This is not the 1x I've been here.
The 1x, I accompanied my BFF.
The 2x, I came to the drive-through and waited for 10min & No1 came on the intercom. I drove around to the window and there was No1 @ either windows. The lights were dimmed & there were No1 in the restaurant. I looked @ the signs and this location is a 24Hr operation.
The 3x I came, I drove up to the 2d window and waited awhile until an associate came to the window. She opened the glass & sd that they didn't have NE food and they were closing.
Tonight, I came b/c I was asked to p/u fast-food specifically from McD's & I was limited w/ time so I had no choice.
1733: I pulled up to the intercom. No greeting. Waited, as this is the norm.
1745: I proceeded to drive to the 1st window since there has been No1 who's acknowledged the drive-thru intercom. There were two vehicles ahead of me.
1756: Spoke to the associate & began to explain Y I pulled up to the window. The associate directed me to drive back around to the intercom & he'll take my order then. I asked to speak to the Mgr. She explained that there are NO registers for the drive-through to take orders @ the window. She could not accommodate my wait by taking my order & punching it in NE of the TWO current registers that was available.
So, I decided to walk into the restaurant & let me tell U that this place takes "Fast Food" out of fast food.
As I stood in line to wait my turn to get to the register to place two separate & daily EZ order (but not sure b/c I've nvr worked McD's in my teen Yrs), there were three young teens waiting for their order but was waiting for cookies. To the right of me was an older gentleman that was complaining about a double cheeseburger that he bit into, rare. He showed us the PiX. I suggested that he takes his receipt & complain. I knew that from previous visits that there was a number but during my visits I nvr made the time to write my rant. Well, today's the day.
While I was still waiting in line, when the cookies were given to the three male customers in front of me, one of them had an issue and all of a sudden all six cookies found their new home on the floor. So, as I stood there, I began to take inventory of their lobby & if the two orders from my fam wasn't so specific & was t limited w/ time- I would've just took off & went elsewhere!
1801: Order finally placed.
* #1 BigMac Meal w/ Coke
* CheeseBrgr w/ Ketchup ONLY
* Happy Meal w/ Go-Gurt & ChocMilk
After I placed my order, the associate tells me there R no French Fries.
Ughmmmm... I'm not sure the organizational structure of McD's & I nvr in my life thought I'd have to think about it- but, this place is atrociously mismanaged. I'm guessing the lady I spoke w/ was the Shift Mgr and not sure how they R taught leadership & team work, but having eight ppl on the staff, my order should not have taken 13minutes to bag w/ drinks included.
During this evolution, the Mgr had the staff horse playing; she was walking back & forth, whispered to the associate @ the register in front of customers and kept yelling out to all seven associates about the truck that required attn & Y was she uninformed about French Fries. She went as far as stating that when she's not there, things break & she gets back to nvr know what's going on. As a Mgr I expected much more but how much can U expect from a person who comes to work, unpresentable. Maybe that's the reason Y she had a circus going.
1814: Order was ready. No French Fries and I had to remind them I had a Happy Meal so I needed a drink w/ that Meal.
Last but not least... Riddle me this, every time we drive to this restaurant, we always see the parking lot in disarray. How do U have parking for customers and is barricaded most especially the Handicap??? Then, there's two driveways for drive-through customers but one has a cart parked in front of it???
And, yes, after 20min, the cookies we're still on the deck, the trash was still on the countertop, the majority of the fountain drinks were empty, no napkins available & the Mgr continues to have her loud conversations w/ her friends about all the problems w/ the store.

I will be calling the Area Mgr & I surely will ensure that I locate an email for the owner to ensure that my rant reaches him as well.
