Hi hello I am unsatisfied with my order. My mc crispy burger was totally over cooked/fried. The color of the meat inside was unusually dark and comes with a bitter taste. The bun itself looks over cooked too. I think it is NOT the one I need, it is totally different! The driver also smokes inside their car while delivering my order. Totally unacceptable!

My 1st time here and this is what I got. I didn’t realize it till later. Leaked in my car cup holder. I goto McDonalds all h the time but this is the 1st.

Great atmosphere to enjoy a cup of coffee, or any meal. Across the street from ELAC, many people around minded their own business, or just walking like zombies. Careful there, lately has been a little incidents that people drive like crazy, they do not looking around. 🤔

Had a pleasant experience at McDonald's today. I would never review a fast food restaurant normally, unless they were bad. 😂

I just ordered here and they told the driver someone else picked up my order but the app did not show another driver. This is not the first time it happens to me here when ordering at night. The night workers are either incompetent and giving out orders to the wrong drivers without double checking or they are keeping the orders to hand to their friends.

On the internet, Americans technology is based on lies it said 24 h dining is opened, and it's not, and on the location said 5am open, d but it's not! I planned to come here and finally they opened at 5:20 am and I did not give any stars to lies but gaveve 3 stars because they refilled your coffee once for free and usually customer friendly

Just ordered a midnight Mc delivery, very fast( that’s why I didn’t give a one star) but they miss all the sauce I need, now I need to finish 20 nuggets and 2 medium fries without any sauce. I can’t get the sauce in person cuz it’s kinda far from me 😭

Sometimes the food they give you is cold.... And they forget to give you your drinks a lot it's by the school so you can't really complain

Stopped here for some coffee and Egg Mc Muffins , Pancakes and sausages with Orange juice. We had a morning meeting here with my crew. Mc Donalds was the only thing opened and convient. Breakfast was ok here , love the coffee and Orange Juice.

At about 5:00 am this morning , 6-25-24, who would have known asking for a cup of water, which I had ordered, at the pick up window would have set off the lady who handed the order to me at the drive through window. She angrily said you need to get water at the other window and then walked away telling another worker to get the water. This was such an unnecessary display of discourtesy and anger that I have not seen at this McDonalds. She had a dark blue shirt while the other ladies had off white shirts, so was she a shift manager? I will take my appetite and business to another McDonalds from now on.

Service making the food is still good But today, my receipt was missing stuff. Nowadays earning points is a way to save money. And the part that shows the numbers to be added to the app in case you did not order via app was missing.

I was so hungry on the way to work, I had to stop by mcdonalds and order two hash browns (my weakness) and an egg sausage mcmuffin. Really filled me up for the rest of the day and the drive through was quick.

Ordered this triple cheeseburger from McDonald's added lettuce added tomato and I got nothing

I was here on Friday 8/23 for the fries deal. I asked for them to be well done. It said on the screen and receipt. Worse fries ever. Tasted like they were not cooked. I was looking forward to crunchy fries. SMH.

Service is horrible! I waited outside for my pick up for 35 minutes and no one ever came out! I finally got out to go check and no one was even in there anymore . The rush had ended but they still didn't have it ready. Daniel C. The Manager said he was just waiting for the drinks. He said they had been busy but I asked him don't u go in order as to when the order is placed? Two other people had to get out also . When Daniel finally handed me the food he never apologized. When I got home my son's whole order was wrong! Had to go back!!!!!! All he could say was it was hectic and he hated the pick up service! I guess he hates it so much he just ignores the customers waiting there!!

Service is bad like really bad. Food order wrong and if you try to be nice they give attitude back. Overall don't come here go down the street.

By far the WORST McDonald's!! These kids that work here don't care about customer service ! They can give 2 you know what about the food they give a out ! Food is always cold fries cold ! On top of that the orders are always wrong make sure to double check your order ! Restrooms are dirty and smell like shit ! Lots of homeless in there too ! I won't be eating McDonald's ever ! I'm taking my ass to in and out

Clean place. No lines at the time I arrived I ordered a big coffee it was hot. Not sure what happen with my apple pies? They were cold and no date stamp on it. I personally don't recommend this place.

McDonald's have been changing the look at every McDonald's in California and probably every states. They need a fresh new look to bring the new generation in to McDonald's and enjoy a great meal. They brought down the 70' look to a more modern look. The food is the same with the classic like the Big mac,the quarter pounder also other meal they have for years. I came to have breakfast one the important meals of the day I really enjoy the sauage McDuffie with egg in the morning and coffee. I have been coming this McDonald's for many years and cross the street is ELAC.

I ordered plain hamburgers yesterday and they gave me cheeseburgers same location same staff with leaving hairs in food this place needs work

We come to this location because it is the most convenient for us, but most McDonald's we go to have the same standard service. Usually we are here to get late night snacks, such as fries, spicy McChicken, and a large iced coffee. Lately the fries have been smaller than usual even though we order a large. The food still tastes fine overall. There have been no mess ups on our orders so far either. I took out 2 stars because the environment isn't the best. I always have to be alert at all times because it doesn't feel safe when I'm ordering or when I'm eating there. I prefer doing the drive thru so that I can come and go quickly.

never going here again. absolutely terrible service. I had mobile ordered my order around 10:20 and i arrived to pick up the order at 10:29 and they had already cancelled my order saying breakfast wasn't available. i was here ready to collect my order before the breakfast was cut off and they still cancelled it. i work in fast food and this is just lazy workers putting away breakfast before it's done. this mcdonald's is the slowest mcdonald's i've ever been at and the food quality is never great. this location needs to be restaffed and retrained. save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This location is very small and drive thru is kind of tight where it can cause street traffic from cars waiting to get into the drive thru lane. My least favorite location as wait time took me about 20-25 mins to be able to order. They're frappe machine was also out of service so that was not available. Tip: download the McDonald app to collect points and for more deals Parking: lot is very small, this location seems best for drive thru Location: it's right next to the East LA College. A little hidden on side street.

LARGE FRY OR FLY?! WORSE....A FLY IN MY FRIES!!! To say I am absolutely DISGUSTED would be an understatement! I'm livid! There I was, enjoying some fries when I decided to set them down to have a sip of my drink, but then I noticed something dark. At first, I thought it was a burnt fry, but then I moved it around and realized it was a FLY!!!! A deep fried, salted BUG...IN MY FRIES. The thought of it makes me want to throw up all over again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! If I could give negative 5 stars, I WOULD!

Ordered for curbside and waited about 20-30 minutes just for them not to being it out and when we went inside to ask for it the employee's were rude and giving attitude. wouldn't recommend eating here

Worst service ever!!! Waited like 15 min for a damn soda and once i got it it was watered down. Large coke to be exact

This is a complaint, cuz now I have to drive all the way up here to get really good make doubles and nuggets at 10:40 on rainy day the nuggets we're fresh so where the burgers keep it off the grill

I placed an order from Uber for an orange juice, that I was craving! But nooooo they can't even get that right! My juice tastes and feels like thick slime!! And y'all wanna make more money! Only to send garbage to people! Get your employees right!

The food was absolute disgusting garbage. The fries were stale and cold, the filet-o-fish was tiny and dried up. It looked like someone vomited tartar sauce all over it. The chicken sandwich was burned, dry, tough, and flavorless. Disgusting and embarrassing.

I ordered an unsweetened tea. Lady gave me half half. I told her that I ordered an unsweetened tea. She gave me an attitude and made me another drink full of sugar.

Avoid this Mc Donald's!!!! Tried using drive through code it said it was accepted on my end and the person at the intercom says it didn't go through and try again. Tryed it again and she said it was used already ( because I gave it to her the first time and it went through! ) she goes and asks the manager and they say the code hasn't been working all day. They could have told me that in the first time instead of wasting my code and time ! This Mc Donald's is a scam ! Had a good deal for chicken nuggets $5 for 20 pieces now I can't even use it anymore

Spicy chicken sandwich was good, it was actually spicy, sweet tea, usual. Now the fries, and I am seeing I am not the only one, what's going on with the portion??? I ordered and paid for a medium, not small??! Skimpy. I wonder if other locations are doing the same?

Large fries looks like the fries are trying to hide. I thought McDonald's has standards, guess I was wrong. I mean, they ask people to support business during the pandemic. Why should I, if I am going to be scammed?

On Thursday October 19th i arrived at the drive through a little after 2pm. The young man at the pick up window didn't acknowledge me and continued his conversation with his female co-worker. Usually this wouldn't even bother me but the young man kept cursing during his personal conversation and my kids were present and could hearing all his inappropriate language. Ironically he was the only one not wearing his name name tag. To make matters worse he forgot to add my fries to my orders.

Delicious like always just charged me for medium fries and I asked for it here but they made it to go that's why I only gave it 4 stars.... New comment.... Why do you guys have a sign that says free pie if we don't ask about the app. And you guys go and use a automated voice recorder to ask . I find it really stupid and wrong of you guys it's just a total joke. Try actually doing your job .!!

This location used to mess up my orders all the time. But in the last year they have been spot on and accurate. I'm impressed. They don't forget the sauce even. This is my go to location and I'm here maybe once a week. I love that they have Apple fritters now. The staff is pleasant especially the male workers. They don't make me feel like I'm bothering them if I have questions. They're quick too. Will keep coming back. They have the buy one get one for $1 promotion currently going on. Got the chicken nuggets, quarter pounder, Big Mac and filet o fish!

Why is this McDonald's not shut down yet? I'd give 0 stars but you can't. Hector the manager is a horrible manager cause he doesn't understand customer service. Their drive thru attendants told us we had everything in the bag. NEVER listen ALWAY check. We left missing an apple pie. On the drive home we realized that and went back to collect our apple pie. They said sorry we are out you have to wait 10 minutes. 10 minutes later no apple pie and all our food including our fries were cold. What did management do? Refund us our money and take all the food back. They knowingly didn't pack our 4th apple pie and didn't tell us thinking by the time we left we wouldn't go back. Also, they're out of cups? How do they run out of cups? Do they not place orders on time? 45 minutes later no food. Went to Carl's Jr where we got everything and the food was hot. Such a disappointment every time. How hard is it to do your job? What are they all getting paid for?

Worse McDonald's I ever been to. I wanted an the 2 for $4.50 deal, egg mcMuffin NO SAUSAGE and they charged me for the more expensive one, they refunded my money. But they do not LISTEN. No ketchup either. I am not one to deliver bad news, especially for a McDonald's but avoid this one if possible. There are more close by.

I just mobile order free French fries . I use the Apple Pay .The manager charge my French fries price .

They were super fast. Made a mobile order, then checked in when i got to the parking lot. When I walked inside, my order was ready to be picked up. I ordered fish-o-fillets (1 without tar tar sauce) and fries and what I received was accurate. I thought the fish patty was darker than usual and not as fresh as what I usually get from Mcdonald's. I don't appreciate old food. The fries were lightly salted, so those were good. Overall, the ordering process was smooth and quick, although I wouldn't mind waiting a little bit for fresher fish patty.

This is one of the slowest McDonalds in SoCal. I don't even like the food. Not even the breakfasts. But my son and daughter in law asked me to bring them breakfasts from here. They must hate themselves. I'm typing all of this from the "drive thru" queue watching three workers standing behind the counter and talk to each other. Why aren't they working? Why aren't they filling bags with food ordered by the clueless customers? Why aren't they standing outside waving-off customers advising them to go someplace else because they can't handle the volume? But I'm sure the food is worth this wait. No. It's McDonalds.

We ordered through door dash, and when our driver got there they told him they aren't taking online orders and we need to cancel. After we waited a half hour for them to prepare it. Sounds like some lazy employees to me and bad management. Wack McDonalds.

Worst service of any location ever: three times this week we have had to leave the drive thru. I mean 10 min and never moved. The management has to be be more efficient: this is absolutely unacceptable even for McDonald's

The ice cream machine is always broken and the food is always cold! Do not come here at all

I want to give this McDonald's a negative star , not a one star . Horrific customer service, order wasn't right . Missing food . And the worse part noticing it when you're on the freeway never ever coming back to this location on floral drive

My compliments are for Samuel! We normally see him thru the drive thru and he is always super polite . Employees like him should be recognized! Awesome job!

They don't fill up on your fries or drinks. Paying full price for half the food? They literally fill in less than even half. I always have to check on my order at this location.

This is my top McDonalds. I have had the best oatmeal here, the best McChickens, and the best service. I am usually able to find a seat, even during rush hour, just by asking others if I can share their table. I find the other patrons to be well behaved for the most part. The only competition for seats is with elderly people who need to sit down much more than I do, and other students who don't stick around long anyway. Even at its most crowded, the staff keeps the place clean somehow. I am in awe. Yeah, they very rarely have occasions where they mess up some trivial thing or other in my order, but it's stuff like giving me the wrong sauce. Easy fixes. I know they're serving like three hundred other people, so I don't take it personally like others. Their service always makes my day if it hasn't been going well. Thanks, y'all!

I've gone to this McDonald's three times this weekend on Oct 10/21/22 at 12:00 am, Oct 10/22/22 at 1:30 am and again at 10/23/22 2:04 am. every time I pass through the Drive through they say they're only taking cash, that their computers are always down. Further when I ask for a supervisor or anybody that can actually help me for the reasons why they're only taking cash I get no response.

Honestly I'm not mad at the employees but I made an mobile order on the app for "lunch" items at around 3:45 and I got to this mcdonalds by 3:55 and notified them of my mobile order. they took around 3minutes to get back to me and then told me that they're no longer serving lunch items. I'm pretty sure the app says that they serve it until 4 am and so we basically wasted our time coming here because we just really wanted some chicken nuggets. The employee said their manager stopped serving lunch items 10 minutes prior to our arrival. This system is so stupid if you're not going to honor the proper time schedule !!!!! I made an order just for it not to be fulfilled :-) waste of time. it's currently 4:04 am right now as I'm finishing up this review today is saturday july 27th fyi!

NEVER ORDER A FILET OF FISH FROM HERE! Ok, it's McDonalds, you know what you get. I know the fish is not their most popular item but when I received it, it was obviously not fresh. The bread was rock hard! I understand that for efficiency, they may pre-make some items. But you should know how long something's been under a heat lamp before you sell it! This happened twice in the span of 2 weeks to me. Both times the same, bread was rock hard!

Because I or my son have been shorted on several orders over the years at this location, I pulled over into the pickup area (so I wouldn't hold up other customers) after getting my order to check. Unfortunately, the order didn't include 2 large shakes and they didn't include a fish sandwich on my receipt that I had ordered. I went inside and said, "Where's the manager?!" Jesus immediately responded. Told him what happened and that I had to get back to my car because my granddaughter was inside. He said he would bring out my shakes along with a filet of fish at no charge. He brought the food fast and apologized. Told him in so many words that this is the only bad McDonald's I've ever experienced and why. I don't think Jesus is a bad manager. In fact, he was remarkably patient and courteous with me considering how unhappy I was. I think he's just saddled with a tough situation.

Horrible!!!! I live 3 minutes away from this location. I tend to stop here a lot. But, today was just the worst experience I've ever had with any McDonald's restaurant. I purchased about $32 worth of food. My fries and nuggets were cold. And it was not from the drive home. They were cold and stale. This couldn't have happened during the drive home. This food was sitting for a while before they gave it to me. I will most likely not stop here anymore. I feel like I threw money away because I couldn't eat this nasty food!

This was my boyhood McDonald's. I would ride my bike down to get a snack. Later in high school I discovered I could get five hamburgers for $2.00! The building and neighborhood of course has changed over the years. I found it easier to walk in rather than wait on the drive in line. I was planning on eating the Tri-fecta, the Grand Big Mac, the Big Mac, and the Mac Jr., But I wisely decided not to, I didn't want to pass out. Instead I had the slightly (slightly) healthier Filet o'Fish sandwich and Grand Big Mac. It is Filet o'Fish Friday!!! Food, great. Location, great. Memories, priceless!
