I had a good experience at McDonald's. For $5.44, the portion size was impressive. The French fries were a standout—crispy, saltier, and thinner than usual, which I preferred over the thicker ones. The juice came in a generous size, and the burger was perfectly made. The chicken nuggets were tasty as well. I believe it was a Happy Meal, and the service was incredibly fast. While the atmosphere could have been better, the overall meal was satisfying and great value for the price.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of a cleaning staff member at your restaurant. Today, while I was on the second floor of the establishment, I witnessed a shocking violation. The cleaning lady, without regard for the people present, blocked the passage to the second floor with barriers. People who were eating and resting at that time were trapped without the possibility of leaving. This act not only created an emergency situation but could have led to serious consequences. In case of an emergency, evacuation would have been impossible. After setting up the barriers, the cleaning lady left, leaving people in a difficult situation. I demand the immediate dismissal of this employee. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not meet safety standards. Please review the surveillance cameras and take appropriate action. I believe that such actions are unacceptable, and employees who behave this way should not work in your establishment.

Very clean and organized. I like it made me feel comfortable. The staff are very nice and polite do there job very well. The staff are fast and know how to keep the line short. You order in one side and pick up in the other side. They have seating available. In the first floor you can sit or go up the stairs to more seating and the bathrooms. Didn't go in the bathroom's but I know they have bathrooms. This is one of the best McDonald's I ever been into. I will be coming back here.

This location is pretty terrible. I don't say thud that often about a restaurant, especially a chain, but this place is horrible. The service is bad, the staff doesn't care and they always seem to not want to open on time. Like a lot of folks, I work early in the mornings so I would stop by to get coffee. They never seem to want to open when they are supposed to. There would be people outside who have placed orders, but wouldn't be able to get in because they have the doors locked or the security wouldn't let people in. I don't exactly know what time they are supposed to open because it changes all the time. I guess it depends if they feel good or lazy. You can definitely see the staff sitting in the dining room and it would be 5:30am, but the doors are locked. Sometimes they open at 5am, sometimes 5:15am, sometimes 5:30am and on a few occasions at 6am. One time I walked in at 5:15am. The doors were unlocked and security didn't stop me. When I walked up to the counter and asked if they were open, the girl standing at the counter said no. I asked what time they would open and she just stood there and couldn't tell me. It's such a circus in the morning. Someone or the corporate should open another McDonalds nearby and put this location out of business. The second floor rarely open. Such a mess.

I've eaten in McDonalds all over the world and, frankly, for a macdo in downtown New York, the capital of McDonalds, I was expecting a was effect. Decu! Lousy service, super dirty restaurant, flattened burgers served lukewarm... horrible!

The definition of advertising is to promote a product. However, I feel the definition should be updated to include accuracy. The classic McDonald's we all know and like could use a rebranding. Their slogan is "I'm loving it." I was not loving it. I don't think anyone has been loving it since the company went corporate, and consistency and quality feel at the bottom of the priority list for most conglomerate brands. I ordered a cheeseburger and I was given an Ikea bag of parts I can assemble myself. The cheese was hanging on the corner, and the pickles and lettuce had a party on the opposing side. It seems the tomato didn't even get the invitation, as she was missing entirely. As companies become bigger and bigger it seems prices get higher and higher and quality falls to the bottom. Pretty soon we'll be spending $15 for a burger that once cost $5. The satisfying secret recipe homemade burger, is now a questionable replacement for real meat pumped with chemicals and preservatives. Interesting how as technology and society have evolved so much from the initial 1940 founding date, a product can go so far down and still be promoted as the same it once was. Back in 1940, I may have been loving the burger, but here in 2025 I can't say I do.

Coffee was hot! Coke was cold. Security was talking to patron while panhandlers tried to sell us their goods.

Been a regular at this McDonald's ever since 2003 since it was a couple of blocks away from my high school. It is considered the McDonald's of the Financial District or Wall Street McDonald's for me. They remodeled and renovated this McDonald's so now they lost the old touch which I missed. This McDonald's used to have a piano, a fancy staircase to go up to the 2nd floor for dine in. There was also a showcase of McDonald's memorabilia but I don't see that anymore. Now it is more modern and have a pick up section along with many kiosks to do self ordering which is the norm these days for anyone who don't want to talk to people. This time when I got to McDonald's I ordered a double Big Mac which consists of 4 patties! Like always, the Big Mac wins my heart and never fail to satisfy me. I would forever love Big Mac and I don't think anyone or anything can stop me from loving it! It's my favorite item on the menu. The sauce that is in the sandwich is what makes it so delicious! French fries are the best! I can forever eat them but of course I got to watch my weight and health! Fries are never a disappointment and the way they make it tastes so addicting! So McDonald's my number 1 when it comes to burgers snd fries!!!

It was okay. The line was quick but the workers kinda took too long to make the food. But the food was still eatable and I still was able to comfortably satisfy my hunger in peace by eating inside. The environment was decently clean, but very crowded.

Quick pick up and delivery location.. kind of slow in processing orders but the engagement is there. Place looks clean and the food tastes pretty good .. it's hard to catch the ambiance with the crowd but overall it's a convenient location.

This was the worst food ever I found dead bugs in my hamburger. The severs were all on their phone. Never going her again!

I once had a Torts Professor who talked frequently about this McDonald's, but the only thing I can think about when I picture this McDonald's is the story my ex-best friend's twin sister told me about eating a hurried meal over the trash can and running into our classmate whose brother was presumably eaten by a great white shark. The tales of this McDonald's ambiance is the stuff my dreamscape is made of. Chance encounters, awkward moments, and maybe 9/11. I also hope that if I am ever around the family member of someone who was eaten, or presumably eaten, by a wild animal that I too would be eating girl dinner at this McDonalds over the rubbish bin so I would be prevented from asking intrusive questions about their loved one's demise.

Is okay. Good for tight budget and nice parking space. Better options is needed. Been here many times.

My burger was straight up raw. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had, the server was rude and impatient and was yelling at me, and my table was still dirty and the place smelled gross, this is the worst meal I've ever had don't eat here.

McDonald's destroyed it's breakfast. No more biscuit sandwiches. The pancakes are crap. Disgusting. Never again.

Overpriced and not what it once was. The food was terrible, I wasn't very fond of it or the service. I came in and ordered a few things, by the time I paid what I paid and left, I realized the order wasn't made right. Not very happy witht the quality of servic eI received from them today.

When I went to eat there the place was a little hectic due to the place being flooded with kids who had just finished school. Aside from that the food, and service were good.

Mobile Order #1603 Time and date 7:21 PM 10/04/2024 UPDATE: Issue has been resolved. 10/05/2024 at 9:45 AM Unfriendly and hostile treatment. I walked up to the counter, I was trying to get the attention of a female cashier behind the register. It literally felt like she was avoiding me. She walked away. I waved my hand at another cashier, she smiled and and went out of my sight. The first cashier walked back to the register and still ignored me all while I was practically leaning against the counter and looking at her. So I said, "excuse me, can you get my order #1603 please." She was handing me the order. While I was taking the order from her, in a soft and playful tone, I said, "I was trying to get your attention." She immediately asked me to see my order confirmation... Obviously, an escaloratory gesture because she was offended at what I said. Another employee heard us and repeated what she said. I showed the confirmation to the other employee. I asked the other employee for her own name 5 times, she refused to tell me. I asked her if she's the manager and she said yes. I said, "you're the manager without your name tag and refuse to tell me your name? She walked away. I was gonna simply tell her, "you heard one part, but here's what had transpired while you weren't in the picture."

This McDonald is good lactation. It is near Trinity Church and Wall Street and World Trade Center and New York City hall, etc. So, after tourists walked around these areas, they can take a rest at this McDonald. In terms of convenient location, I recommend it. if you come from direction of Wall Street and Trinity Church, you go straight along with Broadway Street. This McDonald is facing the street, If you walk along with the street from the area of both city hall and Wall Street, you will come across it. So this McDonald is good lactation. The service and menu are the same others McDonalds.

Worst place I've ever been to. I've been here for over an hour and a half waiting for my food and is not even ready. To make matters even worst, I worked in Mc Donald's when I was in undergrad: I never had a patron wait over an hour for food.

I mean you look at the rating but I'm guessing at this point, we expect fast food to be less than average. My experience wasn't bad but it also wasn't perfect. The language barrier with some was hard and I speak Spanish but they couldn't get a simple order at times, depending on the person ringing me up. I came everyday for two weeks straight and still never got my order down. Something was always missing, napkin a straw...I literally order a coffee with 12 and 12 (don't judge me) and I still had to ask for sugar and creamer on the side. Maybe they think it's a joke when I order that many. The homeless guy always opening the door was cool but I couldn't understand why they let him beg for money. Cool guy though so maybe that is why? Very distinct voice but definitely talked to himself. It's almost like they need a sign that says no loitering or panhandling. I did use the app to make things faster but I still had to wait so I just stood in line most days. Got robbed on my last day. Ordered on the app. It took my order and my money, I go to pick up and they were closed. So much for 24 hours. Welp Yelp, there you have it! LOL A McDonalds experience. Typical

Nobody speaks proper English they all speak Spanish I tried there several times because of the closest of my job site and we order coffee there every time we try to order it get messed up down to the fact they added stuff that my coworker was allergic to thank god i reviewed it again this place need a make over not only that they refuse customer to employees transaction saying we have to use the keyios machines !!!! If you want high blood pressure and stress come to this Location

The food comes out in a very timely manner, with the utmost precision regardless of how late into the night I order from them. The staff are also very polite despite the constant and high traffic in the business.

Okay I have never understood poor reviews for fast food places until now. I don't understand how this location has a higher average than the one in Tribeca on Chambers Street; that one is WAY better in terms of service, speed, cleanliness, food temperature and taste. I placed a mobile order on a late Saturday night and after arriving and checking in had to wait TWENTY MINUTES for a 6 piece chicken nuggets! And they weren't even fresh or hot! They were warm and a little stale. Every trash can was also OVERFLOWING with trash.

I loved this place! I got a coke slushy and the staff were super nice. The prices were very low so me and my friends got a lot of food. Overall I would recommend going to this McDonald's.

they forgot my fries and it took very very long for the line to move despite the fact there was multiple workers, and my child is allergic to pickles, thank god we looked at the burger before she ate it.

found a roach in my big mac the chicken nuggets gave me food poisoning. i had to wait an hour for my horrible trash food. The worker spat in my food I saw them do it with my own to eyes. The only thing good about my meal was the cold dry fries. You should be lucky im giving 1 star.

I was impressed that they were offering the same sales deals as the other McDonald locations in Brooklyn. From previous experiences many of them do NOT have the same sales. Plus, they are very up to date in Art all over the store- beautiful. The service was pleasant and the order took no time. Of course, my coffee was not the way that I requested, but I was able to fix it on my own. Fresh pot kept me silent. I'll probably revisit due to how close it is to my job and the fast service. I'm not sure if they have lunch specials too. Clean, fast service, clean restrooms and I'm a happy helper

It's McDonald's I mean if you're can get your food in time and it's not cold you're in good shape. Has worked with covid guidelines and is pretty fast. Works well with the app.

I rarely ever get mcds but when im workin and craving for it, i'll order thru here. This is definitely one of the only mcds I've ever been to that makes u feel so uncomfortable. Theres always some suspicious people hangin by the door, opening doors, following u around the fast food restaurant and saying remarks to make you feel uncomfortable. The most recent employee i dealt with was not pleasant. No greeting whatsoever, and handed me my order while lookin away and walkin away.. i wasnt even sure if its my order, I repeated the order # and she didnt even answer me. So i just grabbed it, checked the order to make sure its mine.. i mean what if it wasnt mine and i just walked out with someone elses? Ive worked at a mcds when i was young and i made sure i was always pleasant.. my manager would have people who were loitering around the restaurant escorted out. He made sure customers felt comfortable dining at his restaurant.. so idk whats the problem here.

One of the filthiest McDonalds I've ever been too. There was no one working the front of the house to clean the tables, chairs and sweep the floors. Bathrooms DISGUSTING! ... to the point where my four year old refused to use it. This place is in the heart of the financial capital of the world, and it's a busy tourist hub as well but somehow it's practically a pig sty.

I rarely eat at McDonalds or fast food first off. Things that annoy me at this particular location - the homeless at any point of the day try to open the doors for you and beg for tips and get angry if you don't tip them when they open the door. I don't even have to go in to eat to notice this going on when I'm walking around on my lunch break. I came in with a friend the other day because we were being cheap and I didn't feel like googling where there was food for under $10 in the area. I opted for naturally their happy meal which has totally changed since I was a kid. Or even 8 or 9 years ago. First off, the happy meal should have been on their $1/2/3 menu. It came out to like $4 - cry me a river. Holy *hit the kid's sized fries are like . . . . I don't even have words I was so dumbfounded. I think I got like 4 french fries in my cardboard box. Cheeseburger - two thumbs up. I should have just ordered that and effed my Little Bo Peep toy because what is she going to do aside from rot on my shelf till I give it to some kid? Option of a side of apples or go-gurt. What are you doing to me? After being dazed and confused on this new to me addition, I obviously went with gogurt because I can get unnatural tasting browned apples from the homeless people opening the doors. Maybe, this is more of a complaint with McDonalds in itself. I was confused on the soft beverage options because I'm used to soda fountains being out in the open for you to pour yourself so he just gave me a regular coke without asking me what I wanted. I don't like soda. Would have been nice to know my drink options. Four-year olds are lamenting everywhere. The sauce also isn't left out. But I think McDonalds did away with that years ago. There's nothing that devastates me more than when I can't just get an extra ketchup packet or ranch or sweet and sour sauce without being judged as a criminal. The most exciting part of my meal was my toy and the Stroopwafel McFlurry. Sweet jesus. So a new mcflurry or the shamrock shake is pretty much the only reason why I want to go to McDonalds for the record. But it was one of the most magical things I've put in my mouth since the Rollo McFlurry. Please for the love of god bring this back, Mickey D's. Okay, after having an interesting conversation about Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga and Tonya Harding with possibly another homeless man, I tried my friend's bacon and cheese fries. Two thumbs up. The portion size again is ridiculously small. Some people don't have problems with obesity in America. This makes me all really quite sad. The cheese sauce kind of tasted surprisingly good but the bacon tasted like bacon bits that you get out of a jar. I don't think I'd add bacon to anything from here period. Overall, it gets the job done. I felt uncomfortable and weirdly full after a very tiny meal which also makes me question what the hell I'm eating. Anyway, I've been to much better locations. Even Union Square does a better job at crowd control in their hub.

Absolutely horrible. Gave me a dry chicken sandwich. No mayo. Just nasty chicken and pickles. Fries were called. They have a horrible system going on. They have your food laying out until drinks are made.

Those places are so understaffed it's not even funny. The food is ok but it takes forever and then you have to fight with the ordering machine and end up just happy that you got anything to eat.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. The early morning staff is rude! No one wants to work. You ask a manager if there is anyone taking orders and he say "ask them" I'm assuming he means the staff behind the counter who are doing nothing. This is the worst place ever! Your typical McDonald's which is good because you know what you're going to get. Service is quick and effective. Floors are quite wet and dirty so it's a bit treacherous crossing across the restaurant from door to cashier. Walk carefully.

24 hr McD's which was great coming back late from a Mets game. Nothing else was open. $9.30 for a two cheeseburger meal with fries. Wow.

Great place to chill and eat, just came from there the other day from work and the workers were great and respectful. Thankfully there ice cream machines work unlike some other McDonalds. Gets a 5/5 from me.

It always takes me back to a place where I remember I was concentrated on having fun (winter sports). I love their breakfast menu. And their price is so reasonable especially during the pandemic. Their hash browns haven't changed a bit. And that's why I like it.

Not the typical McD you will see in U.S., it has its unique Wall Street scene added with tape recorders to bring in street cultures. Overall, this restaurant can stick in my mind with its unique personality. Crew members are nice and efficient. There is a monitor to show the status of each order so that costumers are less impatient. Even the restaurant is busy, the mood in the restaurant is happy.

This was one of the better McDonald's I've been in where there's high volume of traffic, yet the quality was still pretty high. There were plenty of cashiers to take your order. I still opted to place and pay for my order via the McDonald's phone app. There appeared to be plenty of employees assembling the food, so my food order was out and ready in no time. I took my food to go, but I saw that they had an upstairs dining area.

Lightning-fast service, even during the lunch rush. Seeing as how we're now in 2018, I walked into this McDonald's, and rather than stand in line at the cashier, took out my mobile device, and ordered through the app to take advantage of one of the good offers currently available. My order was ready for me to pick up at the counter in less than two minutes. I'm satisfied.

I used to come here years ago and still come once in a while to this day. The place is cleaner but has a lot of wasted space even pre covid. Right now I'm surprised they haven't installed kiosks as the lines to place orders and pickup orders are very slow. The advertise using the McDonald's app to get deals and free delivery but the deals only work for pickup and the free delivery isn't free, the delivery opens up ubereats and you have to finish your order through ubereats.

This McDonald's is just weird. The lines are unorganized and it feels a little bit like a madhouse in there. Maybe it's the random lady dancing like she's having a seizure in the middle of the store with her eyes half closed and rolling back. You know she's dancing though because her voodoo-seizure dance is on beat to the song they're playing. Maybe it's the creepy dude standing in the corner talking to himself and half yelling at other customers. It doesn't help that it's kind of dark in there adding to that creepy mood. To top it off, I braved the crazy all for the fries-- which were piping hot but were under fried and limp. Go for the crazy but not for the food.

Vagrants man the front doors, "helping" you and then asking for money. The mentally ill woman just inside the door, with a smear of crazy read lipstick, was twerking to some silent jam - for about an hour, at least. Two egg McMuffins and coffee are over $10. Literally a block away you can get the same thing for half price. McDonalds on Fulton and near Duane St. have closed, citing increasing rent and minimum wage. The food is typical McDonalds fare, the counter a scrum of orders being barked out, the tables often need a cleaning. Maybe the model just doesn't work in Manhattan, but judging by the rising number of empty storefronts everywhere, this isn't just a McD problem.

I'd say one of the things this one has going for it is that it's at the junction of a central subway station, a handful of express buses, and the nearby ferry. Commuters unite with a Big Mac!

Customer service here at this location is a lot better than most McDonald's I've visited. As for the food it's typical McDonald's, nothing vastly amazing from it.

It is one of the biggest McDonald's I have seen in New York. This has its own bakery inside as well. I have never been to this McDonalds even when it is very close to my workplace. But the other day I was with my husband and we were a little hungry so thought of making a stop here for snacks. We had chicken nuggets and one McChicken. We ordered on the screen and it was ready in less than 5 mins. Service was really quick, it was getting crowded and the service was getting along with the crowd. Chicken nuggets were okay, does not looked fresh which I was expecting. McChicken was usual. I have never tried their bakery items, will definitely come to try them.
