We had a wonderful lunch here on the recommendation of a friend. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. We loved sitting right on the canal. The staff were universally so pleasant and helpful. The meal was exquisite from start to finish, beautifully presented and delightfully delicious. We also really appreciated our server, Nita. She was so congenial, offered excellent suggestions, and made us feel like friends rather than customers.

An excellent place in the center of Amsterdam to enjoy delicious French cuisine. The atmosphere and service were professional yet relaxed. Having dinner on a deck overlooking the Amsterdam canal was such a beautiful experience. We highly suggest taking a bib menu, especially the steak tartare. They have an extensive selection of wines as well.

This place is for very special occasions! The triumph of French taste and French atmosphere. All the food is cooked perfectly, service is quick, a lot of attention at every moment. Deserts are amazing.

Went to Amsterdam for the weekend, and apparently so did half of Europe: pride weekend. That was an unexpected challenge. Luckily we made reservations in this exquisite venue and we had a very tranquil view on a not so tranquil event, while enjoying a good meal. The staff was great (practice your English, most don't speak Dutch), the food is fine, but pricey for what you get if it were only the food you're paying but of course you're also paying for the unique location. Would recommend.

I was really excited to try this restaurant listed on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list, but it did not live up to the hype. The limited food menu was delicious (albeit with small portions and not very well timed), and the wine pairings were yummy; however, the aperitif drinks were not made well and service was underwhelming. The negroni was very basic, the dirty martini was made poorly, and the first champagne glass was served flat (little to no bubbles). The wait staff made multiple errors (e.g. giving drinks to the wrong people and confusing the tasting menu), which they were quick to correct, but I expected more from such a highly regarded establishment. Overall, not worth the cost and I would not recommend.

Guys, come try this place out! Perfectly executed french cousin. Beef tartar: straight up perfect. Mussels: surprising plate and delicious Catch of the day with Caesar salad and French fries: you can't believe how good and filling that was! I'm an Italian guy rating a French restaurant: this says it all! :) Excellent service and nice location in front of the canal. Good job guys!
