The food was nice, I liked it. But other than the food, I had to wait for 20+ minutes and it felt longer than that. I ordered through the Kiosk, the ordering was simple but I never got a receipt through the Kiosk. I think that they ran out of the paper for the receipt. This happened TWICE! 2 years ago and today. I don't know when the staff will get the paper for the recept. I saw a lot of people waiting for their food. I feel bad for them. I hope the staff will fix all these issues that were said in my complaint. Overall, the food was good, but the service was not that good. Thank you for reading this, have a good day!

I visit this McDonald’s location frequently, and the food is consistently hot, fresh, and well-prepared. However, I have experienced significant issues with customer service. On one visit, while waiting at the second window for my hashbrowns and drink, I politely mentioned the missing items to the staff member distributing orders. Instead of addressing the oversight, she began huffing and visibly showing frustration, as if I were inconveniencing her. While the food quality is excellent, the service at this location falls below expectations. I hope management addresses this behavior to ensure a professional and courteous experience for all customers.

Me and my son are staying at The Ronald McDonald Charity House in New Orleans while he is receiving chemotherapy and radiation for cancer. His absolute favorite place to eat is McDonald’s. Today we went through the drive through at this location. When my order was given to me - I checked the bag as I would usually. I noticed I was missing my fry and my sons’ chocolate milk. The employee working the pickup window with a short hair cut and look to be a manager shirt, was very annoyed that I noticed missing items and had to ask for them. I politely thanked them however they handed me the bag without looking at me or even replying. I felt disrespected and not sure I’ll give this location my business considering this is the type of people you hire for management staff. If you don’t like your job, simply find another. Being nice costs zero dollars, it’s free to be respectful.

An employee at this McDonald's just punched me in the face unprovoked and on camera. And the manager refused to fire him. I'm waiting on the police now. Update: I called the police. And The manager just called the police on me because I refused to leave. I'm not going anywhere until the police get here. Update: The manager at McDonald's is trying to make me stand outside in 40 degree weather. I'll leave when the police get here and I get my documentation. And press charges.

Breakfast sandwich was disgusting, got the steak and cheese and egg on a muffin. Black burnt steak no egg no cheese, had to wait 20 minutes to get it. I'd give negative stars if I could

I ordered thru postmate and after an hour and forty minutes I figured I would go see what is taking so long there were no cars in the drivethru and the employees were chilling in the lobby and the drive thru was blocked with cones and I knocked on the door and they felt it was necessary to waive me off if you didn't plan on working they should have stayed at home eventually they cancelled my order this location really gives McDonald's a horrible name the slowest fast food in the world when you call they pick up the phone and then hang up they are driving business away y'all need to hire people who want to work smh

Manger fussing! People are clocking out! Line long as heck! young lady in the front thee worst attitude waited 35 minutes for my order that ordered on the mobile app (6 piece chicken nugget happy meal) and I left without my drink because they were still backed up on the drinks and my son food was just sitting there!!!! Like what!!! Food was cold of course it sat for at least 20 minutes and didn't get his drink!!! It is so unorganized and unprofessional there! I'll never go back, not even to take a piss!!!!

I’m not one to have high expectations for fast food but come on. Not only did it take them 50+ minutes for our food but look at this atrocity. You would think a “nicer” location with a recent renovation would have better service or at least give us what we ordered. How intoxicated do you have to be to mess up a 4 piece nugget order? Are you McSerious?

I am a DoorDash/uber eats driver, and we had a pickup there. It took almost 30 minutes for them to give me the food. There was NO ONE at the front counter. Like, what are yall actually doing there?? Then the workers are rude AF (I'm not surprised because look at the city we are in). If I could rate the service ZERO stars, I would. If I could rate the customer service zero stars, I WOULD. I used to work at a McDonald's in San Antonio on Valley Hi. I think someone needs to recruit Sarah (manager) at that location to teach y'all about customer service and how to make shit run smoother because I've never compared her standards to anyone else until now. The type of service I got today would have resulted in being sent home or even fired.

THIS MCDONALDS COULD MAKE SOOOO MUCH MORE MONEY The food is fine, the people are actually fine too, but 24 minutes after ordering at the window to get a mcchicken and McDouble is unacceptable. They have new spots for long drive thru orders to pull out. Bad management.

The store says it's open 24 hours yet at 9:37 pm they refuse to take your order on some nights they say to come inside or they say to order on the mobile app instead of just taking your damn order. The owner needs to make changes cause all these horrible reviews aren't helping. The shop looks attractive but the workers and work ethic is not there. They need to fire all the current managers and hire managers who will put CUSTOMER SERVICE first.

I only give this a star because I have to. I've been to dozens and dozens of Macdonalds in not only the Us but also in France , Italy etc. This is is the best looking Macdonalds I've ever seen but despite a handsome new building it's still the worst Macdonalds on the planet in terms of service and product. You go to a chain restaurant because you expect the same product every time. Not here. My burger the other day.. a double cheeseburger was not only missing the cheese but had only A piece of pickle, and 1/2 a teaspoon of ketchup. This is a formula burger a four year old could assemble, unless this is an intentional mistake to buffer profits. Craving a Macdonalds I asked my assistant to pick one up for me. He was instructed to pull to the side and they'd bring the order out. FORTY MINUTES LATER he finally went in and managed to retrieve it. As I previously stated it was improperly made and cold. Service there has been terrible there for at least fifteen years but after spending at least a couple of million dollars on a new building you'd think the franchisee would consider a better staff. Seems like they decided to cut the staff budget to finance the shiny new building. Doesn't corporate have any oversight on terrible franchises like this. I'll never darken the the door of any Macdonalds again.

Lol ordered through Uber Eats after a long day... no French fries in the meal, diet instead of regular drink and no ice. Oh and wrong sauces. Come on guys. I thought the renovation would spark some customer service fire

Very nice, clean and well maintained McDonalds. Bathrooms are locked and the friendly counter person gladly buzzed me in. Restrooms were very clean. My order came out right. I'm a happy customer!

The sausage McMuffin is really tasty. The woman I talked with who showed me how to order at the self service was lovely to me. She really went above and beyond. It's a newly built McDonald's and is still very clean and welcoming inside. Pity I actually ordered the sausage EGG McMuffin and paid for the sausage EGG McMuffin but when I got my take away home and opened the package there was no egg. Says right on the receipt, sausage EGG McMuffin. Brand new McDonald's but the service is not changed lol I'll give this McDonald's three stars for at least being a very tasty sausage McMuffin.

The breakfast is always hot and fresh. But yall have all this McDonald's money , can yall please have an orientation facility. This queen IS LOUD AF! Rude and beyond be belligerent! Yes, I know it's McDonald's, where on the best of days a three-star review may be a stretch, but this place doesn't deserve to be in business. Nasty is an understatement! Even if you find yourself, like I did, on the streetcar with out-of-town guests with starving children, do not... I repeat DO NOT, put your life in danger by entering this absolute shithole. After an obscenity laced screaming match between a customer and employee (see video), the manager locked the doors to the lobby, essentially locking us in. The manager handled the situation as well as could be expected, but that's the only positive thing I can say about the experience. We eventually got our food, but there was nothing "happy" about this meal. Never again!!!

Say they open 24 hours but just sat in the line for 23 minutes just past 11. And they are just sitting there talking. Claiborne one open and decently quick though

I ordered an iced caramel latte & a egg McMuffin with a hash brown, using my mobile app I walked into the restaurant a employee greeted me good morning, they even ask me did i want ketchup for my egg McMuffin this is the most Friendly MCDONALDS I have ever been too hands down!!! I highly recommend!!! This location!! The wait might be less than 2 mins who is the owner? Awesome operation.

Just doing your everyday, no shakes after midnight, no orders till 4:15, run of the mill bullshtt. Gj crew.

One of few places open late and is there for me at the end of a midnight shift. That alone is 5 stars.

Despite the past reviews on here, this McDonald's is the best one I've ever been to - not only because it is newly built - but the workers here have the best hospitality and service. The whole place is very clean and nice. Food is how it should be and the sweet tea is damn good.

This is my local McDonald's. I only go to the drive thru. It's usually slow, but today I sat for 10 minutes behind about 7 cars. Didn't move. I was getting ready to call the manager from my car when a car moved. I got up to the first window and the cashier was making boxes for happy meals. I sat a minute before asking if I paid at the other window. She said "oh sorry", but kept making boxes. In the meantime, all the cars were taken care of and I was sitting waiting for her to take my money. Total waste of time !! It's McDonald's!!! How hard is that??

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. No sign no drinks long wait...bad service. Avoid at all cost

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, however I believe in being . Honesty is something I value in others and myself, especially when it comes to reviews. Macdonald's is pretty standard and consistent across the board and across the country. That being said, I must say this is consistently the worst one. You will wait forever in the drive through. Nothing is ever ready and it doesn't matter what time you go. It doesn't matter if your the only one ordering in the drive-thru, be prepared to wait at least 20 mins. When you get to the second window, you will observe arguing amongst the employees. No one knows what's going on or what they're doing. I say this after a multitude of visits for the last year. They only reason I went back was its proximity to my home. Hence, I have started choosing another fast food chain. The one positive I can say is it's location is is great and convenient. It is perfectly situated on St. Charles Avenue & Louisiana intersection. Sorry, however I expect more from a behemoth such as McDonald's.

hands down the worse McDonald's I've ever visited, I've been here twice and my coworkers have picked up food for the team here and they never put all the ingredients on the sandwiches, just cheese every single time, it's actually quite impressive how they forget every ingredient but cheese every time. Its upsetting because I rarely eat out, and Ive regretted everytime here. on top of that the workers are extremely rude and unprofessional,each time I've been unable to even decipher who was an employee because they are not in dress code. The location is nice and seemingly upgrade, but the service is surely not. 2/10. To add, this is my first review I've ever taken the time out to actually write more than a sentence so that should tell you

The night manager Michelle was amazing!!! Her customer service was top notch and was very polite!!

Count me among those who rate this the worst McDonald's in the country. The staff could care less and are rude and unhelpful. I asked about the new spicy chicken sandwich and they had never heard of it. They should take the franchise away from the idiot who has it. Once was enough to know that all the other horrific reviews are true. Very sad!

Don't attempt a mobile order here. They'll never find it. Forget curbside service; you'll be waiting after they close. Servers have very confrontational attitude. I can't think of a worse McDonalds, and have travelled extensively across the globe.

Yikes, one and a half stars? At one time, this was the "flagship McDonald's" of New Orleans (Seriously: back when Jim Singleton was on the City Council, many years ago, the construction of a McDonald's directly on St. Charles Avenue was controversial topic. The company responded with a novel two-floor design where the company tried, as best it could in its corporate way, to fit on on the historic thoroughfare. Councilman Singleton referred to it as the "flagship McDonalds" and like a bad ear worm from the Ohio Players, that moniker has run in my head every time I pass St. Charles and Louisiana, for going on now three decades.). Ironically, it now appears in early 2019 the "flagship" will be razed and replaced. Progress! As for this particular McDonald's itself, I've had good service from both the drive through and the walk-up. There have been a couple of episodes where I found myself staring for ten minutes at the fancy stainless steel hardware and employees moving about and asking myself, "WHAT IS GOING ON BACK THERE, WHERE IS MY BISCUIT?", but more often it's a regular quick experience with minimal fuss. The food is consistent with other McDonald's. If you like your dollar sausage biscuit, you can get your dollar sausage biscuit. At this location, the speed, consistency, service, and huge parking lot that wraps around back puts it squarely in average McDonald's territory. That is really a three-star world, but the average score here is so low I'm giving an extra star.

Ordered from door dash how hard is it to get my order right.. now I see by all the reviews and the only 1 star mc Donald's has on there reviews page.. that no one there can get anything right.. I'm not even gouts go into detail how bad this McDonald's is..

This is by far the nastiest McDonald's I've been too. Homeless people, and beggars always in there using the restrooms for drug use and asking customers for money. There's never enough seating because the McDonald's employees are always using several tables to "break time". There's an entire upstairs full of seating that's never open. Employee's are decent and get the orders correct most of the time but the atmosphere is just disgusting.

I didn't think I would make a review on McDonald's. But this place has consistently mess up my order and is slow. So yea. Might as well drive to another McDonald's like a couple minutes down for better service. Pro: at least the food is fresh and hot.

I am giving 5 stars, strictly due to Reagene(sorry if I butchered it) She was amazing in her customer service. The place was hectic, seems like they were short on staff but she still gave everyone the best customer service with the best attitude, which is rare being that everyone else just seems like they hate being at work and they don't have time for you. She is what keeps the everything moving smoothly. Kudos to her for making this ridiculous wait time bearable. I would honestly give this location 1 star. Always long wait times, not clean,most of the employees just don't care.

0 star This place is a total dump. Literally, the workers here don't give a single f to anyone. Ordered two quarter pounder meals, one with Regular coke and another with Diet Coke. When we pull up to the 2nd window this lady with no energy, no f given, literally her face looked like a demon took her soul type of face gave us the drinks. We politely asked which one's regular and diet. She mumbled "I don't know" I literally gave her the "wtf" look and we asked again "which one is regular?" She then says it's the light color one. I don't know if she was on something but the whole service was terrible. We let it go and once we received the bag I noticed there was no chicken nuggets we ordered. She demanded us to show the receipt. Like why the f would we lie on our orders. Terrible service and hope this place close down. Fries were also terrible, over fried and the worst mcd ever. Please don't go here.

I came yesterday and they were out of coffee, so i left. I had given them my code before i left and there was a misunderstanding and my card ended up getting charged on accident. I came back today for a coffee and the lady working recognized me and she made sure i was refunded. I hadn't even noticed i was accidentally charged yet. Thanks for paying attention!!

I live about a 5 minutes from here. The employees are friendly enough but the orders are CONSISTENTLY incorrect and they're CONSISTENTLY out of items. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Claiborne if you need a McDonald's fix.

The cashier was so rude from the beginning (no customer service/hospitality while another employee was very nice) then the food order was incorrect, the bun was hard and messy with cross contamination. The only thing good was the manager handled it properly and returned our money with kindness all while the cashier was muttering under her breath all her complaints about us. We did not go there to argue with the cashier. We are not having an "attitude problem" because we simply wanted our order correct and not nasty.

Came in with the hubby was greeted nicely with a smile got our food was fresh and enjoyed it.

Honestly, why am I writing a review about McDonalds. This one sucks to such a level I have never seen before. I ordered via Uber Eats twice both times nuggets have no sauce. 40 nuggets and not one sauce. I went in and ordered and the staff was ride. The place was gross there was a roach behind the counter and the staff did not seem to care. I have been 3 times and will no longer order from this location.

They are just horrible you never can sit in line like regular McDonald and get your food in 10 min. No it always takes freaking 30-40 mins for a hamburger and fries like really dude

Consistently continues to be the worst McDonald's probably in the entire state of Louisiana. To be in such a great area you would think they would hire people who actually make eye contact and speak when spoken too. I never thought I would be doing a review on a fast food establishment but the customer service was so terrible that I had too. I placed my order and proceeded to pull up to the first window. The young lady at the first window didn't even give me my total. I handed her my card and she handed me my food through the first window. I politely asked if she had any grape jelly and she proceeded to actually point to the second window as opposed to actually opening her mouth and just telling me to pull to the second window. So after me just staring at her for about 60 seconds to calm myself down, I pulled forward to the second window and asked the second wonderful young lady if I could get some grape jelly. She just turned around and walked away. I wasn't sure if she left and went home or if she was going to go get my grape jelly. She returned with one pack of grape jelly and proceeded to slam the window. The nerve of them...then they have the audacity to want 15 dollars an hour. They apparently can't even speak to request 15 dollars an hour. Just close this location down and put a Chick-fil-A here because apparently they have a better hiring process when it comes to who they hire to represent their brand!

This place is a hot mess. Food sits in the window so long it tastes a week old. Oh and I'm currently sitting in a drive through line with a hungry 6 year old, there are four cars in front of me and is been twenty minutes no movement. Did I mention the parking lot is empty. If I could get out of the line I would but it's impossible. Service is consistently snarky and rude. Why do I do this to myself? Answer, I won't be from now on.

They should shut this place down. I work in the neighborhood and have come here 3 times and all 3 times the food was wrong, disgusting, staff unsanitary. Waited 18 minutes for a Mcchcicken sandwich! And it was burnt and dry. I threw it away and left. I lunch for me today. Management rude and yelling at customer. Entire lobby filthy. Merry Christmas. Disgusting every single time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been here for breakfast, in the afternoon, and late at night. No matter what time I go it is ridiculously slow and takes forever to get my food at the drive-through. As I am writing this right now I'm in the drive-through which I've been sitting behind three other cars for the last 20 minutes at least. This will be the last time I come here.

I stop here at least once a week because I get off work at 7 am and it's close to my house. Now most times when places mess up you're order a lot you give a bad rating. But this McDonald's does it in such a unique way that I'm giving 5 stars for artistic expression. The following are examples of what I've ordered vs what I've received: O: Bacon egg and cheese biscuit. R: Bacon and cheese biscuit (suspiciously flat wrapper) O: Sausage McGriddle R: the McGriddle buns with a hot and spicy chicken patty....is that even a menu item? Honestly not bad 6/10. I don't like confrontation so yeah I ate it. The employees here don't give a fuck and why should they. 5 stars.

ALWAYS TRAGIC BUT NOW THEY'VE CLOSED UPSTAIRS! DUMP THE FILLERS & CUT CALORIES UP TO 50%! BIG MAC: -28.3% From 530 calories to 380, cutting 27g of carbs. Seperate it into its 3 component parts. Discard the top bun. Flip the other two on top of each other. Turn this into a slider by paring off the excess bread. If done right you should construct a bun shaped pile of the scraps (see pics). It ain't pretty but why not? BREAKFAST BURRITOS: -31.67% 600 calories to 410, cutting 8 grams of fat, 24g carbs. Order two burritos, but one without cheese. Open them both up and dump the eggs and sausage into the one with cheese. Roll it back up (see pics). FRIES: -50% 340 calories to 170, cutting 8 grams of fat, 22g carbs. Let's face it, only about half an order of MickeyD's fries are perfectly plump and crispy. The rest are purposely overcooked filler tomraise profits and aren't worth eating. Pitch the gnarly and tapered thin ones (see pics). Like eating peanuts but not their shells.

Terrible terrible terrible. I have given this place multiple chances to make it right on several occasions. Never order anything complicated - simple meals, but things are always missing... most recently ordered a McFlurry... came completely melted with a couple m&ms on top. So gross. Save your time and money and do not go here.

Where is Ray Croc when you need him. I read that this McDonalds location will be getting a remodel soon. But why spend the money! Visited tonight at 6:30 pm and could not believe how filthy this restaurant is. We all just waited and waited for someone to take our order. Also every table was dirty, trash on the floors and the bums drinking cans of beer hanging out inside. If Ray Croc was alive the franchise would be take away. This place is now competing with all of the rundown Burger Kings in the area. What a disappointment. Don't waste your money remodeling. Just close and sell the building.
