"Expanding into Henderson, Master Kim’s Korean BBQ is rolling out automated, conveyor-style service: staff take orders on an iPad and ingredients are delivered along a short track via a robotic server so customers can grill items at their seat. The concept — the third local restaurant from Freddy Hwang’s Sapporo Restaurant Group — is well advanced in its first Henderson expansion and is already hiring front- and back-of-house staff; the original location at 7036 S. Durango Drive in the southwest remains open for takeout of a special bento box menu and butchered meats (including Black Angus steaks sold by the pound), and the new Henderson spot will be replacing the shuttered Yummy Grill & Sushi at Marks Street and Sunset Road." - Bradley Martin
