Y'all someone either on day shift or night shift, in this place is copying cards and using them. Be very aware or ask to scan your own card. Be Leary when they don't give your card back, right after swiping it. Shoot anywhere, people getting desperate. Or only use cash. I'm telling y'all, whoever thought they had a lick. They got a bill paid, but that was dumb, cause now you're know. They also upcharge you on things to get extra money for someone. Just start peeping, if you are someone that works hard for your money, watch what they do. They are not working hard to get paid here, but they are most definitely trying to rob people. Stay vigilant, watch them receipts. And make it a point to only use cash or you tap your own card. We see you scamming workers, you got the right one

Most horrible McDonald’s you’ll ever visit. The staff is ghetto which is usual for McDonald’s but the food is stored for too long and served to customers. Food is what’s old so the cooks are just chilling most of the day. If you don’t ask you will not get condiments or napkins

People were so kind. This store needs some TLC. No fountain sodas available. We were desperate for caffeinated soda. Staff was amazing forgot our sauce with the nuggets though.

I order the same thing I order everytime and it never gets made correct I been to both this location and the one down the street from it. I only want ask for no onions no pickles and an extra slice of cheese. I get charged but still my order isn’t correct. I stay 15 minutes away but who wants to go back everytime. The woman repeated the order back to me 4 times and it still was incorrect I hate that people are so inconsiderate of other ppl time and money. It’s not about the food it’s about taking my money and half way giving my order and let’s not forget how cold my fries were. I hope these locations get better employees or managers cause this service can make a person really upset I know yall be seeing the videos online.

Placed an order on 8/30 and had my son pick it up he was told I had to be there. After I arrived I was told the order could not be found. I had already been charged at the point and called customer service. Since then I was supposed to receive a call back for my refund an 13 days later I still have not. They took my money and no product was given which is considered stealing. I’d like my $44 back.

Seriously the worst McDonald's ever. Nothing is ever made correctly they constantly say that they're out of items because they don't want to make it. But I'm pretty p'ed off that I got my breakfast this morning and you guys gave me orange juice that doesn't even taste like orange juice it's watered down completely and a McGriddle with a damn burger patty instead of sausage...... A very aggressive environment. As I sit and waited over 30 minutes for my food, I was too scared to say anything because I didn’t want any problems. Secondly, the manager a older lady doesn’t speak nice at all to her employees. You will probably get a better result if you showed a better example as a leader, but hey, all I could do is watch and not stop again

This McDonald's is located at the corner of Candler Rd and McAfee. There Health Code Score sign is completely ripped up but they still have it partially hanging in the window. The service is pretty slow here. I waited in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes before placing my order I ordered two cheese burgers and the food is your typical fast food. I didn't experience the ambiance since I didn't go inside. They need to replace their Health Score sign immediately!!!!

Abysmal experience here. Laziest and most pathetic excuse for service I've ever experienced at any establishment serving food. Greeted rudely. I simply asked that my burger not have cheese. First time I get it? Cheese. 2nd time I get it? Cheese again. Then they have me wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes. No cars in line behind me soo it's not like they were busy. Waited too long so I went back into the drive thru to see what the hold up was. They had the audacity to ask what my order was... Finally get my order and guess what? CHEESE! How on earth have the employees here reached this level of incompetence. A first grader has a more advanced level of comprehension. And to be rude on top of it all? Gtfo

Came at 7:25 am on a Very Cold Tuesday for a cup of hot coffee, getting off the bus with the next one in 15 minutes. Even though the sign on the door read that the dining room was open from 6 am to midnight every day, all the doors were locked despite the street sign being illuminated; and the drive-in cashier said the dining room was closed. I asked her to ask her manager if she could let me in, and the manager said NO. It was below freezing, and since the bus was now just a few minutes away, I told her to forget it; and I'll wait for the bus outside.

Please don't eat at the McDonald's on Candler and McAfee in Decatur, GA. It is truly horrible. I waited in line along time, there was 3 people at the window and they looked very confused. They finally took my payment. I went to the next window and the boy and girl gave me the wrong food. I told them this is wrong, they came back with the right order but when I got home not only was the food cold but the Sprite I ordered was carbonated water. I asked the girl about ice cream, she claimed the machine has been broken for months. When I said thank you, she yelled Gucci, whatever the he'll that means. Why do we have to have sorry, unprofessional restaurants like this in our community, don't we deserve better,​

Do not go here if you want to use your rewards or deals through your app. They will scam you! I had a deal where you order 20 piece chicken nuggets and you get two free fries. Guess how much the nuggets where 12.99... wtf! Then I told them that doesn't add up. They said it's different price when you do it on app versus going to into the store. Well guess what I did try to do it through the app and it wouldn't let me. Because they changed the price in the store. A 20 piece nuggets cost $7.99 and a medium fries cost $2.49, do the math. I didn't get anything free. They made the 20 pieces nugget the price of a 20 piece and 2 medium fries which is $12.99!!! Wow ain't that some bull!

This is not the 1x I've been here. The 1x, I accompanied my BFF. The 2x, I came to the drive-through and waited for 10min & No1 came on the intercom. I drove around to the window and there was No1 @ either windows. The lights were dimmed & there were No1 in the restaurant. I looked @ the signs and this location is a 24Hr operation. The 3x I came, I drove up to the 2d window and waited awhile until an associate came to the window. She opened the glass & sd that they didn't have NE food and they were closing. Tonight, I came b/c I was asked to p/u fast-food specifically from McD's & I was limited w/ time so I had no choice. 1733: I pulled up to the intercom. No greeting. Waited, as this is the norm. 1745: I proceeded to drive to the 1st window since there has been No1 who's acknowledged the drive-thru intercom. There were two vehicles ahead of me. 1756: Spoke to the associate & began to explain Y I pulled up to the window. The associate directed me to drive back around to the intercom & he'll take my order then. I asked to speak to the Mgr. She explained that there are NO registers for the drive-through to take orders @ the window. She could not accommodate my wait by taking my order & punching it in NE of the TWO current registers that was available. So, I decided to walk into the restaurant & let me tell U that this place takes "Fast Food" out of fast food. As I stood in line to wait my turn to get to the register to place two separate & daily EZ order (but not sure b/c I've nvr worked McD's in my teen Yrs), there were three young teens waiting for their order but was waiting for cookies. To the right of me was an older gentleman that was complaining about a double cheeseburger that he bit into, rare. He showed us the PiX. I suggested that he takes his receipt & complain. I knew that from previous visits that there was a number but during my visits I nvr made the time to write my rant. Well, today's the day. While I was still waiting in line, when the cookies were given to the three male customers in front of me, one of them had an issue and all of a sudden all six cookies found their new home on the floor. So, as I stood there, I began to take inventory of their lobby & if the two orders from my fam wasn't so specific & was t limited w/ time- I would've just took off & went elsewhere! 1801: Order finally placed. * #1 BigMac Meal w/ Coke * CheeseBrgr w/ Ketchup ONLY * Happy Meal w/ Go-Gurt & ChocMilk After I placed my order, the associate tells me there R no French Fries. Ughmmmm... I'm not sure the organizational structure of McD's & I nvr in my life thought I'd have to think about it- but, this place is atrociously mismanaged. I'm guessing the lady I spoke w/ was the Shift Mgr and not sure how they R taught leadership & team work, but having eight ppl on the staff, my order should not have taken 13minutes to bag w/ drinks included. During this evolution, the Mgr had the staff horse playing; she was walking back & forth, whispered to the associate @ the register in front of customers and kept yelling out to all seven associates about the truck that required attn & Y was she uninformed about French Fries. She went as far as stating that when she's not there, things break & she gets back to nvr know what's going on. As a Mgr I expected much more but how much can U expect from a person who comes to work, unpresentable. Maybe that's the reason Y she had a circus going. 1814: Order was ready. No French Fries and I had to remind them I had a Happy Meal so I needed a drink w/ that Meal. Last but not least... Riddle me this, every time we drive to this restaurant, we always see the parking lot in disarray. How do U have parking for customers and is barricaded most especially the Handicap??? Then, there's two driveways for drive-through customers but one has a cart parked in front of it??? And, yes, after 20min, the cookies we're still on the deck, the trash was still on the countertop, the majority of the fountain drinks were empty, no napkins available & the Mgr continues to have her loud conversations w/ her friends about all the problems w/ the store. Awa-ah-wooooooow!!!! My thumbs can't even =~{ I will be calling the Area Mgr & I surely will ensure that I locate an email for the owner to ensure that my rant reaches him as well.

I would leave 0 stars if I could, the last 3 times I've been to this McDonald's the order has been wrong and/or missing items. The fries are cold and stale. Don't even expect them to carry any frozen beverages. Last time I was there I asked for ranch and I was handed a packet of ranch with a whole straight through the seal. Workers are incredibly rude, short, and inconsiderate. It seems the only phrase in there vocabulary is "is that it?". It infuriates me that people go to places like this and spend their hard earned money only to be dissatisfied when they don't get the food they ordered. They're consistently out of sauce and other products which simply doesn't make sense. If you don't want to work at McDonald's than just don't. Service like this is just unacceptable and I don't understand how they're allowed to operate anymore. I will be reporting each of my incidents here to corporate as it's just highway robbery at this point. Oh yeah and the "ambiance", just think snow on the bluff. Stay in your car. This place sucks.

This McDonald's is close to my house. And that's it get 2 stars they drive thur is slow and they inside is Slower. I think all McDonald's is like this .The one's I go to use one cashier ( person ) but all have long line too. AND every now then I see some pretty ladies that's the other star

McDonald's has just become an absolutely terrible restaurant. Ordered from my local McDonald's on Candler Rd in Decatur, GA through Doordash. McDonald's made this poor delivery driver wait 45 minutes on a pretty simple order (McNuggets, fries, and a bacon cheeseburger). I gave her an extra $5 since I felt so bad that she was made to wait so long. The order was missing the 2 orders of large fries, and the bag was sealed from McDonald's, so it was obviously the restaurant that dropped the ball. I've had issues with this franchise before, and I will never order from there again. McDonald's needs to realize that these bad franchise owners destroy your chain's reputation, and their franchise needs to be yanked.

The cashier was nice. I hate when I give McDonalds a try and they fail me. It seems to always happen no matter which one I go to, but I went here and got the 2 for 4. Two Sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin but they both came without cheese. I order spirt mixed with fruit punch they charged me a dollar for both so I had to get a hash brown to replace that extra dollar that was spent. They had some man hold up the exit window because he said he was over charged. Over all I just want two sausage McMuffins and my drink. Hopefully I'll have better luck next time

Worst McDonald's I've been at in a long time. First of all the items on the menu cost more here than the others in the area for some reason. Most of the staff are unprofessional. They gave me the wrong change and they're always out of nugget sauce. If your looking for disappointment this is the perfect place!

Drive thru backed up. Only one of two lanes open. Parked and went in. 12 mins to order 20+ to get food. Only to find out they gave my food away. Wasn't about to go through it again. Left. No food and out $10.02. Just don't do it. Biggest cluster you've ever seen.

Ordered for curbside. After 20 minutes, I went to go inside. The dining room.was closed for construction. I walked up to the drive through to ask about my order. The manager said "no one told me about your order" I said, "ma'am, no has to TELL you, it's Ordered on the app". She then made a very threatening gesture like she was going to come out and fight me. One of the other employees pushed her back away from.me as if to keep her from cursing me out or assaulting me. I finally got my order and asked for the owners number. I was given one number that was disconnected and another that went straight to voice mail with no outgoing message (probably fake number also) this location is a disgrace!

Waited 20 min in the drive thru. ordered a large meal, the screen read medium so i again asked for a large, the guy replied "it's the same price" and i said again, i want the large size. he yelled over to a coworker to make sure i got a large drink. when i got up to the window he handed me a medium. i told him i ordered a large. he poured the medium into the large cup, tossed an ice cube in and put a lid on it. he handed it to me and i asked him if he just did what i saw him do, he lied to my face and said no. was my first time at this location, i won't be back. they also didn't have shamrock shakes, which was the main reason i went .

This has to be the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Not only do they never have frappe's there customer service is TRASH . The workers have attitudes when you ask for basic fast food services and they act like your trying them like lady/ sir I'm just trynna get my MCDonalds. You can't get much lower class than this McDonald's. Homeless guys taking out the trash while you wait in the drive thru and panhandling you at the same time. Pulled into a spot to eat, another guy asking for money. Sheesh. Not to mention the poor customer service, can't get your order right. They're lucky the nearest competing McDonalds is far from here or they'd be out of business they suck so bad.

The male manger was EXTREMELY rude. They didn't get my order right and blamed me for holding up the line because they kept forgetting parts of my order. Staff was sucking teeth and cursing. I had my children in the car with me and they said "mommy why are they being so mean". I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. Entire staff needs better training. They could have simply said "ma'am please pull forward and we will bring your Mossi g items out shortly, thank you for your patience" instead I was met with an immense amount of attitude & disrespect. And then blamed for their short coming as a collective.

I waited 20 minutes at this McDonald's. I barely get a lunch break. Called myself coming here to get fast food. They blocked off a whole lane at this McDonald's. The line was all the way out in the street. I missed my late lunch today because this McDonald's was inefficient and unorganized.

Went here on my lunch break and I'm going to say, the food was trash. Ordered a McChicken nd it was dry and burnt. McDouble had holes in it and it was dry as well. The fries were soft and unseasoned as well. I really had to down my Sprite just to keep from throwing up.

I like this location, it is by far better than the one across town. I have commended many workers there, and this time wish to commend MARIA!!!!!!. But you guys make it very difficult to commend the workers and its difficult to do so on the site. Not good for the workers

Service was below average & the order was incorrect. Ordered 3 mc doubles and a small fry from the dollar menu, and a large 20 piece nugget meal with sweet & sour sauce. We were charged more than we should have been for a Mcdouble and small fry (part of the 2 for $2 menu and were charged $3.09). A dollar is not a lot but nobody should be over charged for anything. We were then only given a medium meal, and there was NO sauce put in the bag whatsoever. Lucky we had some ranch dip at home which sufficed but still, not impressed at all by this location.

Worst service ever!! Just left after telling her my order which includes a small mocha frappe Along with happy meal for my son and a burger and fry for my other half.... the girl stated they were not making frappes and after that she disappeared. I was saying helloooo!?!! And she never came back. I was curious why she wasn't answering me and moved up so the person behind me can order and all of a sudden I hear... "can I take your order" I just decided to take my business elsewhere where they actually appreciate it.

First off they are slow. I only ordered a medium fry and a mcchicken. It literally took 13 minutes for me to get my food. The cashier was so unfriendly and had no sense of urgency. No personality at all. Customer service should not be her job. Not only that, my daughter ordered a McFlurry. The cashier didn't ask what kind she wanted. She fixed her a m&m mcflurry anyways, which that's the one she did not want. I didn't realize until after we left. Being that the cashier was moving slow, the line was at the door. They will not get my business anymore

I've eaten at this McDonald's, more than once. But this review is only for my most recent visit. I ordered a large fry, the wait was relatively long. The fries were not salted to my satisfaction. But they were fresh and hot. I will be back to this McDonald's. Hopefully next time will be better.

This McDonald's is always a last resort for a simple reason. They are consistent in bad service. Today we ordered food for the fam, the happy meal had no toy, instead of dr pepper we got flat coke, fries were old, big macs missing ingredients... Just terrible. And then there was an employee standing and sleeping at the coffee machine... When will service improve?

Ill start by talking about the positive .... Its never a super long line so the drive thru is always fast, but you can certainly expect to get your food with a side of attitude. The food is edible ... The ice cream machine is always down. And asking for extra napkins is taboo ...

This place is so slow in their service. I've been sitting at the drive through for a solid 10 minutes without any movement. That's kind of ridiculous for a fast food chain. This has happened on several occasions as I live in the area.

I have a serious problem with the drive thru window, and all property signs stating this location is 24 hours, and then it's actually closed. If you're advertising as a 24 hour establishment, then you should be open for 24 hours. Yes, it's 3 am; however, since I expected the 24 hour signs posted throughout the property to be honest advertising, I shouldn't pull up to see all lights off, the drive through windows barred, and an employee waving through the window that they're closed.

this morning they gave me a raw sausage on my biscuit...they knew the sausage wasnt done when he put it on my biscuit..i had to get off the highway at glenwood and drive all the way back to candler rd..i will never come here again..i've been eating here since the 80s...smh..terrible service noow....this use to be the best mcdonalds in decatur..smh..just naaasty..

It will be faster to walk to another location than to sit in the drive thru and then in a parking spot waiting for your food. It would've been faster to buy a deep fryer, ingredients, cook the food, and clean it all up than it was to get my food.

I only come inside of this McDonalds to purchase soft drinks only for some odd reason. And when I come inside it is always clean and due to my limited purchase it doesn't take them too long to bring me my stuff. However, I believe their is some truth to the stuff that's being said about this place but I just haven't encountered it yet.

This has, by far, been my best Mcdonald's experience. The food, of course, sucks, but that's known and expected...it's fast food. The customer service was, however, superb...especially the manager. I came here only because it's Friday and my son gets to choose his Friday dinner. He ordered a happy meal and we decided to eat at the restaurant (loosley used). Unfortunately, they were out of toys and gave my son a coloring book. Needless to say, he was unhappy. To make up for it, though, the manager gave him a courtesy apple pie and ice cream. Now my son is super happy, and isn't that what a happy meal is supposed to do? Lol

I'm out of town visiting and decided to grab a coffee before leaving Atlanta. There are crackheads sprinkled all over the streets which should have been a sign. Anyway. I placed an order for a large BLACK iced coffee. I went to the window to pay and the woman that took my car didn't look at me once just swiped my card without even saying a word. SHE WAS VERY RUDE. I went to the next window to get my coffee. Another woman was at the window. A lot nicer but said she'd bring out my fries to pull up because they weren't ready and handed me my coffee in a large cardboard cup . But it wasn't black! It was so sweet that I wasn't sure if it was just liquid sugar or what. I walked in and it immediately smelled like throw up! I was like wtf! I went up to the counter and the workers just looked at me. I'm like umm "hi, I ordered a BLACK iced coffee. But this is sweet" he just looked at me and he looked to be the manager. He remade it. Thank goodness. But do not go to this location. It was disgusting!

Service sucks good was cold and the wait was ridiculousn. I will never eat here again the bathroom was dirty and the GM General manager was rude and loud

11-26-2015: This is the Second Worst McDonald's in The World. On the way to Florida stopped by to get breakfast. They do not know what Apple Pay is although they have blue and white signs advertising such on the glass windows. The cashier says that her two managers said that they do it do Apple Play. Note: there was not a language problem.

Worst costumer service ever. I had gotten the wrong order, than the order that was messed up never came back I waited 15 minutes before I walked up to the front to get assistance. No sense of urgency at all. All of the three people who saw me standing there kept walking by me ignoring me. After patiently standing and waiting for 10 minutes I ask the cashier if the order that if I was getting the order I was missing. The food that at the front ready, and cold. Well, so was the rest of the order I had in the bag.
