Wow!!! This place is amazing!!! Went once and will definitely be back again. As a first time customer (and I even noticed this with other customers there), the overall customer service was incredible. You can tell that Maxtro takes pride in his food truck and puts alot of thought and care into it. Not to mention the food was just on point. Everything we ordered was on point. We got the Surf and Turf fries, Maxtro’s melt, and the Wagyu chopped cheese. And I recommend it all!!!

I’d been craving a great burger for days, and Maxtro’s absolutely nailed it. If you’re into messy, saucy, fully-loaded burgers, this is definitely the place to hit up. I ordered the Fox35: filling, flavorful, messy in the best way, and totally hit the spot. Now, at almost $19 for just the burger, I can’t say it’s something I’d get regularly, but for a late-night craving or a one-time indulgence, it was so worth it. But the real star? The CHURROS. Hands down, the best churros I’ve had in Florida. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and just the right amount of sweetness. For the price, these are absolutely worth it, I’d come back just for those, no question. Service was also a highlight. A friendly staff member offered me water on the house and gave me great menu recommendations since it was my first visit. Really appreciated the hospitality. Would I come again? Definitely. Maybe not weekly, but the food and vibes made it worth the trip.

If I could give the service 10 stars out of 5 I would. Restaurant quality service from a food truck with delicious food. The churros are the best churros we’ve ever had. Worth the 30 minute drive just for this food truck.

I stopped by this food truck while craving French fries, and I’m so glad I did! Their loaded fries with cheese and beef were absolutely delicious perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. The people running the truck were so friendly and welcoming, and to top it all off, they surprised us with free churros, which were the perfect sweet treat to end the night. I’ll definitely be coming back to satisfy my evening cravings again and try other menu items. Highly recommend!

I've heard nothing but great feedback from friends who have had their food from Maxtros. I had the opportunity to meet Max the owner, and he's such a humble down to earth guy who gave me the opportunity to try his food, and I must say it's phenomenal. His attention to detail and his craft are great to see, and I highly recommend this place. Especially with it being next to Alfies. There's close to no competition.

Absolutely amazing food and even better vibes! We tried the grilled shrimp skewers, grilled cheese and the award-winning burger—everything was phenomenal. The shrimp were perfectly grilled, tender, and full of flavor. The burger, made with wagyu beef and sweet bacon, was incredibly fresh, juicy, and packed with bold flavor, but without that heavy, greasy feel. You can really tell they care about quality. What made the experience even better was the team. The owner was super chill— definitely a great vibe—and the chefs were friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Great food, great people, great atmosphere. This food truck is a gem definitely worth checking out! 💯

Food is fantastic and the service to get an order was spot on. Even gave us waters while we waited. I ordered the tots with the beef on top and it was delicious. The 2 dudes I was with ordered the breakfast burger and I tried that too and it was 5 star. Glad we went for a late night snack and gave it a try.

5 stars across the board! Food was so GOOD!! Got their chopped cheese and I was very impressed! Can’t wait to eat here again. Shoutout to all the staff, they were so sweet and helpful! Thanks Angel for your hospitality!! I’d go back just based off the service alone 😊
