A Hidden Gem in Nice – An Unforgettable Dining Experience We had an amazing lunch at Marmar, and it was truly one of the best meals of our trip to Nice! The menu is small but thoughtfully curated, offering just the right amount of choice. Each dish is a masterpiece, showcasing the highest quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship. The artichoke starter was exceptional, and the veal was absolutely out of this world. To finish, we indulged in a deconstructed tiramisu, which was both creative and delicious. Every plate was a work of art, both in presentation and flavor. Jacopo provided outstanding service, taking the time to explain the menu and the origins of the ingredients. His recommendation of a lovely rosé perfectly complemented our meal. This little gem of a restaurant exceeded all expectations, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Nice!

This small unique restaurant whose menu changes daily had the best food. We had stuffed artichokes as an appetizer. My wife had a lamb lasagna, and I had a fabulous seafood risotto. Top notch!! Would recommend highly.

A new great spot on the block that deserves your attention. A small and cosy restaurant with the manu that changes all the time and a welcoming service. Selection of wines matches their food craftsmanship. Just few steps from the Port of Nice. We would definitely come again.

By far our favourite dinner in Nice! Incredible service and delicious food. New spot ran by two gentlemen that have an awesome story. Small menu (seemed to rotate often) that’s made to perfection - this is a must visit during your trip in Nice!

A newly opened restaurant near the Port is a lovely spot for a delicious lunch or dinner. The ingredients are bought daily, so the menu changes accordingly. The same applies to the wine list, as the restaurant owners prefer to offer wines they believe match their dishes. For the main course, I had tuna with vegetables, which were cooked separately and spiced individually, adding an element of surprise with each bite. All very delicately done, achieving a beautiful match of flavors. For dessert, I had a delicious Pavlova with nectarine and Verveine. It was absolutely perfect on a hot summer evening: delicate and flavourful without being overly sweet. I also sampled the Risotto, which was wonderful (and this is coming from someone who doesn’t usually care for it), and their plum mille-feuille, which was light and delicious. The service was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and professional.

Great restaurant featuring a curated menu of seasonal items. Menu was simple, but delicious! Apparently it changes every couple of days. Worth a visit!

MARMAR was excellent. We stopped in for dinner and were thrilled with the food and service. The two owners have an amazing story and their passion shows in their work. I'd highly recommend going.
