Mary's Castle Hill

Arriving at it’s doorstep and it seems like a cool place. Restaurant is decent with cool atmosphere. Food’s too salty for my taste. Good to try but it may be a while for me to try second time.

The staff are incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is lovely, and the burgers, juicy chicken, and chips are absolutely delicious. Plus, they play nice music too!

Nice place for delicious burgers, booze and vibes. The daiquiri was an AMAZING cocktail I want it again. The foam was so creamy and it was a perfect balance between sweet and alcoholic which is what I look for in a cocktail. The fries were fresh and crispy. The spicy chicken burger was sooo good! The Mary’s burger didn’t really hit as good tonight though. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Mary's fix in the hills. Perfect experience. Burgers and Chips impeccable. A bit easier of a space to hang out in than Newtown/CBD as well. Music a little softer and a bit more spacious for families. Just lovely. Impressed with the trading hours as well

I tonight grabbed some burgers for the kids and the wife takeaway and had a beer while waiting, happy days! The burgers here are the best in Castle Hill hands down. Staff very friendly and I would not hesitate to come back.

I booked a table here to see some familiar faces. i’m new the area but worked as the bar manager for Marys castle hill for about a year, and had been working with the Marys group for three years previous. I booked the table under my full name with my contact details and when I arrived, they informed me that the owners of the company didn’t want me to eat here and i had to leave. The bar manager couldn’t give me a reason as to why that would be the case and just told me it was upper management and he had no responsibility in the matter. It would have been nice if they would have cancelled the booking or informed me before i arrived at the venue, or maybe, taken me aside instead of embarrassing me in a restaurant full of people…but that’s just the Marys way. Dine and dash. Pump and Dump. They are happy to have all of the free murals I painted for them still up on the walls but not happy to have me eat burger with my partner and Play a game of pool. Or even treat me with any dignity. Oh and they purposefully don’t even keep a phone line. so that you can’t call when they want to bully or treat guests disrespectfully even when easily avoided. If they would have let me buy food- it goes pretty hard. The hot sauce is usually not unexpectedly spicy. 🌶️ Attached is Pete the manager’s email response. Daughter ordered an $11 cardboard box containing cardboard fries! Tasted 1 or 2 days old and completely devoid of any freshness whatsoever. I’d be very disappointed if they were $6 but $11 is just unacceptable and a total ripoff. Would definitely not recommend.

Hands down some of the best burgers. We've been religiously following Mary's from its original store in Newtown. This is an amazing addition to the exploding foodie scene in the hills area. Prepare yourself this place is going to be busy AF. I'm already planning my next visit. Thank you to the Mary's team for executing absolute burger perfection.
