"Master Kim’s Korean BBQ is known for its automated dining system and will now be complemented by Sapporo Revolving Sushi, its new neighbor. The restaurant attracts long lines of customers and serves dishes transported to each table by an automated delivery system." - Bradley Martin
"Revealed back in January, Master Kim’s Korean BBQ is now predicting a mid-October debut for its second automated dining restaurant, moving into The Landing retail and dining center located close to Las Vegas Boulevard and already home to Cafe Rio Mexican Grill and The Broken Yolk Café. From the parent company behind Chinatown’s Sapporo Revolving Sushi, Master Kim’s has been a Spring Valley hit since 2018, featuring all-you-can-eat deals, plus an à la carte menu, with ingredients arriving at diner's tables via a robotic cart." - Bradley Martin
"Master Kim’s Korean BBQ was created by the team behind Sapporo Revolving Sushi. Diners can expect the same conveyer belt concept, but with all-you-can-eat certified angus beef, kurobota pork belly, chicken bulgogi, spicy octopus, and kimchi pancakes." - Krista Diamond
"The parent company's Master Kim’s Korean BBQ in Spring Valley also features machine delivered dishes and will be expanding to Town Square later this year." - Bradley Martin
"The creators of Chinatown’s Sapporo Revolving Sushi, the local pioneers in automated sushi service, just opened Master Kim’s Korean BBQ in Spring Valley featuring the same “special express delivery system” to send ingredients to its each customer’s table for cooking. In addition to the novelty of automated waitstaff, a first for a local barbecue concept, Master Kim’s is the only Korean restaurant in Clark County to serve certified Angus beef. A soon to open outdoor patio will also make it unique for grill enthusiasts. The restaurant, located at the Durango Arby Plaza, close to the intersection of Durango Drive and Arby Avenue, features non-stick grills at each table, and diners can opt for an all-you-can-eat package, or order à la carte, with ingredients arriving via a conveyor belt system. Human staff can assist with ordering. The three tiers of AYCE options range in price from $22.95 to $32.95 and feature Black Angus beef, pork, chicken, and seafood selections, plus sides and a dessert. À la carte selections include Black Angus marinated short ribs, rib-eye steak, or beef tenderloin, plus pork bulgogi, teriyaki chicken, and lightly salted squid and spicy baby octopus." - Bradley Martin
