A newly opened restaurant near the Port is a lovely spot for a delicious lunch or dinner. The ingredients are bought daily, so the menu changes accordingly. The same applies to the wine list, as the restaurant owners prefer to offer wines they believe match their dishes. For the main course, I had tuna with vegetables, which were cooked separately and spiced individually, adding an element of surprise with each bite. All very delicately done, achieving a beautiful match of flavors. For dessert, I had a delicious Pavlova with nectarine and Verveine. It was absolutely perfect on a hot summer evening: delicate and flavourful without being overly sweet. I also sampled the Risotto, which was wonderful (and this is coming from someone who doesn’t usually care for it), and their plum mille-feuille, which was light and delicious.
The service was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and professional.
