This is one of those authentic places well worth going to. Do not expect anything other than good honest food with traditional good service from people that know that they are doing. And it opens late and it is easy to get a table. Super nice find in this area.

Forget McDonald’s! Take a left down Beauchamp Place and you’ll find yourself here ! The same price for late night food without any rubbish added in like fast food chains. Delicious kebabs and always a go to destination for a proteinous snack. Maroush is open to the early hours of the morning which is a life saver to soak up the booze from a hearty drink at the pub or boogie at the club. Service is always very rapid and very accommodating. I am a frequent customer and I have only ever had great items from all over the menu.

Food is always excellent at this branch. Manager is very welcoming and friendly. Staff too very attentive and good. I love coming here! Portion size could be improved. Bread served is heated up pita bread which goes hard very quickly: replace with fresh bread.

Great food with proper Lebanese vibes. The shared platter is amazing for group setting. Chicken liver is a must try.

If only google had a 0* rating available The food was amazing but the service needs to improve massively!! Also there is a new scam they are up to…. IF YOU ASK TO REMOVE SERVICE CHARGE THEN THE STAFF THREATEN YOU THAT THEY WILL THEN ADD THE SAUCES. If the service is 10/10 then I don’t mind tipping the staff but the staff here behave like they serve you free of charge. Also please ensure you check your receipt as they incorrectly add other items discreetly!

The dood was good. And open later than other places. They are so welcoming. We got tabolah, homus and some grapes leaves. As always the mediterranean never wrong.

Affordable place compared to the surroundings, which is conveniently located close to Harrods and close to the Natural History Museum, and close to the Albert and Victoria Museum. Unfortunately, they do not serve on the outside tables and whether you want it or not they add a service charge of 12.5%. The food is OK.

I would say best suited for a takeaway as the food bit they did alright. I wanted to like this place, alas it’s a bit hard! So the hummus is superb, authentic, and on point. The rest of the food was alright. Price point was alright. The one thing that unmeshed the experience was the rest of it… no heating even though everyone around us complained but the maitre insisted that it’s warm enough, they didn’t have any milk so couldn’t make a coffee, and that teapot…it poured most of the tea on the table…we laughed but it upset me because I remember this place 18 years ago and it was quite something! When mentioning the teapot they said it was all they got! Toilets are clean and in good working order!

I based my hotel stay in London so I could be close to this. I can't say enough about the level of delicious flavors we experienced here! Seriously scrumptious was the mixed Shawarma plate with the chili and garlic sauces. I got the tabbouleh and quinoa salad to eat with it and Shazam !!! FLAVOR TOWN. The service was impeccable and we were treated like we were important guests. I love this place!!!!

Food was delicious. Chicken is very tender and juicy. The fattoush was quite too tart for what I'm used to.

Open till 4am - you need to satisfy ur shawerma urges Maroush is the place to be - I have the chicken shawerma - very good garlic paste on point missing the French fries to be perfectly honest Kibbeh was authentic and well done - loved it so is the baba ganouj - they also have the beef shawerma as well . Overall - great Lebanese joint , great food !!!

I was looking forward to eating some Lebanese food in London, but the moment we stepped into this restaurant I felt some bad vibes, the owner was unfriendly and rude, he gave us some weird looks before directing us to the second level. They had wraps on the menu but for some dumb reasons we cannot order them if you're seated on the second floor. So we ordered some mezza and I asked my son to order wraps from the first floor of the restaurant and bring them back. As soon as my son came back with the wraps, a waiter told us that we cannot eat them on the table and had to eat them downstairs, needless to say, I got into an argument with that bloke questioning his logic since it's the same damn restaurant. But since courtesy and logic is lacking with these people, they kept arguing that it's their rule of law and cannot compromise. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Avoid this place like the plague.

We wanted som Mediterranean food and went here after reading reviews. They were spot on! The staff makes you feel right at home! Very welcoming and kind. The menu is big! So many options to choose from. We opted for sharing the Fattoush salad. It was wonderful! Fresh lettuce and chunks of cucumber and tomato with a wonderful pomegranate dressing! Wow! The mixed shawarma was also terrific! 10 of 10!

The best Lebanese food! We have eaten here multiple times for their wraps alone. Doesn't hurt that they sell ferrer rocher ice cream as well! Hummus is pur perfection, but those wraps really took everything over the top!! I love the outdoor seating on a good day, but there's also room inside to eat as well. We went with a double stroller, and they were still able to accomodate us. Great place to stuff your face, then continue shopping or just spend the day taking in the sites and sounds of London (or people watching, which is great to do when seated outside). Very worth the appetite to check this place out.

I was looking forward to having Arabic food here but was left with negative experience. As soon as we walked in everything felt weird. They told us to go upstairs to eat, I was eating with my family. I wanted to order wraps and so did another member of my family. So I went down to order the wraps and as soon as I sat at the table with the bag of wraps the waiter immediately came over and told us that we could not eat the wraps upstairs. He kept trying to argue with us that it was rude to the other customers which made 0 sense to me as many other people were asking about wraps. No logic here so I was forced to go eat downstairs instead of eating with my family. Incredibly rude service and after our fight the waiter continues to walk past us giving us dirty looks. On top of that when I was walking downstairs the owner of the restaurant proceeded to tell me that I was the idiot for not knowing that the wraps could not he brought upstairs. Horrible experience overall. Do not recommend this place

This was the most phenomenal Lebanese food I have ever had! We ordered a variety of cold and hot mezza including Labneh, Mouhamara, Hommos Beiruty, falafel, kibbeh and Jawaneh chicken wings. Every single piece of food we ate was flavorful and delicious! Then we had the mixed grill, chicken and lamb Shawarma with a variety of amazing breads. None of it disappointed! The meat melted in our mouth! Can't wait to come back next time we are in London!

When I travel I either rely on Yelp or on the locals to tell me where to eat. I was about to leave Harrods and because everything closes early in London I wanted to eat in the neighborhood. I found this restaurant to have great reviews on Yelp. I also asked the security guard at Harrods where to eat and he didn't even hesitate to say Maroush! This is a super small restaurant, just the way I like it! The food was everything I hoped for when I thought amazing Lebanese cuisine! I didn't want to stop ordering food but there is so much I can fit in my stomach! Price was very reasonable being so close to Harrods!

So this is maybe 18 years overdue ! I'm the number 1 fan of Maroush and no one can argue that! I dream and talk about their shawerma since I lived in London back in 2004, and I go to London only to eat at their restaurant! I've sent my friend and family to this specific location over the years to try their food. Hands down best chicken shawerma on earth, no where even in the Middle East you can get something so good and authentic. I remember back in 2015 I took my new bride to the restaurant to talk to the chef so he can teach her how to make their garlic sauce, which I still have on video! Best video ever but unfortunately the garlic sauce homemade is not!! Try this place, highly recommended and share a picture with me to keep it fresh in mind until we meet again

Maroush II has amazing food. My wife and I being here a number of years ago and we loved. We came back with our kids for dinner and it was still very good. The lamb is amazing and all the meze too, cold and warm

OPEN UNTIL 4AM?!?! ;) Absolutely LOVEEEEE this spot, whenever I'm in London I swear I get the craving late at night to stop by! The menu is filled with middle eastern cuisine and it's by far one of the most delicious spots in London!! They are famous for their chicken kabob wrap, that I had last year when I wasn't yet vegan... and now going back veggie style I was homeostasis delighted to experience that kind of flavor without meat!!!! I ordered the hummus and falafel, with tabouli and a delicious lemonade ahhhh TOOO GOOD!!! :) I was truly a happy gal after this, jumped in the uber am went back to my Airbnb happy as can be! Thank goodness for great late night foods in LONDON!!!

Restaurant has 2 sections: downstairs for casual dining and upstairs for the more sophisticated. I went upstairs. Service is courteous without any fuss. Food is delicious. Prices are reasonable.

Best Lebanese food I ever had. This place is amazing. The food and service was amazing. We ordered a bunch of small items and enjoyed every one of them. They really know how to prepare the food the right way. I was longing for authentic Lebanese as we don't have many options in Los Angeles so this visit was very much anticipated by me. I am definitely going back here on our next trip to London!

Maroush the second (after the OG Maroush in Kensington) is a large Middle Eastern joint in Knightsbridge. They're mostly a dine-in joint, but I got a mixed shawarma pita sandwich for takeaway. It wasn't anything special, but it was your standard fare for an average price. Nothing to write home about.

We were craving Middle Eastern food and happened to be window shopping at Harrods. This is an easy walk. Upon arrival we were met with a very confusing multi level setup - I'm pretty sure this used to be an old house that was converted. It was very unclear where to go and what food was served in each location. We went upstairs to the restaurant - but then got sent downstairs to wait with the take out section. There wasn't really anywhere to wait other than right by the kitchen where there were dirty plates and food leftovers. Eventually we were led back up to the restaurant level and sat in what appeared to be an old conservatory. The service was very lacking. That being said, the food was pretty decent. Lamb Soujok - Spicy sausage served in an acidic sauce. Very nice Bammieh B'zeit - Cold Okra in tomato sauce. Very Good! Spicy hummus and pita - No complaints. The waitress brought a second round of pita while we were eating. Falafel - Very moist and flavorful. This was a highlight of the meal. I've had many Falafel that was overcooked and not moist. Lebanese Beirut beer - Thumbs up!! Go for the food - not the service.

We were starving after a long day of touristing. This place was a godsend. The food was beyond good. It's not easy to make hummus and tabouleh memorable, but theirs was so tasty we want to come back again. And this is in London, where by rights we should try more places!!!The green beans and lamb daily special was perfectly seasoned and textured. The dessert was "just" a fruit plate and baklava. It was "just" perfectly ripe apples, pears, oranges, grapes, and honeydew melon. As a baklava fan, I can swear this is some of the best I've ever ever eaten. Without a doubt, hands down, the best Lebanese food I have ever had the joy of eating.

One is the best LEBANESE FOOD ever. Service is not really the friendliest to be honest. I had major pregnancy cravings for Babaghanoush. We ordered way too much food: Babaghanoush Hummus with shawarma Labneh Falafel Lamb Shawarma They started us off with a bowl of olives and fresh veggies (cucumber, tomato, red bell pepper, romaine lettuce) which went well with all the food. I've never had fresh veggies provided like that but it was delightful and fresh. Complimentary plate of fruit at the end was a nice touch too and somehow I managed to stretch my stomach to eat everything. Came on a Thursday night. Came back on a Saturday night and the service was much worse on a busier night.

Fiancé's coworker recommended this place and we decided to go for a late dinner after shopping at Harrod's (just less than 2 blocks away). This place opens till 4:30am! We got the hummus with lamb and the chicken liver wrap to start. The hummus came with sliced grilled lamb on top and was delicious. The chicken liver was wrapped in bread with a yogurt sauce, tomatoes and pickles. It was cooked to a great texture. The main dish we ordered was the lamb roast with a side of haluomi cheese. The lamb roast is a good portion lamb leg with heavily spiced rice, topped with roasted pine nuts. The cheese was grilled so it had an interesting texture. It was served with tomato slices and cucumber slices. This was our first time having Lebanese food and I've got to say Maroush's got us hooked! The service was great as well, even though there were only three waitresses they managed to take care of the entire restaurant.

This restaurant was amazing! Came as a family of 4 plus a baby mid afternoon. Great appetizers ( babaganoush , fatoush salad, grilled haloumi) and excellent main dishes served in an elegant decor, which is upstairs. Service was friendly and excellent. The food was plentiful, delicious and beautifully prepared - highly recommended ! Jay N.

Late night eats for Americans with Jet Lag! Great atmosphere- well dressed staff. Food was delish ordered lamb shawarma, hummus, chicken soup and falafel for 28 pounds for two! Must go again!

One of the best restaurants I've been to when I was in London. I can't recall which location it was exactly but I was hosted by Khatuna and Vlador and the service and food was phenomenal. This was back in 2018 but I've been meaning to leave this review ever since! So, so good. I can't wait to go back.

Lebanese food. It doesn't come to mind as one of my favorite places to eat but now I may have to rethink that after a visit to Maroush. It was late to eat in London (11pm) and most of the places around my hotel were no longer serving food. A bartender at a nearby pub suggested Maroush which we grabbed at. We walked in and were directed to the restaurant side of the place (one side is for counter service and take out) where we were seated immediately. We began to peruse the menu. Now having never had Lebanese food- and with my colleague a bit of a picky eater (it was all I could do to get her to sit and stay for the meal) I knew I was going to have to be smart in my choices as she deferred the ordering to me. We started with hummus and some type of grilled cheese served with tomatoes and cucumbers. Our server also brought us a couple of Lebanese beers which were quite good. I began to see a smile on my colleague's face. So far so good. Then on to the entrees. I went with the lamb and chicken combo (sort of like shish kabobs) seasoned with some great (but unknown) spices and served with what I think was yogurt and some kind of spicy sauce, while she had grilled chicken. We also had a side of the rice. Quite good all the way around. The food came up quickly and was devoured just as quickly. Our server was very helpful- pointing out things on the menu that she liked and showing us how we might want to put the various sauces and foods together. She also brought out some complimentary Lebanese desserts which were the perfect, sweet way to end our evening. The manager told me that this place does most of it's business between 11pm and 3am as it is one of the places that stays open for when the clubs in the area close down . Reasonable prices too! I knew the evening meal had been a success when I heard my colleague praising it to others the next day. A good night for a couple of Lebanese food newbies!

After a late night partying in London, this is where people end up for some late night food. You can order all the usual shawarma wraps and they have good hummus. Avoid the cabs they recommend outside, just catch a black cap its cheaper

I had a very nice lunch after shopping at Harrod's. All the staff were very nice and helpful, and their good mood was contagious. There's not much room for groups, but sitting at the counter and watching the cooks prepare the food was fun. The falafel was very tasty, and it's great to switch your regular pizza for a Lebanese one every one in a while - it won't lose at taste.

Boy, this place has some really, really good food. Coming from a Lebanese family with many great cooks, I am pretty picky when it comes to Middle Eastern fare. I can confidently say that aside from home, this is the best Middle Eastern/Lebanese food I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Service is amazingly attentive. Prices are reasonable. Food is outstanding. Definitely order: - hummus (or hommos) - the spicy Lebanese salad (or Marroush salad if you don't like spicy) - shish taouk - amazingly tender chicken skewers served with garlic sauce - lamb shawarma - enough said - kafta khosh-khash - minced lamb skewers with amazing sauce and onions I wish I had more room to try more because I'm sure you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They also give you a plate of complimentary fruit and dessert when you finish. Tip: definitely order dishes to share (family style)

The quality is as good as always. Really nice touch that they give you complimentary baclava and fruit with your bill. As far as location goes, this is not one of my favourite. The interior feels very dated. I often wonder if the make most of their money from delivery?

Great for a cheap easy place to eat. Mt friend and i just arrived in london and we found ourselves walking through this expensive shopping district a little hungry. Found this place on a busier street in the neighborhood, but uncrowded and no frills. Ordered a salad and two lamb pitas and was pleasantly surprised. Salad was fresh and the lamb pitas were hot and delicious. Only spent 18 euro here for two, left feeling satiated but overly full. Great prices, some of their dishes were around the 12-20£ price range but looked great! Four stars because ambiance is dated and a strange table set up in the room.

The best falafel we had by far. My family still raves about it and reminisce. We had a 20 minute wait for lunch, but well worth the wait. The pita they made was amazing as well.

Great food. Wonderful staff. Reasonable prices. Open til very late. I went there on my first night in London... Woke up at 2:00am with jet lag... Got there around 2:30 and it was packed... The food was amazing and the staff were awesome.... By the time I left there to go back to my hotel it was around 3:30am and more customers kept coming. Bottom line: Strongly recommended.

Delicious delicious ...had the hommous shawarma, Roast Lamb, and King Prawns ...all were tasty, full of flavor, and just right portions. They also have fresh squeezed mango juice ...yay!

So good. I looked up this place on Yelp and thought why not. Where else can you walk down a street to eat at a restaurant as modest as this place while passing by Rolls Royces parked at the curb. I got the lunch special mixed grill. Let me tell ya', I was super stuff and all of this food for around 10 pounds. They started with bread with an assortment of dips (hummus, baba-ganush, etc.). Then, they giv eyou the assortment of grilled meats. YUMMY! And just when you think you're done having an excellent meal, they bring out a plate of baklava! I highly recommend this place. You can't go wrong with eating at this establishment. Go during lunch so that you can take advantage of their lunch specials.

Topnotch food and service. We walked in without a booking and were promptly seated upstairs in the "greenhouse" with a glass ceiling. The three of us shared an assortment of starters and just one main course and it was plenty of food. The waiter was helpful in guiding us (I guess he's pretty familiar with what tourists will order) and we had just the right amount of food. Everything was delicious. The place was full of diners speaking Arabic--always a good sign.

Linen tablecloths! Huge bowls of mouth watering fresh vegetables. Delicious plates of dips and spreads. And all that to nosh on just as we reviewed the menu. Service and attention to detail was high caliber. Our host patiently offered suggestions and explanations of numerous dishes. Each dish was presented beautifully. Portions were quite large and very tasty. We planned on having dessert at their next door ice cream location, but were too full from dinner. All around wonderful.

We were craving lebanese food. We based our decision on both Yelp and Tripadvisor reviews. While our entire experience wasn't the best because of a large family that came into dine, we made the best of it. Given some of the issues trying to put a family in a room that we were dining in, the servers realized the issue, put us in a different room and made our experience more than anything we would have ever asked for due to the issues. We just wanted to sit in a different room because of the obnoxious family. There was about 15 of them, so I'll let you think of what we went through. The staff is amazing from start to finish. Very friendly individuals, all of them. The location is very convenient being close to Harrods and in a very boutiquey shopping area. I ordered Shish Tawok and it was supurb. The flavor was incredible. My partner ordered the Chicken Shawerma and was also very impressed with the flavor. We both expected that our orders would be over a bed of rice, but it didn't matter. It was delicious. Given the mixup with the family the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They brought us a fruit tray, which normally I don't eat fruit, but this was definitely the best fruit we've ever tasted. Very fresh. It was almost like it wasn't real because of how fresh and delicious it was. They then brought us out ice cream, which was also some of the best homemade ice cream we've ever had. Lastly, to cap it off they brought us mint tea. I have to say, for staff trying to ensure the rest of our experience was perfect, they didn't an amazing job. They went way out of their way. Because of this, we will be back soon. What a great place. I highly recommend it to those who love middle eastern food.

I come here once a month and I believe they have the best lambs shawarma in London! I make them put extra sauce on it with pickles and tomatoes and sweet peppers. Today I managed to eat three but my record is for four:) are usually have it with mint tea tea which is very fitting! At the end of the meal you will be served some fruit and some sweet cakes which I find wonderful. I have also eaten other things here which are also nice but the lambs schwarma is definitively the best!

Great place in a perfect location just behind Harrods. Lots of choice for veggies and vegans and surprisingly cheap, especially given the location. Would definitely go back.

Good Lebanese after a late night out I eat Lebanese food so I'm Super picky But if you go here , get a wrap like most do and u will be happy I asked for a normal salad and beef on it Fat posh Schwama and the girl had no clue Asked for sumac and Zatar spice and once again A dumbfounded look Most Lebanese restaurants give u zatar and oil when you site down and pita bread This one gave u pita bread, made no sense

We walked in as I was familiar with this place. We were fresh off the plane and in need of good quality london dining in contrary to the worst airplane food experience in my lifetime on my favorite carrier - Delta. Was a little worried about our choice as we chose the dining room and not the bar casual area. The wait was long but only one server greeter and bartender all rolled in one. But the food came and we were pleased. We had chicken wings for my son, mixed grill to share, hummus and falafel appetizers. See the pictures.

One of my more expensive Lebanese experiences but wow was it worth it. Got a bunch of small plates to share. Hummus was spot on. My brother really wanted falafel and that was just amazing. Shawarma was some of the best I've had outside of the Middle East. Definitely a place to go.

Hands down, the best Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food I've ever had and I've been to countless number of them. I give it five star for food, not service. In my American mind and expectations, it was absolutely ridiculous to ask three different waiters for a glass of water and get nothing until the fourth one brought some. BUT, that's the case pretty much everywhere we've eaten in London. So, it might be a cultural difference between the UK and US to offer water/drink as soon as the customers sit down and offer refills.

Amazing food! Amazing ambiance! Amazing customer service. I would especially like to give a shout out to Sergio, the best waiter I have ever seen at any restaurant :) we keep returning bc of how good it is.

Quality of food is not as standard. Service very slow and will be lucky if some one stop by. They will take the order bring the food and disappear till you leave. I was not happy from quality of food and presentation. When restaurants charge this much for food, they must pay attention to quality and presentation of food. Sorry I don't usually leave negative comments, but I felt that I have to share my experience so hopefully the management will act. Will never come back

Get the check, a 4pound "service charge" for each person. I ask what this is for and I'm told "for the seats". I'm sorry it's a service charge to sit down? The food here is delicious if you know what to order. Staff won't help, they just bark "what do you want?" And will leave you alone until you ask for a check. No water, no offer of coffee or anything else. Giant bowl of un-cut raw vegetables? Including whole tomatoes. Sure why not. Enough fruit for 6 people after the meal? Ok. Just so confusing. Felt like they wanted us to leave, yet we sat there for 20 minutes after eating and no one said anything. but hey the food is good so enjoy.
