But if we had to have another sceney restaurant in the mix, we could do a lot worse than Mavericks. Most things at this seafood-focused steakhouse are solid, like locally made pasta tossed with gently cooked lobster, crunchy fried chicken with caviar, or bone-in tuna rib eye served like a steak with a spicy harissa sauce for dipping.
