Google
everyone there was super nice and we had a good time. -this one star review is for the guy that was selling wine at the back in his booth today 2/15/2025. he offered my fiancé a sample and she said no i'm in recovery and he replied with. “are you sure i could ruin your life in 5 minuets” and we felt this was supper low class and quite a messed up non ethical thing to say to someone trying to enjoy their Saturday at the farmers market

Amanda Monducci

Google
Great farmer’s market. It’s getting full and a bit tight but has everything we need. I definitely have my favs. George makes the best bone broth, highly recommend. Purr soaps are amazing and blessed farms is my go to for veggies.

Google
A lot of places offer free samples which I don't often see at farmers market, so that's pretty cool. A lot of the stands offer a wide variety of basic farmer markets items.

Oleksandra Biloshytska

Google
My favorite market. Here everyone could buy the best fruits and vegetables. Here also the most delicious Quesadilla at Provecho Calimex, and crystals at Himalayan Harmony.

Google
Totally legit farmers market on Saturdays, starting 9am. They've got bread, amazing coffee, veggies, berries, flowers, jewelry, nutritional sorts of food, merguez sausage, a few tamale vendors, crepes and more. I had an amazing beef tamale w sauce- it was delicious. The flowers look amazing too. Loved this market.

Google
Variety! from produce to prepared dishes and fun artisan crafts. Limited seating areas though. Must pay for parking or find on street.

Google
I Love the Marina Farmers Market/ I would Love to participate in selling my products! My Company name is Lavender Breeze & Thing’s ♥️

Google
Great selection of organic fruit and vegetables! They also have great coffee and smoothies as well as very unique food trucks. This is the perfect spot for a Saturday brunch with the family. Plus there’s live music!

Laura D.

Yelp
Such a cute farmers market! I highly recommend Brothers Hummus products and their pickled turnips. If you love coffee, LIke a boss coffee is amazing. My only complaint is that I wish they sold higher end flowers like roses or peonies.

Jess L.

Yelp
I thought it was a nice market. Seemed like a lot of fresh produce and there were organic farmers there as well. Other vendors like some soaps, jewelry, fresh bread and pastries. Really enjoyed that they had a food area. Korean bbq, empanadas, Cuban sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, pizza, crepes and some others I'm probably missing. I had the Korean bbq and thought prices were reasonable. Fun beach vibe, I enjoyed browsing. Worth a stop if you're in the area

Yelp
First time going to this farmers market located near Mothers Beach. It's a very small market crammed into the corner of a parking lot, which I found odd. They had a good amount of vendors so it was still nice. Shout out to Summit drinks and Cheesecake Lab vendors. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, it was a decent market but definitely not one that I would go out of my way to attend. I give it a 3.5 stars.

Crystal H.

Yelp
This was a wonderful way to start our Saturday. Fresh veggies, good coffee and lots more.

Jordon C.

Yelp
Vibrant and full of excitement in regards to the people, vendors, and flavors! I work on yachts in the marina, so I rarely am able to attend the market, as weekends are our busier days, but today I was luckier than a sailor's oar! I had myself some dumplings from Q Cute and followed those up with empanadas from Arepas. Bonus for being dog friendly and seeing a parade of floofs that danced around the live music.

Carolina T.

Yelp
Love this market! Lots of hot food to choose from veggies $3 batches and 2 for $5 batches, organic strawberries are our jam. They also have some really good pastries & Ethiopian coffee. Nice things like jewelry, dresses & Turkish robes and towels. There's also a park for the kiddos. All the vendors are really nice & samples are flowing again!

Adela G.

Yelp
One of my favorite farmers markets in the SoCal area. You have to pay to park but there are tons of spots. There are also tons of options for lunch.

Lynda T.

Yelp
Although we have lived in the Marina for many years, we just recently discovered this great little Farmer's Market. We came hungry, and munched on empanadas; a ham and cheese crepe; and half a pint of vegan lemon poppyseed ice cream. For the second week in a row, we've come home with a dozen tamales (pork with red sauce, absolutely amazing!; chicken with green sauce; and jalapeño cheese.) We also had to get the spinach artichoke garlic sauce, which is so incredibly delicious and addictive! The vendors are very nice and friendly, and there is a wide assortment of ready to eat food, as well as goodies to take home! Although there's signs stating that only service animals are allowed, almost everyone came with their leashed dogs. I'm an animal lover, so I don't mind, but FYI if that's triggering to you. Also there's people riding bikes and even a motorized bike, which I think is dangerous in a strolling around by foot situation, so apparently anything goes here, as there appears to be no market supervision at all. Pro tip: Park in the lot directly behind the Farmer's Market. $2 per hour.

Andre B.

Yelp
Fantastic quality produce and really good prepared food as well. I really love it here

Harry K.

Yelp
Wonderful vendors and the location makes it hard to beat! I can't wait to come back, the perfect way to start your Saturday morning!

Ryna D.

Yelp
Fantastic farmers market in the area! I really enjoyed this farmers market while I was living in the neighborhood. Very down to earth and relaxed vibe. Solid selection of vendors for both produce and prepared foods.

Ramona H.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town staying at the Marriott Marina Del Rey and saw the farmers market from out balcony. Arrived at 830am some venders were open but the open hours are 900am. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Bought coffee from Coffee Boss cart and it was the best coffee I have ever had other then when I make my own. I'm over six decades old and retired LE so I have had coffee from 15 years on. Very impressed with his coffee. Comes from a Military Family which makes it even more special To me. Plan on heading back over there once they officially open. But review based on my limited exposure BRAVO

Mary L.

Yelp
Great farmer's market! A variety of high quality vendors in a beautiful setting! It's such a pleasant way to spend a Saturday.

Jason H.

Yelp
As I just moved from Marina Del Rey I'll take this time to thank the Marina Del Rey Farmers Market. They got me through the pandemic with great produce, fish, friendly booths run by folks who became friends. And now it's only grown and become one a must do each Saturday AM - for cooked food as well as a huge variety of produce and fresh fish. Treat yourself and take a trip over there Saturday 9-2!

Shawn S.

Yelp
It is always a good day in Marina Del Rey. Great days are Saturdays 9am to 2pm at the Farmers Market! Next to 2 Beaches, incredible prepared meals, amazing hot food, and rotating craft vendors. There's a nice breeze as I drink a cold pressed juice on a sunny day. 5 stars.

Mary Genevieve C.

Yelp
Great but very pricey. Good range of offerings and great produce, pastries, hot food.

Karen H.

Yelp
I don't know why it has 3.5 stars. I give it 5. Infact, I'm heading there right now. It's summer and berries and peaches and CHERRIES are at peak! The cherries are like caaaandy. Food vendors like roast chicken, tamales, sushi burritos, among others are there. There's a good kettle corn shop...it's all so charming, go GO!

Sandra L.

Yelp
This is a small but very nice Farmers Market. They offer a variety of vendors from jerky, poké, fresh breads, clothing, CBD items, drinks, fish, fresh fruits and vegetables etc. the people were all very friendly. They have a few tables set up if you want to sit and eat. They also have live entertainment. The girl singing the day I was there was very good. She sang a variety of music. Parking is easy. There is a lot right behind the market. Easy to get in and out.

John R.

Yelp
FAN! This small but straight to the point farmers market is convenient and easy to get in and out with everything you want. There are vendors selling: flowers, vegetables, fruit, pressed juice, peanut butter and other random foods like olives and hummus, all are priced well and great. There is also food vendors with sushi burritos, coffee and other breakfast and lunch options. If in the area is is worth going to. Marina del Rey Farmers' Market Via Marina @ Panay Way Saturdays 9:00 - 2:00

Saucy S.

Yelp
This place was super cool lots of good food and fresh fruit. Everything homemade. Everyone is nice too.

Patrick C.

Yelp
The market located adjacent to Mother's Beach has recently expanded and now includes several new food vendors as well as coffee and juice vendors along with several fresh produce booths. We used to come here a few years ago and it was a much smaller market so we ended up going to Brentwood or Playa del rey but with all the newer condominium construction completed not too long ago, this area now can support a larger farmers market and this will be our go to! Cheap parking too!

Er3yn G.

Yelp
It's been my goal for a few months now to go to every farmers market in the area. We finally made it to this one last week and we were very satisfied! There's a public lot right next door. I believe I paid about $1.50 for an hour's stay. Lately going around the other markets its been the same few stalls. Jewelry, veggies and fruit, hummus, and a few pop up restaurants. While we were unable to get our usual helping of hummus and pita here (can you believe they don't have it!) we did try some new things. Our first stop was the Italian tent. The generous man had samples to give us and we walked out with an imported jar of pesto for $10. The second stop was the beef jerky tent. My boyfriend loves good jerky but he's picky. The man let us sample what he has to offer. We bought a pack of hot and spicy as well as the original. It;s a bit up priced- $14 for one pack but it is nearly a half pound of meat. Next to him were two guys grooving on their instruments. Most of the time I don't enjoy the music at these things. But when it's just instrumentals, it really relaxes the vibe. There was one flower store, one produce tent, one coffee stop, and several food tents. Oh and of course a ton of dogs! Overall we liked it here. It's different than the ones in Playa and Culver and that's good because now we have more than one market to attend each week!

Orange P.

Yelp
Great range of local produce and artisanal foods and goods. Not the largest in the world, but great if you live nearby!

Erika E.

Yelp
Do not come for the pupusas. They are not fresh nor authentic. The organic passionfruit is delish! The plant shop is great. Being right by the beach is lovely. Overall more expensive than other markets, and not many organic offerings.

James H.

Yelp
When I visited in the fall, there was very few vendors at the market, so pretty limited to their offerings... especially compared to others I've gone to. Did grab a couple of these delicious twice baked almond croissants, though! One of my favorite desserts and they would get **** in my book.

Bill K.

Yelp
A nice farmers market in a picturesque location. I've bought food items at many of the vendors and my choices have been all excellent. Best so far has been the avocado toast!! Kinda pricey, but it's tasty and piled high. Also notable are the live musicians, my primary draw for this location!

Anthony P.

Yelp
Located in the parking lot next to the Cheesecake Factory in Marina Del Rey. It's a nice small to medium farmers market. The largest one in the area in my opinion is Mar Vista and my own personal favorite is Playa Vista. They have a lot of the same vendors if you frequent the farmers market scene. Local music for your entertainment and shaded tables to eat/relax. Don't be shy with samples, the local vendors are super nice. Picked up some lunch as well as some salsa and local produce on this trip. Overall, it was a satisfying Saturday adventure.

Meg L.

Yelp
I love this farmers market because they allow dogs!!! It's a bit small though so if you're looking to do all your shopping, it won't suffice. Vendors sell out quick too

Michelle K.

Yelp
Yes, it is a small farmer's market, but I am a fan. It's about a mile and a half from where I live and it's right next to Mother's Beach! Just keep a look out because it's located inside a parking lot. There are a couple of stands: juice, bread, Mediterranean, produce (maybe 3 of them), grass fed meat, a food truck, and a tamale guy! I might be missing one or two, but the point is, it seems like a young farmer's market. Hopefully, there will be more turnout and more vendors. It's located on Via Marina, but off of Admiralty Way. Luckily, there's a shaded BBQ area with tables so if you buy something to eat, you can enjoy it there. You have to pay for parking, but I recall that it was $0.25 for a certain amount of time, so it can't be too expensive. I will be back!

Katie P.

Yelp
Kind of a dumpy Farmers Market. Very few vendors, hardly any produce, parking looked like a nightmare. We road our bikes, which you are not allowed to have in the market even if you're walking them, but bike parking was very difficult to find. Turns out it's behind the restaurant next door in an ally. I wouldn't come here again with the Playa Vista market and Venice market so close.

Whitney P.

Yelp
Market is open on Thursdays 9am-2pm. We came here because my husband was filming a cooking segment for the MLB. Otherwise, it's a bit of a drive from Hollywood. It's a tiny market, but what they do have is very good quality and it's very wide and spacious so you are not jammed in with 100s of people like the Santa Monica Farmer's Market or the Farmer's Market at the Grove, or the Thursday night market on Sunset Blvd. Plus the prices here are much cheaper than all others I just mentioned. You cannot bring dogs unless you have a service dog. I do have a service dog and this morbidly obese lady once yelled at me for having a dog at the Santa Monica Farmer's Market once, so I've sworn off that market because I hate confrontation and all I could think if I saw her again would be to throw a flaming bag of dog poo at her. So, the Marina Del Rey is a good option for a way more chill, less crowded, and cheaper market. The people are so laid back. The producers from the MLB had problems trying to get adequate permits etc. for other local markets I mentioned, but the people who run this market were very accommodating and kind for this last minute project. It's nothing fancy, but there's not much I can imagine that you'd want that you couldn't find here- flowers, fresh squeezed juices, produce, grass fed beef, snacks, etc. without the attitude.

Christine Y.

Yelp
Woohoo! A farmer's market so close to my area!!! While they just started, they already have some good vendors and I'm sure they will get bigger over time. Only about 15 vendors currently, but they have a little bit of everything at this point and the potential to grow. Can't wait to see how it will go! They set up in the parking lot right near Mother's Beach. So easy and plentiful parking even though you have to pay. The vendors are all spaced out and there is plenty of room to browse. Being so small now you can interact with the vendors easily without having to wait or wiggle your way through a crowd. I recall seeing a good assortment of vendors. Some produce, food, hummus and almond spread, flowers, live orchids and plants, and jewelry. Some of the produce vendors were organic. Prices were of the norm as other farmers markets. Very hopeful that this market will continue and will get a bit bigger. I went in the morning so there weren't many people around. It has a great location where you can grab some food and sit at the beach though!

Lisa B.

Yelp
Pros: easy and cheap parking, next to a great park, yummy crepe place, coffee bar Cons: so small, hardly any vendors especially with produce, not enough places to sit and enjoy time due to limited tables which is odd for how many food vendors there are, seriously lacks in volume and variety

Senia O.

Yelp
I have come here and there are not that many vendors here. Lots of food to sample :) I do recall some of the Veggies and fruits a little pricier Than the other small farmers market I Go to on Clark /Spring on Sundays. We stopped at the apple section where a cute duck was made by the owner for our son:) Overall We Did spend about $60-70 yea, a little much, I normally spend $30 on hust fruits and veggies and hummus and pita chips but oh well. We will come back again , not soon.As We have other Farmers Markets to Go to.

Lee L.

Yelp
This is the worst farmers market ever. We stumbled upon it on a Saturday morning when visiting a nearby establishment. You can walk the entire perimeter in 5 minutes. It also feels more expensive than other markets in the area. It seemed like a lot of young families and single people that lived in the adjacent apartments frequent this spot. While they do have live music and you can tell they're trying, there's no need to hike up the prices and limit selection/vendors. If you're looking for a weekly shopping experience, I'd skip and visit another, nearby Saturday market. However, if you just want to grab a cup of coffee and visit a local farmers market (something to do) - this is the place for you.

Susan B.

Yelp
Small market but a few good company's . I love the Bonjour yogurt! Today I bought bread from The Happy Bread Co. Super bummed when I got home and opened the brown bag packaging the top of the loaf is burnt! I won't be going back to these guys they pulled an old trick. Showing you an amazing then passing off a much lower quality that's already bagged.

Jody R.

Yelp
I love living near the market! The vendors are nice.. I would just like to see Marina move it up a notch and get more vendors and speciality pastries and activities for the families like studio city farmers market. Mar vista also has a more broad selection of specialty foods. Would like to see the Marina market become even better! Please evaluate and try to bring in more creative and specialty vendors.

Ici K.

Yelp
I've been going here for years. Sadly, some of my favorite vendors have left, like the smithfield farms butter, (yum), my goat cheese guy, (best ever! And all the dogs, dogs, dogs! I am a proud pet owner, however find it quite distasteful how some people ignore the prominantly posted signs stipulating what type of service animal is allowed. I would give it 5 stars but for the total lack of adherance to the service animal laws.

Karen L.

Yelp
This Farmer's Market is relatively small which is the reason for three stars. There is not much variety to choose from. I have been three times and always look for something new but it seems like every vendor has the exact same things. A few carry great breads or baked goods but otherwise, it's the same fruit and vegetables everywhere. The candle seller has nice candles for a very reasonable price. I'm not that impressed overall.

Shannon B.

Yelp
Great location, good vendors, nice crowd. Next to mother's beach and the marina. Local music, delicious hot food, support your local farmers!!

Scott A.

Yelp
I think by giving this place 2.5 stars is being generous. This market is small and they want to charge for parking? Barely any vendors so there's hardly a crowd. I feel bad for the vendors who are here because thy probably don't make much here. If you want people to come you gotta feature more vendors to attract the crowds. Nice location. Poor execution.

Sandy P.

Yelp
This is a small farmer's market, and there's not much farm in it, but it's a nice stop if you live in the area. There is usually entertainment, and a few tables so you can sit and enjoy the music with your coffee or sandwich. There are only two produce stands. The focus seems to be on the food trucks. The sushi burritos are fresh and delicious and a great deal. Even the half-size is huge. I like the spicy tuna! The panini stand has very tasty sandwiches and good "virgin mojitos." Other vendors sell coffee, jewelry, pottery, nut butters, hummous, and essential oils. Recently there have been two bread vendors, which seems like overkill with such a small market. I don't know if they'd draw a bigger crowd if they had more produce or not, but we

Derek D.

Yelp
I think this place is great! I love supporting our local farmers and organic foods. This is how to cast your vote against GMO foods. The flowers are an amazing price. Right down the street from me, it's great to see neighbors carrying their bags too and fro. I'm really hoping more people support this thing because I want it to stick around. BTW, if you want this farmers market to stick around the way to do it is by giving good ratings. You can't ding a farmers market that just started for not being big because it only happens as a natural progression. Put your critic aside and support organic local farmers (and the tamale guy).

Gary Z.

Yelp
Try Avocatoast. Fantabulous The new breakfast of champions. We went fairly simple with Rad-Acado but the menu has more choices.

Jess C.

Yelp
It's oh so tiny but it's a hair cheaper than the other farmers markets. It's really just for locals who want the bare basics. I enjoy its convenience and that I don't have to fight like in the Santa Monica FM. I get berries, kale, hummus, and sometimes tamales. I'm in and out in 8 minutes. They say you have to pay for parking, but it's so small that you're in and out quick. I've never once paid for parking. LOCALS - GO!

Paul A.

Yelp
The Marina Del Rey farmers market is a bit on the small side as far as vendors and variety goes. Although if you live in the neighborhood it's a cute little setup to grab a few things and enjoy your Saturday morning coffee.

Kathryn F.

Yelp
Disappointing. With parking, oranges cost us over $2.00 each! No prices on many stalls, so merchants seem to charge whatever. We were clearly overcharged, but too polite to say anything to the vendor. Very small selection of vendors and even the few listed prices were double the price elsewhere.

Linda F.

Yelp
Small but very nice. Bring your dog and let Paws Down take care of the little darling while you enjoy a latte and a pastry. Try the original popsicles made with exotic spices, herbs and juices. Delicious pastries, dips, tamales, beautiful flowers, knife sharpening and of course farm fresh fruits and veggies in a beach setting.

D F.

Yelp
Everything I need, plus other goodies, at a fraction of the cost of any Santa Monica farmers market. I love this little gem! I just returned home with tons of food: nectarines, plums, pluots, strawberries, squash, brussels sprouts, asparagus, beets, beans, carrots, you get the picture - everything was available. Along a sidewalk with street parking, you can make lots of trips to your car, so no need to do heavy lifting. There is a great salsa maker here, you must try his goods. And Candy is there! He has the best carne asada, sausages, ribs. In fact, he tells me they will soon be sold in Whole Foods, so he's an up-and-comer in the food biz. Prices are fantastic. Check them out; nice produce, some good prepared foods, and a few crafts as well. The best part - Friday afternoon market means you can get some fresh goodies for your weekend barbeque.
