Google
An amazing last meal in Atlanta thanks to Josh and the staff. Was in town for three days had great food but the service here really capped off our trip since they found out it was our first time complementary homemade cheese nachos. Josh thoroughly went over the menu and based on his recommendations we have the brisket sandwich, the French dip, Caesar salad, and the asparagus fries. All of the food was great. We will definitely be back and when we go again, ask for Josh.

Google
Great food. Loved the shrimp & crab “nacho” plate. Will be back on my next visit to Atlanta to try more menu items. Bar staff was engaging and crowd just right.

The atmosphere was THICK.. LIKE HEAVY AIR .. GReat place for brunch . I had already eaten but I took a friend to eat so we decided on this place and it was a good bet. I had the duck egg rolls they were good but it just seemed like something was missing and I feel like they should have had a second sauce. My friend had the black and blue burger she said it was good I didn't have any but it looked it good and had some of the seller with the raspberry vinaigrette on it that was pretty good too. And the bartender / waitress was very friendly.. with a plethora of whiskeys to choose from although I didn't drink this is a place I would definitely recommend

Google
This was definitely a hot spot for the area. We had ordered the duck spring rolls, NY strip, French dip, and a steak salad. The duck spring rolls were probably the best thing I've ever eaten in my life!! They come with a salsa verde, however, I asked for a side of Thai chili sauce to dip them in and it pairs perfectly!! The steak was ok, a little tough, and felt that it could have a little more marble to it to help with the tenderness. The French dip I felt was made with the extra fatty, discarded pieces of a steak that they sautéed in a skillet to throw in a hoagie. I wouldn't order it again. All in all, I'll be back just to oder myself three servings of the duck spring rolls. 😋

I’ve gone to several Marlow’s locations. Food is always good, something for everyone. From burgers to fish tacos to chicken sandwiches. Handcut fries are delish! Service can be a bit slower than your average sit down but ambience is nice so I don’t usually mind. Portion sizes are good!

Google
Loved the food, and the service was great. Our server, Seven, took great care of us and made sure our meal was perfect. The Manager sat us, found out we were first-timers, and made sure we got our complimentary homemade kettle chips. Those chips were unexpected but awesome. My wife's filet was tender and cooked to perfection and my burger was a fresh patty (not pre-made or frozen)!

Fantastic atmosphere, great outside seating, attentive service, and delicious food. Every was thoughtfully prepared and definitely coming back soon!

Google
This Marlow’s Tavern location is phenomenal. We had exceptional service from Clover. The food & drinks were great! Will be dining here every time we’re in town.

Yelp
The spot. The staff is always welcoming. Great food, drinks and vibes. Catch the game grab a drink and eat good food. My kind of place.

Yelp
Great chicken wings , burgers , Chicken Panini , Fried asparagus etc . Perfect service & excellent bartenders . Great management. Complimentary parking in midtown ! Happy hour appetizers & drink specials .

Yelp
The place is in Mid-Town so parking is a challenge. The outdoor patio is a nice addition weather permitting. The double black doors to enter makes it kinda mysterious before entering. It was 1p and the place wasn't packed, only 4 people at the bar. I ordered an Old Fashioned and wing. The wings were very small but okay. The Old Fashioned was okay and balanced, but lacked the appeal. No lemon peel garnish and cherry to set it off. An Old Fashioned is an experience and should be savored.

Yelp
I've visited Marlowe's Tavern a couple of times and also ordered food to-go, and it's quickly become one of my favorite spots. Their burgers are always delicious and never greasy--which I really appreciate! The hand-cut truffle fries are a must-try, too. When I went for dinner with friends, I ordered the filet mignon and it was absolutely amazing. I also love that they offer a great selection of alcohol-free mocktails; the grapefruit basil one is my favorite. The service is always friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to!

Yelp
Marlow's is a great neighborhood restaurant and bar with great food and a great atmosphere. Their loyalty program is really good and rewarding, so join it!! I enjoy the menu because it has something for everyone. The bar is awesome and the bartenders are great! If you're looking for a quick lunch, a cold brew, or an intimate booth with someone special this is the place. Catching a sporting event on one of the many flatscreens is also fun! Give Marlow's a try, I think you'll like them.

Yelp
Friend of mine suggested this place for a midweek chow down and the place was buzzing. Got straight to ordering. The burger wasn't well seasoned and came with a tomatoey bacon jam that didn't add to the burger. The fried okra's was my friends...I tried one and let him enjoy the rest. The shrimp and wings were great but nothing to write home about. Great service though.

Yelp
We are here as a large group. They were able to accommodate 25 of us and provided individual receipts - since we all had to turn in for expenses. There was a significant lag time after we were done and dishes were cleared before we got out checks -almost half an hour. Aside from that good food and pleasant atmosphere.

Yelp
I had just landed in Atlanta and needed some dinner. We randomly chose Marlows Tavern. But we were pleasantly surprised! The vibe was great. Mixed crowd, not too rowdy, and dimly lit. My waiter Joshua was great! He had a great sense of humor and helped me decide what I wanted to order. I was torn lol. I ordered the salmon and it was tasty and a healthy option. When I go back to Atlanta I will definitely visit again.

Yelp
Another great time at Marlow's. The food is always amazing. This time I tried the pan roasted chicken. It was ridiculously delicious. So tender and juicy with crispy skin. The service is always impeccable. A must try!!!

Yelp
Service was fantastic. Our waitress was attentive to our needs and was a delight. I forgot her name but she looks like Sidnie Christmas! Food was amazing (poke bowl with tuna)

Yelp
Clover and Devante are amazing! I can't believe I don't have a review for Marlows, ive been coming here for at least ten years off and on. I could not ask for a better staple bar/restaurant in this neighborhood. Ten out of ten every time on service food and just the VIBE they manage! Highly recommend if you are in the area, this may have multiple locations but this is THE SPOT!!!

Yelp
I attended a book club meeting at Marlow's on Peachtree Road. There are several locations throughout Georgia. Parking is always scarce downtown but there is a parking lot behind the restaurant or use a parking meter to park on the street. This place is very cozy and relaxed. There is beautiful artwork everywhere and tvs all around to watch your favorite sports. There is also a small bar with seating. I highly recommend the fried okra. It is whole okra and not cut into chunks. Members also ordered pasta, tomato bisque, salads and burgers. Eveyone agreed that the food was delish! Our server was a delight! He was hilarious and very accommodating. He made sure that we had everything that we needed. I wished that I had written down his name. I recommend Marlow's Tavern at any of their locations. It's always a good tome and the food is always great!

Yelp
This Marlow's Tavern location is phenomenal. We dined here 12/31/24 & had exceptional service from Clover. We will be requesting him the next time we visit. The food & drinks were great! Will be dining here every time we're in town.

Yelp
We spontaneously drove into Midtown seeking a quick brunch place on a Sunday morning. This can be a challenge in Atlanta because EVERYONE brunches the weekend. We figured J. Christopher would be a solid bet but surprisingly they had a 30-45 minute wait. In our impatience we decided to stroll down the block (West Peachtree St) to Marlow's Tavern, which I often patronize for lunch/dinner. Luckily, no wait. We checked out their brunch menu which had about 4 offerings. We landed on a steak and egg that came with a petite filet and easy eggs. We ordered pancakes for our 8 year old which were enough for 2 adults to consume. We felt the steak and eggs were well cooked but lacked sufficient seasoning so while fulfilling, lacked the flavor we expected. Great service as usual and world come back again to try a few other things in their brunch menu for sure because Marlow's is always a solid bet!

Yelp
1st time at this location & I'm 100% sure this will be my new Marlow's location. Graham & Lexi provided stellar service!! Food was delicious, drinks were good even though I was taking a day drinking break!! I'll be back!

Yelp
I hadn't been to Marlow's Tavern in years but decided to stop in for a quick dinner. The parking in this area is a pain. There's street parking but it's a one-way street with about 4 lanes so if you're on the wrong side, you're screwed. The restaurant was pretty busy that evening and it took our server some time to come back and check on us after dropping off our food. I ordered the chicken panini with a side Caesar salad. While the panini looked good coming out, I'm used to my paninis being a little more smashed with the outsides of the bread being a little crispy from a hot panini press. This was not that kind of panini. Although the bread wasn't crusty, it was soft and buttery. The grilled chicken was just okay, the tempura mozzarella didn't have the crunch on the outside I was looking for and I was really missing some melty cheese on the sandwich. I believe Marlow's used to use buffalo mozzarella on their sandwiches years ago and it added such a satisfying ooey gooey component. I miss that.

Yelp
Cool little Gastropub that has an extensive menu in the midtown area. Can't go wrong with an awesome staff, and the food matches the vibe. Don't forget to join their club for rewards on their app.

Yelp
I met up with some friends at Marlow's Tavern. The bar area was pretty busy and lively for a Tuesday evening around 7:30pm, but one of my friends managed to snag a couple of bar seats for us. I had a blast at Marlow's Tavern. Drinks were flowing, I had some good food, and I was with great company. We also bonded with other local patrons at the bar, who made us out-of-towners feel right at home. Even the bartenders were chatty and personable. I shared a couple of items with my friends, including the prime rib French dip and asparagus fries. I was a huge fan of both. The meat of the prime rib was so juicy and tender. It came with a nice savory au jus and fries that were like Kennebec. I loved the asparagus fries as well. They used the super thin asparagus, and they were deep fried with some type of seasoned batter. The asparagus fries were crunchy and not soggy at all.

Ray G.

Yelp
We went there for grandson's graduation. Absolutely, a great place to eat. They seated our entire party of 8 and the waitress was the best I've had in a long time. Her recommendations were perfect and delivery of food was fast and excellent. The food, french dip sandwich was the best, chicken panini was so tender and perfect taste. Absolutely, I come here again.

Yelp
What an amazing location! Free parking at Publix- hint hint! Benjamin (the bartender with a bang) was absolutely outstanding! He was efficient, attentive, gave great recommendations, and even made me his custom drink called "Christmas Spirit"- a must try! Appetizers are between $7-$15, entrees between $15-$30. Drinks $8-$15, depending on your taste. Overall, Benjamin made the experience so fun! Will definitely sit with him again- ask what other creations he has I do suggest.

Yelp
Josh was an amazing and knowledgeable waiter. Everything he recommended was impeccable. Highly recommended! The food servings are large for the price also.

Tina D.

Yelp
Davante was very attentive and an excellent server and bartender. Personable and attentive took the time to make complex drinks exactly on point - if there was more than 5 stars we would give it - Jeff and Tina

Yelp
A group of young adults visited Marlow's last night for their Prom dinner. Prom was at the HIgh Museum. They chose this restaurant because it was a convenient location and offered a range for all members of their party. They had a reservation and were on time. It took their server 30 minutes to take their order. It took another hour for their food to arrive. The food ( not surprisingly - was mid at best) They were ignored - IMO because they were " a group of kids out for prom" They were a party of nine so 20% gratuity was already added. The restaurant could ignore them. This location treated them poorly and put a damper on their evening. Marlow's could have and should have done better!!
google avatar

Amber F.

Yelp
I visited Marlow's with a group of 4 at noon. The host welcomed me and led us to a booth in the dimly lit, intimate ambiance. I opted for the tavern burger, cooked medium-well, with fries, and a very veggie burger with fries, accompanied by a side of citrus aioli. The overall experience was enjoyable, and the service was satisfactory. While the Tavern burger could have used a bit more seasoning, the very veggie burger was quite good.

Yelp
I stopped in for a bite yesterday. I had never been here before but saw that the reviews were pretty good. Well they were true, the waitresses and overall staff was very friendly and very attentive. The food was hot and good. I ordered the French dip steak sandwich which I enjoyed. This is a very nice spot for happy hour and general dining. I definitely recommend checking them out..

Yelp
What a great atmosphere! The decor inside the restaurant is very classy, I definitely did not expect it since the location is at the end of a strip mall/plaza, but it's great! We had the crab cake for an appetizer, and I had to get on here to say how great it is, it's a good size too, definitely enough for 4 of us to try! Service was great too!

Yelp
We came here on a week night in February when the weather was rather warm, and they had windows open so you could sit inside but feel like you are on the patio. Our waitress (Zoo) was awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and adorable. 5-star service. We tried Manhattans and they were decent. I ordered the grain "bowl" with tuna, and it was OK, minus the deep-fried cauliflower. It just didn't go with the rest of the fresh veggies on the plate. I wish they had chopsticks for this dish, and it was served in the bowl, not on a plate. Overall: great service, decent drinks, average menu, patio, full bar.

Yelp
Came here today regrettably with some close married friends that were having a small spat and it made the vibe pretty awkward. Our waiter 7 like the number absolutely showed up and changed the entire vibe and made this one of the best experiences at this restaurant ever. Very attentive despite it only being 2 waiters during ATL pride. He was on point with everything and didn't miss a beat. Definitely coming back soon to enjoy those wings and tavern burger. Thank you 7 and Marlows!!!!

Yelp
Usually stop by for an occasional lunch meeting. They have a nice selection and pretty good service. My go to meal usually is the chicken panini sandwich and it was delicious. Service was very good and attentive to our needs. Definitely a recommended location especially if you want a nice environment for a business meeting or quick bite to eat.
google avatar

Yelp
Came here with colleagues for lunch since we were in town for our holiday party. The food was good and the restaurant had plenty of options to choose from. They also had some no alcohol drinks which I tried because I didn't feel for alcohol at the time. I tried their apricot mule which took a long time but it was decent. I heard the peach margarita was good though and would get that next time. Now for the food my tacos were good and full of flavor. The fish was seasoned and moist. I wish the tacos shells were heated or fried though because that would have been more satisfying. I ordered a side of jalapeño grits and it was not what I pictured since the pictures so it in a fried cake form. Which was different and I wanted to try that. But the taste was okay. It didn't have any spice to it even though it was supposed to be jalapeño grits. My other colleagues enjoyed their meals and drinks. I would come back again but try something else next time.

Yelp
We came in on a Friday night. Parked in the Publix parking lot after driving around forever to find parking. It was pretty busy but we were seated quickly. Nice roar of conversations going on. We ordered the Grilled Chicken sandwich and the Tavern Burger with truffle fries. The grilled chicken wasn't that great. The burger was decent. The truffle fries were the best part of the meal. Our server was Christin and she was very friendly and attentive even though it was pretty busy. Prices are good as well.

Yelp
Went here on Thursday afternoon for lunch. There is parking on the street but also a parking lot behind the building that is free. The location is right in midtown so it can get busy at times. Fortunately is wasn't a lot of people inside. Walked in and was seated immediately and the waitress was super nice. The menu had plenty of options such as American food. I recommend this spot because of location and atmosphere. The food was good as well.

Kole A.

Yelp
Wow what an incredible experience at Marlow's tavern. My friends and I came to visit Atlanta and we stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant in midtown. Our waitress Amya was incredibly friendly, helpful and treated us like family. All the dishes were a 10/10. Because it was our first time visiting we received house made chips loaded with Gorgonzola, chives, bacon and tomatoes. Then it was a friend's birthday and we received a complimentary dessert. The experience was amazingly warm and would definitely recommend for anyone in the area.
google avatar

Nikita B.

Yelp
Walked in here on a weekday evening to try out their delicious food and we were not disappointed! I and 4 of my friends visited Marlows on a Thursday evening and we're greeted promptly by the server. We ordered a plate of their dynamite shrimp for the table, which tasted DIVINE! I would highly recommend anyone visiting this place to order it. For my main course, I ordered a very veggie burger. I tend to be a little picky with vegan burgers, but this one did not fail to impress. It had the perfect balance of crunchy vegetables and juicy sauces. The portion was also very big, which was nice because I was extremely hungry. The rest of my friends also enjoyed whatever they ordered. Our waitress was also very kind and considerate and catered to our every need. Highly recommend this place for a sit down dinner, especially if you're craving good American food.

Dairin C.

Yelp
Really well attended with my friend, came here to eat and the servers were really nice and even brought us a complimentary plate!
google avatar

Yelp
Interior is like an upscale bar-nice ambiance, could work for a date night or girls night out. There's a lot of space, so could accommodate groups. Food: I got the Royale burger and it was delicious, but they cooked it medium/well instead of well done, which I had requested. Fries were nice and crispy. I also tried the salmon, and it was very good and a good portion. The warm chocolate cake was lovely. Service: The service was slow and my burger was undercooked.
google avatar

Yelp
First stop whenever we go back South is to stop at Marlow's and get their whole fried okra! As a serious okra connoisseur, they have the absolute best! It is fried perfectly and has an accompanying ranch sauce that is perfect. Nobody does it better, not even me! Lol. Everyone has to get their own, no sharing this special treat! My daughter and her boyfriend ( they both live in NYC ) stopped here on the way from the airport before even checking in to the hotel for a wedding. The chicken panini was also great as were the beer and wine. We had a server in training that was just divine. ( short blonde hair, sorry can't recall her name). She was very knowledgeable about the wines offered. I wonder if they cater weddings?? Folks have bacon bars , why not an okra one??
google avatar

Yelp
Gold mine! The people are fantastic, service is even better. Food is phenomenal. A must eat place, oh yea enjoy the bar too. Our server Zue was the best. Ask for her.

Yelp
I am really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was a very nice beautiful restaurant. The food was very good. The service was excellent. I'll give this a 10 out of 10.

Yelp
Really great customer service and food options! The staff at this establishment were truly remarkable in service, engagement and overall being helpful. I would highly recommend the Fire Cracker Shrimp! Great appetizer to start with.
google avatar

Chris S.

Yelp
Came here for lunch Sunday morning with some friends for a quick bite around 11AM. Ordered the Georgia Peach Margarita and Tavern Burger. The margarita was really refreshing and super yummy! The burger was alright - just a burger, but can't complain for only $10 (and comes with a side - the fries are pretty good). Definitely filling and a good amount of food for the price. Service was also nice and quick!
google avatar

Debi J.

Yelp
Meh.... We got take out provided by our employer. We were limited to $20 per person, so I chose the prime rib French dip with a side salad for $19. If I had to pay for this myself I'd probably be more upset. This is NOT a $19 sandwich. Really skimpy on the meat, barely any horseradish aioli ( couldn't taste it) and mostly bread. The dressing I asked for was substituted for a watery vinaigrette. Overall, a 3 is absolutely the best I could do. I'm just happy, my employer paid the bill and not me.
google avatar

Emily G.

Yelp
Awesome service and food! More of an upscale sports bar vibe. Huge bar and booth seating. Started with the blueberry buck cocktail which was delicious. Our server made some recommendations including the shrimp and crab "nacho" plate. He explained it was more of a cut up flatbread and many people enjoyed it as an entree. My partner and I chose to split that and the prime rib french dip. The food was delicious. Will definitely return.

Yelp
What Can I say but what a great place!!!!! Here is what I ordered: 1. Chicken Panini-GREAT 2. Hummus-Great 3. Sangria Red-Great On top of all that the Bartender Katie remembered my name......(Only Second Time Being In). Everything was outstanding and great conversations with the locals as well. Give this place a chance.

Laura K.

Yelp
It is a cute establishment with a nice vibe but the food and service can be better. I ordered the ahi tuna salad. I got the tuna rare (how else would you eat ahi tuna?). When it came, the tuna was well done - hardly edible really. We had a show to go to and I did not have time to send my meal back but I wanted to let the server know about the disappointing food. She said - oh, I know - I saw that and that is no where near rare!! I guess she figured she would take the chance on serving it to me anyway. I thought that perhaps the establishment would comp me something since I brought the poorly cooked meal to their attention, did not complain or cause a scene. But no - they charged me for the full meal with not even an apology. I won't return.

Joanna S.

Yelp
Lovely place. A touch loud but the music has a good vibe and isn't obnoxious. Wide enough menu for everyone to find something like that including kids, vegetarians, etc. lovely waitress. I'd return.

Greg T.

Yelp
This place was a mistake tonight. When we walked in the first thing we noticed was the music volume. It was very loud, especially for a sparse crowd on a Tuesday night. Then we stood at the hostess stand for probably five minutes until someone came to seat us. Then we began to wonder if we were supposed to go to the bar and order our own drink. A waiter finally came by and dropped off two drink napkins and actually walked away. We ordered drinks when he returned and it took ten minutes for them to be delivered. We timed it because it had become obvious this staff was not well trained. When he dropped off our drinks we snagged him before he got away to get our food orders in. The food was fine, decent chain restaurant fare. Halfway through dinner we were sitting with empty drinks and wanting another round. We were parched from yelling across the table to each other over the obnoxiously loud music. The waiter came breezing by and touched the table as he said, "Everything good" and continued walking. It wasn't. The next time he walked by we flagged him down and asked for the check which mercifully arrived quickly. As far as I could tell our waiter only had one other table. The staff seemed to gather around their order terminals and were very chatty with each other while diners went unattended. Again the food was decent, the service was really bad and the music volume was a dealbreaker for another return.

Yelp
I used to live in the suburbs and frequent the Duluth location all the time. This location doesn't compare. I went here on a random, rainy Monday night. I parked in the free Publix garage connected to the building, so that's why they get 2 stars. Free parking in Midtown is always a win. All the employees had masks on and patrons were social distancing themselves. I sat down at the bar to place a to go order. It took maybe 5 minutes to be greeted and get a menu. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap (but on a bun w/ a fried chicken patty) and fries. It took 50 minutes to come to me and wasn't worth the wait. I got home to eat it and it was ice cold. Besides that, it was clearly a frozen chicken patty instead of fresh chicken, as evidenced by its round, perfect shape. It was just nasty and I didn't even eat it. Also, my to go bag had a special tag on it stating a "fresh brownie" was inside, yet there was no brownie. I'm going to avoid this spot in the future, the food wasn't worth the wait.
