The 19 Best Restaurants In Maui - Maui - The Infatuation

"Sure, Marlow feels like a spot you could find in Northern California or Italy, but this place, located in Upcountry where the weather’s cooler, highlights some of the things that we love most about Maui, from the quiet rural setting to the fruits and vegetables grown nearby that’ll have you dreaming of buying your own place. The menu includes fantastic Neapolitan-style pizzas, local prawns roasted in their wood-fired oven, and fresh salads with greens that were plucked from nearby farms. The dinner specials, like the duck confit, are great, but we equally love Marlow for breakfast, when you can grab an espresso and pastry from the coffee bar before heading to the nearby alpaca or lavender farms." - martha cheng

The 21 Essential Maui Restaurants

"Chef Jeff Scheer is a purist. Every ingredient must be exact, from the hand-milled flour in the sourdough to the Lopes Farm beef Scheer buys whole and breaks down into meatballs, briskets, and loins. His one-room Upcountry pizza kitchen is a celebration of local ripeness; elevated pizza toppings include Kaua‘i prawns roasted in the wood oven, Kula zucchini lightly dressed in Parmesan cream, and braised pork with a dash of passionfruit butter. The fungi pie is a favorite, as is the duck confit with creamy cannellini beans and a hint of mustard. Bring friends so you can try each of the house-made gelatos: Kula strawberry, pistachio, cappuccino, and olive oil." - Shannon Wianecki, Bill Addison

How Hawaiʻi Farms Are Bringing Local Food to Diners’ Plates - Eater

"Scheer started using Lapaʻau mushrooms on his pizzas when he and his wife Kaili were selling them out of their house in 2019. Both the restaurant and the farm have since become essential to much of the Upcountry Maui community." - Viola Gaskell

Google
TLDR: Mediocre pizza, modern/sterile interior, and poor service. The service alone would turn me away from ever coming back or recommending to a friend. Came here after seeing all the positive Google reviews about the pizza. Based on past reviews it sounds like this place used to be really great, but has declined after getting lots of new hires. I encourage you to look at the other lower star reviews before deciding to come here if service matters to you. Service - 1/10 - I agree with others comments that each interaction we had with any members of the staff gave that we were a major inconvenience just for existing in the restaurant. We are pretty polite people (say please and thank you, smile, etc.), but everyone there felt like they were giving fake smiles and disingenuous service. Service was also very slow, which on a weekday lunch I can understand most folks are there to take a slow afternoon- but it was unusually long to get our check/takeout box. Margherita pizza - 5/10 - Pizza is a very thin crust style and as others mentioned it is soggy in the middle, sauce is okay but nothing to write home about. Salad - 1/10 - Salad was basically lettuce coated in the thinnest layer of dressing that you could barely taste it. Didn’t seem like the lettuce was really seasoned at all. Chai Latte - 4/10 - Chai latte was spicy, which I usually prefer but this one has way too much black peppercorn (?) that it overpowered the drink. The bottom of the latte was way too spicy to drink.

Google
Marlow is 🔥. Love the food, the funghi pizza, meatballs, OLIVE OIL GELATO. Their coffee and beans are super good too, I buy their Origin beans for at home. This is definitely the best restaurant upcountry.

Google
I love their breakfast sandwich, have had dinner here too and liked it a lot. Vibes are cute and airy. A lot of people rave about the pizza but I really prefer their other menu items

Google
Marlow is a community gathering spot, you’ll see to go orders being put over the counter, beautiful pizzas (white and red sauced) coming out of the kitchen in ones and twos on trays for the tables. I haven’t found anything I don’t like there. Suggest trying their margarita pizza so you can appreciate how well they prepare their sauces. The Funghi pizza is a hit and tonight we had a pepperoni that was incredible. The gnocchi are, I think, the best I’ve had anywhere, fantastic texture and sauce was so delicious. Best thing I can teach you about this spot? Finish the pizzas at the restaurant and take your left over pasta to go! This one’s stellar guys. Go!

Google
We visited on a Saturday late morning, place was half full but they wanted us to wait until they could service appropriately. Understaffed perhaps? That was fine, we took a stroll, came back and they seized us earlier than we expected. It was our first visit and we were looking forward to a pizza, had the fungi/ mushroom. Lots of garlic on that pie. We enjoyed it.

Google
Marlow is my absolute favorite restaurant in the universe and has been for a long time. And today’s visit was nothing shy of remarkable. The moment I walked in I was greeted with the sweetest smiles. I sat at the bar to treat myself to my favorite meatballs. I ordered the Negroni sbagliato and it was perfect. Then I ordered a mixed green salad and it was insane delicious. Finally my bucatini with meatballs came and I don’t think I looked up from my plate for 15 solid minutes. It was pure heaven. I love this place and these people. Thank you chef! ❤️

Google
Legit Italian food on Maui. Will definitely head back. Dinner was fantastic Went for croissants in the morning as well. Twice!

Google
Discovered Marlow last year when visiting the island. Returned this year because of the great experience we had. The pizza is spectacular. Tried both a white and red pizza. Both excellent and rhis is coming from a native New Yorker who is a bit of a pizza snob. The chopped salad was also a great accompaniment to the pizza. Make the effort to get here. You will not be disappointed

Yelp
Good Food from salads, starters, to artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza. Everything is delicious! They have a daily specials menu to choose from as well as their regular menu. Service is always friendly upon arrival and they are helpful throughout your dining. Ambiance is casual. Great place to have small special family events or group party celebrations. Recommend if in Upcountry Maui and looking for an Italian restaurant. Reservations available on line.

Yelp
Loving this place. Good pizza, great wine. Doesn't disappoint for a place in Maui, and that's saying a lot. Just reminds me of many spots back in NYC. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Yelp
My husband and I go here regularly for an easy date night. Food is great-the chopped salad, meatball, and braised pork red pie are our most frequently ordered items. I usually try their specialty cocktail-it's generally something fun and inventive. It can get pretty warm in the restaurant because of the wood fire pizza oven, but there is outside seating. It can also be a bit loud as well, if you have difficulty hearing with background noise (some of the seats near the windows are a *little* quieter). Service is always professional and friendly. Definitely a solid choice for a relaxed, delicious meal.

Yelp
I love marlow. Have never had a bad experience here. This time we put stopped after the farmers market for lunch. We're seated quickly right around the time their dining room opened (11a). Their chopped salad is good, their potato pizza is good, and their veg of the day was DELICIOUS! Beware, the jalapeño romesco is quite spicy but it's so delicious.

Yelp
Walking in, the restaurant looks extremely well done. From the decor, to the music, to the lighting absolutely wonderful. We were greeted right when walking in the door, we made a reservation, which made seating a breeze. Our server was attentive and informative. We ordered the meatball appetizer which was incredibly done. My wife had the margarita pizza and I got the Wagyu strip loin. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Their sauces are made in house and did you farm to table ingredients. everything's locally sourced and it showed. I am extremely picky about my steaks, so I was a little nervous, ordering something of that caliber. Not only was the medium rare cook perfectly done, but the crust on the outside of the steak was absolutely perfect. The pizza had fresh ingredients and was cooked well. I got their gelato with fennel pollen, olive oil and honey. I do not remember the name of it, but it was phenomenal. Not only will we be back many more times, but I highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice date night or just to try some of the great food they have.

Yelp
I just had to share this to warn others. I've been a loyal customer at Marlow, but yesterday was a perfect example of a business that doesn't value its customers. Normally, I try to arrive by 1pm, but we got there around 1:20pm. They advertise that they're open until 2pm. The restaurant was maybe a third full, and people were still getting their food. We waited a few minutes at the "Please Wait to Be Seated" stand, but no one acknowledged us. Someone in line told us to put our names in at the counter. There was one couple waiting ahead of us. When we went to the counter, we were told they had to check with the server to see if she wanted to seat us. After a few minutes, the girl at the counter said, "So we won't be able to seat you." I explained that we drove all the way up the hill to eat there. Her response? "Oh, sorry about that." We left the restaurant at 1:30pm. Another couple behind us was also turned away and seemed very upset, commenting on how poor the business practice was. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. Another lunch visit, as we were finishing lunch and someone in my party tried to order a pizza to go at 1:55pm while the restaurant was still busy. The waitress said no -- the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes. Are you really open until 2pm, or not? If not, update your website. Turning away paying customers when the room is more than half empty is never a good business practice. I no longer feel comfortable recommending Marlow to friends. It's a trek to get there from the west side of the island.. only to be brushed off like a crumb on the table. Do better Marlow! If you can't accommodate customers at least be responsible about it and not shoo us away like you would a fly.

Yelp
Super chill lunch spot after our bike ride through Makawao and Paia. The pizza was honestly some of the best I had, the dough was so good. Cocktails were so fresh, and service was also great. Totally recommend if you're in the area.

Yelp
First time here and so glad we did. Now our favorite pizza on Maui. Friendly staff and exceptional food. A definite must on our next visit to the islands.

Yelp
I was on Maui to help out at a big Yelp Elite Event, and many MANY local Yelpers told me I must take the journey to the Upcountry and order a pizza from Marlow. So, of course, I obliged! But first, I stopped at Mahalo Aleworks next door, as I wasn't quite ready for lunch yet. I was excited to find out that I could order a pizza to go from Marlow and eat it at the brewery. It was hard to decide what to get, but it looked like their Fungi Pizza was a popular choice so I grabbed one and waited while I finished my beer. It took awhile, but was well worth the wait. The pizza was phenomenal. Hot, cheesy, and covered in tender mushrooms. It needed nothing, as it was the perfect slice on its own. My only regret is that they don't make a "small" size as this pie was HUGE and could have fed an army. I was only inside actual Marlow for a few minutes while I picked up my pizza, but I loved its quaint, rustic vibe. It was full of people and there was a waitlist - if you go in person, I recommend getting there early (or enjoying it from next door as I did). They also have some tasty-sounding non-pizza options. I'm still regretting not trying the meatballs!

Yelp
Great little gem in Maui. The meatballs were the BEST we've ever had. Pizza was delicious too!

Yelp
Very disappointed with their customer service. We are loyal repeat customers from upcountry. Yesterday 11/25/25 my friend from Kahana drove to meet me for lunch at Marlow at 1:15 and we were told they only have one server and sorry they couldn't accommodate us and the people that came after us. All of us were not pleased. Either your business is open and do your best or offer take out or show some effort to show your appreciation for our business or put up a closed sign. The two employees at the front were discussing for 10 minutes before telling us no. They could be hustling to serve customers instead. Unacceptable service when other restaurants are begging for business.

Yelp
Everything was great. The food was delicious. The service was awesome. We enjoyed ourselves tonight as the place was busy, but everyone seemed happily engaged. The ambiance is very chill. Would go here againn with family.

Yelp
On our way back from Haleakala sunset we were looking for a place for dinner and found this gem. Amazing food - we ordered the home made pasta and pizza. Everything was fresh made and taste delicious. Service was excellent - just can highly recommend this beautiful place.

Brittnee L.

Yelp
Every time I come to Marlow's, I'm reminded why it's one of my favorite spots upcountry. The food & coffee is consistently amazing. But what really makes the experience special is the team. Lauren and Kira went above and beyond on our last visit. They're friendly, attentive, and genuine care really stood out, which is rare to find these days. If you're on Maui and haven't been to Marlow's yet, make the drive to Kula. Between the incredible food, beautiful atmosphere, and staff it is well worth it!

Yelp
came back for my birthday dinner and the margherita pizza is my favorite so this time i decided to add arugula and it was spectacular. love marlow so much. always a great time!

Yelp
Wow, wow, wow. I'm so glad we tried Marlow, as it turned out to be one of our highlight restaurants in Maui. We didn't have a reservation, but luckily we were seated right away. Our server, Autumn, was lovely and very helpful with her recommendations. We ordered a few items: - Golden Beets with Pistachio (5/5): You know how salads are usually just... meh? Well, I'm happy to tell you that this salad was anything but that. We were blown away because we did not have any expectations. It simply was the BEST salad we have ever had. The sweet beets paired perfectly with the bitterness of the arugula, plus the creaminess of the cheese and the crunchiness of the pistachios...OMG spectacular! - Cioppino (5/5): The cioppino was a bit more tangy than what I had anticipated, but it was still incredibly tasty. The grilled prawns added a wonderful aroma to the dish, tying everything together nicely. - Salsiccia (4/5): This is a thin-crust, wood-fired pizza topped with Italian sausage, caramelized onions, and mozzarella in a red sauce. While we enjoyed the flavors, the dressing, and how fresh it was, there was something missing that we couldn't pinpoint. Nonetheless, it was still delicious. Highly recommend you check this place out!

Yelp
We went last night and the food was amazing! Everything was good. The octopus salad was delicious, perfect combo of fresh vegetables and the octopus was so tender. We also had the duck, the veggie pie, the meatball and the grilled Kampachi... The only negative thing was how hot it was in there. Our table and the table next to us kept mentioning how hot it was.

Brianna S.

Yelp
We ordered food to go, the wait time said 6pm, it got to be 6:20pm so I checked in and the food was sitting on the counter cold. I never got a text to say it was ready. When I asked if I should have gotten a text they said yes, I let them know it's been 20mins since the original wait time and that was that. I left with my cold food... This has happened to me before, I wouldn't recommend coming here for take out. Spending $30 on a cold, soggy pizza is not worth it.
google avatar

Vinny c.

Yelp
My favorite and personally considerer the best pizza on the island. Took some friends out for a treat and it always delivers. Our waitress was amazing she offered us free drinks cause of us having a really long wait. My absolute favorite is the funghi mushroom pizza. The meatballs are a really good side dish as well. There other pizzas are good as well. The only caveat being it will cost you an arm and a leg if you go. It's a really cute little business with a nice interior.
google avatar

Miguel M.

Yelp
A super classy yet simple eating spot! Though they're known for their pizza, they also have plenty of drinks and food options to choose from! The staff are always super kind whenever I visited, and it's cool to see everyone working on your food live when you're waiting. Italian soda options were super good, and I recommend seeing if they have any specials whenever you visit - Miguel Morales Photography
google avatar

Yelp
Food is good but what really pissed me off was no refills on a five dollar cup of coffee.
google avatar

Ronjini M.

Yelp
I love Marlow, I have only come for breakfast. At first I was a little shy about the pricing, but the quality and the conversation make it worth it. Their croissant cinnamon roll is my guilty pleasure alongside the lox toast. I can't want to come back for pizza one day. Just waiting for someone to take me out for an arugala salad and funghi pizza, LOL.
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
I travel a lot and always ask locals where the best food is. This place kept popping up. So after talking with the wife we decided to drive up country and give them a try. I above beyond grateful that we made the drive. The food was absolutely amazing. It was just me wife and I and we did not make a reservation, but we arrived and were immediately seated. The cocktails were very good and reasonably priced. I had the black cherry Manhattan . I would get it again. We started with roasted broccolini. The Romesco sauce was fire. My wife had ciopoino and it was delicious. I had the calabrese pizza and would put it up against anything on the island. We also had to try the gnocchi. It was soooo good. We ordered too much food, but it was all good. Drive up and support local
google avatar

Nino R.

Yelp
Great vibe. Open. Modern. Classic Italian menu with a heavy focus on pizza. Try the brazed pork pizza! Service was good but a tad slow.

Grace R.

Yelp
What an amazing experience from start to finish! We sat at the counter to watch the artistry in the kitchen. Our servers were incredibly friendly. Their meatball is so perfectly cooked and flavorful, with great sauce. The chopped salad pairs with it nicely, and our martinis were well made as well. We then moved to a heavenly pasta special, along with a delicious prosciutto and pomegranate white pizza and a perfectly cooked local fish. I would return in a heartbeat.
google avatar

Nathan B.

Yelp
Amazing food and service. We started by ordering a couple of their specialty cocktails. We then decided to share the chopped salad & Salsiccia pizza. Both the salad and pizza were amazingly good. My wife and I both agreed that this was one of the best places we had dined at while in Maui.
google avatar

Shane A.

Yelp
I didn't have a chance to take a pic but we ordered the gnocchi 2 different ways. First one was ordered off the menu. The sauce was rich and creamy...the gnocchi was pillowy soft with a nice chew and perfectly cooked. It went well with the chewy pancetta. The second one we asked for a custom order with their red sauce and mushrooms (no cream or cheese). Wow...the mushrooms gave the dish a different texture to go with the perfectly cooked gnocchi. This was the highlight food of our short trip to Maui. I'd highly suggest this dish if you're heading to Marlow or just go for the gnocchi!

Yelp
** heads up, Marlow is the semi-finalist for James Beard Award, good luck @ Marlow**!! Per my co-worker who super love this restaurant , they fly over to Maui for her annual girls trip just for Marlow, for the day. On a recent island adventure to Maui for the day, I've decided to give Marlow a try after seeing my coworker's social media post and I am glad I did, no regrets after seeing all the wonderful Facebook post and Yelp reviews. We spent the morning at upcountry and Marlow was in the area, which was perfect! note they open for lunch til 2 pm, luckily we checked in at 1:27 pm and got a table, with about 4 minute wait. Marlow is such trendy restaurant, nice, new, very welcoming! The place could get loud due to how busy the restaurant is and we also sat near the kitchen/register. I really love the decor here, there are cool products for sale at the front. Brylee was our waitress, she is super friendly and helpful! She recommended 2 favorite /popular pizza, but since it was just the 2 of us, 2 pizza would be too much, ended up with one of the choices she recommended. From Yelp photos, I wanted to get the burrata with tomatoes but that was a special and not available, we went with pizza and salad, Salisicca ($25.) red pie comes with house italian sausage, onion and add jalapeño ($2.) and the chopped salad ($17.) Kupa'a farm greens, mozz, red onion, cherry tomato, chickpea, pepperoncini, with a lemon vinaigrette dressing. The verdict, We did enjoy our thin crust wood fire style pizza, even though the crust was a little on the burnt side, it was still great! The chopped salad was omg Wow Yums! I just love the flavors, and how fresh it is, love the dressing. Pizza and salad sure went well together! Totally recommend this combination! For dessert, I wanted the bread pudding seen on yelp photos but not available, sad face. I wasn't ready to try the olive oil gelato but went with the salted caramel and kula strawberry gelato, so refreshing and good! All in all, we enjoyed our very first time visit here and it won't be our last. We couldn't finish the entire pizza, had 2 slice left which we brought back home to enjoy! Can't wait to visit again, meatball appetizer and white pies is on the list to try, We need a bigger appetite! hehe. Good luck to you @ Marlow, on being selected for the James Beard Award, I hope you get it.

Yelp
My girlfriends and I recently dined at Marlow and we were thoroughly impressed by the experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish--attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was incredibly tranquil, making it a perfect spot for an enjoyable meal. Food was 5 stars! I wanted to specifically call out a special shoutout to the the Funghi pie which prior have heard the rave about this pie from friends prior to going already! It delivered. Appreciate Marlow's menu overall showing a dedication to featuring local ingredients such as the lapa'au farms oyster mushrooms on this pie. Had a nice selection of wines as well to choose from. Highly recommend Marlow for anyone looking for a top-notch Italian dining experience on Maui. I'll definitely be returning! Great romantic date night spot or ladies get-together.
google avatar

Todd W.

Yelp
Best meatball I've ever had! If it were socially acceptable to lick the bowl, I would have! Also had the braised Spanish octopus salad which was balanced, hearty, and seemed almost bottomless! So good. Service was great. Upscale food in an inviting, comfortable environment. A must-visit restaurant especially if you've just finished your adventure at Haleakala.
google avatar

Seldon P.

Yelp
Marlow serves up incredible Neapolitan-style sourdough pizza that's cooked to perfection in a brick oven. We ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza, and both were outstanding. The crust had that signature sourdough tang with a light, airy texture and a beautifully charred edge from the oven. It was crisp on the outside, soft and chewy inside--exactly what you want from a well-made Neapolitan pie. The ingredients were clearly top quality--fresh, wholesome, and full of natural flavor. The tomato sauce was bright and simple, the cheese was rich and creamy without being heavy, and the pepperoni had just the right balance of spice and crisp. Nothing felt processed or overly greasy--just clean, honest pizza made with care. If you appreciate handcrafted, brick oven pizza, Marlow is absolutely worth a visit.

Aline T.

Yelp
The quality of their pizza dough isn't as good as when they first opened but this happens to pretty much every single restaurant that gets popular and has difficulty keeping up. Still great pizza. Servers are still friendly and working hard so just have some patience and grace while you sit there waiting. Ambiance is about as "fancy" as it gets in this area, so I'm grateful. I still enjoy eating here but have reset my pizza expectations.

Yelp
The whole experience on July 26th was fantastic and celebratory. We really splurged and had such a great time! For this meal, we opted NOT to get pizza, but instead assorted OTHER items, which come in the way of a tapas-sort-of-menu... small enough to try many, but plenty enough to share. Warmed olives, Kampachi collar, Tako Salad, blistered Shishito peppers..... a side of smashed potatoes, a flat-iron steak..... rounded out our savory dishes. Everything is SO FRESH and delicious! The stand out to me was the TRUMPET MUSHROOM PUREE that bedded the Kampachi collar. Such incredible taste and texture. Everything comes with fresh greens. Lots of olives, tomatoes on everything... all really wonderful and uber fresh. BUT DESSERT, specifically the Panna Cotta, with its cardamon granola, and the Olive Oil ice cream were absolutely TO DIE FOR. I am not even a dessert person but man oh man, were these items fantastic. This experience has changed my outlook on Marlow. Because of their impeccable execution and use of farm fresh and sourced local ingredients, I left walking on air, happily surprised by another recent turn-of-events at establishments I had given up on. My theory is, eat in the restaurant. Too much is compromised with take-out. MAHALO!

Yelp
Marlow is a must! What a gem in Upcountry Maui. Good friends on the island had recommended this place to us last year, but we didn't have a chance to go until our most recent visit a few weeks ago. And boy were they right...my husband & I loved it! Being that he's 100% Italian (and me being Italian by marriage hehe), we're very picky about our pizza! We decided to try their Margherita Pizza and it totally hit the spot and was cooked to perfection! Marlow actually specializes in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza and uses locally sourced ingredients, so you know it's going to be fresh & tasty! They have a great cocktail & wine menu too, so we tried their Aperol Spritz which was balanced & refreshing, and much like the ones we've enjoyed in Italy. Big thank you and mahalo to Hailey P. for being so welcoming, and the whole staff, especially since we got there just in time (they were going to be closing the lunch service in just over 30min so we asked first if there was enough time for us, and they assured us that there was!). We ordered quick and were completely satisfied splitting the one classic and very flavorful pizza. We'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Curtis T.

Yelp
We came here for a family breakfast before our kids head back to college. They were out of most of their pastries by 9:15 am, so we opted for breakfast sandwiches. If you are a tea drinker (or not), try the Kula Fog. It has some lavender. This is a great spot to visit on an early Saturday morning, and then hit the Kula Farmers Market up the street.
google avatar

Jenel O.

Yelp
Headed to Maui for the day and with our adventures taking us upcountry, we decided on Marlow for lunch and it didn't disappoint. The pizzas are fantastic, cooked over a wood burning oven. But don't stop there, definitely order the meatballs! There is ample parking in the lot. I believe you can also order food here and take it next door to Mahalo Aleworks to eat - now that's a win!
google avatar

L M.

Yelp
Everything is good here. Wait staff is super friendly and great space to be in. Salsiccia pizza, prawns, salad with buttermilk dressing are all standouts. Of course the olive oil gelatos delicious

Angelie D.

Yelp
Great food. Great ambiance. First time we went even the servers were great. Recommend the meatballs, beets salad, all of the pizza we tried were solid. Can't go wrong with any of them. The second time we went on V-day, the server didn't seem very happy to be there. She did her thing then tried to have us put it the highest tip. We would go again though.
google avatar

Marianne K.

Yelp
All these reviews are totally misleading. We saw on Yelp and Google these beautiful images of authentic pizza dough perfectly charred in an open wood oven pizza but that's not what we experienced. I believe they changed their dough recipe since the photos I saw of other customers or the settings of their oven was completely off. The dough was hard like a cardboard, no flavor, no texture, doesn't bend but break. Service was also mediocre. We enjoyed the drive there but do not recommend the place and we won't be visiting again.

Yelp
This is an amazing place!!! The people were very nice and the food was great! The tables were nice but the chairs were in disrepair. The mortadella pizza was my favorite!

Yelp
We stopped in for a quick lunch during the week. Their cocktails looked delicious but we stuck to their iced tea. They had two options and both were delicious! Our group started with the meatballs. These meatballs were amazing. They were light and airy but packed with so much flavor. The sauce was just perfect. We decided to split two pies the calabrese and the braised pork. Just wow. These pies were amazing flavor bombs. The braised pork was so balanced with the spicy sauce and the lilikoi butter. The crust was super thin and crispy. Service was friendly and attentive. They helped us get out quick when we realized we were running short to get to our next stop. Wish we could have had more meals at Marlow but we will be back!

Yelp
The food was okay, but did not enjoy as it was just too hot in the restaurant, must be due to the pizza ovens? We will try again to see if AC has been installed.

Yelp
Marlow is a hidden gem, some of the best food on Maui. Nuanced flavors with subtle herb highlights turns each item on the menu into a unique experience. A fun place with a European flair & great service too.

Yelp
I have probably eaten here 30 times since they started and it consistently gets better and better. When they first opened, I thought their dough was a little too sour, but I think they tweaked the recipe and it is dialed in at this point. It is a little pricey for upcountry Maui, but the vibe is so good, you feel like you're in Brooklyn or Santa Monica or somewhere other than Kula. The salads are excellent, the pizzas are great, the entrées always impress, and my favorite dish are the meatballs which are a meal in and of themselves. Service is generally quite good, occasionally they got a little slammed or they are understaffed, but you can tell there is a strong team atmosphere and people I know who work there love the job and the owner.

Yelp
Marlow is consisterly really good. We are obsessed with the pistachio Gelato with the olive oil honey drizzle. Their pasta and pizzas are really good as well. The ambiance is cozy and rustic and is the perfect spot for a date night or dinner with friends. The quality of the ingredients are amazing, and always served fresh. The staff is attentive and friendly as well.

Yelp
This was by for our favorite place we ate during our trip to Maui. The service, the food, and the price were all the best we had on the island. Our only regret was we waited to come here till the last night. Will def be back again next time. Thank you!!!!

Yelp
Really good food. We had the steak, meatballs, Marguerite pizza, octopus salad, and olive oil gelato for dessert. The steak was the perfect temperature with good flavor and tenderness. The meatballs and sauce were really good. Great texture and taste with really nice tomatoey sauce. The octopus was very nicely charred. The salad might have been a little overdressed or maybe sat in the dressing too long. The pizza was really nice, fresh and tasty ingredients with a nice crunchy and chewy crust. The gelato had good flavor but the consistency was a little off for me. I especially like gelato which is gooey and thick. This was a little icy. Overall, very good meal.

Yelp
Stopped by this local gem based on the reviews. Marlow's did not disappoint. We split a chopped salad and the Margherita pizza with added local mushrooms. Pricey but excellent quality. We ate every bite and it was delicious. Service was excellent also. Cute little strip mall also housed a brew house which looked interesting. I will say the Marlow vibe seemed better suited to lunchtime. Not really a dinner destination unless you want something super casual, but definitely consider takeout for dinner!

Yelp
Outstanding food and service. We had the meatballs, chopped salad, and pepperoni pizza. All were super fresh and delicious! The crust on the pizza is some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.
