Do not buy from this company! I returnded a $761 dress and was never refunded. Countless emails, no one answers the phone. I have opened a claim in small claims court. Would not even give a one star rating but you cannot write a review with out a star rating

Would NEVER order a dress from this company and would strongly advise that NO ONE order as well!! Returned a dress and never received a refund > No one returns emails and there is NOT a customer service phone number . Hope this business closes its doors soon because they are the worst dress company that I have ever dealt with!!!!

Purchased a dress that arrived not as described, poorly craftsmanship and quality. Sent back for a refund and no reply to multiple emails and the customer service number listed is a not working number. Would not recommend using this company that doesn't honor what they advertise unless you see in person and purchase from a brick and mortar business. Very poor business to work with.

The absolute WORST customer service—the main number is not working, and no one replies to emails. When trying to return a dress, the return option malfunctioned, and now I have to fight the charge with my CC company—DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a review to notify others that the company has refused to honor Any refunds. They have avoided all contact to three different email accounts, Facebook, and the phone number listed on our credit card statement is disconnected. We are currently working with the credit card companies to dispute the charges. Small claims court to follow. Avoid this brand at all costs. The returned dressed were received, repackaged, and returned to use claiming "damaged" while being in perfect condition. This company is a joke.

Like many other reviews, I also never received a refund from Marchesa for returned items and their customer service is unresponsive. I ordered 3 dresses totaling over $600 from the website, then promptly returned them within the timeframe as they didn't work out. I never received my refund. I've contacted their customer service multiple times via email and social media (Instagram and Facebook) and haven't received a response.

FRAUD!!!! SCAM!!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK FOR A RETURN! Do not order from this company. I did receive the dress, it was beautiful, and I returned it the next day due to fit issues. When I reached out to the company a few weeks later asking about my return, I only received automated replies. I disputed through my credit card, and despite proof of the return, the company claimed they never received the dresses, again despite proof from UPS confirming it was delivered. Save yourself, don't order anything.

I too have not received a refund. They must be going bankrupt. I will call my credit card company and will not pay the bill. I will also call the better business bureau. You all should as well! To think that celebrities wear their dresses to major Hollywood events! What a scam!
