So heres the deal, I would say I'm not a Type of person that will post 1 star Reviews but I have to now because of the poor Service, approximately almost 9:35pm I went up to McDonalds so I can get me some food before work, ordered up a Chicken Wrap and Large fries, heres whats going on, I get the food (And usually the food is Completely cooked fresh), the problem that we had here was the food was cold on both the fries and the Wrap, I told the employee what was going on, he had a Attitude and told me thats how the wrap was suppose to be, I then replied uhm no, any time I get the wraps or the burgers its always cooked fresh, dont understand why its cold, he replied with we warm them up. Right, so since when is that a thing?, he got confrontational with me verbally and I asked hey let me speak with your manager. He then said you can speak with both of them. I said I wanna talk with the one in the Navy Blue Uniform, so the manager asked me what was going on and I told him fries were cold and the wrap was also cold. There both supposed to be cooked EVERY time. He said would remake it, it'll take 6 minutes, okay not a problem, second round the wrap was Still cold so I said okay now I need a refund at this point because im not gonna sit there and ask them to re make it the manager asked me do you not want it and i said nope because its cold again, also, additionally, why the hell are all of the workers not using Gloves while theyre Making Guests Food, its a Health code violation.
