"Open for: Brunch, dinnerPrice range: $$Located in a handsome 1920s-era warehouse downtown, Masthead has been brewing up good times since 2017. The beefy 20-barrel brewhouse sits right behind the bar and produces a wide variety of exceptional ales and lagers, including a classic American IPA and a beefy double IPA called Extra! Extra! (There’s also a full bar if you prefer your drinks shorter and stronger). From a wood-burning oven come excellent Neapolitan-style pizzas, calzones, and giant pretzels, which join shareable snacks like hummus, quesadillas, and stuffed dates. Know before you go: Start with a four-beer flight to get a lay of the land before committing to a pint." - Douglas Trattner

I have visited Masthead a number of times throughout the years, and continue to be impressed with both their beers as well as their food options. The most recent visit was with two old friends on a Saturday night before a Guardians game. I was able to sample a number of their top notch beers, and also thoroughly enjoyed their Korean BBQ pizza. It was full of flavor and spice, and complimented the aforementioned beers very well. I already make it a point to tell anyone visiting the Cleveland area to give this place a go, and my most recent experience only adds to my admiration for the work everyone at Masthead does to put out a really unique and enjoyable product in all facets.

This place is awesome! We recently stopped in Before the Browns game. I love that you can see yourself and order your food at the bar. I tried several beers. I enjoyed all of them. One thing I was blown away by though was the food even though the day that we went, the menu was limited mostly pizza. It was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had easily and nine out of 10. My son and his friend Shared a pretzel. 🥨 It was literally perfect! Next time I’m in town I’m definitely stopping here again. This could be our pregame tradition.

Masthead Brewing in Cleveland is a must-visit for beer and pizza lovers! The open layout is super cool, giving you a front-row seat to the pizza-making magic. We visited on a busy Sunday with an MLB game and WWE event going on, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quick service. The pizza was absolutely delicious and ready in under 10 minutes – impressive! Their beer selection is impressive too, with a standout 15% stout that's perfect for those adventurous taste buds. Great atmosphere, fantastic food, and an awesome beer selection – Masthead Brewing is a definite winner!

Came here after work with some co-workers during a visit to Cleveland, and this was one of the best spots. Great atmosphere, delicious pizzas, and a decent variety of craft beers. Ordering beers was quick and easy with multiple designated order lanes. Pizza was cooked quickly but perfectly (at least to my preference :D). All waiters/servers were friendly and respectful. No complaints about this spot! Would definitely go back again.

We stopped in here to try a few of the local brews and enjoy a little food. The wife really liked the few she tried. The food we tried was awesome. Really enjoyed the hummus and large pretzel we got, almost got a pizza but we wernt super hungry. We were impressed with the pizza oven they had. I forgot to check to see if they had onion rings. If so, next time I will make sure to get some.

Google
One of my favorite breweries in downtown Cleveland. Great beers, delicious pizzas and nice chill atmosphere with open air environment when it is nice. Large tables inside and out with open seating and garage doors that are open on nice days. They have a pizza oven making a large variety of great pizzas and some other snack food. Service is friendly and quick. Always has a good mix of beers. Will be back many times!

Google
Beer is delicious. The pizza, let me praise the pizza. I got the Pistachio Pesto and wow! The crust was so crispy, the pesto sauce worked so well with the tomatoes and chicken. Loved it!

Google
Great beer! We had the pretzel as an appetizer. It was tasty! The atmosphere is very chill. They had golf and other sports on the TVs, which made my husband's day. The Paradise IPA was my favorite!

Emet D.

Yelp
Great service, good beers at a great price. They hooked it up with a free beer when I got the wrong one which was nice of them and big plus in my book. Mostly was IPAs on their menu but their Belgian ales were good and all beers were around $6. Pretty awesome if you ask me!

Yelp
This place was a friend favorite, especially before a Cavs or Guardians game. It's a fun place to be before Cleveland sports. Catch other fans and maybe even game attendees can be found rooting from their picnic table style seating as well. As a first timer, the ordering process was a little tough to decipher off the bat but luckily, I was with a pro. Menus before the bar, and walk up to order drinks. You can order food at once or after you find a seat by heading back up to the bar. You'll get a buzzer and pick up will be closer to the kitchen (identified by the brick oven pizza). Now let's get into it: they have a great selection of beers with awesome menu descriptions and a wide variety. My favorite is that they do a 4-beer house flight giving you a 4 oz taste of a few. Flights are my go-to, so they suckered me with that one. While their bartenders can be a little rough, the beer and limited interaction makes up for it. Now food: Their Neapolitan style pizza is GOOD, red or white. I haven't had a flavor yet that disappoints, and the rotating topping options/flavors makes it great to come back. On the smaller side, 12 inches, you'll want to order a few for a party of 4 or more. Their everything (as in bagel seasoning) pretzel is soft, fresh, and comes with a cheese and two mustard options as a "shareable" the whole gluten eating family will enjoy. When the dessert sounds up your alley, give it a shot, chances are you won't be let down either. The place is casual and a great spot for when the garage doors can be opened and the warm breeze let in. It can get noisy and definitely crowded so get there and claim your stake on one of the elongated picnic tables quick. Fun, sporty vibes alongside your occasional baby shower. Looking forward to my 4th visit for new flavor brews and pies.

Yelp
This is a great place for pizza and a beer. The staff are super friendly, the pizza is amazing, and the self serve aspect makes it a very relaxed, chill experience. Get a beer flight to try a variety of beers, get the goat cheese stuffed figs for an app, get any pizza because they're all good!

Zabrina H.

Yelp
Fun brewery with a lot of beer options. A lot of seating indoor and outdoor. They also have good food. We got pizza and quesadillas that tasted perfectly with our beer. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating to our large group.

Nancy W.

Yelp
Wow. Great beers. Great place that also serves brick oven pizza. But not by the slice you have to buy whole pie. We got a flight of four different beers and wow one of the beers was just amazing. Weller!!. It was an imperial stout. I have never had a beer so good as this one. We also had the masked head IPA and it was delicious. I didn't really like their coffee Porter it was kind of weak and lacking flavor. Great little brewery right down in the downtown area. Parking is on the street. But they do have also outside seating.. My sister ordered a specialty drink it was made with vodka and some kind of fruit juice. She said she liked it but I thought it lacked flavor. A great stop for a Tuesday night in May 2024.

Yelp
I have no reason not to give a 5. Maybe the Brussels but who cares. Pizza and beer are awesome. I get the Stout beer. They have a really good pickle pizza.

H B.

Yelp
Great time. Staff was super. Pizza amazing. I had several different kinds veggie and meat. Beer was fresh and delicious with a great variety. Enjoyed the sour beer.

James S.

Yelp
I visited 3 breweries while visiting town and Masthead was my favorite. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of beers, although the focus on IPAs. My favorites were the Apricot Sour, Canadian Lager and the Coffee Stout. While I didn't eat here, I saw others food and it looked very good. The folks next to me had the white pie pizza and they ranted about how good it was.

Samantha W.

Yelp
Best brewery in Cleveland, possibly the best in Ohio. If you're ever in the area I highly recommend it if you like IPAs and stouts. They also have the best pretzel around and the pimento cheese is killer. All their pizzas are delicious the steak fajitas, and chicken bacon ranch pizzas are my favorite! Thanks Masthead for being so awesome!!

Yelp
I don't understand the hype. This is mediocre pizza. 1st, you go up to one counter to order your food, which then asks for a tip. So I tipped. This was because I assumed when I sat down, they would serve me. Nope. You still have to wait for your thing to buzz, and then go get all your own food and drinks, and condiments. So explain what I am tipping for if I get everything and then bus my own table after? That's no different than fast food. 2nd: Although this is a brick oven fire pizza, they are super stingy on the olive oil on the crust. Which you need with this type of crust, or it becomes gummy and too chewy. And this was! I ordered the "white" pizza with Prosciutto, which had almost zero base to it. it had the bare minimum of prosciutto, and some big slices of chives. No garlic, nothing else in the way of seasoning either. There was some random Parmesan, but it seamed like the cheap stuff, not actual real Parm. The Pizza had zero flavor. I also ordered the Dates stuffed with goat cheese appetizer. I've had variations of this done at other restaurants, and it is always served warm and soft, which enhances the flavors and brings them together. However, these were served rock hard and cold. So clearly pre-made in advance. I've never seen this before, and it completely detracted from the taste and experience. This would be 100% better if warmed up, then the honey drizzled on just before serving. This was a big disappointment. Considering I walked 1/2 hour in cold/windy weather to get here because of good reviews, I was seriously left wondering why. Maybe this is what OH calls good pizza, but don't get catfished. It's just a basic pizza dough surrounded with a lot of instagram illusion.

Yelp
YES! Excellent choice for dinner. Was in town recently and I took my team of 6 out to dinner at Masthead last Wednesday evening. Huge location and was pretty busy when we arrived about 6p but no wait at all and they cooked our pizzas amazingly fast. Beer was ice cold and pizzas were piping hot. The pizza was great. We ordered 4 different pies (6 total) and shared. They were all great with perfectly cooked crust, the right amount of sauce, tons of cheese, and al the toppings were spot on. Definitely recommended!

Yelp
This place is huge and runs like clock work. Come in, find a table, and look at the menu that is available for you to grab as you enter. When you figure out what you want, you go up to the bar where there are two places to enter in lines to order. Yes, there is no please get to me next chaos when you are not sitting at the bar. When your turn is up, place your order for food and drink. For the food, they give you a pager which will ring when your order is available at the food pickup area next to the pizza oven. For your drinks, including flights of beer, just shuffle over and wait a moment for the super quick bar service to prepare whatever you ordered. You can keep a tab open or close it out right then and there. As for the beer. There are a lot of surprisingly great choices here. On two visits I managed to sample most of the menu running through four or five flights in total. Parking is on the street which isn't too bad around the corner and there is a garage nearby too if you have trouble finding a space.

Yelp
Place was great! Stopped in before a football game and place was rocking! We ordered 3 pizzas to try, Margherita, Chicken bacon ranch, and Buffalo chicken. All of them were good, chicken bacon ranch was the winner for our group! Great selection of beers as well. Until next time

Melanie V.

Yelp
Super fun space and atmosphere! We stopped in on their 7th anniversary party so lots of people but were able to get a couple beers, a pizza and pretzel, eat and be out in 45. Service was great and enjoyed the vibe. Italian beef pizza was awesome and the dough was so fresh. We sat by where they make the pizza and I can say, I'd trust anything they made. Pretzel was a miss for us dropping a star. Caraway seeds on an everything bagel? NOOOO. However easy to pick off. But the pimento cheese wasn't great and really cold being safe and stored in the fridge. Honey mustard was sharp and brown mustard was the best In my mind. Got the lager and the jalapeño ipa and both were solid. Great space for big groups but first come first serve. No baby changing station that I saw but kid friendly. We will be back!

Jacqueline P.

Yelp
Worked right next door and never been here, glad I came! Ordering is so easy. Grab a menu, pick ur delight and order at the bar. They buzz you in 10-15, no more, u grab ur eats and they bus your table. Process...It works! Pizza was Neapolitan style so fluffy but airy, crusty crust and thin pizza bed! Perfect for me! My Hawaiian comes on red sauce, but I switched to white, no worries! The while "sauce" is more just EVOO and garlic, but I loved it. The pineapple salsa could have been heavier (meaning more) but it was yum! The ham was plentiful and the sweet, salty and spicy ( I added need pepper flakes) were spot on! My one suggestion is to wipe that chalky, BITTER flour off the pizza bottom before serving. If not wiped off, it almost tries to ruin the pizza favors.

Joel Jz Z.

Yelp
Come to Cleavland to visit some friends, and they said we had o come here. when you walk in, you take a menu and find a seat. Then, choose your items from a limited menu and order at the bar. I went with the Beet salad and asked them to switch out the goat cheese for mozzarella or provolone cheese. They decided to put shaved Parmigian cheese instead. Wife and friends had pineapple Hawaiian pizza, a Buffalo chicken pizza, a mushroom with truffle oil, and a pepperoni and sausage pie. pizza was ok most, not my style of pizza. Nice busy brewery with lots of choices. unfortunately, I do not drink beer. No Table service, so go to the counter to get your order placed. And very warehouse like inside.

Ailin J.

Yelp
Lot a big pretzel. Add on everything season, even better! Place is huge for large groups and I feel that you can always find a spot where despite being a popular place. Personally I would stick with the classic flavored pizza flavors here. The other flavors are fun but either are a little odd because they do their own take or just doesn't beat a simple pepperoni or cheese

Lisa C.

Yelp
Had fun here! Great place to kick back and enjoy Masthead's brews and their pizza. Bring your friends! Plenty of room here for groups. If you visit here and need descriptions of the beers, they can be found on the draft menu above the register. The pizza was delicious! Good balance of ingredients to the crust. It went well with the beer. The staff was helpful as this was my first visit. I'll be back!

Ashley O.

Yelp
Headed here for the first time and it has great ambiance. The doors were open with indoor and outdoor seating. You order food and then pick it up when your buzzer goes off. Pizza was great. Big pretzel was meh.

Jaide E.

Yelp
One of our all time favorite places in CLE. Their beer selection for their anniversary party was incredible. The pizzas always hit. Can't go wrong with the pepperoni, but the wild mushroom is our favorite. The servers are always attentive and work to keep the place spotless. A yearly stop for us when we visit! Love this place!

Cristine H.

Yelp
Would like to try this place, but their website never work. I looked at the menu on Yelp and do not see any gluten free crust offerings and they never answer the phone to inquire.

Sophia B.

Yelp
This is my favorite brewery in Cleveland! Amazing beer and pizza! You go up to the counter to order, which is perfect when going with a group. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Tommy G.

Yelp
It seems like we have been coming here forever. Being season ticket holders for the Browns we come here before every home game. The beer selection is always quite good with plenty of variety for whomever comes along with us. Atmosphere being a great one as well with full tables and plenty of people on staff clearing empty plates and cups. Pizza and pretzels are always on our agenda and it is just a matter of selecting one. The Ruben pizza is delicious and our favorite with plenty of corned beef on it. The others are great as well and we switch it up to others or the pretzel every other game.

Adam G.

Yelp
Masthead is the real deal. Huge interior with lots of bench style seating that gives off beer garden vibes. Good selection of beers as well as spirits. Neapolitan style, oven-fired pizza. Need I say more? I sampled the Jalapeno IPA and boy was it intriguing! Interesting heat to it, and a flavor I had never experienced in a beer before. I would've gotten it had I not already been thinking about the acid reflux the pizza was going to give me. That said, I opted for the traditionally simplistic "IPA". This was about as classic as an IPA could be and I enjoyed it. We debated over which pizza to order, including asking multiple servers before ultimately deciding on the 'Basil Pesto' pizza. Neapolitan style is one of my favorites, so I think I started off a little biased but it was pretty good. The only downside was the amount of oil on top (had to wipe it off before eating or it would've dripped all over the place). It also wasn't cut all the way through and the dull butter knife silverware didn't do a whole lot to finish the job so after copious hacking and pulling at the pizza, we finally got it into edible sized slices. That said, the crust had a nice texture and it had good flavor. I added a side of ranch which made it even better. All in all, the atmosphere makes it a great brewery to visit with friends. Add in the homemade, wood fired pizza and Masthead is definitely worth checking out.

Rachel D.

Yelp
Fun brewery in Downtown Cleveland! My friend and I visited before attending a show at Playhouse, it was quite an easy walk, and the parking was cheaper by Masthead as well! Masthead has an interesting set up where you walk in, grab a menu, and seat yourself. There's a small sign stating this, but as a first time visitor I found the sign to be not that evident and I was standing around for a minute. Then, when you're read you can walk up to the bar and order drinks and food. The menu is very limited and not much of a variety other than red pizza, white pizza, or a few appetizers (a pretzel, quesadilla, etc). I ordered the meatball pizza, and it was unique and flavorful! The brewery itself is rather large in size with tons of picnic table style seating both indoors and outdoors. In fact, there's even a garage door open to the patio so you can still feel the outdoors while sitting inside. Overall, it's not my vibe, but I'm happy I got to try it out!

David P.

Yelp
Blown away by the beers, food, and service here. I'm from out of town and just strolled in with no expectations. I came from another nearby brewery that was... Okay. I asked the bartender to pick 4 beers for a flight. Didn't give him any suggestions or tips on what to choose or avoid. All 4 were way above average, and 2 were superb to me (Hazy Headlines and Citra Vice. The others were Vienna Lager and Old Gods Never Die; the latter is a nice dessert beer.) I'd already eaten a bit but the Everything pretzel sounded so good, even though I don't normally like everything bagels. OMG! This thing was amazing! It comes with 3 dips: spicy mustard, beer cheese and an IOA honey mustard. All were outstanding! The mustard and beer cheese were my equal faves. Really enjoyed this visit.

Rhiannon H.

Yelp
been here twice now. They have indoor & outdoor seating available, pizza is good! I have never tried the beer because they offer very limited lighter beers/cider/seltzers. If you like IPAs this is a good spot for you but it's not for me personally.

Luke F.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about Masthead. If I lived in Cleveland, I'd be here at least twice a week. The beer is fantastic (love the Oni Giri-- a Japanese rice beer), the pizza is AMAZING and super cheap ($10-$14 for a good sized pizza) and the service and environment are top notch. I can't wait to come back to Masthead next time I'm in Cleveland!

Anthony D.

Yelp
No for me, pizza was delicious, ambiance was the most Ohio middle class fancy place I have ever been, O - H -I O. However if you are Hop head you must try it!

Angela L.

Yelp
I was taking a night while I was in town for work to find a few new breweries. When I walked into the taproom it was very open and inviting and very spacious. The servers were friendly and very efficient with any lines that formed. I got a flight that included the seasonal pumpkin ale, double New England IPA, barleywine, and the coffee stout. All 4 had great flavor and were refreshing. I would have loved to have time to try more of the menu. I noticed that they had a pretty good food menu as well but was able to sample anything because I had already had dinner before getting here.

Kitty K.

Yelp
Masthead is an amazing spot in downtown Cleveland you can grab an amazing wood fired pizza & a brew from the many varieties on tap! There is outdoor seating for those who enjoy the fresh air & scenery. Inside is a huge cafeteria style seating area with so many things to admire! There are big vats of local brews behind the amazing bar. The pizza shop is on one side and they are whipping up some of the BEST pies we have tasted! Do yourself a favor and get to Masthead Brewing!

Johnathan C.

Yelp
Solid beers. Lots of variety to choose from. The gyro was HUGE and super flavorful. Salad was so, so. Service was quick.

Alden C.

Yelp
Glad I got to try this Cleveland brewery! Steve and I shared three different beers from this one. We had two different New England IPA's. Both had different degrees of enjoyability for me. The Citra Vice I thought was okay. Nothing that would stand out in my mind while on the other hand the Series of Tubes New England IPA I enjoyed considerably and this was back when New England IPA's were kind of a new discovery for me. Maybe it was the hops or how the beers were prepared and what ingredients were used for me to like one IPA so much more than the other. The next and final beer was the Single Origin Coffee Stout. Not a bad beer either. I liked the chocolate and coffee notes to it and was a nice change of pace to finish on. But again, the favorite winning out from this outing is the Series of Tubes New England IPA.

Kate S.

Yelp
What an amazing brewery in downtown CLE! + haunted hayride pumpkin ale + Oktoberfest + Ethiopian single origin stout (SO GOOD!) + flights + outdoor seating + long tables + food (everything pretzel & pimento cheese sooo good and chorizo quesadilla!) + super friendly service + merch + clean bathrooms

Dan W.

Yelp
Outstanding beer, fantastic pizza, excellent employees, plenty of space and relatively close downtown parking. Simply said, the pizza at Masthead is otherworldly good. Their mushroom pizza is the best pizza I've ever eaten. Fresh ingredients, absolutely perfect crust, and available pepper flakes and hot sauce for your choosing. The non-bar seating is shared tables, almost cafeteria style. When super busy, groups can occupy more space than needed and make for an uncomfortable experience. A seat at the beautiful bar is much preferred. My only knock on the place is that each time I've been there (three times so far) I've heard a bartender or two complain about how hungover they were. I don't mind that bartenders party, but it's the only place I've been to in Cleveland where that is almost bragged about. Overall, if you're in CLE and want a solid beer and the best pizza you've ever had, make sure to go to Masthead!

Lee S.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped after a Browns game. It was busy, but very festive and efficient. While we really only stopped for a beer (which would have been worth it), we met Squirrel (Head Chef) and he recommended we try one of their pizzas while we are there. So glad he did, we had the Reuben Pizza and it was great!

Valerie G.

Yelp
Masthead is a go to spot for us whenever we are downtown! They have great beers, and good pizzas to chose from. No matter the time of day, it's always hopping. Don't worry though, there's plenty of seating! It is a little bit on the louder side, but truly a great place to meet up with friends! They also have a great outdoor space for when the weather is nice. Make sure to stop on in next time you're downtown!

Shannon S.

Yelp
Joined some coworkers to hang out after work and walked into a massive space full of good energy and even better food/drinks. Masthead has plenty of space for groups large and small -- there are long communal tables near the front. The ordering process is very streamlined. You order your food and drinks at the designated section at the bar, get your drink right away, and then you are given a buzzer device for your food. Once that buzzer goes off, go to the pick up area by the kitchen to get your food. It was all pretty quick! They have a large selection of pizzas and beer, so I tried the Christmas Ale followed by the Brut cider; to eat, I got a margherita pizza. The margherita pizza was definitely a highlight with the crispy thin crust and fresh toppings. The beer went down smooth with it as well. Overall the vibe was collegial, cozy, and laid back. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Great space to hang out with friends and relax!

Montana L.

Yelp
Was looking for a place to dine for lunch and found this ranked high on Yelp. It was correct! We ordered the everything pretzel with the house made pimento cheese, honey mustard, and mustard. They were all delicious and had a little kick to it. The pimento cheese was my favorite! The pretzel was coated with everything bagel seasoning and paired well with the pretzel. The brat pizza was excellent. I was a little hesitant at first, but the white sauce, sauerkraut, and brat paired well Together. The flight of beer was delicious as well! The pumpkin was my favorite, with a nice little touch of pumpkin flavor

Tammy F.

Yelp
This was the look that we got as soon as we walked in. We had no idea, and no staff told us that there was a private event taking place. I walked over to look at the brewery and then this jerk walked over and accused us of eating the buffet. We decided to leave because of the poor treatment that we were receiving and the disrespect, when we went to pay for our tabs this manager kept mean mugging, my friend and I. I have never walked into a place in all my life and felt so disrespected and never once did any of the staff tell us that there was a private event going on

Maria K.

Yelp
Went last night with friends. Enjoyed the food, music was a bit loud, had to tell in order to have a simple conversation. That place is noisy enough, don't need loud music. Not sure why we tip, no service except for picking up our dirty dishes. Also guy who was standing at the counter where we pick up our OWN food, chill. He acted like a bouncer protecting the food. We were the only ones coming towards the counter, chances are it was our food but I guess his job is to do something so he is rude to customers getting their food on their OWN. chill dude, chill

Tracy G.

Yelp
steak, cake were both old and dry. Brussel sprouts were way undercooked and had no flavor. There is no customer interaction at all to see how food or service is as you place order at counter and pick it up at another. Beers were good and had a nice selection. One lady was kind and exchanged a bad salad that I needed to exchange. Picinic tables, garage doors were nice for evening breeze.

Chelsea E.

Yelp
I am not sure what the hype is with this place. Between the reviews on Yelp and word-of-mouth, I was excited to try this place. It had been on my list for awhile, so my brother-in-law and I headed in on a Friday night in October. It was pretty busy which was to be expected given how popular this place seems to be. They have cafeteria style seating. We grabbed one of the last spots left inside. However, we soon realized that we had to go up to the bar to place our order. I was afraid we'd lose our spot at the table, so my bro-in-law put a menu and his hat down to designate that the spot was taken. We went up and placed our orders for food and drinks. Sure enough, people shamelessly just moved his hat to the side and took our seats. Lesson learned to have one person watch the table while the other orders. We ended up grabbing a table outside. Luckily, it wasn't too cold for an October in CLE. I got a flight of 4 beers. Honestly, they were all very forgettable. I was super disappointed! I'd put Great Lakes, Platform, Market Garden and Southern Tier all way above Masthead. And I'm sure many other CLE breweries as well. Just not a fan. I also got the everything bagel pretzel, which I was super excited to try. I had gotten one at Nano Brewery and loved it and I assumed theirs would be great, if not better. It was a disappointment. Didn't taste like "everything bagel" seasoning at all. Just a super massive, salty, dry pretzel. I got a pizza as well. Again, very average and nothing memorable. All told, this place just isn't worth all of the hype people place on it. I would maybe try it again to give it another chance, but not dying to get back.

Yelp
This place is HUGE!! Its so welcoming and they also serve some cocktails on their menu, which made it nice after a day of beers! Their Kitchen is an open kitchen so as soon as you walk in you are so hungry from smelling all the pizzas and pretzels! Great for a family or for meeting up with Friends to watch a game.

Yelp
Beverages: 8/10 Ambiance: 8.5/10 Food: NA Stopped by Masthead while in Cleveland for the weekend. The space is great - and has a cool ambiance. Industrial - but not overly loud. They have plenty of tables and tvs - so it's good for groups or celebrations. Brad opted for the flight - which he enjoyed. They have a nice variety of cocktails. I tried the Limoncello Spritzer. It was good - refreshing and simple, but in a good way. Since we had dinner reservations we didn't get any food, but the food menu looked legit. The pizzas are made in house and all sound fantastic. Maybe next time we will save room for pizza. The service was awesome and the overall vibe was cool. I would definitely stopping by for a drink or casual eats with friends.

Yelp
This is a quality brewery, which I do not designate often. Most breweries have one or two good brews and then multiple variations of those in different weights/styles. Masthead does several brews right.

Yelp
We did a two day brewery tour of Cleveland and honestly, I found my favorite beer at this Brewery! The ambience felt so upbeat and inviting! Lots of great beer on tap, plenty of variety of swag and service with a smile! We will definitely be visiting again. I encourage you to try it out!
