McDonald's

I am always here for my breakfast. I love the breakfast menu and especially the sweet tea. I don't know how it is in the lunch menu but for breakfast it's always my first stop. The atmosphere here was very beautiful, clean and quiet. I loved it.

We stopped at this McDonald's before having to take my mom to the airport for a quick breakfast and the experience there was horrible. What we found was a large group of old latin men drinking coffee and only coffee as to not give a reason to leave, but some had their own lunch bag with their breakfast from home. They were loud, annoying, speaking foul language in Spanish and took up the entirety of the tables.. it seems to be their hangout spot and were not going to leave any time soon. We had to sit in the small table in the corner and found it difficult to hear each other. I'm pretty sure this is a daily event at this location.. and for that reason I will not be returning. Buying a small coffee doesn't mean you can sit there forever and doesn't look like the staff cares that they bring in their own food.

We were in a hurry and although there were a few cars ahead on us in the drive-thru, the line moved fairly quickly. We were in and out of there in just under 10 minutes. The only thing is, they forgot one of our fries. Otherwise, it was the true meaning of fast food that we needed. 👍

A horrible experience going to the drive-thru... what's the point of giving your order if they're not willing to listen and put it in the system correctly... not only that telling them when you're paying that they got the order wrong and they need to correct it they just said they are going to the staff in front so they could correct it manually... just to come up to pick up your order they just tell you to park and then you have a staff member shoving your order in the window so they could leave immediately and they still got the order wrong... and then having to take the extra time to get out of the vehicle to fix the order at the front... and staff given an attitude when I the customer is trying to get the order fixed...

I took my grandsons to get Happy Meals, and they were so excited. As I always do, I asked for double apples and no fries, since my grandsons don’t like fries. However, we were given double fries instead. When I explained the mistake, they took the extra fries but returned the meals with both fries and apples. I clarified again that I wanted no fries and double apples, but was then told they couldn’t do that. I asked to speak with the manager, and Norah informed me they still couldn’t make the change. My grandsons and I left disappointed and upset. This has never been an issue before, and I was very let down by how it was handled.

This is probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is nice and they’re super fast with the orders (morning shift. I don’t know about afternoon/night). The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star review is because their ice cream machine has not worked when I ordered a frap multiple times. Aside from that it’s great

Said we had to pay an extra .25 cents for each sauce. Which isn’t crazy, but if you’re not gonna give me the sauces I payed for why would I pay extra? Didn’t have all our food items and was given a bad attitude at the counter. Usually not one to write reviews but this was very unnecessary

Don't come here if you expect them to work the posted hours. I came here on my way to work to get breakfast like i have for the past few days and each time I've come here they said they were closed. The posted hours for this locations drive thru is 24 hrs. Each time this happened i watched numerous people get turned away. Only if the management knew how much money they are losing. The guy manning the drive thru was also mute apparently. When i pulled up he said nothing, O, Nada. He didn't make sure my order was correct, make sure i was paying for the right order, tell me the total of my order, or anything. I can't believe McDonald's pays these people as well as they do. The guy is getting paid to not do his job and stand there and act like a statue. The McDonald's corporation needs to round up all their employees and put em in check. This is ridiculous. McDonald's would go out of business if it were up to the employees to bring in customers or at least treat them well enough to make someone want to come back.

I ordered a burger meal and a smoothie spent $12 asked for bbq sauce for my fries and she told me it would be extra. Mind you I've already paid and I'm about to drive away. Why would i have to pay for sauce i didn't ask for extra i just simply asked for it. That is insane that i would have to pay for sauce when i just spent $12 for a meal that dont come with sauce ??? I wish i could give it 0 stars bc thats insanity to me and just bad service.

First of all seems like their very confused in there if the guy in the drive trough is giving me the wrong order and I have to tell him and second two of my burgers came out wrong this is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen at this point close down and give and other restaurant a chance if Yall are this uncoordinated every day bcs how does a cheese burger come with no cheese it's just common sense at this point

The service was bad the cashier on register 2 he took out order and a gentleman before me told him he forgot the apple juice then we get our food and they were cold and look 3 days old bun was hard.So my son took it back up there and the cashier said oh man they gave you the old food.and my son came back to table with supposedly good food but it wasn't so we ate what they gave second time cause we didn't want to cause a scene plus door dash Aldo came complaining about getting the wrong food never gonna eat there again

I made my order online and had things missing and i guess anyone can just park there and get food because the emo kid who brought my food didn't even ask my name he said "here" and left

This place deserves a 0 stars! Rude customer service! Avoid this place and head to chick fil a right across, you'll be treated with respect. Breanna told me to "shut the fuck up" in the drive thru because she doesn't know how to multitask. She couldn't take my order and make drinks. Thankfully she hid away.

it's 3 am and they claimed to close the system and open at 4am and couldn't make 2 mcchickens because the kitchen person didn't want to this will be reported to coorporate came again the next day and they said the same thing

This is one of the slowest McDonalds I've visited. They have two lines for drive-through, and you'd assume it would move along quickly but it doesn't. I don't recommend coming here if you want "fast" food. And let me tell you, the customer service is awful. I have never had someone sound like they're happy to be there. I've even had managers jump in when something in my order went wrong, but they didn't make me feel any better because they didn't sound like they cared much. I was even more disappointed on my recent visit. I took advantage of the mobile ordering and chose the option to get my meal delivered to my car since they have the reserved parking spots. I waited and waited until I noticed that people that arrived after me had gone in and walked out with their meals. So I decide to walk inside and see why the wait was so long since I ordered a long time ago. Well, I was disappointed to see my food ready and pretty much sitting there waiting for someone to walk it out. To make matters worse, my food was definitely sitting there a while because my fries were cold and over cooked! Pros: -Cheap Food -Lots of deals if you do mobile ordering Cons: -Customer Service -Poor management -No playground for kids -Slow service My experiences here have not been great. Because there are several other fast food restaurants around, just spend your money somewhere else.

Super slow 20 min wait in drive thru. Keep driving. The payment window is taken by orders and is not working well at all.

McDonalds always has a great breakfast for me in morning on the way to work. This McDonalds is right off I-30 on the way to Dallas. I stop here in the morning and go through the drive-thru for a quick breakfast to go. They are very fast the food is hot and fresh. I have been inside the store which is clean and nice. The staff is not real friendly but they get the job done. I never had any problems in the drive thru as the other review says but you never know what will happen. As for a McDonald's this one is a good store to stop by very standard you should not have any problems.

Would place Zero stars if I could because it's exactly what I received after spending God knows how many minutes in line just to be told my mobile ordered couldn't be complete because the coffee machine was allegedly broken.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to this location multiple times only to hear " we are not taking orders our system is down." What in the world is going on here???? Nothing ever works and if it does work it takes 20 minutes

I just stopped by to try a Texan style McDonald's burger while in Texas. I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger which came with large fries and a large (super gulper) drink. A crispy chicken burger! Not a bad burger at all for for McDonald's standards. The service was friendly, but a little slow. Maybe it was just my Australian accent.

Twice I've gone and given them the offer from the app, and they seem to not be able to get the order right like what's going on worst McDonald's

This location is literally a joke, sadly it's the closest to my house and I will honestly start driving out of my way to a different location. I have NEVER seen anyone smile, I see eye rolls every single time when you ask for sauce or if they rang up something wrong. I ordered 4 pcs chicken nuggets, small fry and a large sweet tea and they had rang up 6 pcs, large fry and a large coke and an Oreo McFlurry. I told them it's not my order and the girl got so frustrated with me and kept naming off all of these orders that weren't mine and I can't tell you how many times I said 4 piece and she would cut me off and say 10? 6? Anyways we finally get it and I said "oh yes and honey mustard please" and she looked at me and goes "mhmm" and says my total. I Get to the next window, girl is as rude as the first one and hands me my tea with the lid hanging off and tosses me my bag (doesn't hand it to me, literally tossed it) and slams the window. I realize there was no sauce of course and I could not get her to look at me threw the window for a few minutes. She finally opens it saying nothing and I said can I have honey mustard please and she laughs and grabs sauce and tosses them at me and slams the window again. Save yourself the time and just don't go there.

I have been to many McDonald's all over the world. Im not sure what they do to the food but none of it tastes like McDonald's. It's not bad but it's not McDonald's. The ice cream machine works, which is rare for a McDonald's

Worst McD's ever. LOOK, I know it's a freakin' McDonald's. I'm not trying to be all Gordon Ramsay about this shit. It's fast food. It's cheap. It's pretty close to eating trash. But for REAL though? I do NOT wanna be sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The sandwiches we ordered were dry and tasteless. EVEN by shitty fast food standards, this was BAD. Good lord.

it took so long the lady took forever to say anything to me in the speaker i had 2 cars of people i in front of me the front window lady threw my friends card at her gave my sister a fat ass attitude and then she dropped my card outside my car before i could even grab and didn't say sorry and just shut the window in my face super rude do not recommend going here but i will say the lady that handed me my food was super sweet

They take forever to make a simple frappe and one of the lady's son was there and he was hurrying up the lady to do his order and he didn't pay I was there for like 30 minutes just for a frappe!!

Strange experience. Walked in for an early lunch and had a coupon for a free sandwich. When ordering, the girl was interrupted by a co-worker several times, then she apologized and we started over at least 3 times. After about the third go-around, she repeated that I wanted a #3. I said yes. When the order came out, it was just the sandwich. I assume this was because her English was so poor she couldn't understand that I wanted to pay for the fries and drink, and just use the sandwich coupon, or too distracted by the co-worker. In any case, could be a training opportunity.

Meh.... customer service is lacking... They seem to make up thief own rules when they don't want to do their jobs. But overall it is just meh. I've have better but I'm too drunk to care at the moment.

People taking orders through the mic are very rude. When they didn't understand what you said, they'll respond with "A what"!?
