First time here, have seen it on my Instagram Reels so when I saw it was on our way home told the wife we needed to stop. And let me say, thank god I did.
It is a 24/7 diner, like in every aspect. Has drive through, you can go in to get pick up orders, and has dine in seating. If you have been to an east coast diner, this is the aesthetic and ambiance you will receive when entering this place.
The staff is super nice, lots of them too, they are beyond attentive, and food will come out to you super fast.
Now let me tell you about the food, which is the highlight to this place. I will start and say this is not Denny's or IHOP, you will have cheap options but there are also some expensive options, so plan to bring some money cause there are some amazing menu items on special which you will want to try.
My wife got the garlic bread bruschetta as a starter, like 3 mins later came out piping hot. And let me tell you, it was amazing. So much garlic taste, bread was crispy on outside and soft of the inside. The cheese was perfectly melted and the tomato's were a perfect accompaniment to it all by adding a perfect texture and acidity to it. For her main she got, I believe it was called the Stephanie pasta (may be wrong) but it looked amazing coming out. Lots of jumbo lump crab meat, huge shrimp, and chicken with a creamy pasta sauce. She thought it came with only a choice of soup, salad, or veggie but was way off, comes with all three. And she loved all the dishes, salad dressing was amazing, seafood bisque was to die for, and the cauliflower au gratin was so good.
Our toddler got the mac and cheese off kids menu and my god i thought it was the wrong thing cause it was huge. Loved that they used the curly macaroni for it and the cheese came out creamy and beautiful coated everything. From what my wife told me it was so cheesy and good, she said she may have to get it next time.
I personally went for breakfast foods, mostly cause I love breakfast at diners. I got the country fried steak and eggs, with hash browns, 2 over easy eggs, and a biscuit. Was so yummy, eggs cooked perfectly (basted with butter and golden runny yoke), hash browns were golden brown and so crispy, biscuit was so soft on the inside and perfectly crunchy on out, and that chicken fried steak hit the spot so nicely. Next time, I am going to try something off the other menu because I was watching other stuff come out and I for sure need to explore other things.
Let's not forget about the deserts, you have to get something to take home at least. So many different pies, cakes, baklava, cookies, eclairs, cannolis, muffins, and so on. Got a Boston cream pie and it was huge, so well done, so exquisite I couldn't stop but eating the whole slice. Their cookies are also like perfect consistency, wish they sold them by the dozen.
TLDR: come here, portions are huge and delicious, leave with desert, and you will for sure want to come back and try lots of other things on the menu.
