"Another 24/7 stalwart, this Marietta spot has a drive-thru and a menu more varied than the Cheesecake Factory. Families flood the dated dining room because there’s something to appease everyone. The grandparents can get a plate of biscuits and gravy. Picky kids can feast on decent chicken tenders. And couples can split the Tour of Italy plate with giant portions of pretty solid fettuccine alfredo, cheesy lasagna, manicotti, and chicken parmigiana . Best of all, the food is good enough to make coming here a priority, even if you’re ITP." - jacinta howard, juli horsford, nina reeder

"A super bland stretch of Cobb Parkway in Marietta gets some major pizazz thanks to this giant art deco-style diner (think neon lights and chrome paneling, signaling 24/7 dining). Consider that your sign to pop in. But mainly because it’s the only place in the area where you can pack your table with a true melting pot of dishes—Greek platters and gyros, red sauce classics like lasagna, old-school Southern favorites like beef tips with gravy, and all-day breakfast staples like biscuits and gravy. photo credit: Sarah Newman photo credit: Sarah Newman photo credit: Sarah Newman Other than the must-order spinach pie, most of the dishes aren’t making any kind of honor roll. But the portions are enormous, most things come under $20, and they have just about everything, so the diner works well in a pinch. During the day, the generic dining room is normally flooded with families. So if you don’t want to wait for a table (there’s always a crowd at the host stand on weekends), just use the drive-thru, which has an abbreviated menu but includes all the hits. Food Rundown photo credit: Sarah Newman Spinach Pie Flaky, buttery, and full of steamed spinach, this is the only must-order on the menu. photo credit: Sarah Newman Tour of Italy When you want pasta, but can’t decide what sounds best, this plate is the answer. You get huge portions of decent lasagna, chicken parmigiana, fettuccine alfredo, and manicotti for just $30. photo credit: Juli Horsford Reuben Sandwich This very good reuben comes with your choice of corned beef or pastrami. We like pastrami because it’s a little juicier. Chicken Tenders Each order has four giant tenders. It’s a reliable order, especially for picky eaters. Fried Pickles These are really salty. Dunk them in ranch to calm the saltiness, and you’re set. Marietta Breakfast Special Two eggs any way you like them, bacon or sausage, pancakes or french toast, home fries, and toast makes this a breakfast sampler platter. It’s a run-of-the-mill breakfast and a good choice if you want to taste a little bit of everything." - Juli Horsford

"The 24-hour dining options outside the perimeter are extremely limited, but Marietta Diner on Cobb Parkway near the Big Chicken has been the place for 24/7 OTP eating since 1995. The Greek diner includes an impressively large menu to satisfy any craving, and that includes around-the-clock breakfast dishes. Try the grilled cheese, gyros, patty melt, or any of the open-faced sandwiches. There’s also fried chicken and fried catfish." - Beth McKibben, Eater Staff

Well if nostalgia is what you're looking for then this is your place. Very cool inside and out. Service is fast and friendly. The food portions are huge. The price reflects the large portions. Everything we had was delicious but bland. The selection is a bit overwhelming, but we all found something to eat. I would have given 5 stars all the way down if our waitress would have checked on us just once after we got our food. We didn't need anything but refills on our drinks but our waitress was sitting at another table talking to other customers and only came over when we finished our meal. It was still an experience and one we enjoyed.

Amazing experience! Had an excellent time at the Marietta diner. Service was fast and friendly, we were lucky to be seated in a booth. Going through the menu takes a while, there are hundreds of items to choose from. Beware, portions are insane!! We were able to eat 1/3rd of what we got, so adjust your order. Whatever is left though, you can take home with you. Food was tasty, service good, atmosphere excellent, prices decent. Had a great ecperience, and would recommend!

Google
Great atmosphere. We will after seeing an event at Cobb energy center on a Saturday night. They were covered up at 11 PM. We only had a 15 minute wait. The bread and Spacco to that they serve immediately is delicious and filling. The array of choices is the best I have ever seen anywhere. The food was delicious. The drinks were filled and refilled without asking. The service was impeccable. We live an hour and a half away but enjoy making the trip and thoroughly enjoyed the meal after the presentation.

We stopped and had a great early dinner while in the area. We were seated promptly and our server took our drink order quickly. The menu is very extensive with many choices from breakfast to Italian and Greek. The food came out hot and quickly and was very good. The desserts are amazing! The atmosphere definitely has the ole diner feel. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!!

Google
Best overall restaurant experience in years. The seafood pasta (#19 special) was amazing with perfectly cooked scallops, shrimp, ands salmon. Service was impeccable… I’m not sure our server ever really left. The most attentive and “attention to detail” server (with a great sense of humor) I’ve had in years. I asked local friends “what’s good?”. “Everything!” Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives tv crew was here for season 3, episode 5. Go try it!

This place is where dreams come true. There was NOTHING I could dislike about this place. The food, the vibes, the service, were immaculate! The wait time was very short, surprisingly. My sister and I ordered pastas— the Seafood Supreme Alfredo was to die for! The food was pricier than I expected but it was worth every cent! I have to be back for my birthday!

Google
Amazing Awesome place to eat. Chris our server gave us fast and accurate attendance. I ordered the Lamb and it was cooked perfectly..yum. Greek Potatoes with fresh basil and other herbs. Greek House Salad, and Greek Lemon Chicken soup all of which had authentic American Greek flavor. A must-try if you haven't already. One staff member and one of the owners came to our table. It was written all over my face that I was indeed beyond satisfied. It was explained to our table that the cattle is chosen from local ranchers and they do their cutting, explaining the fresh meat. I asked about the Lamb because that is what I ordered and he jokingly responded "We haven't had any complaints yet"... I laughed out loud. He gave our table a brief history of the dinner. What an excellent place.

The Marietta Diner is an iconic spot, and my recent visit to the Usher Concert from Columbia, SC certainly lived up to the hype! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a bustling atmosphere. We were promptly seated at table #61.2, and our server, #8001, was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I opted for the Marietta Breakfast Special, and it was a feast. The two pancakes were fluffy and delicious, the scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly, and the bacon was crispy. The home fries were well-seasoned, and the pork sausage was flavorful. It was a truly satisfying and hearty breakfast that fueled me up for the day. My husband ordered the Country Fried Steak & Eggs with Gravy, and he were equally impressed. The steak was tender and crispy, and the gravy was rich and flavorful. The eggs were cooked to his liking, and the portion size was generous. Oh and the cheese cake was huge, creamy delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Marietta Diner. The service was top-notch, thanks to our server #8001, and the food was delicious and satisfying. Whether you're looking for a classic breakfast or a hearty country-fried meal, the Marietta Diner is the place to be.

Yelp
We waited about 25 mins on a Saturday evening at about 6pm for a table of 4. Food came out super fast, great options with bread loaves complimentary for each table. Honestly the food was - as good as you would expect from a diner. My phone died so couldn't take more photos but the kids didn't like the Mac n cheese since it was too oily. The basket of chicken was ok 1 and the French dip did not have much flavor. Overall an ok meal - did love the neon lights on the outside of the building !!

Yelp
We have been several times and the food and customer service is always top notch. Their food portions are huge!!! My husband and I finally learned to share. Even with sharing we never have room for their desserts. Their dessert cases put Cheesecake Factory to shame. Same prices for their desserts as Cheesecake Factory but the serving size the dinner gives you is more than double. We always bring dessert home. The downside are there are too many yummy choices so it's hard to decide. We always bring home too much. The owners father was there on our last visit. You can tell he is well loved and respected by the staff. He is warm and genuine and stopped by our table to say hello and ask if we were enjoying our dinner. Their menu is huge and diverse so I know we will enjoy trying new things for years to come. We found out they have other restaurants with different types of food. We look forward to exploring them as well

Yelp
10**********! I wanted to come here as soon as we landed in Atlanta. But, hubby wanted to eat sooner than do the drive to Marietta's,so regretted it !We finally made it here, late Sunday, after dinner hours and it, surprisingly, was buzzing with lots of patrons! This diner is top notch! It's an easy location to find and they have LOTS of parking. It is quite large and can accommodate large groups. It has a retro vintage feel but it's not old and stuffy. It's kept very clean. We did not have to wait to be seated and our waitress was phenomenal! She should be cloned!! Seriously!!! So on top of it all, service with a genuine smile, went a few times to get info on ingredients used in food we were interested in, and took note of my allergies. We ordered a cup of matzo ball soup, a bowl of Greek lemon chicken soup. As we waited we got warm bread with two squares of spinach pie!!! Yum yum! Loved it! Our soups were very flavorful with other ingredients that were not just salt. At many diners their soups are so salty but not here. Absolutely delicious! We shared a gyro platter, since it was after 9 pm. Wow, the fries were hot and crispy, the Greek salad was full of chunky tomatoes and a nice size feta square, a good amount of olives and lots of red onion! We did ask for more tzatziki sauce and slathered it over the gyro. We sprinkled the Greek salad over the gyro and chomped on it! Mmmm. The only thing I would have loved was the pita to have been toasted and brushed with some olive oil. But that's just how I love it. Then to our surprise, when our waitress asked if we wanted dessert, we asked anything sugar free?? Which usually it's a " nooo so sorry' but she says yes we have!!! My heart jumped for joy; my husband's eyes opened wide and he perked up lol. He went with her to see the choices and picked a cheesecake. It was a large piece of cake with whipped cream. There was very little after taste and it was creamy. We loved the chocolate crust but at this point we were so stuffed we had to take it home. Hope to come back for breakfast before leaving Atlanta! Well done Marietta Diner! Enjoyed watching how you all move in conjunction as in a symphony of service, well done!!

Yelp
My mom suggested coming here because Guy Fieri did a review on this place. What a mistake! It's your typical diner but nothing extraordinary. We had high hopes for this place. We started off with the disco fries which was enough to share between four people. I got a breaded chicken Sandwich. The best part of that meal was the onion rings. My grandmas grilled chicken sandwich was so tough to chew we had to send it back for a fresh one. The service was fine and our waitress was helpful with the issue of the bad chicken. My favorite part was the outside of the diner as it gives traditional vibes.

Vanessa E.

Yelp
Visited on Christmas! It was packed but worth the 45 minute wait! They offer free break and spinach pie (spanakopita) when you sit down. The server was so fast and everything was exactly what we ordered. The food was great, my husband thoroughly enjoyed the chicken noodle soup. I had a bomb chocolate milkshake. We will be back! The cakes in the window look amazing but we were too full.

Yelp
Finally made it back to Marietta diner and have been trying to get here a little more frequently. Of course you will always find complementary spinach, pie and bread for the table but what is special is on Friday and Saturday they have seafood bisque. This time around we were fortunate to have Sakis serve us and he was so wonderful and friendly. He recommended a couple of things on the menu that I would never have known about. He recommended the beef short rib with Greek potatoes. It was to die for it was fall off the bone and the potatoes had a nice lemon rosemary flavor such a hardy dish perfect for the winter season in a sticks to your bones kinda way. The guys will love it because it's meat and potatoes for the colder season. And at $26 you can't go wrong it served with salad and soup. And you can only get it on Sundays! Can't believe I only knew this now. Come and try it for yourself. Then I ordered the pierogies and he asked if I wanted them with chicken and I was a bit confused, but I said sure and what I received was almost like a cream sauce with chicken, mushroom, spinach, and peppers, and the pierogies tossed in the sauce like raviolis it was to die for !! Thanks so much for the recommendations and the best service and really we had a fabulous time thanks to Sakis. he's from mainland Greece just outside Athens he mentioned and he is very happy to be in America and it was a delight to hear his Greek accent. It took me back to the days that we had friends from Montreal. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Me and my family came here for an impromptu dinner, and it did not disappoint! Marietta Diner also has a drive thru, so be careful of how you come in/go out. There's a good amount of parking. We were greeted, immediately seated, and our drink orders were taken. The menu has A LOT of great options, including breakfast. We got an appetizer of Mac and cheese balls, which were pretty good. 2 of us got the lamb dinners and one got the short ribs. Unfortunately, they were out of lamb, so we switched to the short ribs as well. Most of the dinners came with a choice of soup, salad, a vegetable, and a side. I got matzoh ball soup and it was delicious! The Caesar salad wash fresh and also great. They also gave us a bread basket that was hot, fresh, and had a little sweetness to it. We were full by this point lol, but the entrees came around and we dug in. The short ribs were tender and juicy. I wished that the potatoes were cut a little smaller and seasoned more. The bill was about 100 dollars for 3 people, so not bad at all. Staff was friendly and prompt. There's also an amazing assortment of cakes, but we were too full for that. The place was packed and every meal that came out looked great. Highly recommend and I'll be back!

Paula S.

Yelp
Food has always been great and they offer huge portions and a variety of things for everyone's taste. Yes, it can be costly but one portion really feeds two people, if you do not want to bring leftovers home. You can't' go wrong. They bring spinach pie and fresh bread to the table, and they are very tasty. I can't believe the size of the cake slices they serve. So, pretty much everything there is worth the try. We chose Mazza ball soup (never had any before) for appetizers, and a Greek salad. My seafood pasta was amazing. It had plenty of shrimp, salmon, scallops in it. Often you just get pasta and maybe some flyby shrimp on these things. My friend loved her chicken dish. Service was perfect. We had this beautiful server, Alicia, who looked like Marilyn Monroe. Ask for her! Yes, I will go back for the food and for the ambiance. The restaurant is always busy, but there is still plenty of parking space. And, if you have never visited this restaurant before, you cannot miss it. It looks like a giant neonlitt metal sardine can. Happy dining.

Earl S.

Yelp
We had a great, late-night experienced after a meeting with my brothers. The service was excellent. The food was good and very copious. You will definitely be full. I didn't even have room first dessert. I love the fact they are open 24 hours. I must return to sample one of those amazing slices of cake. Parking is ample in the private lot. Marietta Diner is a true institution and remains very popular.

Rae S.

Yelp
A great diner experience. The line seemed long but it flows quickly. The service is excellent. Very attentive waitress. I had the Chicken Fried Steak with eggs. The chicken fried stead was still moist with crispy outside. The gravy was yummy. Overall, great experience!

Tanya B.

Yelp
Ok so this is my 2nd go round with this restaurant and here goes... parking is decent and they conveniently have a drive thru! This place stays busy so we waited like 10mins to be seated... they do have a small sitting area while you wait. Once we were seated the waiter came right over and got our drink orders. As I'm scanning through the menu I realized it's a lot of choices WOW! I ordered breakfast the 1st time so this time I decided to order dinner. I ordered the shrimp nachos which is $14.95 and it's definitely just shrimp queso cheese and chips if you want the works (supreme) it's $18.95... and for all 3 proteins ( chicken, shrimp, steak) that's the deluxe and that's $19.95. We also ordered the fried calamari. Everything was ok. We sent a few items back but all in all it served its purpose. Check out my video and until next time SYOY!

Christina C.

Yelp
Ughhhhh!!!! I thought that I had fond memories of this place but now I remember that I used to like going here mostly bc it was open 24 hours and it wasn't terrible. Coming here at 10:30 on a Saturday morning is not the ideal way to experience this place. All I can say is that I wish we had spent this money on groceries. Even the people watching sucked!!! Never again unless I have been clubbing in Marietta GA and looking for vittles.... So at this stage in the game.... Should really be never ever again hahaha

Chris F.

Yelp
We've been going here for a long time and it never really disappoints. Food is good. Service is great. No big complaints. We're actually regulars.

Joseph G.

Yelp
I absolutely love the paella here. The abundance of shrimp and scallops with a fat lobster tail and chunks of chicken is awesome. Being from the Ocean State, I was able to buy these proteins right off the docks of Galilee. I've got no idea where they get their seafood from but it's been great every time! The dish is enormous and feeds my wife and I for two full meals!

Andy W.

Yelp
Don't let the name "Diner" fool you. This is a fun, energetic, lively full service restaurant with great friendly service. The dining room is a lively casual atmosphere that can be as fancy as you want or as casual as you want. The menu is extensive from all day breakfasts, and a huge lunch/dinner menu from burgers, steaks, seafood, Italian, and Greek selections among others. Portions are generous and desserts can't be beat! The food can be quite good or okay depending on what you order. The half duck for instance is just okay, not something we'd order again. The seared scallops are good, and the seafood pasta very good as was the chicken with spinach and cheese in bechamal sauce though the accompanying potato pancakes were a bit disappointing. The matzo ball and seafood bisque soups were both quite good. Marietta Diner is one of our favorites due to great friendly service and menu variety. It's nice trying different things as we learn what foods are good and those we wouldn't order again. Overall, it's worth the visits!

Phyllis A.

Yelp
I ordered a banana split that literally came with a rotten banana. They had to replace it. The spaghetti we ordered was dry with very little sauce. The diner is very overpriced not impressed at all, will not go back even the bread they brought for free with steel very very disappointed. The only positive thing was the wait staff very friendly

Maddy A.

Yelp
Very good, i got the veggie lovers omelette w cheese and tomatoes and an english muffin, my mom got the zorba greek platter w okra, plus we got fried pickles plus black forest cake. Waitress lorraine was also very good and attentive to us

Sade C.

Yelp
Service was fantastic. My date and I got a fairly new waiter but he was pleasant and greeted us informing us he was new but would take good care of us and he did. Our order came out fast and it was correct. The menu has everything from breakfast to seafood, Italian food and American burgers so there is something for everyone. 4-stars is because the flavor of the food is very bland. I had to add salt and pepper to my patty melt because the meat didn't taste seasoned. I guess it's hard to specialize in everything. I'm going back to try other items on the menu in the future.

Ada S.

Yelp
The service is always great and speedy. They have great food that is always a good bang for your buck and my favorite part is they are open throughout the night! Love coming here late at night and getting great food.

Gary W.

Yelp
I make it a habit of dining here every time I visit my brother, who lives nearby. A nice family owned establishment, they actually own several other restaurants in the area. Service is great, and the food is excellent. Wide variety of dishes and cuisines to satisfy anyone's taste buds. I enjoy the Greek omelette for breakfast with feta and spinach was delicious, as was the Gyro platter for lunch. I highly recommend

Kristy M.

Yelp
I have been here multiple times over the years and always loved it, however, the last time I was not. My husband and I went for breakfast, everything was fine, until a couple of days later. Our first mistake was paying at the table instead of going to the register. Our second mistake was using a gift card my husband had received from his co workers, as a condolence from losing his father recently. When we went out a couple of nights later and attempted to use the card, we were told there was only a few cents on the card, when after I checked it after our MD transaction there was still over $100 on it. Upon investigation, the card had been used 3 separate times, not by us! He had been given this card in November and had used it several times, up to this point, with no incident, therefore we were only left to conclude that the info had been stolen at the last place we legitimately used it. I have since called MD twice and recounted my tale, only to be told that I would need to talk to "so and so", who conveniently was always off that day. Both times they took my name and number ans assured me they would look into it and "so and so" would call me the next day. Here I am still receiving no phone call and very disgruntled. I really don't know that they could/would do anything in this situation, however, if they have a thief working there, I would hope they would want to know and be able to handle the situation. I, for one, do not plan to go back to this restaurant after being stolen from and subsequently ignored!

Brandi Z.

Yelp
One of the iconic restaurants in Marietta. It's a must visit. The menu is large. They have anything and everything you could want to eat. I got the Pesto omelette, which was very tasty. It was fresh, well-presented, and hot. The service was perfect. We had the waiter who looked like Jason Stathem. He was great, very attentive and friendly. The ambiance is that of a diner. It's kind of loud in there, hard to listen to what other people are saying. The best thing here is the dessert. They have huge cakes they're well-known for. Overall, great place to go! Highly recommend!

Mona S.

Yelp
I had egg rolls menu says(2) which I thought was two options of egg rolls, I was charged $25 for some egg rolls 'way to expensive' instead of $11.95, one was Gyro taste eggroll, okay not great... the regular Gyro with Pita bread lettuce tomatoes probably would have been better. The egg roll basic cabbage was served with ranch dressing that was horrible. I asked for Asian sauce hot and sour or duck sauce, when you think of eggroll you think of Asian sauce not ranch. He suggested 'hot mustard' I said No.. he didn't seem to care that we hated our food. My friend disliked her food hers was complimented but I was charged. The hot chocolate was good, she liked her Banana split ice cream this was the highlight of the evening. Young waiter was nice, not sure if I will return if I do may lean towards a breakfast instead. Visit on 1/6/2024 yesterday evening. Loved Pasta Bella sausage & peppers buttery garlic rolls before start of meal. Marietta Diner bread is horrible bread is my weakness, this bread had no taste not good at all.

Ann C.

Yelp
They really know what they're doing here. The staff is excellent. I mean, always friendly and efficient. The menu is huge. We love breakfast. The special is great. Pancakes or French toast come with it. Mmmm! The gyro is spectacular also. Good burgers and fries, soups and sausage. Let's talk about desserts. Wow! The case is full of cakes and pies. We love the tiramisu cake, the chocolate silk pie, the banana pie and the eclairs. Very festive with happy people everywhere. The decorate beautifully for Christmas. A must do when in the Atlanta metro area.

Rand E.

Yelp
Excellent place to have any meal. They have you covered with many different types of food - Greek, American classics, breakfast, coffee etc. a great place for a meeting or family gathering. Full wait staff ready to treat you with kindness and service. The management of this place is top notch. Worth the drive (though it is located right off of I75 and lower Roswell rd), and prices are right. Upful vibes. Ridim - Bless up King ‍

Drew B.

Yelp
There are so many food choices!! The service is always great every time my family goes, and the ambiance is always welcoming and it has its southern charm!

Mara L.

Yelp
We've been here several times for brunch, but yesterday we stopped in for an early dinner. I had the Matzah ball soup and a house salad for starters. We then had the Pierogies Romano and it was absolutely wonderful. Real comfort food. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Will definitely have that dish again and will try others with confidence. Overall, great service, great atmosphere, and with its vintage charm, Marietta Diner is one of our favorite restaurants.

Alexis H.

Yelp
What a cool diner! You can't miss it with all of the neon lights and shiny metal covering the entire building. It is open 24/7, so a great alternative to Waffle House for those late night binges. I brought my family here for breakfast and we arrived at the perfect time because we were able to be immediately seated. By the time we left, there was over an hour long wait for patrons to be seated. So, about the food itself. The menu is MASSIVE. Like, has the Cheesecake Factory beat with all of the menu options. It took us all at least 15 minutes to just review the menu and make a decision. I order the Philly cheesesteak omelette with the home fries. The omelette came out with my cheese still cold, so they had to redo it. It was okay once it returned. Nothing to write home about, but not bad. The home fries were delicious. My cousin ordered the fried chicken plate and he was well pleased. Everyone was stuffed, as the portion sizes are huge. I look forward to returning again and trying some of the other menu options - they have a beef stroganoff that looked amazing!

Jamie H.

Yelp
Best service I have ever experienced. Large portions of their delicious menu items. It was our first time here and we will make it a regular stop.

Mike S.

Yelp
We came to visit family in Woodstock for vacation and our uncle recommended we check out Marietta Diner. It did not disappoint. The portions are huge, filling, and delicious. From the outside, it doesn't look all that big, but upon getting inside, we were seated immediately and our waitress was amazing. They have an incredible variety of food to choose from and most importantly, save room for dessert! Their Boston Cream Pie was spectacular and their cheesecake? Can't go wrong with any of them! Highly recommend.

Alexa D.

Yelp
Our first and best stop after arriving in Georgia. A huge family friendly spot with a classic diner feel. I can't believe how many people were there at 10pm! The staff was beyond friendly and easily accommodate a table with stroller space for us. Papa George brought my baby some delicious homemade meatballs which he loved. The menu has everything you could imagine on it! The patty melt was cooked perfected on a warmed toasted bread paired with crunchy onion rings. The chicken middle soup could your soul and was packed with flavor. You NEED to get dessert! The biggest most delicious pieces of cake your eyes have ever seen. Silky smooth amazing cheesecake

William T.

Yelp
This was the second time coming here. It was amazing again. The service is fast and friendly. The food was fantastic like before. I'll be back!

Tara P.

Yelp
Gosh, I love this place! We came to the Marietta Diner back in 2018 for a date night and had the best time, so we decided to stop when we drove by around brunch time the other day. Let me tell you, this place can do both. I can't remember what we ordered for our main course the first time we came, but I remember that the dinner was fabulous and we shared a beautiful slice of white chocolate raspberry cake for dessert, and I still think about it. This time around, we arrived around noon and there was a 40 minute wait. Not an issue - clearly, there's a reason it's popular! There are plenty of tables, though, and they were calling people back to the host stand often, so don't be too intimidated by the volume of people in the lobby. Our server was attentive and got us refills quickly (I got a coffee and a water, and my husband got a sweet tea). When the breakfast came, it was a ridiculous amount of food (in a good way) and cooked to perfection. My over-medium eggs were just the right amount of runny, the pancakes were light and fluffy, and my husband's skillet had all sorts of flavors packed into a cohesive dish. We took home two big slices of cake (I got a slice of cannoli cake, and he got a slice of Reese's cup cake). The cute diner vibes are so fun, the Christmas decorations are cute, and the low-key diner transforms into a decent spot for a dinner date once the sun goes down. We will continue coming back!

Yelp
As always terrific. This morning I had chicken Mamma Mia. Very good service by server Arafaela.

Yelp
Ambiance - it's a big place , everyone that is dining there is for different occasions, you can literally dress however lol which I appreciated while I was visiting GA , as I want expecting to go out to eat as much lol. Service- our server was so sweet , made conversation , and checked on us a lot she was my favorite part of the diner as the workers make all the difference if they have a nasty attitude it makes for a bad experience. Our experience was great due to her enthusiasm and just her presence. Although they were super busy she still gave us updates and took care of us! Food: my boyfriend's food was good! I can't remember what I got but I got the stroganoff. The stroganoff was creamy I'd give it a 7/10 as I think it was lacking a little flavor but the richness of the mushroom /sauce did not lack. The portions for both meals were HUGE! We definitely had leftovers lol. The dessert looked so good but I got through maybe 1/4 of my plate before I was full . Overall 4/5, I can say I would come back!

Yelp
This place is crazy busy!!!! I guess for a place w close to 20k reviews, it's expected. I came for this reason alone. I've NEVER seen any other food establishment come remotely close to these reviews. I've been around the world and in my personal experience NEVER seen it. Hence my visit. Deserts look delicious. I'm like a kid at a candy store! My eyes are popping out of my face. I hope the food is good and worth the hype. For those who come alone. They have counter seating

Yelp
Marietta Diner is a restaurant I unfortunately do not frequent because it's not regularly something I think about BUT whenever I am in the Marietta area, it is the first restaurant that comes to mind and the last time I visited it was with my girl best friend and her crew as it was their first time. I kept it simple and ordered a basic omelette and helped them with paying for their meals but nonetheless, no matter how many times I visit, the food will always be good, the service will be standard like a typical restaurant's service, and the ambiance will always be a very chilled and relaxed environment.

Yelp
I met some friends here today for coffee and dessert. There are a lot of desserts to choose from on the menu; it was hard to decide what to order. But I finally chose the eclair and another friend had the German chocolate cake. I thought the prices seemed a bit high, but both of our desserts were huge! They looked impressive on the plate and they tasted great as well. I think I was more enamored of my eclair than my friend was of the cake (although he said it was very good). The service was good, although it took a few reminders to get the cream for our coffee. I feel like we had a great experience and I look forward to trying more desserts (and other things) here in the future.

Yelp
First time here, have seen it on my Instagram Reels so when I saw it was on our way home told the wife we needed to stop. And let me say, thank god I did. It is a 24/7 diner, like in every aspect. Has drive through, you can go in to get pick up orders, and has dine in seating. If you have been to an east coast diner, this is the aesthetic and ambiance you will receive when entering this place. The staff is super nice, lots of them too, they are beyond attentive, and food will come out to you super fast. Now let me tell you about the food, which is the highlight to this place. I will start and say this is not Denny's or IHOP, you will have cheap options but there are also some expensive options, so plan to bring some money cause there are some amazing menu items on special which you will want to try. My wife got the garlic bread bruschetta as a starter, like 3 mins later came out piping hot. And let me tell you, it was amazing. So much garlic taste, bread was crispy on outside and soft of the inside. The cheese was perfectly melted and the tomato's were a perfect accompaniment to it all by adding a perfect texture and acidity to it. For her main she got, I believe it was called the Stephanie pasta (may be wrong) but it looked amazing coming out. Lots of jumbo lump crab meat, huge shrimp, and chicken with a creamy pasta sauce. She thought it came with only a choice of soup, salad, or veggie but was way off, comes with all three. And she loved all the dishes, salad dressing was amazing, seafood bisque was to die for, and the cauliflower au gratin was so good. Our toddler got the mac and cheese off kids menu and my god i thought it was the wrong thing cause it was huge. Loved that they used the curly macaroni for it and the cheese came out creamy and beautiful coated everything. From what my wife told me it was so cheesy and good, she said she may have to get it next time. I personally went for breakfast foods, mostly cause I love breakfast at diners. I got the country fried steak and eggs, with hash browns, 2 over easy eggs, and a biscuit. Was so yummy, eggs cooked perfectly (basted with butter and golden runny yoke), hash browns were golden brown and so crispy, biscuit was so soft on the inside and perfectly crunchy on out, and that chicken fried steak hit the spot so nicely. Next time, I am going to try something off the other menu because I was watching other stuff come out and I for sure need to explore other things. Let's not forget about the deserts, you have to get something to take home at least. So many different pies, cakes, baklava, cookies, eclairs, cannolis, muffins, and so on. Got a Boston cream pie and it was huge, so well done, so exquisite I couldn't stop but eating the whole slice. Their cookies are also like perfect consistency, wish they sold them by the dozen. TLDR: come here, portions are huge and delicious, leave with desert, and you will for sure want to come back and try lots of other things on the menu.

Yelp
My first time here, and it was certainly an enjoyable experience. All off the staff there is very efficient, friendly, professional, courteous, and accommodating. The comfy booths were a pleasure to sit in and the 50's music that is loud enough to promote a lively atmosphere but not too loud to drown out your conversation was awesome. I ordered the pastrami egg rolls, Philly cheese steak egg rolls, and the spinach pie, and my lady ordered waffles with eggs and bacon, homefries, and a biscuit. The pastrami egg rolls reminded me of the best Reuben - the only thing that was missing was thousand island dressing for dipping! The Philly cheese steak egg rolls put the best thing that you love about cheese steaks in a nice neat little package, and the flavor in those was absolutely wonderful. For dessert I ordered the baklava cheesecake and I was BLOWN away! You can tell that they made sure to perfect their baklava first with how good it was, and paired with their creamy cheesecake it was so rich, delicious and decadent. My lady swears by their Strawberry Shortcake, as much as she cares for me I didn't sniff a CRUMB! Quality food, nice atmosphere, and great service - we WILL be back!

Yelp
I ordered the special and it's was a bowl of Alfredo sauce with some ravioli and chicken drowning in it. It was strange tasting and down right disgusting. Basically looked like soupSo the server asked if I wanted anything else. I politely said no. Comped my meal but charged me for the salad and soup 12.50. I asked and was told it's policy. What a joke I asked to take that off and nope! Said they had to charge something??? Salad & soup come with the meal!!! Bad business. Will not return

Yelp
A full step ahead of traditional dinner food. Huge portions and every bite was plus on flavor. Service was top shelf.

Yelp
open 24 hours . perfect service . perfect food . pricey, though, but worth it if you're up late late and can't find a good environment to eat at .

Yelp
I've come to Marietta Diner over 10 times and have found a new thing on the menu to try every time! The service is always great I've never had a bad experience with anyone even at 2am since they are 24 hours! It's always busy but you would never suspect it because the your meal comes quickly and a server or manager is always coming to check on you. It's a diner so you are made to feel like a regular when you come. It can be chilly inside so bring a light jacket!

Yelp
This is a great place to come if you're into large portions, lots of people, and a noisy atmosphere. I come here a lot for breakfast. I have also gotten sick here on more than one occasion, but even so, I still come back. :/ The service is usually pretty fast, and the people are great. I enjoy watching the Momma boss people around here the most, and I appreciate that the staff is so diverse. Seriously, these guys are freaking rock stars. The portions are huge. There is no way any pasta dish served here can be eaten in one go without feeling horrible after(my fault). :D Then, when you're done with everything, the checkout makes you question "Do I want that lovely piece of cheesecake, or perhaps I'm craving that coconut cream cake? Ugh, I think I need more oversized pants now.... :/ Anyway, huge portions. You won't leave hungry and may have food for later.

Yelp
I'm a fan of Triple D so any restaurant featured is automatically getting a try from me. Did not disappoint even though I just had fresh fruit. (It was late and didn't want to eat heavy.) Friend had the Disco fries that she has most times she goes there. Menu was like a pared down Cheesecake Factory menu as they had sooo many choices. Diner is 24 hours so I will definitely be eating there again. I love cooked breakfast and there were plenty of options. Outside has colorful, but tasteful lighting. Inside had a counter as well table/booth seating. It was busy, but wasn't noisy. We were able talk and hear each other without yelling. Staff was friendly and courteous. Can't wait to go again.

Yelp
Everything from the food to the service is great, even brought family in while they were in town.
