McDonald is McDonald ! I like it and all serve warm and quick. I don’t have to wait long and able to get yummy meal in good price. Many people around and staffs haves smile. Place ok but would be good if it can be a bit more clean

This is the second Macdonald I went to eat as the first one full dirty pigeons. Store # 26517. Health Department must be on holliday a live pigeon walking around inside a restaurant is a significant health code violation in Southern Nevada and is considered a public nuisance. Food was Hot and fresh and on time! Service was decent jus didnt smile much.. Atmosphere was clean,calm, and felt warm welcoming and safe.

Went here late at night (basically the morning). The food was whatever, can’t expect the greatest meal from a McDonald’s. The service was fine as well. The only issue was the homeless people passed out near the restroom. My friend went to use the toilet and said he didn’t feel comfortable at all with how many people were laying there passed out near it.

So heres the deal, I would say I'm not a Type of person that will post 1 star Reviews but I have to now because of the poor Service, approximately almost 9:35pm I went up to McDonalds so I can get me some food before work, ordered up a Chicken Wrap and Large fries, heres whats going on, I get the food (And usually the food is Completely cooked fresh), the problem that we had here was the food was cold on both the fries and the Wrap, I told the employee what was going on, he had a Attitude and told me thats how the wrap was suppose to be, I then replied uhm no, any time I get the wraps or the burgers its always cooked fresh, dont understand why its cold, he replied with we warm them up. Right, so since when is that a thing?, he got confrontational with me verbally and I asked hey let me speak with your manager. He then said you can speak with both of them. I said I wanna talk with the one in the Navy Blue Uniform, so the manager asked me what was going on and I told him fries were cold and the wrap was also cold. There both supposed to be cooked EVERY time. He said would remake it, it'll take 6 minutes, okay not a problem, second round the wrap was Still cold so I said okay now I need a refund at this point because im not gonna sit there and ask them to re make it the manager asked me do you not want it and i said nope because its cold again, also, additionally, why the hell are all of the workers not using Gloves while theyre Making Guests Food, its a Health code violation.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness. The woman cleaning was very attentive. As soon as people left, she immediately wiped down the tables and swept the floor. Everything was spotless and tidy. The food, as always, was excellent at this location.👍

Escalator was down both times I was there, both ladies helped me place my order because it’s all machines now, at least 8-10, it was kinda busy but I received my food in a timely manner!! I noticed what looked like a homeless man ask the clerk a question & she shook her no, so I asked her what he wanted thinking a coffee & she said a coke so I asked her to ring one in & give it to him & she did!! I asked them to fill up my cup as I ordered & drink it black!!!

This McDonald’s is unusually clean! Tables are, well, inspiring in their cleanliness. Employees are helpful, walking around assisting with orders and collecting used items to discard… What a nice place to get a quick bite to eat! :)

Sign said open 24 hours... not that we needed it as we came around 7pm. NUMEROUS self ordering kiosks. I actually prefer these to talking to actual humans. You can pay with card or cash at the kiosks. Used the McDonald's app to save a few bucks. (Used 2 different deals: One was Buy one Happy Meal, get one for $2 and the other was $1.50 off a Happy Meal.) Ordered the kids Happy Meals. They were mostly accurate. They were supposed to only have ketchup on them and one came with onions too. Luckily they still ate it. Guy who gave us the food was friendly. Plenty of seating, appeared to have 2 floors.

I came to this place as many wanderers do. Tired, dust-worn, carrying a hunger heavier than the storms of the Divide. I asked for a simple thing. A hamburger. No pickles. The waitress nodded, as though the weight of my request meant nothing to her. But sometimes, a nod is just a lie wearing a smile. When the plate came, I felt it before I saw it-- a faint scent, sharp as betrayal. Green as Old World greed. Sliced thin, yet heavy with ignorance. Pickles. I lifted the Bun, and beneath it saw the truth I had tried to escape. There they were. Not one. Not two. But three. A trinity of broken promises. The waitress walked by, carefree, blind to the consequences of her inattention. She did not check the burger. She did not guard against the bitterness that comes between the Bun and the Beef. She simply carried it, unaware, like so many who brought ruin to the world before her. Some say it is a small thing. An oversight. But small things become fault lines. And a single act of ignorance can swallow a nation whole. When I confronted her, she said, "I'm sorry, sir. I didn't notice." But her words did nothing to wash the brine from what lay between the Bun and the Beef. The Beef was dry. The Bun was cold. The trust, shattered. Would not return. One star. For the Pickles... and for the silence between.

Don't order in there. Very Disappointed. Item was missing and service was EXTREMELY rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered through the McDonald's mobile app and picked up my food at this location. When I got home, I discovered that one item was missing, and my burger was wrapped in foil, clearly reheated. I tried calling the store several times to resolve the issue. At first, no one answered. When someone finally picked up, they didn't say a word. On another call, someone answered in a mocking tone, then went silent again. On my final attempt to explain the situation, they hung up on me. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both order accuracy and staff behavior. WHOEVER TOOK THE PHONE SUCKS! Don't work if you don't like you job or don't know how to respect your customer ok?

Convenient McD along the strip. Open all the time. Quite busy as well. You can order on the app for a faster counter pickup. Overall service was still slow even ordering ahead of time. Food still made fresh and tasty. However our double cheeseburger and French fries were too salty!

The mobile app was different on my phone from my BF's phone. We ordered off his tho cuz my Apple Pay wasn't working. The food overall was fresh. I like McDonald's. It's quick and tastes good. We walked to in n out but the line was out the door! Didn't wanna wait! Anyways! This spot was clean! We ate inside!

My husband and I stopped here for a late night snack. It is next door to Harrah's, and you have to go upstairs. You must order on a kiosk. We each got a Filet-O-Fish sandwich, and he got a small hamburger. We also share some fries. This restaurant is crazy, busy. It was super crowded, but they do have additional seating upstairs. Our Filet-O-Fish sandwiches weren't great. The fish was overcooked and the bun wasn't soft. I don't think we'd ever eat at this location again.

I'm retracing my steps and remembering a trip I took to Vegas some time back and while retracing my steps my recall reminds me that this McDonald's was on my hit list. If I'm going to be completely honest, it's almost always on my hit list when in Sin City and it has been for over a decade now. So, you know McDonald's. If you know it in Boise, Idaho, you know it in Charleston. If you know it in Charleston, you know it in NYC. If you know it in NYC, you know it in Omaha. What you know is what you get, and to me, that is the absolute beauty of McDonald's and Vegas is not exception to that rule. With this in mind, this particular location is always chaos on the Vegas Strip when the booze takes a hold of your reckless soul and when you're fishing in your pockets for the few dollars that the one-armed bandits didn't take from you. Open 24 hours and some of the best people watching. It's going to be chaotic, trust me, but you're in Vegas, what do you expect?

There was an up escalator with a staircase next to it. There has to be an accessible exit, right? I went to an open machine to place my order, but it wouldn't let me get past logging in. I went to the machine next to it but this person who was part of a group at the machine next to me kept backing up into me even when I gently said something. When I collected my order, I asked the guy if there was another way to get downstairs besides the stairs. He said he didn't know. He asked the woman also working there. She didn't know. Seriously? I stepped out and saw an elevator to my right. I hadn't seen it when I went in. I pushed the button and waited. And waited. Tried the button again. There was no light, no movement, no nothing. And no sign stating it was out of order. I struggled to get down the stairs, even more than usual because only one hand was free to hold the handrail. I located the elevator at ground level; it was quite hidden, and there was no sign. I pressed the button. The light didn't come on. It was broken, and no sign there either. I got a Big Mac meal. The fries were underdone. They were salted but otherwise flavorless. Both the fries and the burger were cold. Even if the food was spectacular, I don't want to support businesses that so callously dismiss people with disabilities. I regret patronizing this location.

Honestly this McDonald's was incredible. We walked in around 1:30 AM and they were pumping out burgers, fries and nuggets like an assembly line. No one was waiting more than 10 minutes. The trash was full but I understand that their focus was getting folks their food over anything else. Solid work from McD's!

MANAGER NETTA WAS JUST AWESOME!!! I arrived with my family to grab some breakfast, as we were staying next door at Harrahs Hotel. The restaurant was packed full, and there were customers everywhere! But I watched one incredible gal handle every single customer with great service and a smile, while guiding and assisting a number of young, new employees with such fantastic leadership! AND THAT GAL WAS NETTA!!! And when we misplaced our receipt, she quickly looked me up on the app order number, and got our family handled and fed!!! THANK YOU AGAIN NETTA SO MUCH! I like jogging to this location from the Mandalay Bay and getting breakfast. You are forced to order from the walk-up kiosk, which I saw many people complain about. Good news, the technology did not defeat me. My biggest complaint is that there are several people who eat here that are homeless, I'm not a fan of eating my McMuffin and being asked for change.

They always state they don't have water but only purchasable water bottles. When I visited this time and asked they stayed the same thing while another coworker was literally using the water fountain. I brought it up and said it should not be working. Definitely scamming customers to purchase water bottles.

Se mcdonalds food is good. Ill say that. But you knows what's better? When McDonald's gives you the food food you want instead of just randomly choosing off the menu and giving you whatever.

I did pay for syrup but they kept asking if I need the list on my ticket plus I ask for water and they denied it they said the restaurant was running without water so maybe I have to call the city for this and they are rude 6:11pm sun 12 I did pay for food but they are denying water for me I don't drink soda's

The most expensive McDonalds i ever went to. Almost 16 bucks for a basic egg McMuffin meal, crazy! The place was packed even at 10am yet they were able to serve everyone in a timely matter. The ambiance was pretty normal for a McDonald's. Unfortunately, they forgot my hashbrown so i had to go back and wait.

The fact that the elevator has fallen into the state of disrepair that it has fallen into is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The panel is FALLING OUT AND ONLY BEING HELD ON BY A SINGLE ROPE!!! It makes it almost impossible to push the buttons! Plus, with all the wiring exposed, someone could get ELECTROCUTED!!! Unbelievable! By not maintaining their elevator properly, that constitutes a VIOLATION OF THE LAW!!! To sum it up, DON'T EVER COME HERE!!! Go to a different McDonald's location in Vegas if you want a Big Mac.

well, at least you know what you're getting right it's McDonald's. The food was your typical McDonald's and warm which I appreciate yet. It is quite dirty inside and some interesting folks that hang out there. I was to get it to go. This is not so you probably want to sit down and eat even if it's just a snack

Why? lol it's not that serious refuses to follow McDonald's rewards points or buy one get one? Weird and of course you guest it no ice cream it's broken managers really nice tho... she gets all the stars

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They have the self service order screens. Which is convenient because if the workers had anything more to do this place would be a a mess. One took a while to get our order. Second on the receipt and our order, we ordered a medium smoothie. Waited patiently to let one of the workers know that we were missing the smoothie. One of the workers had to stoped and heard our concern. But you continued moving on to the next orders. Another five minute standing there waiting for just a smoothie we spoke up to let the coworker know we were still waiting for this smoothie. At this point she was just ignoring us acting like she was deaf All of a sudden. Another five minutes go by still standing waiting for the smoothie. We're getting no answers. Everyone that came before us and after us, I've already gotten their food and left. This is so rude and disappointing. This McDonald's really needs to train their workers on customer service. We're waiting for a paid item that they just wanted to ignore the fact that we were Patiently waiting to receive. I will never will be back to this McDonald's. The food was no good. It was dried out and didn't taste fresh. Ended up throwing the food away after all that. A total waste of money and didn't even feel like being bothered with the bad customer service workers to get a refund.

Solid, cheap breakfast on the Vegas strip. I'm glad they cleaned up the homeless that used to be in here. The staff are attentive and can manage crowds. The tables were clean for a McDonalds. I will be back tomorrow for more Egg McMuffins!

Okay, first of all I took me and my grand baby hezekiah to this fancy lookin mickey d's in Las Vegas then in his happy meal he gets the most smelliest most sour burger ever. It smelled like old ass cheese. then them onions looked suspicious as hell especially after them people where dying after eating a burger. Oh hell nah I threw that shit away. Then mind you the lady I ordered from was a bitch. She was so snarky and so snappy and with their I hate them

Went here after midnight and they have a set menu. Didn't even have a McChicken. There was also only one kiosk open. The food came out super fast but fries definitely lacked salt. They have indoor and outdoor seating available.

Some McDonald's in Vegas are bad ,they have a horrible customer service, the Employees have bad attitude, they are rude with the customers.

I always grab a cup of coffee from this McDonald's when I'm staying at Linq or Harrahs and haven't had any issues until now. Well this past trip I was starving and ordered an 11pm dinner from here as it was quick and easy. Walked over to this McDonald's from the hotel I was hanging out at only to find it was closed. The app I ordered from said it was open 24 hours, and the sign out front said open until midnight, but it was closed with no explanation. So now I'm hungry and out money as I've already paid for the meal. Solved the hunger problem and went back to the restaurant the next day to talk to a manager and explain the issue. They admitted to closing early but didn't say why, and then told me I shouldn't have been charged for food. Well, I was. They didn't have any explanation, any resolution, or any way of helping me. I contacted McDonald's on Twitter and via the app's contact us form, but nope, here we are a week later and no refund. Cool.

The Las Vegas McDonalds on Ann and Rainbow is the absolute worst! It was not busy, yet people were waiting 10, 15, up to 20 minutes for the simplest of orders. I was waiting with about 5 other people, and we could see all of these people running around the kitchen, putting food in bags, and then throwing the open bags on a shelf, where the bags would fall over to the floor and entire orders kept having to be redone. There could not possibly have been any managers on duty for there to be this level of pandemonium to fill orders for a small handful of people. That was just in the 20 minutes I was there waiting. What happens when there is a rush? I will not be returning.

Hard pressed to write a tegiew in mcdonadls but yessenia i think, the manager was fantastic and friendly and solved my problemss with mcdonalds app

They give you HALF full fries & I only get my order correct HALF of the time ALL BAD

Look I love Vegas and it's extravagance but sometimes you just need a basic burger that you've had a hundred times before. At least here you know what you're getting coming here, some restaurants throughout the strip look good but end up being super disappointing.

The Valley Verde is the worst for providing fast food. Even with putting in a mobile order, you still have to wait over 20 min to get your order. However they are definitely stocked with employees that stand around.

I went to McDonald's like always but tonight it was different, I order a Big Mac combo at the drive through , I waited 14 minutes just to get to the window and the first thing I noticed, my drink didn't have ice, the ice machine was broke is what the manager told me with this funny attitude, ok not a big deal, as soon I just parked at the Mcds parking lot, I noticed my Big Mac was cold, and the fries were old and saggy, I don't know what's going on with this company but is not the same, the food is expensive and the size are smaller plus the service sucks this restaurant is located on eastern and sunset ave in las Vegas Sham on you.

They did take freak pay and that's all I had and I hope they get tons of business in the future and my meal was awesome

The Harrah's McDonald's. I am updating this review because my original review was directed for the Las Vegas Strip at Harmon Avenue McDonald's. Apparently there were confusions with this business listing and the review ended up here. No worries because I am still keeping my rating for this one at four stars. Over the years, I have been to the Harrah's McDonald's several times. I am a fan of their reasonable prices. The upshot is that I have been here many times when I wanted to save money dining out on the Las Vegas Strip or when I wanted something to hold me over for later. For example, last Monday I paid less than $10 for a Chicken McNuggets meal with a large Coke. Good stuff! Just like the fast food I enjoy in a well managed McDonald's, this is a fast review. My chances of returning to the Harrah's McDonald's is high.

Refused to take a counter order from a handicapped person. Freely Told the kiosks we're the only option for placing food order despite a sign saying that counter ordering was an option. Pretty hostile customer experience.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I ate a burger from here recently that immediately caused me severe stomach pain followed by over 5 hours of violent vomiting that kept me up the entire night. My abdomen aches from the repeated vomiting. Not to mention the anxiety and emotional distress this caused me. Now 18 hours later I am just a shell of a person, unable to carry my own luggage at the airport, stomach even plain foods and leaving Las Vegas so utterly weak and defeated. Please, get your burger fix somewhere else like In N Out so you don't end up in misery like myself.

Breakfast here 2 days in a row. Lines moved quickly, friendly staff, especially the woman who was shouting out the order numbers as each was ready. Clean dining area, onsite security and an outdoor seating area. Very glad this was across from my hotel.

It had good food, cheap, and very nice workers. It did take a while to get my food but it wasn't to bad and I prefer it more then other Mc Donald's. Overall a 10/10. Tip: Use your Mc Donald points and oder at the Kiosk. And then go down to the 1 2 3 dollar menu. Enjoy!

My food took 30 minutes for them to make these damn teens don't know what they are doing. The people that walked in got their food way before me, im pissed.

Used kiosk on left and it struggled with my order. It would struggle never responding to my taps. Then the screen would take forever to change. When i finally got the payment screen it locked up. I gave up and when to register, they told me to use kiosk. By this time my frustration level was over the top. Just gave up and walked out! When someplace else had nice meal.

It's McDonald's you get what you pay for and it's the same everywhere in the world! This store has a running stream of customers from sun up to sun down. It's on the strip! Considering it's location the store is fairly clean without a lot of non paying customers in the dining area or hanging outside. The long lines moved pretty quickly, I received what I ordered without incident and it was hot. I am so thankful that no matter where you are in the world you can count on McDonald's coffee!

First time to visit this McDonald's on the Strip. I haven't had a Quarter Pounder with Cheese before, so I thought I'd give it a try. No problem with french fries, as usual. Hot and delicious. Can't say the same with the sandwich. It was still pink/red in the middle. Somehow it didn't taste like the quarter pounder that I got used to enjoy. To make this review short, needless to say, I didn't finish eating it. Went up to talk to one of the female servers and showed her my leftover quarter pounder sandwich. She said she'd let her supervisor know about it. I'm attaching a photo of the quarter pounder.

This McDonald's is seriously a hot mess. What else would you expect though on the vegas strip. I think this was one of the few places open for food in a Thursday night. We waited about 30 minutes for our food. The staff seemed stressed and irritated, there were many patrons drunk and impatiently waiting. The quality of food was the usual McDonald's quality. Also the outdoor area was a huge mess, they need more trash cans and more staff to maintain the area. Giving four stars for the quality of the food and diligence of the staff. I hope the company will allocate themselves with more resources!

on 07312024 @1pm at mcdonalds 301 fremont las vegas nv i made an purchase order at the kiosk and the kiosk denied my card 6 times. i went to my bank and was told that the merchant of mcdonalds decline my card and was charged $120. the card was working find at mcdonalds yesterday of 07302024. the manager at the mcdonalds with the tatoo wasnt really concern of the issue ay the kiosk. mcdonalds m3549, mcdonalds resturaunt #18964, mer# 256745

Haven't been here since before the pandemic ... the good news is, they still have the not-really-inflated-for-the-Strip pricing Bad news is, the efficiency has taken a hit, apparently in the name of automation (which is supposed to be more efficient but lol). You can't order at the counter any more, upon entering you are herded to a order kiosk by some version of Holly Hunter in Raising Arizona ("TURN TO THA RIGHT!!!"). Despite this things take longer between people trying to figure out where everything is in the kiosk menu and people returning to the counter to flag someone down bc an order got messed up. While waiting for the food I saw a bunch of people come up because coffee creamer and sugar was missing, when I got my breakfast I found it didn't have the butter and jelly that's supposed to be included. Nothing better than a late night fry! I was desperately hungry and only wanted fries and I'm not too good for a fry from McDonald's. I walked in to a packed lobby and told my sister I could wait for a drive thru on the way home but she insisted we could wait and to order here because I needed to eat. I only wanted a fry and got a drink to cool down in this 100° Vegas weather. My cousin ordered through the app and it ended up being a 12 minute wait. While waiting at a dirty table, my sister noticed a huge bug on a customer's arm near us. After informing her, we decided to just stand and wait. I hate that their pick up screen wasn't working because with so many people it's hard to hear what order is called and to see your place in the queue. I already knew it'd be a long wait because it was packed and I'm sure everyone ordered fries. Honestly, I thought we'd have a longer wait so I'm happy with the wait. The fries were hot, salty, and fresh - just what I needed.

Bought food from here while out here for my 10 year old and we are out and about on the strip. The manager white older lady with gray manager shirt would not open the rest room so my son could eat his food. It's chicken nuggets and fries and she looked at me and said people destroy the restrooms. Well I just returned the food cos why ????

Love it it pretty cool not far mc cafe were pretty good the food was nice good place to sit as well
