Currently Sunday morning at 1:50 am. The sign advertising the $5 meal deal. Wait 10 minutes in drive three was told my the employee after 11 pm you can’t get that deal. Well it doesn’t say that on the sign. I then said that’s fine so I get me two chickens and a large fry.I wanted a frappe but they said the same thing at this time of the night the don’t have it. I asked for the order to be fresh. The employee said nothing. I said you did hear me say fresh correct. Still no response very rude lady. Bad for business. As a new member of the community as I have purchased a lovely house just .8 miles away away from this location . I’m very disappointed by the treatment. & the fact half the menu isn’t available. Seems like labor would be higher than sales .

Very bad experience with him, they do not want to work, they seem to be sleepy. 40 minutes waiting for a simple order. Really, what a bad administration in that store, should they change the staff? It doesn't work.

First McDonalds I ever been to that doesn’t do refills. Tables where not wipe down. People left their food on the table. Some of the tables in the play room were not wipe down. It was warm and muggy in the playroom. Floor hadn’t been moped in a while and door hadn’t been wiped down in while. Gnats were flying around. Homeless people in the restaurant asking to buy something to eat. One guy said he was a homeless veteran. But he had on air max and Apple Watch.

Workers were nice. Food was the usual. The mens bathroom was disgusting so I had to guard the lady's room so my kids could use it instead, "we had been driving for 3 hours prior". You could smell a strong pee smell coming from the mens room. I had to cover my nose standing outside of the bathroom area. They told me it was absolutely disgusting when they walked in there. There were what I assume, homeless people literally sleeping INSIDE the children's play area. Curled up in blankets and all. I told a worker, she saw it but they were still sleeping in there when we left. Kids couldn't play in the children's area due to it.

But they were nice. Just slow. Drive-thru will ask you to pull up, but never come to your car. Just go inside if you’re here and have a short break for lunch.

100% gave me food poisoning, not sure if the fries or what was dirty but 1000%. All I ordered was fries and a sweet tea, 3hr later and I am sick as a dog, literally that’s all I’ve eaten today also so nothing else could be the reasoning. Manager was nice, did correct employee, but he did not speak while taking my order then proceeded to put my bag/drink down and walk away.

I pull around to order and there’s some homeless man talking about some HELLO! To every car! Asking for money, The food is just as stale as their attitudes! My FOOD WAS NOT FRESHED! Served old nuggets! Forgot my straw for my drink with a meal! And forgot my sauce for my nuggets! Late nights should be nothing but fresh foods and hot fries! Anyways my experience with night crew makes me not want to come back to this location everrrr

I visited this McDonald's located on Flat Shoals Rd I ordered two double cheeseburgers and my items were prepared as expected. The facility was very clean inside. The service was great and the Manager was very nice. I'd definitely recommend this facility as your go to spot. It was the double cheese burgers for me.

fries are horrible, they put old fries with some fresh ones. then the girl working the drive thru got upset because she didn't read the order correctly as and gave me my drink with ice and i asked for no ice. when i asked for no ice she looked at me like i was wrong. this place is going down hill. nuggets were cold when i asked for fresh nuggets. if you want fresh fries ask for no salt fries. understand it is under "police protection" with the light in the parking lot. don't order through the app if you have special requests because you cant add it in the app.

This McDonald's sucks, got you waiting 15 minutes for a chicken biscuit at 6:30 in the morning. The workers are slow and don't give a f. This is the worst McDonald's ever to exist and cooperate needs to do something. This is pathetic

Came at 7:10 am on a Very Cold Monday for a cup of hot coffee while waiting for the #15 bus. Even though the sign on the door read that the dining room was open from 6 am to midnight Monday through Saturday, all the doors were locked; and the drive-in cashier said the dining room was closed until 11 am. Although she offered to take my order, it was below freezing, and since the bus was just a few minutes away, I told her to forget it. Dan Schwartz Atlanta.

I ordered food online my food was missing and the food I got was old and hard and I spent 47.00 and only received 6.33 back im scared to eat the apple pies I purchased this is unacceptable......

McCaf Apple Fritter that I waited 40 minutes for in the drive-thru just to be told they'd JUST put it in the oven JUST FOR ME TO HAVE TO STILL GET OUT of my car and go inside to then be given an ice COLD fritter that never saw an oven! Always serving trash customer service and long waits!

10 minutes waiting in line while the manager argues with an employee and the other employees (seem like the manager is the only adult) all stand around and watch. The manager is now standing outside yelling at the employee as he walks away that she is the manager. Then they tell us they are not taking orders right now after waiting 20 minutes. Please can someone purchase this obvious franchise. It is THE WORST MCDONALD'S in Atlanta...hands down!

I asked for a number 6 for breakfast four times and when i got my order I didn't get a hash brown I tried to go inside first because the long line Now i see why the cashier if incorrectly placing orders

I'm so over these fast food chains hiring people who do not want to work why tf do the times say 24 hours when they are ALWAYS closed in the middle of the night? Like seriously pls fix this it's so bad for business. Or at least change the times on google so we don't waste our times ordering there! Unbelievable.

Waited in line forever to be told they were only taking orders for Uber eats and grub hub. If only I could rate 0 stars.

One of the worst of all times! This location is honestly one of the worst of All times. Because its a 24 hours location, they are always out of everything. Nasty employees, watched one lady with her pants hanging below her belly and her belly hanging out and the whole plumber butt crack showing, a hot mess.....I had to get a refund after seeing this. I only started going to fast food spots because my nephew loves french fries. I've seen people waiting in one line while the second line is being waited on for at least 15 mins, people driving off. We will start cooking our fries at home! I hate it HERE!

The world's shittiest service!! The McDonald's on Flat Shoals Rd. in Decatur, GA has officially made my #1 spot for the worst service received ever! I've been to McDonald's all around the world as I travel a lot, and this one by far takes the number one spot for the worst service on numerous levels. They're almost surely going to get your order wrong, and the service is ghetto, and slow. Save yourself the misery and go to another location, you will most assuredly thank me later. I beg you, choose another location! Oh not to mention the panhandlers outside the door, and the open air drug solicitations from groups of random people at the gas station next door asking you if you want any weed!

If I could give 0 stars even that would be too good for this cesspool. The worst customer service. I was there for over a half an hour. They asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out to the car. meanwhile , five cars received there food and drove around me. All I ordered my son was a burger, drink and fries. Do, they mean to tell me all those other cars ordered chicken and received their food before me. I think not. Customer service is extremely lacking. I can promise you I will never spend a penny in this so called fast food restaurant again. I'd drive to Maryland before coming here again. Just lazy AF.

This McDonald's sucks on so many levels, I'm so surprised that they are so busy given the customer service! I get that they are super convenient, but really? I had to wait to order breakfast for 10 minutes because an employee didn't feel like taking my order... what the heck is that? I never had a problem with their food always been good, I just don't get the poor customer service (not all employees though) you make someone wait because you don't want to take their order... wow!!! I have never been back to this location since and that's sad because it's right down the street from where I live!

This location is so finicky with service and cleanliness. We went to get a sundae and regretted our decision the whole time. The drive thru setup is 2 ordering lanes that feed into 1 lane, which is completely asinine because it doesn't speed anything up. We literally got stuck in the inside lane unable to leave the line, or order for 15mins. Once we ordered it took another 15-20mins to pay and get our food. The cashier was super frantic and running around. Come to find out, he's the cashier at the 1st window and gives you your food at the 2nd window. Looks like he had no help, yet there was a manager doing paperwork. This isn't my first bad experience at this location. It ranges from employee attitudes, to incorrect orders, to overall slow service, to cold food, melted ice cream, and etc. Often, there are people standing outside begging for food and/or money. Using the McDonalds ordering app where they deliver it to your car is trash because you still have to go inside and wait because you're sitting waiting in your car (in the designated spot) for 15mins and no one comes. You go inside and they haven't completed your order either. Lastly, some days there is trash all over the parking lot, some there is little to none. It just doesn't look clean. We give it chances to see if there's a pattern with service and everything but it's consistently bad. They really need to overhaul this location and improve it immediately. This location sucks really bad and I 100% would NEVER recommend it.

The staff is incompetent and slow. Don't come here if you're in a hurry. Food is prepared sloppy. It's got a weird vibe in here too.

Covid-19 Score = F. No masks, some gloves. Picked up and rude gal at pick up widow screwed up, goving me the wrong order - then tries to blame me. Had the ignorant nerve to tell me I "should have told her". I reminded her that she was told twice by the order person, and also I dont read minds so if she had the wrong crap there was no way I could know that in advance. Everyone was wearing masks as chon straps and I heard confused conversation about people's orders. This place is run unprofessionally, and unsanitary.

An improvement would be to tear it down and and build a dirt lot! This is by far the worst McDonald's in the history of bad McDonald's. In fact this a joke to even call it a restaurant. Who runs this POS? If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The food and service is always horrible. When you're inside the lobby, you can tell nobody has any sense of urgency. You get your food when you get your food. Oh don't get me started on how many times they don't have stuff or how many times machines are broken down. Instead of the outside sign showing how many burgers they've sold, it need to display what machines are broken and what they are out of. My dream is to see it demolished with a sign saying COMING SOON CHICK-FIL-A!

Wtf?! That's all I have to say. After sitting in the Drive through for 20 mins (only 2 cars were ahead of me), I get a cold ass sandwich. This McDonald's is the closest to me but I'll rather drive to Henry county or just be damn hungry. The staff had my drink wrong, I honked the horn and sat at the window for 5 additional minutes just trying to get someone's attention to correct my drink. They didn't see me or want to be bothered since ol girl was on her cell phone having a good ass conversation. I had to leave to ensure I wouldn't stoop to their level and act an ass. This McDonald is definitely full of clowns.

This had to be the most ignorant evening dealing with a staff at McDonald's I've ever encountered. Yes it may be that people really don't like their jobs, however this cannot be the consumers fault! Went to get two meals. Got all the way home, and NO MEAT on the sandwich. Go back to said McDonald's explained the issue, and here is where ignorance and laziness collide. After getting to the window, handing over the "evidence" ( those are the words they used) we were given a bag with only one of the orders , even though we gave them the entire "two" orders. When we pointed this out they told us we had to drive back around to order and pay for the second order, because they couldn't find the other order? What in the Hell's Kitchen are you talking about? We also were given burgers with ketchup, even though the order was without!! Once we directed them to the bag to see the order in its entirety‍, with an entire attitude as if WE drove back to see them for fun! We finally got our meals. Moral of the story.... DON'T waste your time here. Go to Waffle House for late night snacks

Okay so I go there during my lunch break from work and first it takes them like five minute before they even get on the mic. I ignore because I thought they were busy. I order a double quarter with cheese and try to get the meal upsize to large but the woman says they don't see an option to do that. I get that order at EVERY McDonald's I've been too and they do it no problem. I ask for a lemonade and they say they don't carry lemonade! Wtf ?!?!? And then when I get to the window they don't even have the right order. My order wasnt even put in they claim so the girl had to come again and confirm it and get my money. When I get up there the food was cold because they had me waiting at the window for like 6 minutes while they sorted. Horrible service! Just horrible

It's a brand new McDonald's that they just remodeled. It looks nice but the customer and food is absolutely terrible. Its quite shocking because you don't necessarily expect the best customer service from McDonald's but it was so bad that it surprised me a bit.

We were trying to go threw drive thru and the person taking our order literally called us stupid and had such an attitude with us and was so rude and the girl was literally on the phone as she was giving us our food and was so rude and they she was just talking to her friends ignoring us. And the food was not salted at all! Horrible service!!

I reviewed this place a year ago, went back, and nothing has changed, might even be worse. First off, employee(s) and manager sitting at a table, using profanity and being very loud, with customers present. Second, the cashier said "we out of cheese and lettuce". Well, never mind the cheeseburger kids meal or the quarter pounder with cheese. How can you be out of cheese?? Ordered the chicken tenders and they were literally overcooked, very brown and somewhAt hard. Coke was also out of order, per sign on the machine. Employees still doing a lot of loud talking behind the counter and exhibiting poor attitudes. My previous review stands, still the worst. And did I mention, still slow.

Service slow, waits long at night around 8pm. I waited over ten minutes to get to the first window to pay. I need a new restaurant for my grandkids to eat. Cars are leaving after placing an order because wait is so long. They guarantee loose a lot of money. Had went down from when I was a teenager vistting this location. This night the guy at the back window was very polite and pleasant. They need two people working the headphones since it's two part pull up drive in. Waited another five to eight minutes at window 2 to get food. Next customer service operator was proper and asked food I receive my entire order before I left her window.. Speed up service and give fresh food they will be better. Finally seen someone cleaning in there. It's becomes real nasty.

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. As it stands, I've been here 45 minutes waiting for an ICED TEA! What are they doing in there? Definitely not working!

Horrible service, incompetent people, and serious Poker players. I think I've figured out why the service here is sooooo awful. Because it's a Casino not a fast food place. As I slowly approached the window after ordering I noticed (and recorded with photos) most of the workers gambling in the back. Yea, even the drive thru person that's supposed to at bare minimum hand us our order. SMH, now these people NEED to be fired!!!!

First of all, I will never ever support this Mcdonald's ever again. For 3 little pancakes and 1 piece of sausage you are now charging $7.49. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. You are located in a low-income neighborhood that is considered a Food Desert because there is only ONE grocery store in that area, so now people have no choice but to eat this over-priced, unhealthy food. This establishment should be ashamed. Some of the staff are polite for the most part the very few times I have gone there. And then you had nerve to remodel it, so now the prices are really gonna go up. If you truly want change in your neighborhood, protest this establishment by just not patronizing them. Don't spend your money on this gross food that is not even good for you any way. Go to the grocery store and get fresh food and cook at home because your health is not even worth it.

The customer service provided by the young ladies at the drive thru is totally unacceptable. They were very unfriendly and rude. There's plenty of places to visit for fast food. Thanking customers and greeting them should be customary.

I just came here at 2:44 and they told me they were closed. This place is suppose to be open 24hrs. So you already know they getting a one star. Trash. Lazy workers not wanting to do their job

My food was good and the temperature of it was perfect. The customer service was kind and friendly. The dining area and the children's play area was very clean. I was happy to see that there was no one loitering about the place. I was very satisfied with my food and the service ! I will be returning to this McDonald's again! I dined in. I enjoyed my food so much , that I went back up to the counter to order some to go for later!

The line is always ridiculously long and the ice cream machine is ALWAYS down. Plus there are other fast food places down the street. Don't waste your money here.

It was the most unprofessional disgusting McDonald that I might have been to yet. When I arrived at the drive through there was not line but it still took about 4mins before anyone said anything to me and only came to tell to hold further. When I drove to the first window to pay I asked the man who took my payment if I could get a receipt and he told me that I would have to go to the second window to get it. It didn't make much sense to me but I followed his instruction anyway. When I arrived at the second window I was completely disregarded and was not even acknowledged or spoken to until I received my food which was about 10 minutes later. When the woman passed me my food I informed her that the guy advised me that I needed to receive the receipt from the second window. She advised me that the receipt machine was down and that I could not get one. After going back and forth with her and putting up some resistance she advised if I wanted to receive a receipt I would have to pull forward and someone would bring one to me but I stayed and waited and eventually was given a receipt for my transaction. This experience was extremely unprofessional I was lied to multiple times and I will never go back to this McDonald's! If i in could give them less than a star I would.

Went to get a meal at 4:00AM because they're open 24/7 but the food isn't ready? Man who initially answered was very rude. The woman at the window however was super kind and the only reason this is getting three stars. A real customer service person! Someone give Ms. Jessica a raise! She's working it with just her and one other crew member.

Regretted ordering here from uber eats. First it said it was going to take 26mins for the whole trip, but we get a call 20mins later telling us that one of our burgers are discontinued and if we could order something else. So we did. The uber driver arrives 1hr later missing the burger they told us about!!! I called the restaurant and the girl on the phone said, "I don't know what the f*** she's talking about," then gives it to the next employee who knew that right away about the burger. She quickly said that they forgot to bag it. They wanted to know if we were going to come back to pick it up? Ok? Well, if I was going to go pick it up, why didn't I just do that in the first place instead of ordering from uber eats?

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life!!! No one looks like they want to be alive. They are slow, rude, inconsiderate underpaid and lazy to state nicely. I will never spend a PENNY at this restaurant! It should be closed due to poor management.

Service is horrible. Management attitude is the worst. Employees are under trained or just don't give a you know what. Don't bother calling corporate. They are just as bad. They will call you on a Sunday, not return your call and not deliver on what they say.

The majority of the people who work here have no business working in any type of service. McDonald's is a respectable job if you respect yourself while doing it. These people talk to you like they're mad at you because they work at McDonald's. Half of these young girls look like it's their first job, I can't imagine them getting a second. They spend more time putting on a full face of club make up than figuring out what's on the menu, homegirl didn't know what a latte was.

I know it's fast food so you can't expect the world when you decide to be cheap, but this McDonalds takes the cake in horrible service, wait times, and food availability. I've never visited the restaurant and gotten everything I needed the ice cream machine is apparently on permanent hiatus and the managers and staff seem to be more bothered with arginine with each other than providing any service for anyone.

The restaurant had several panhandlers. One was staked out by the restrooms and asking people for money as they left the restroom.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The manager was a rude female with dreads who was extremely unprofessional and the cashier I dealt with was just as rude. Waited 15 mins at the window before having my order be placed just to be told that they weren't taking any orders for the next 15minutes but prior to being told this once I initially pulled up I was told to wait two minutes. I looked to my right and literally four cars pulled up back to back and their orders were taken ahead of me it was ridiculous.
