The 19 Best Restaurants In Maui - Maui - The Infatuation

"Sure, Marlow feels like a spot you could find in Northern California or Italy, but this place, located in Upcountry where the weather’s cooler, highlights some of the things that we love most about Maui, from the quiet rural setting to the fruits and vegetables grown nearby that’ll have you dreaming of buying your own place. The menu includes fantastic Neapolitan-style pizzas, local prawns roasted in their wood-fired oven, and fresh salads with greens that were plucked from nearby farms. The dinner specials, like the duck confit, are great, but we equally love Marlow for breakfast, when you can grab an espresso and pastry from the coffee bar before heading to the nearby alpaca or lavender farms." - martha cheng

The 21 Essential Maui Restaurants

"Chef Jeff Scheer is a purist. Every ingredient must be exact, from the hand-milled flour in the sourdough to the Lopes Farm beef Scheer buys whole and breaks down into meatballs, briskets, and loins. His one-room Upcountry pizza kitchen is a celebration of local ripeness; elevated pizza toppings include Kaua‘i prawns roasted in the wood oven, Kula zucchini lightly dressed in Parmesan cream, and braised pork with a dash of passionfruit butter. The fungi pie is a favorite, as is the duck confit with creamy cannellini beans and a hint of mustard. Bring friends so you can try each of the house-made gelatos: Kula strawberry, pistachio, cappuccino, and olive oil." - Shannon Wianecki, Bill Addison

How Hawaiʻi Farms Are Bringing Local Food to Diners’ Plates - Eater

"Scheer started using Lapaʻau mushrooms on his pizzas when he and his wife Kaili were selling them out of their house in 2019. Both the restaurant and the farm have since become essential to much of the Upcountry Maui community." - Viola Gaskell

Google
Marlow is a community gathering spot, you’ll see to go orders being put over the counter, beautiful pizzas (white and red sauced) coming out of the kitchen in ones and twos on trays for the tables. I haven’t found anything I don’t like there. Suggest trying their margarita pizza so you can appreciate how well they prepare their sauces. The Funghi pizza is a hit and tonight we had a pepperoni that was incredible. The gnocchi are, I think, the best I’ve had anywhere, fantastic texture and sauce was so delicious. Best thing I can teach you about this spot? Finish the pizzas at the restaurant and take your left over pasta to go! This one’s stellar guys. Go!

Discovered Marlow last year when visiting the island. Returned this year because of the great experience we had. The pizza is spectacular. Tried both a white and red pizza. Both excellent and rhis is coming from a native New Yorker who is a bit of a pizza snob. The chopped salad was also a great accompaniment to the pizza. Make the effort to get here. You will not be disappointed

Google
Extremely well done rustic Italian in a casual environment perfect for Up Country. Staff are warm and very informed. A light Thursday night dinner of warm olives and their tiger prawns paired with some great wine.

Very good service ( came at 8:00 PMish on Juneteenth. ) less crowd. Food was amazing and so was our server. We wanted vegetarian meals and they helped guide through their menu. We ordered a white pasta and their on-house margarita pizza. It was all delicious. Perfect sized portion for two (any be small for peeps who like to eat well; we like not so heavy dinner). Price is on the expensive side though

If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than Marlow! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for what’s to come. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the wood-fired pizza, which was nothing short of spectacular. The crust was perfectly charred, boasting just the right amount of crunch while maintaining a chewy interior. Each bite was bursting with flavor, thanks to the high-quality, fresh ingredients that topped the pie. Whether you opt for a classic Margherita or one of their creative specialty pizzas, you can expect a delightful explosion of taste. But what truly elevates the experience at Marlow is the exceptional service. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They go above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is as enjoyable as possible, offering recommendations and checking in to make sure everything is perfect. Overall, Marlow is a must-visit for pizza lovers and anyone looking for a delightful meal. The combination of amazing food and stellar service makes it a standout choice. I can't wait to return and indulge in another slice of pizza perfection!

Google
Marlow is just stupidly good! One of Maui’s best kept or not so kept secretes , I am guessing! We’ve been here twice as our last supper while we kill time waiting to go to the airport! Some of the best wood fired pizza anywhere but don’t miss the shrimp, meatballs and salad! I haven’t tried the entree’s but I guarantee you they are delicious! The wine selection is incredible in their choices for glass pours and our server Ari was wonderful and very informative! Cant say enough great things about taking an up country drive anytime and especially as your last sad day while you’re waiting to make the long journey home! 10 out of 10 all around 🤩🌺

Absolutely superb! Everything about this place was fantastic, especially the food! Christina was my server, and she was first-rate!

Google
Food was very good… if you get what you ordered and not all at once. We got a couple menu items including some drinks, apps, entree, pizza and side. Multiple larger groups got food and drink before us even though we were only a two top. After 45 minutes we go our entire order at once. We had to turn the pizza away because there was no way we could even fit it on our table. The plates were sloppy and messy when they came out. When we finally got our pizza it turns out we were given the wrong pizza. They switched the order. It was the perfect storm of disasters one after the other.

Yelp
I love Marlow, I have only come for breakfast. At first I was a little shy about the pricing, but the quality and the conversation make it worth it. Their croissant cinnamon roll is my guilty pleasure alongside the lox toast. I can't want to come back for pizza one day. Just waiting for someone to take me out for an arugala salad and funghi pizza, LOL.

Yelp
Super chill lunch spot after our bike ride through Makawao and Paia. The pizza was honestly some of the best I had, the dough was so good. Cocktails were so fresh, and service was also great. Totally recommend if you're in the area.

Yelp
Marlow serves up incredible Neapolitan-style sourdough pizza that's cooked to perfection in a brick oven. We ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza, and both were outstanding. The crust had that signature sourdough tang with a light, airy texture and a beautifully charred edge from the oven. It was crisp on the outside, soft and chewy inside--exactly what you want from a well-made Neapolitan pie. The ingredients were clearly top quality--fresh, wholesome, and full of natural flavor. The tomato sauce was bright and simple, the cheese was rich and creamy without being heavy, and the pepperoni had just the right balance of spice and crisp. Nothing felt processed or overly greasy--just clean, honest pizza made with care. If you appreciate handcrafted, brick oven pizza, Marlow is absolutely worth a visit.

Yelp
came back for my birthday dinner and the margherita pizza is my favorite so this time i decided to add arugula and it was spectacular. love marlow so much. always a great time!

Yelp
Everything was great. The food was delicious. The service was awesome. We enjoyed ourselves tonight as the place was busy, but everyone seemed happily engaged. The ambiance is very chill. Would go here againn with family.

Yelp
I was on Maui to help out at a big Yelp Elite Event, and many MANY local Yelpers told me I must take the journey to the Upcountry and order a pizza from Marlow. So, of course, I obliged! But first, I stopped at Mahalo Aleworks next door, as I wasn't quite ready for lunch yet. I was excited to find out that I could order a pizza to go from Marlow and eat it at the brewery. It was hard to decide what to get, but it looked like their Fungi Pizza was a popular choice so I grabbed one and waited while I finished my beer. It took awhile, but was well worth the wait. The pizza was phenomenal. Hot, cheesy, and covered in tender mushrooms. It needed nothing, as it was the perfect slice on its own. My only regret is that they don't make a "small" size as this pie was HUGE and could have fed an army. I was only inside actual Marlow for a few minutes while I picked up my pizza, but I loved its quaint, rustic vibe. It was full of people and there was a waitlist - if you go in person, I recommend getting there early (or enjoying it from next door as I did). They also have some tasty-sounding non-pizza options. I'm still regretting not trying the meatballs!

Yelp
We went last night and the food was amazing! Everything was good. The octopus salad was delicious, perfect combo of fresh vegetables and the octopus was so tender. We also had the duck, the veggie pie, the meatball and the grilled Kampachi... The only negative thing was how hot it was in there. Our table and the table next to us kept mentioning how hot it was.

Yelp
Wow, wow, wow. I'm so glad we tried Marlow, as it turned out to be one of our highlight restaurants in Maui. We didn't have a reservation, but luckily we were seated right away. Our server, Autumn, was lovely and very helpful with her recommendations. We ordered a few items: - Golden Beets with Pistachio (5/5): You know how salads are usually just... meh? Well, I'm happy to tell you that this salad was anything but that. We were blown away because we did not have any expectations. It simply was the BEST salad we have ever had. The sweet beets paired perfectly with the bitterness of the arugula, plus the creaminess of the cheese and the crunchiness of the pistachios...OMG spectacular! - Cioppino (5/5): The cioppino was a bit more tangy than what I had anticipated, but it was still incredibly tasty. The grilled prawns added a wonderful aroma to the dish, tying everything together nicely. - Salsiccia (4/5): This is a thin-crust, wood-fired pizza topped with Italian sausage, caramelized onions, and mozzarella in a red sauce. While we enjoyed the flavors, the dressing, and how fresh it was, there was something missing that we couldn't pinpoint. Nonetheless, it was still delicious. Highly recommend you check this place out!

Yelp
My favorite and personally considerer the best pizza on the island. Took some friends out for a treat and it always delivers. Our waitress was amazing she offered us free drinks cause of us having a really long wait. My absolute favorite is the funghi mushroom pizza. The meatballs are a really good side dish as well. There other pizzas are good as well. The only caveat being it will cost you an arm and a leg if you go. It's a really cute little business with a nice interior.

Yelp
A super classy yet simple eating spot! Though they're known for their pizza, they also have plenty of drinks and food options to choose from! The staff are always super kind whenever I visited, and it's cool to see everyone working on your food live when you're waiting. Italian soda options were super good, and I recommend seeing if they have any specials whenever you visit - Miguel Morales Photography

Yelp
Great food. Great ambiance. First time we went even the servers were great. Recommend the meatballs, beets salad, all of the pizza we tried were solid. Can't go wrong with any of them. The second time we went on V-day, the server didn't seem very happy to be there. She did her thing then tried to have us put it the highest tip. We would go again though.

Yelp
I travel a lot and always ask locals where the best food is. This place kept popping up. So after talking with the wife we decided to drive up country and give them a try. I above beyond grateful that we made the drive. The food was absolutely amazing. It was just me wife and I and we did not make a reservation, but we arrived and were immediately seated. The cocktails were very good and reasonably priced. I had the black cherry Manhattan . I would get it again. We started with roasted broccolini. The Romesco sauce was fire. My wife had ciopoino and it was delicious. I had the calabrese pizza and would put it up against anything on the island. We also had to try the gnocchi. It was soooo good. We ordered too much food, but it was all good. Drive up and support local

Yelp
Best meatball I've ever had! If it were socially acceptable to lick the bowl, I would have! Also had the braised Spanish octopus salad which was balanced, hearty, and seemed almost bottomless! So good. Service was great. Upscale food in an inviting, comfortable environment. A must-visit restaurant especially if you've just finished your adventure at Haleakala.
google avatar

Shane A.

Yelp
I didn't have a chance to take a pic but we ordered the gnocchi 2 different ways. First one was ordered off the menu. The sauce was rich and creamy...the gnocchi was pillowy soft with a nice chew and perfectly cooked. It went well with the chewy pancetta. The second one we asked for a custom order with their red sauce and mushrooms (no cream or cheese). Wow...the mushrooms gave the dish a different texture to go with the perfectly cooked gnocchi. This was the highlight food of our short trip to Maui. I'd highly suggest this dish if you're heading to Marlow or just go for the gnocchi!

R H.

Yelp
The coffee is way too dark for quality third wave coffee. I know the roaster and they're great but whatever roast Marlow chose is not good. Definitely your grandpa's version of good coffee.
google avatar

Nathan B.

Yelp
Amazing food and service. We started by ordering a couple of their specialty cocktails. We then decided to share the chopped salad & Salsiccia pizza. Both the salad and pizza were amazingly good. My wife and I both agreed that this was one of the best places we had dined at while in Maui.

Yelp
** heads up, Marlow is the semi-finalist for James Beard Award, good luck @ Marlow**!! Per my co-worker who super love this restaurant , they fly over to Maui for her annual girls trip just for Marlow, for the day. On a recent island adventure to Maui for the day, I've decided to give Marlow a try after seeing my coworker's social media post and I am glad I did, no regrets after seeing all the wonderful Facebook post and Yelp reviews. We spent the morning at upcountry and Marlow was in the area, which was perfect! note they open for lunch til 2 pm, luckily we checked in at 1:27 pm and got a table, with about 4 minute wait. Marlow is such trendy restaurant, nice, new, very welcoming! The place could get loud due to how busy the restaurant is and we also sat near the kitchen/register. I really love the decor here, there are cool products for sale at the front. Brylee was our waitress, she is super friendly and helpful! She recommended 2 favorite /popular pizza, but since it was just the 2 of us, 2 pizza would be too much, ended up with one of the choices she recommended. From Yelp photos, I wanted to get the burrata with tomatoes but that was a special and not available, we went with pizza and salad, Salisicca ($25.) red pie comes with house italian sausage, onion and add jalapeño ($2.) and the chopped salad ($17.) Kupa'a farm greens, mozz, red onion, cherry tomato, chickpea, pepperoncini, with a lemon vinaigrette dressing. The verdict, We did enjoy our thin crust wood fire style pizza, even though the crust was a little on the burnt side, it was still great! The chopped salad was omg Wow Yums! I just love the flavors, and how fresh it is, love the dressing. Pizza and salad sure went well together! Totally recommend this combination! For dessert, I wanted the bread pudding seen on yelp photos but not available, sad face. I wasn't ready to try the olive oil gelato but went with the salted caramel and kula strawberry gelato, so refreshing and good! All in all, we enjoyed our very first time visit here and it won't be our last. We couldn't finish the entire pizza, had 2 slice left which we brought back home to enjoy! Can't wait to visit again, meatball appetizer and white pies is on the list to try, We need a bigger appetite! hehe. Good luck to you @ Marlow, on being selected for the James Beard Award, I hope you get it.

Yelp
I have probably eaten here 30 times since they started and it consistently gets better and better. When they first opened, I thought their dough was a little too sour, but I think they tweaked the recipe and it is dialed in at this point. It is a little pricey for upcountry Maui, but the vibe is so good, you feel like you're in Brooklyn or Santa Monica or somewhere other than Kula. The salads are excellent, the pizzas are great, the entrées always impress, and my favorite dish are the meatballs which are a meal in and of themselves. Service is generally quite good, occasionally they got a little slammed or they are understaffed, but you can tell there is a strong team atmosphere and people I know who work there love the job and the owner.
google avatar

Aline T.

Yelp
The quality of their pizza dough isn't as good as when they first opened but this happens to pretty much every single restaurant that gets popular and has difficulty keeping up. Still great pizza. Servers are still friendly and working hard so just have some patience and grace while you sit there waiting. Ambiance is about as "fancy" as it gets in this area, so I'm grateful. I still enjoy eating here but have reset my pizza expectations.

Yelp
The whole experience on July 26th was fantastic and celebratory. We really splurged and had such a great time! For this meal, we opted NOT to get pizza, but instead assorted OTHER items, which come in the way of a tapas-sort-of-menu... small enough to try many, but plenty enough to share. Warmed olives, Kampachi collar, Tako Salad, blistered Shishito peppers..... a side of smashed potatoes, a flat-iron steak..... rounded out our savory dishes. Everything is SO FRESH and delicious! The stand out to me was the TRUMPET MUSHROOM PUREE that bedded the Kampachi collar. Such incredible taste and texture. Everything comes with fresh greens. Lots of olives, tomatoes on everything... all really wonderful and uber fresh. BUT DESSERT, specifically the Panna Cotta, with its cardamon granola, and the Olive Oil ice cream were absolutely TO DIE FOR. I am not even a dessert person but man oh man, were these items fantastic. This experience has changed my outlook on Marlow. Because of their impeccable execution and use of farm fresh and sourced local ingredients, I left walking on air, happily surprised by another recent turn-of-events at establishments I had given up on. My theory is, eat in the restaurant. Too much is compromised with take-out. MAHALO!
google avatar

Giselle M.

Yelp
Marlow is a must! What a gem in Upcountry Maui. Good friends on the island had recommended this place to us last year, but we didn't have a chance to go until our most recent visit a few weeks ago. And boy were they right...my husband & I loved it! Being that he's 100% Italian (and me being Italian by marriage hehe), we're very picky about our pizza! We decided to try their Margherita Pizza and it totally hit the spot and was cooked to perfection! Marlow actually specializes in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza and uses locally sourced ingredients, so you know it's going to be fresh & tasty! They have a great cocktail & wine menu too, so we tried their Aperol Spritz which was balanced & refreshing, and much like the ones we've enjoyed in Italy. Big thank you and mahalo to Hailey P. for being so welcoming, and the whole staff, especially since we got there just in time (they were going to be closing the lunch service in just over 30min so we asked first if there was enough time for us, and they assured us that there was!). We ordered quick and were completely satisfied splitting the one classic and very flavorful pizza. We'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Laura G.

Yelp
This is an amazing place!!! The people were very nice and the food was great! The tables were nice but the chairs were in disrepair. The mortadella pizza was my favorite!
google avatar

Curtis T.

Yelp
We came here for a family breakfast before our kids head back to college. They were out of most of their pastries by 9:15 am, so we opted for breakfast sandwiches. If you are a tea drinker (or not), try the Kula Fog. It has some lavender. This is a great spot to visit on an early Saturday morning, and then hit the Kula Farmers Market up the street.
google avatar

Marianne K.

Yelp
All these reviews are totally misleading. We saw on Yelp and Google these beautiful images of authentic pizza dough perfectly charred in an open wood oven pizza but that's not what we experienced. I believe they changed their dough recipe since the photos I saw of other customers or the settings of their oven was completely off. The dough was hard like a cardboard, no flavor, no texture, doesn't bend but break. Service was also mediocre. We enjoyed the drive there but do not recommend the place and we won't be visiting again.
google avatar

Jenel O.

Yelp
Headed to Maui for the day and with our adventures taking us upcountry, we decided on Marlow for lunch and it didn't disappoint. The pizzas are fantastic, cooked over a wood burning oven. But don't stop there, definitely order the meatballs! There is ample parking in the lot. I believe you can also order food here and take it next door to Mahalo Aleworks to eat - now that's a win!
google avatar

Shannon V.

Yelp
We stopped in for a quick lunch during the week. Their cocktails looked delicious but we stuck to their iced tea. They had two options and both were delicious! Our group started with the meatballs. These meatballs were amazing. They were light and airy but packed with so much flavor. The sauce was just perfect. We decided to split two pies the calabrese and the braised pork. Just wow. These pies were amazing flavor bombs. The braised pork was so balanced with the spicy sauce and the lilikoi butter. The crust was super thin and crispy. Service was friendly and attentive. They helped us get out quick when we realized we were running short to get to our next stop. Wish we could have had more meals at Marlow but we will be back!
google avatar

David B.

Yelp
This was by for our favorite place we ate during our trip to Maui. The service, the food, and the price were all the best we had on the island. Our only regret was we waited to come here till the last night. Will def be back again next time. Thank you!!!!
google avatar

D Y.

Yelp
Really good food. We had the steak, meatballs, Marguerite pizza, octopus salad, and olive oil gelato for dessert. The steak was the perfect temperature with good flavor and tenderness. The meatballs and sauce were really good. Great texture and taste with really nice tomatoey sauce. The octopus was very nicely charred. The salad might have been a little overdressed or maybe sat in the dressing too long. The pizza was really nice, fresh and tasty ingredients with a nice crunchy and chewy crust. The gelato had good flavor but the consistency was a little off for me. I especially like gelato which is gooey and thick. This was a little icy. Overall, very good meal.

Chelle L.

Yelp
The olive oil gelato was more savory and salty than being sweet so if you don't like sweet dessert this is for you. It's not what I expected. The service wasn't the best as we only got asked once how we were doing. The pasta was really good but the marghertia pizza was just average.

Z. H.

Yelp
Outstanding food and service. We had the meatballs, chopped salad, and pepperoni pizza. All were super fresh and delicious! The crust on the pizza is some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Kandy G.

Yelp
I could overlook the slow coffee service and over priced food. But The woman at the counter in the morning is a meh. After three visits, I can confidently say I won't be back, all thanks to her. She's an energy drain, she makes me feel like I'm a burden just by being there. On top of that, the coffee service is painfully slow, and the food is ridiculously overpriced. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter someone so disinterested and unfriendly it makes the whole experience a bummer.

Sandra K.

Yelp
Really good food' Local atmosphere (which is great) - love having options for dining out Upcountry.
google avatar

Danielle M.

Yelp
Marlow is consisterly really good. We are obsessed with the pistachio Gelato with the olive oil honey drizzle. Their pasta and pizzas are really good as well. The ambiance is cozy and rustic and is the perfect spot for a date night or dinner with friends. The quality of the ingredients are amazing, and always served fresh. The staff is attentive and friendly as well.
google avatar

Gillian E.

Yelp
The best place to take a foodie!! The octopus is cooked and seasoned so well. The wine options are so fun- lambrusco (bubbly red) pairs well with pizza so I highly recommend! The menu changes and I've never been disappointed. I tend to favor their red sauce pies over their white.

Yelp
Stopped by this local gem based on the reviews. Marlow's did not disappoint. We split a chopped salad and the Margherita pizza with added local mushrooms. Pricey but excellent quality. We ate every bite and it was delicious. Service was excellent also. Cute little strip mall also housed a brew house which looked interesting. I will say the Marlow vibe seemed better suited to lunchtime. Not really a dinner destination unless you want something super casual, but definitely consider takeout for dinner!

Mimi N.

Yelp
Would give 4.5 stars if possible. The place has a nice vibe. Even at 8pm, the outdoor area was unfortunately full (would've been about 30 min wait). It's upcountry/inland, and seemed like people there were not tourists. The pizzas came out piping hot. The Margherita pizza was one of the best we've ever had. Thin, crisp, sunburnt, and very flavorful. I think the sauce was the star, it had a lot of flavor. The Funghi pizza was also really good but wasn't as flavorful as the Margherita, and not as crisp due to all the toppings. They used a unique sort of mushroom which was nice, just could've used less cheese or different type of cheese perhaps. Glad we tried the olive oil gelato, it was unlike anything we've tried before. Technically it wasn't a gelato, but a very very smooth/creamy ice cream. You can't really taste the olive oil in the ice cream itself, it's more of a fior di latte with additional subtle flavors. We got the toppings on the side and drizzled on the plate, which was good. The fennel pollen was so unique and added a really nice flavor. The coarse salt though is just quite unnecessary and some bites had too much. But it was great and would definitely have it again, along with a couple Margherita pizzas!
google avatar

Yelp
The mushroom pizza was delicious! The mushrooms and roasted garlic were divine We also had an order of the meatballs, which were amazing and huge. The cocktails were also delicious! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Lindsey N.

Yelp
Their food is amazing (especially their pizza!) and the service is friendly. Every single time the food exceeds expectations!

Jessica Y.

Yelp
This place is located in the area we would not normally go when we visited Maui. The ambiance is hip and trendy that reminds me of places in Mission in San Francisco. The service is extremely friendly and super helpful on any request you may have. We went with our baby and they are super accommodating and helped us to set up the table worked the best for family with baby. We also saw lots of families with young babies and kids there. The food is hitting the spot as far as pizzas and meatballs go. The pizzas are thin crust with fresh ingredients. Both sausage and braised pork pizzas taste phenomenal. The flavors are different and both are delicious. Octopus salad came with lots of octopus! And most importantly it was not over cooked! Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly with both flavors and presentation. Will definitely come back!

Jim S.

Yelp
First time in for dinner and I'm glad we had a reservation as the place was packed! Food was great as always. Our server was delightful and helped us with a wonderful dinner.

Yelp
Where do I begin?? They were busy at 8:15 on a Saturday night but they were still able to seat us at the bar. I love the open kitchen because it's fun to watch our food being prepped right in front of our eyes and helps pass time if need be. Staff was friendly, we had Autumn as our server and she had amazing recommendations! The bartender made great conversation as well, and took care of us when needed. We started with the chopped salad which was absolutely amazingggg, I loved the lemon vinaigrette dressing and how you could tell everything was so fresh!! The portion sizes were perfect to share, gnocchi was huge and delicious! The highlight for me personally was the prosciutto white pie, sooo damn good cause I'm a truffle lover. We also sampled the ciopinno but that was underwhelming compared to the rest of our dishes - I so wanted it to be the cherry on top for us but it's okay, the rest made up for it! Dont skip over dessert, the sorbets are to die for - My favorite was the pistachio and olive oil with the honey & bee pollen on top- seriously a party in my mouth. Loved the atmosphere and the how clean the back of house staff was. Service was extremely quick and attentive. It was a great first time experience for me and I'm sure I'll be craving them again soon!

Yelp
All you need to know - best pizza on Maui! My family has been coming here once a year for the past few years and we all agreed Marlow's is the new winner. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed three of their pizzas. I'd vote 1. Salsiccia 2. Braised Pork 3. Margherita. The sausage on 1 is super, and I mean SUPER, flavorful. This with the caramelized onions was the table favorite.

Yelp
This is their croissant. Super disappointed heard how good they were. Who's the baker? Is this just a bad day?

Yelp
After spending the morning at Haleakalā National Park, we decided to have some drinks and lunch at Mahalo Aleworks. They have a food truck on site, but they also allow you to bring in food from Marlow, which is right next-door. We opted to order a pizza and focaccia bread from Marlow. It was very easy to order. You just placed the order online, and then they send you a text when it's ready to pick up. Then you go next-door to pick it up. Marlow is a super cute restaurant. I would have loved to eat inside! They also have a little gift shop, section with local items, which was fun to look at. I really wanted to order the white pizzas that I saw on the menu, but my husband is a red sauce guy, so we shared a pepperoni pizza. It was good, but I know I would've loved the white pizzas and I regret not trying one!

Yelp
We surely enjoyed our foodie experience at Marlow's pizzeria restaurant. We selected a few of the top requested picks from our kind waitress & Loved it! My husband & I were very happy to know they had affogato's for brunch, Yummy!

Yelp
They make great pasta and salad dishes. Pizza, not so much, stick with the pasta. The olive dish was the best, I wish they would keep it on the menu.

Yelp
We ordered a prosciutto pizza to go. It was not heavy and very tasty. if the order service says it'll take an hour, it will take almost that full hour. I was so hungry by the time we got to dig in but it was worth it.

Yelp
After our super fun tour at Maui Alpaca, we had lunch at Marlow - a restaurant serving sourdough, Neapolitan style pizza in Pukalani, upcountry Maui. The restaurant is locally owned and named after the Chef/owner's youngest with his wife/co-owner of Marlow. The pizza pies are baked in Marlow's kiawe wood burning oven from Italy giving the pizzas the authentic charred crispy bottom with an airy and chewy crust. We ordered the coppa, a white pie, and the pepperoni. Both pizzas were incredible, but we especially loved the ciopinno with its plentiful Kauai prawns, kanpachi, and tako. The restaurant is bright and spacious and the service was friendly and great. Our experience was so wonderful, we returned for dinner and I have been recommending the restaurant to anyone headed to Maui.
