McDonald's

My experience was terrible here. I came in to order through a kiosk. We ordered a McDouble, French fries , 3 snack wraps and a Diet Coke. We had the food brought to us and they forgot our McDouble so I walked up to the counter to ask for the forgotten McDouble and I asked for ketchup as well. I said excuse me sir they forgot my McDouble. Also may I have ketchup please. I showed him the sheet that had number 30 on it. Well the gentlemen that helped me smashed ketchup packets in my hand. Then while waiting for the McDouble he walked past me THREW it ON ANOTHER CUSTOMERS TABLE to which it was number 14(which still had the sign on it)! He threw it on their table. The customers who he threw MY FOOD ON already had ALL of their food! I asked is the customer is that my McDouble and he said yes. Customer even said we aren’t even the same table. This employee was just downright RUDE! I was polite to him ! Also the women’s bathroom HAD NO WATER TO WASH MY HANDS! So my guy friend had to take me to the men’s washroom so I could wash the soap off my hands! Also the snack wraps were made TOTALLY off. One snack wrap had a LOT OF spicy sauce on it. The other one had barely any sauce. Instead of putting it ALL the way through the snack wrap they just put it on the end! I have never had SUCH BAD TREATMENT. This was RUDE! Also disgusting that their was NO WATER IN THE WOMENS WASHROOM SO THEY ARE NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS!

Ordered breakfast in app at 10:24, arrived at 10:33 to pick up food. Was told I was too late for breakfast, as they apparently won't make my meal til I get there when I order for ASAP pickup, and they will HARD cut off breakfast at 10:30. Was also told to cancel my own order in the app to get a refund, instead of an individual at the store being willing to refund me. Always love how a business can take my money in 3 seconds, but not return it for days when they can't deliver on what I paid for.

I've never reviewed or intended to review a fast food place but Legit this is one of the tastiest MCD's I've ever been to so had to shout it out. It's a bit odd that the best tasting McDonald's is attached to a gas station but don't let that fool you... The food is always hot, almost as if it's made for you on the spot. It's delicious every time, this location pumps out consistent quality everyday. It tastes so much better than the MCD a couple miles down or any MCD - felt like I was a kid again it's that good! I recently moved to this town and basically lived off this MCD the first month and I've never had a bad experience. I kept coming back for breakfast and lunch! Also, impressively quick -- considering it's at a gas station it's even more impressive. I hit the drive thru via mobile order and it's always smooth as butter. Staff is extra friendly and attentive more so than most MCDs around the United States I've been to. The fries are hot every time!!! I am loving it!

The drive-thru staff are like robots. They're not really friendly. 3 times they've left food out of my bag. They've had things on the menu board that they don't even offer. The only thing really going for this location is convenience.

Could be friendlier! They sadly charge for refills.

I had a terrible McDonald’s experience in Iowa city, and this McDonald’s made up for it. I ordered the same thing I normally get and everything arrived perfectly. Props to this McDonald’s for doing it amazingly!!! Got a number 7 just for anyone who’s wondering and I could order 20 more if I could stomach it!

We wanted twist cones but the worker didn't tell us that they were out of chocolate util he handed us vanilla cones. The ice machine was broken, and every dining table was dirty. Awful place.

Placed an order from the app, along with 3 other co-workers orders. One entire order was missing. Called to say it was missing and got attitude saying they never got the order yet we have a printed receipt from the store. When talking to the lady on the phone she had attitude and told me the manager left to come back friday. Co-worker went back and the order was sitting there. Would stay away from this one. Completely unacceptable to argue with a customer about an order, and then lie that the restaurant never received it. When in fact they did.

On my way to Wisconsin, I stopped at this McDonald's for a quick snack and to fill up on gas. I was able to get gas and a cup of coffee and get back on the road quickly. I highly recommend this McDonald's!

Complained to the manager that the price for a piece of cheese was 1.39...when I asked the manager she screened at me. 2 days later I called and talked to the head manager Mike. Told him the story and he was dead silent about his manager screening at me. He didn't say a word. How can a franchise Owner put people in charge of there store and allow first, a manager to scream at a customer and second, not even acknowledge to a customer that this should never happen?

terrible. they never update their hours very unprofessional. Food is always cold, they need better managers here.

How fucking long does it take to get a single fucking coke i've been in this drive through for 10 fucking minutes

Wasn't even cooked right. The bun was cold and the patty tasted like it just sat somewhere for a few hours. And didnt have my order right either

They had a half dead cock roach in my mf flurry and the oreos weren't orest they wherre cream rounds shkts asss ngl so EAT THE FOOD :)

Went to the bathroom to take a dump, didn't flush as I walk out a gentleman walks in, takes a sniff and says "hm, this must be the kitchen." Thank you McDonald's.

My food had a bug in it. I took it back, they didn't seem concerned at all. I called customer service and they just gave me a coupon for a breakfast sandwich to the same shitty location. They don't seem to care about cleanliness.

The worse of all local McDonalds. They appear unable to understand the spoken word. The food is very greasy and tasted like onion rings. They gave me a hard time about my buy one get one Quarter Pounder with cheese. Will never come back to this location. I suggest you avoid it as well!

Ok so I went to mcdonald's with my homie and we ask for a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a McFlurry and pickles on the side and also on the sandwich, everything else went fine when we realized the sandwich was not in fact spicy and that they didn't put any extra pickles on the side because I wanted to try and eat the flurry with a pickle and fry on it and to say the least I was disappointed.

We live about 5 minutes from this location. Staff ALWAYS have their masks on and while at night the lines can oddly be long (when everyone gets those late night cravings) the staff are consistently friendly. My girlfriend always asks for "fresh fries" and the staff always abolish. I would recommend this location along with the perk of the gas station attached.

I have never in my life been talked to so rudely through a drive thru as I did tonight. So ignorant, no please, no thank you- like a damn robot. Makes me sick to think I spend my hard earned money at a place that can't even be somewhat polite. McDonald's you need to get your a$$es here and fox this place. Completely UNACCEPTABLE

McDonald's is certainly the first place I would go if I was hungry this place is amazing.

Quite honestly the rudest people I've ever encountered and the food was awful. McDonald's is pretty standard across the board. Not rocket science, but apparently too difficult for the folks who work here. Also, could not even drink the coke - it had a very weird taste to it. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here

I have placed an online order, but once I pulled to the window for pick up they said they don't see my order and I've been waiting about 15 min on the curbside for my order. And still I went inside to get my order. 4 stars only for staff who wanted to male it right. Otherwise it's 1 star for app and the system working.

Slowest Drive-Thru I have ever been to. Also they always mess up your order. I called the manager several times here but it's still the same up until now. It's been years!

Absolutely disgusted by the "manager" who obviously doesn't know anything about customer service. Telling me what I get is what I get and if it's wrong I can drive 10 miles back to the restaurant. Chicken sandwich was not chicken, nor was it cooked how I asked to begin with.

It's McDonalds. What else can you say? It's the fast food icon, and basically put the industry where it is today - cheap food, not overly nutritious and something that should not be a regular choice. It has come a long way since the 15 cent hamburgers, but fortunately the competition has been more nimble, so there are a lot of better choices out there (and a lot of worse!).

Beware! Extra charges on a lot of items such as switching out sausage for bacon or Canadian bacon on Egg McMuffins the no substitution scam is back! they make the big money on nickel-and-diming for garbage to begin with. Also for the little bit of fake ice cream they give you for a Sundae on a cone for the money you're better off to go to a smaller Mom and Pop Shop you'll get more for the money and it's probably real and better! Another thing the people who work drive-through should be taught to speak English a little better so we can understand them

Reviewing one star AGAIN because they left food off my order and then didn't even put my name on the list to give me what I paid for. They wouldnt give me the food so basically I gave McDonalds a donation. Hate this place

Horrible experience. I think it's time someone from cooperate got in there, and trained properly for accurate and friendly service.

I went there on my way home from work around 7:30pm. So I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with only lettuce and tomato and I got my husband a double bacon burger and they were so confused. I had to ask them over and over to repeat my order and when I got up to the window I again had to ask them to repeat my order. They were so confused about the bacon because I guess they never have to put bacon on a sandwich it took them 15 minutes to get my order ready. So I will never go back there again.The girl at the window did not understand basic English she had to call for her manager to help put the order in correctly. I really didn't think it was going to be that hard just to put a piece of bacon on a cheeseburger but I guess it was. And they dont know basic English which to me is a shame. Good grief at least company's should hired employees that can speak basic English.

8 minutes standing at the counter before even being acknowledged. Order incorrectly rung up. Once fixed incorrectly prepared. Water missing. Vanilla shake overloaded with vanilla syrup. Pretty useless all around.

Would give zero if I could. Expect to wait 1hr plus in drive through and once u get your food it'll taste old and stale, don't really go here anymore, I'm loving it ;)

In the drive through, they had advertised that they had the seasonal frozen lemonades. When we ordered two of them (the reason we came), they said they didn't have them. The least they could do would put a sign on the drive through menu...

Worst McDonalds I've been to. Long waits and cold food, both windows have to ask what my order was, every time I go there. Why do you need to take my order 3 times? The inside is extremely dirty and there are fruit flies on the drink machine. I'll go across the street to Dunkin Donuts from now on.

I have been to this McDonald's multiple times because it is the only one close to my home. Every time I go there is always something either missing or not correct with my order. This time I went for a simple order of unsalted fries....got my order of fries and it was barely half full. When I gave the fries back and told the employees it was not even a full order they just giggle and have me wait while they made more fries. Management and their employees just don't seem to care at this location. Worst McDonald's ever check your orders before you leave they will be missing something. Guaranteed. Better going across the street to Fratello's. I'm loving it

The drinks didn't come until after we ate our meal. Not just for us, for everyone. The place was very dirty. All the tables were filthy. The condiments were out.

This McDonald's seems to care about doing a good job. 8 out of 10 times I have had a good experience. The manager was taking orders and had one lady helping her last time I was here. They were laughing a lot, yet screwed my order up. It seems like it would be a one time thing. I will still return.

People are leaving and walking in because of how slow the drive thru is. No wonder everyone still waits in fratellos line.

Management has really let the place go downhill it's always dirty and none of their machines ever seem to work. Once in a year will I be able to get an ice cream cone from them because the machine is always broken. They stopped selling chocolate chip cookies too, what a stupid marketing move. Hey lets get rid of the most popular cookie and lose profits! Great job guys.

I wish I could give one star. Horrible drive through service. And your hours say open 24/7 which is not true at all. Worst McDonald's around.

I never write reviews..only look at them. This has to be known. I ate a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with ranch and that was about 5pm. It is now 10 pm and I am STUCK on the toilet..(Sorry for tmi!) I'm pretty sure I have food poisoning from them. Only reason that makes me think this is because I took a bite out of one chicken nugget and there was something weird about it but i decided to disregard it because I thought that it maybe could have been cartilage or something of that sort in it. I was wrong. An entire area of that one chicken nugget was undercooked and here I am experiencing nausea, diarrhea, chills, and shaking of both hands and legs. I knew this place had some issues, but this is the end for me. I understand that food poisoning does happen and its a pretty common thing but the employees should be making sure the food is properly cooked. I would complain about it to them, but they seem to not understand anything im saying.. i dont know. maybe a bad night?

The worst customer Service not mention the waiting period to get a coffee is always 5 min and up.

I frequently stop here in the morning on my way to work. I rarely have issues when going through the drive-thru, but when I have gone inside - the service is appalling! The staff is extremely rude, to ALL customers. Most of the time, it seems as if the customers waiting to order are invisible and then when someone finally decides to take your order, it's as if you are imposing on THEM! How rude of us to go into their McDonald's and place an order! I've witnessed multiple orders get messed up and when the customer points out the mistake, the staff gets mad at the customer! As if it were our fault!! And this is all being portrayed by long-time employees. Someone new, I could understand and be patient with. But there is one woman in particular that should be working on a submarine, away from human interaction. This morning was the last straw. I ordered my usual meal along with a Large Iced Coffee. The girl mistakenly rung me up for a regular coffee (not iced). I then told the woman I ordered an Iced Coffee, which I know I clearly stated and she proceeded to charge me for the difference! NOT MY MISTAKE LADY! That is the last time I will EVER go to this McDonald's. Shame on these people. I wish I knew the name of the woman who seems to be in charge there. I would most definitely report her to Corporate. She is a disgrace to the community. And who the hell wants to deal with that attitude on the way to work in the morning?! I just want my sausage McMuffin and my iced coffee. Nothing more, nothing less.

I with I could rate this restaurant zero! This McDonald's has messed up our order EVERY SINGLE time we are there! The customer service is unbelievably bad. Skip it and go the next one down the road!

I stopped here on my way home from work. I ordered some ice cream and two sandwiches, one cheeseburger and one mcchicken. I bite into my cheeseburger and there was a piece of hair in it about 1 1/2" long. Not my first time at McDonald's never had a problem so I called and told the mananger told her i didn't want anything in return, I just wanted her to know. Ok fine whatever, I didn't check my bfs mcChicken so I figured before he found it I would look sure enough multiple pieces of hair! Same kind and length called the manager and said I just want my money back. She informed me that I could be refunded since I didn't take the receipt from the first window! Normally I don't get hair in my food and receipts add up in my purse. I told her I would bring her the sandwiches back hair and all and she begin to tell me that she has never had a complaint about hair in 2 1/2 years, I proceded to tell her about these reviews, all recently posted, all complaints. So I lost $3 and gained some hair

I do not even know or remember a time I have had such a disgraceful interaction. Whomever worked the drive-thru had a nasty attitude. The kid at the second window could care less about anything. When our order was wrong anyway I went into the McDonalds and was greeted by a young girl who asked if she could help me with out looking at me and only acknowledging the Mcflury she was making .. When I asked for a sundae they looked at me like I was stupid. What kind of sundae. Had I been asked this in the first place I wouldn't have ended up with vanilla ice cram . They manager stated the screen said just a plain sundae .. ?? I stated that's because that kid who took the order was extremely rude. He stated he'd have a talk with him. Right. I know exactly what you'll be taking about. I'm at a loss. Had I wanted just ice cream I would have asked for vanilla ice cream. A sundae comes with toppings. Rude, zero customer service or common sense. Terrible.
