The 23 Best London Coffee Shops With Wifi For Getting Work Done - London - The Infatuation

"Close to Notting Hill Gate station, Mawi Cafe is an order-shouting, plate-clattering, milk-steaming spot that makes loud work calls an option. There are plug sockets and a big shared table—an irresistible combination for the laptop-workers who decamp here. Best for: Zoom calls, solo work, group work" - jake missing, rianne shlebak, daisy meager, sinead cranna

Mawi Cafe - Review - Notting Hill - London - The Infatuation

"Close to Notting Hill Gate station, Mawi Cafe is the kind of order-shouting, plate-clattering, milk-steaming spot that makes loud work calls an option. There are plug sockets and a big shared table—an irresistible combination for the laptop-workers who decamp here, making the most of the strong wifi and relaxed service. But there are also students chatting Othello and couples sipping hot chocolates while flicking through newspapers. It’s all very welcoming and unfussy. photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch Pause Unmute" - Sinéad Cranna

My sister and I went here twice during our 5 day trip to London. The banana bread and lemon bread are UNBELIEVABLE, as well as the Chai latte. This cafe is a great place to sit and read or take your coffee to go and stroll through Kensington Park which is right across the street. We loved this place!!!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The iced coffee was fine, but the lox bagel felt a bit too simple for the price. Maybe I’m just used to NY–style bagels, but for me it seemed a little overpriced. 11.94💷

I love this cafe so much. I come here very often. It’s such a chill and cozy cafe. I usually get a coffee and a sweet treat, but trying out their Caesar sandwich revolutionised my world hahaha. I can’t recommend this place enough, wifi is also free

This cafe is a haven! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the warm aroma of fresh-baked goods and the inviting hum of conversation. The music creates a perfect ambiance for relaxing, catching up with friends, or even getting some work done. They offer a surprisingly wide selection of food for a cafe, and the quality is top-notch. I had the toasted bagel with eggs and avocado, and it was delicious. The omelette was perfectly cooked, and the crispy bagel added a great textural contrast. My flat white was excellent – you could really taste the coffee (no burnt beans here!). My partner, who has a sweet tooth, loved the blueberry bread but with salted butter (got it at home). Beyond the delicious food and drinks, the staff truly shines. They're friendly and welcoming, and it seems they know many regulars by name and their preferences. It creates a warm and familiar atmosphere. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this cafe! Pro tip: If you visit in the morning, they have a special offer on coffee and treats for takeaways!

Great place for studying, great wifi, staff is very friendly. No weird rules, just vibes. This could be my go to but the matcha is just okay.. I wish they cut down the drinks selection to only the best ones, and have more unique selection for their pastries.

The staff doesn’t seem bothered to be working there, no table service, the pastry shelf was almost empty at 11am with very little options. £18 for two cappuccinos and two pastries with no table service, they won’t even clean the table from the stuff left by the people before. The blender for the smoothies is sooooo noisy that you have to stop your conversation when they use it. The cherry on the cake was when a lady walked in and tried to touch our baby and we said that we didn’t want that – it’s just common sense, you don’t walk to strangers and without even saying a word you start approaching the baby. Later we find out that she’s the owner, hence feels entitled to do whatever she wants in her shop, her own words… Avoid this place.

Beautiful quaint cafe in Notting Hill. Nice selection of pastries and sandwiches, juices etc. Coffee is delicious. I had the salmon and cream cheese Bagel and Espresso also Goji Berry and Green Tea juice. Lovely decor also, very relaxed and a couple of tables to sit outside too.
