The Best Restaurant Desserts in Seattle | Eater Seattle

"Like everything else at Marination, these Portuguese-Hawaiian-style fried doughnuts are a fast-casual miracle. They are sugar-dusted and crispy on the outside, warm and comforting on the inside, and unfortunately gone in a few bites. You don’t need to get fruit filling in the middle, but you’re already eating a doughnut, why not add some coconut or passion fruit to that experience? (Note that these treats don’t seem to be available at Marination’s West Seattle location at the moment.)" - Harry Cheadle

Where To Eat At T-Mobile Park - Seattle - The Infatuation

"While this local Hawaiian chain has two outposts in the stadium, the one by The ‘Pen is far better. Their adobo-spiced tofu tots are a lovely little departure from the chicken tender chokehold at T-Mobile Park—and they work as a perfect snack whether you’re vegetarian or not. Don’t forget to add on a dangerously slurpable strawberry frosé." - aimee rizzo, gabe guarente, kayla sager riley

What to Eat at T-Mobile Park for the 2025 Seattle Mariners Season | Eater Seattle

"The Hawaiian operation has an extra location and some additional treats: Li‑Hing Gummy Bears (gummy bears dusted in a plum coating) and furikake pretzels. These are great “I don’t want a full meal” options." - Harry Cheadle

The Best Fish and Chips in Seattle | Eater Seattle

"For fish and chips at Alki Beach, try skipping the classic spots on the main strip to stop by Hawaiian restaurant Marination Ma Kai. The breading has layers upon layers of crispy panko, and signature sauces like the miso ginger tartar aren’t found anywhere else in the city. Patrons can avoid the line, which is guaranteed to be out the door on a sunny day, by ordering ahead online." - Nate Hall
