"In a side street set back from the port, chef Claudio Marsico, who hails from southern Italy, and Jacopo Marini, a sommelier from Lombardy, have transformed a former burger joint into this charming, bright and welcoming Mediterranean restaurant. The fresh, spontaneous cuisine, with spicy notes and hits of citrus flavour, takes daily inspiration from the neighbouring Saleya Market: fried artichokes, lemon vinaigrette and carrot ketchup; duckling fillet, sweet potato, leeks sautéed in butter and white wine.
