"Navy Yard’s sophisticated wine bar Maxwell Park kicked off the craze with a #BejeweledChristmas pop-up bar partially inspired by Swift. Slinging of-the-moment espresso martinis, glühwein, and boozy “Cardigan” egg nog shooters to a “Bejeweled”-themed backdrop, the Swift takeover debuted November 23 and runs through December 31 (closed on Christmas)." - Evan Caplan

Always an amazing time here. The staff is incredibly timely and attentive when appropriate. Brent, the owner and sommelier, is so friendly and responsive. I sent an email this morning asking to clarify reservations, Brent answered before the restaurant opened with a full and complete answer. For reference, it is walk in as long as you are not booking out the inside. The wines are hand picked, always different, and always incredible. The food is good, but this is not somewhere that you are going to have a full meal. It is a fun hang out spot, with great music. All photo credits go to @girlavalon

This festively decorated bar features Taylor Swift music and delicious holiday beverages. From an old fashioned to a peppermint rumchata shooter, to fancy Champagne, you can get it here. They have light fare like grilled cheese, bread, and charcuterie as well. Not a large venue but staff were efficient and entry was controlled so it never felt too cramped. There was a bit of a wait but they have gas heat lamp things and you can order drinks in line! Old fashioned was yummy though very orange forward. You have to get the peppermint shooters, actually delicious and a portion of each purchase goes to a good cause. Very fun.

My partner and I did the greenhouse experience at Maxwell- we had a fun time and had the space all to ourselves. The service was amazing and since we made a late reservation we got to stay there until closing. The greenhouse even has a Bluetooth speaker so you can play your own music. If you love eggnog you HAVE to try the eggnog shooter, it was amazing. I would recommend not going hungry though because it's mostly snack like good (caviar, charcuterie board, grilled cheese). If you decide to go with the caviar, get the russian one (it was way better than the other option) and definitely take advantage of the champagne special that comes with it. Fun time overall!

Went here on a Tuesday. Didn't really enjoy my time here. It's very small and on this day very warm and dry in the bar. Service was fine but drinks weren't that good. Ordered the grilled cheese and it wasn't good at all especially in comparison to the Maxwell in Shaw. It's the holidays so the decor was cool and nice to have around but we ended up not staying too long to try and find something that was a bit more fitting.

Non T-Swift fans beware… this place will destroy you. For the t swift fans, you’ll love it. Overall, a cute bar but as some of the other reviews say it’s very, very small. We had to wait outside for about twenty minutes, but the staff did bring us drinks while we were in line and setup a gas heater. Good options are minimal, but there are plenty of cocktails to choose from.

Maxwell Park- Navy Yard Bejeweled Christmas Bar did not disappoint. Signature Taylor themed drinks, amazing atmosphere, and such a prime location. Such a great idea during the holidays!

I love this place! You tell them what you're in the mood for and then voilà they make it happen! I appreciate that they’ll pour a little before you commit to a whole glass. I've had such an amazing variety of wines: rosé, orange (skin contact), white, red and dessert/port. It's like making your own wine flight since you can do 2.5oz or 5oz pours! They have an extensive global wine list that is constantly changing to keep up with your dynamic taste buds. I also love that they serve top notch cocktails in case you’re not in the mood for wine. The food is ever changing as well and who doesn’t love snacks and charcuterie with their wine? They offer private tastings and I booked one before they opened and it was a fun experience!

Cute decoration… but the long line outside in the cold, paper cups for mulled wine, and room temperature/bland crab dip that we ate with our fingers (no silverware) was all very under whelming. We laughed it off and took a picture, then left to get better drinks/food.
