to be honest. The bread was far better. We ordered the cheese soufflé and the steak. Both cooked beautifully. My only comment really would be that there was enough vegetables on the soufflé to feed four people, lol. The service was impeccable and the deserts were absolutely divine! I don't personally recommend the pizzettas. Every time I get one, it's soggy in the center. Flavor great, but I'm not a fan of the sog.

Yelp
In town for UO family weekend and made a reservation for brunch. Was a perfect place to catch up w our kid and the food was great! The service was a bit thin but everyone was kind when they stopped by. Will definitely be back. Make a reservation if you want to go for dinner on a busy weekend.

Yelp
Stopped by late yesterday afternoon. We enjoyed the Seafood Tower and a bottle of Champagne. The bartender wasn't only serving libations but was our server as well. He was simply fantastic! The Tower was better than I expected and the Champagne was excellent. I observed some of the many items from the Winter menu being served and they all looked delicious. If you want a consistently good restaurant with excellent service this is your place! Enjoy...
