Pleasantly surprised at how quick of service we had, the line to the drive thru was wrapped around and into the street... When we got our food, the fries were hot amd fresh, as well as the chicken nuggets. I did think my big Mac was a bit cold, but honestly speaking, I wouldn't complain bc of how quick and friendly service was.

It doesn’t seems like providing “customer service” was apart of Maryori’s training. It’s bad enough that EVERYTIME my family visits this location the wait is extremely long and the drive thru line is constantly wrapped around the building. One of the things that I enjoy getting from McDonald’s in this Texas heat is a hot fudge sundae. Definitely a common thing that I order…today during my visit I order just that. When I given my sundae I noticed that my cup was only half way full. When I brought it to Maryori’s attention she said we no longer fill the cup up this is how we’ve been told to serve it. What a rip off!!! It’s like ordering a medium fry and now they only give you half the amount in the fry container. What’s the purpose of even putting the lid on it at this point. If they’re looking to cut cost don’t give the lid it’s pointless the cup is only have full. I thought the purpose of the lid was to “catch” ice cream rim up to prevent a mess and/or melting over. Normally when ordering a sundae it comes full (I literally just ordered one from this exact location last week via the drive thru and received a full cup). Even looking at the sundae picture on the menu it shows a fuller cup. It usually come at lease to the cup rim. Ultimately, if this is now the policy I’ve been made an aware and now have a decision to make if I will continue to order this item. However, I also feel like Maryori could have done a better job in her customer service. A simple “I’ll go ahead and fill it up this time however please keep in mind for your next visit the way that it was present is the new normal” but that wasn’t the case. I even said to her “I just purchased one days ago at this location and was given the normal amount…are you able to go ahead and fill it up this visit and I’ll keep in mind the smaller amount going forward” and she said “no the amount you got is correct.” Keep in mind as I mentioned this location is ALWAYS crowded business is booming what would it have hurt for her to provide a customer service and fill the cup up this visit.

I waited for over 20 minutes for my curbside order at this location. It was during the lunch rush, which is fine, but I felt something was up so I called the store. After giving them my order number and name and telling them how long I have waited, they CANCELED my order. I saw it on the app when it happened. I tried to ask why that happened but the manager on the phone was gaslighting me, telling me I was mistaken, even though the app literally updated right before my eyes. They canceled the order to save face and that's really messed up. Avoiding this store in the future, honestly.

Order a hot and spicy meal this is what I got!!! Bring it back they say OK. It took me 30 minutes to get there and the lady that was in the drive-through on 8/26/25 at 1:30 PM was rude!!! I’m not bringing it back so you can add a little special greeting in it no thank you

Waited 45 minutes on pick up spot for mobile order just to get my order with missing items and some attitude from their unprofessional manager. Also the employees here are lazy and didn’t even bother to use the spindle machine for my Oreo McFlurry. Instead, they just sprinkled a tiny amount of toppings on top and handed it over without properly mixing anything. It was basically plain soft serve with barely any mix-ins. Completely lazy and unacceptable—if I’m paying full price, I expect it to be made correctly, not rushed through with zero effort. Definitely not coming back to this location.

terrible crew with horrible work ethic. they only gave me half my order and i had to go through the drive thru THREE times for them to give it to me, AND they left out the pumpkin pies i ordered. when i called the store, the manager said there's nothing they can do. they act like its their first day of school in there. poor communication, bad attitudes, they're all confused, and dont know how to use a register or card reader. most unprofessional location ive ever been to. you're better off just going into the HEB next door and cooking your own food. and the food was cold too

Service is unbelievably slow. Staff courtesy is non existent. Only come here if you have time to lose and and money to waste. I sat nearly 20 minutes for. Double cheeseburger.

I stopped by this McDonald’s recently and the experience was about what you’d expect. The food was standard McDonald’s—nothing surprising, but the fries were fresh and hot, which was nice. Service inside was good and the staff were friendly enough. The main downside is the parking lot and drive-thru setup. It’s very frustrating to get in and out of this location. The traffic flow is awkward and makes the whole experience more stressful than it needs to be. Overall, it’s fine for a quick bite, but the parking and drive-thru situation really drag down the convenience.

My Double Cheeseburger with no ketchup at the drive thru was very delicious, very well-seasoned and juicy all the way through. The bread to meat ratio was great. McD is one of my favorite fast food burgers due to tasting the same for decades unlike Jack, Wendy's and Whataburger which are awful nowadays lacking seasoning and such.

I'm a dasher and I dash at night and they always make you wait a long time I was supposed to pick up an order by 3:03 am and it's currently 3:15am and the order isn't even ready I don't even think they've started making it also as a dasher we have a time limit on picking up the orders I can get a violation and get fired eventually so thank you McDonalds great job keep it up ...

I called to order three large shakes and she said OK and she didn't reply back when I said excuse me I would like three large shakes and she said no because I was too fat

Hurtfully disappointed! This was 1 of 3 locations that I visited looking for the Grimace Birthday Meal and al thought advertised It was not available in either of the 3 locations. The drive thru area was clean and the line was service was pretty smooth and fast. The noise level was normal and I could hear the speakers clearly. The food I cannot rate, simply because it was not available and the worst part is when you ask why and get a variation of responses. I did ask for an alternative options of which, I was told there was none. Either way I had to drive off 3 times with a disappointed kid and no Grimace Birthday Meal before leaving town. Until the next one, Bye-Bye!

Ordered an Mario Kart, and got an book, the service is great, i ordered online so yeah, the food is great, just the happy meal toy is not

100% the worst MCD in H town. Sleepy employees. Short drive through lane. Zero customer service.

I thought I would give this McDonald's another chance. Nope, never again. Ordered my food in the dining room to eat in, waited for a half hour for my food. It comes out in a bag. I ordered an iced caramel mocha and got chocolate milk. Fries were stone cold. Took the fries to the counter to let them know they were cold. Employee asked what size when the two small fry wrappers were on the tray. He comes out with not even 10 fries in each bag. Spoke to the manager who was off duty. She went to get Maria the other manager. Needless to say, she is the same manager that was supposed to fix my order last time. The other manager told her as she was leaving, make sure you get their two small fries. Nope, the piss poor manager didn't even acknowledge us. Don't waste your time or money.

If i can give this location ZERO stars i would ! Workers are extremely rude , they slam the drive thru window in your face and always have attitude !

I have to give them credit. This location was going downhill but they did a great job today. I ordered curbside and the food came out fast and it was hot and fresh. Everything was accurate. I hope they stay consistent.

had a random craving for a cheeseburger and decided to stop in. ehh. no. i stopped an employee to ask about payment on the machine and she seemed to not understand. took 8 mins for someone to walk to the register. waited 15 mins and my food was lukewarm af. the mcds in the super walmart is wayyy better. next time i have a craving, ill drink a bottle of water and use my imagination.

Probably one of the more better McDonalds around. They are fast and efficient. When you go inside you can here the communication the staff has with one another. Food is typical of all McDonald's and the store is mostly somewhat clean and not dirty.

Writing this review during the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic. Experiences might be skewed during this unusual time but this is our review. We had to order through the drive thru. Due to this, the parking lot was a major sh*t show... especially since we were coming in from the H-E-B parking lot. We then had to loop around the building but because of all the traffic, it was a stand still... only to get to the actual drive thru line and have cars butting into the line instead of going around the building to actually get IN the line. Anyways, we ordered 3 breakfast meals. All the food was hot and delicious. Most of the deducted stars were for the poor traffic flow in the parking lot. Perhaps if people were able to go IN to dine instead of all through the drive thru, our experience would be different.

Y'all need to fire that Orange Mop Head cause his attitude wasn't good at all. I'd gladly go back to teach him some manners. Guy shoved my food when giving it to me and didn't say a single word.

Worst McDonalds I have ever patronized. 1. Service is ALWAYS slow. 2. Food is NEVER fresh. The fries I received had clearly been sitting out for a while, not only were they cold but they have that stale taste. 3. Orders will be incorrect. Wanted two apple pies, one was cherry and the other was old and beyond it's "enjoy by" time stamp.

Crap service. This will not be pleasant. I'm surprised that this place has an overall two star rating. 8:30p on a Sunday. They were averaging 5-10 minutes a car, not a rush time. No one was at the pay window. They messed up the order of the car in front of me, so it took a solid 10 minutes for them to fix it. When I got to the window, they hadn't put my order in. So I had to wait another 10 minutes in the waiting spot. Keep in mind, it is raining. The girl comes out of the door, and waits for me to get out of the car and go to her. Shit service. She doesn't bring the drink. Takes another 5 minutes to pour iced tea. I was walking in to see if they forgot me when she came out. My customer service is better than there's at this point. This is the universe telling me not to get fast food. This was my first time to go to McDonald's in about three years. It'll probably be another three at least. The least the manager could do was comp or discount. Nope. This trip took almost thirty minutes.

We really wanted chick fil-a. But it's Sunday. So we made do with this B.S. Lines were crazy long (probably because it's Sunday and chick fil a is closed). The lady taking orders was RUDE AF. Talking about "I have a line" trying to rush me along with my order. I said "B, the line was here before me and will continue after me. Calm ya teats". Then I come to find out she is a manager. Like how??? Shout out to Natasha ("crew member") for making my experience somewhat bare able. When the crews got more class than the manager... Anyway, the food was standard McDonald's fair. Cheap, fast, unhealthy as ever. Final grade: C Yes, I'll be back. Everyone always goes back to McDonald's.

They are EXTREMELY rude here DO NOT COME HERE!!! The staff is disrespectful, dismissive and rude.

i don't know why i keep coming back to this mcdonald's. The night crew is always so rude. I asked her for additional sauce because i forgot to add extra to my mobile order even thought it's free on the app. She gave me a whole attitude and said they were in the bag after i checked multiple times and just needed a couple more. After she rudely slammed the door and went to the back to get some, she handed them to me and I thanked her and all she said was "whatever." I don't understand the attitude because it's literally just sauce, she's not getting paid more for withholding sauces. It's not that serious and how am i supposed to eat a 20 piece with one sauce. Never again.

This is by far the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Be prepared to spend no less than 15 min in the drive thru even if there are a few cars in front of you. I can count the number of times they've got my orders right and I now make sure to check that my order is complete before driving away.

My order took 40 minutes for a 20 piece and one quarter pounder. Then we found out that they gave it to someone else so we had to wait another 10

Be careful ordering Doordash from this location and be prepared for your dasher to wait 20-30 minutes to pick up the order. The advertised times should be disregarded

The service here for dine in is not it I waited for 20 just for large fries. A short girl guessing a manager she asked me what I needed I said large fries, she walks away forgetting my fries. I saw me bag # just left on the side in back. There was a lady next to me waiting for coke for 15 mins. I understand your busy but there was no one in the front to take care of cashier position. A crew member was going on break someone from the back asked the member to clock out but to help out. No you stay clocked in and help not clock out. Again 20 mins for large fries. I felt bad for that crew member.

Wrong! Got three sausage McMuffin. I order two sausage McMuffin and one sausage egg cheese McGriddle.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in Houston. The drive through line is completely ridiculous and it's not like they are making your food as you order it. It's just completely inexcusable. I literally drove 15 minutes further to another McDonald's to avoid the drive through nightmare at this one.

I came here on a Monday night for a romantic dinner with my girlfriend. We were originally planning on coming for Valentine's day, but being the awesome boyfriend I am, I planned ahead knowing this gem of a restaurant would be packed. As expected, there was no wait time. While every other couple in Pearland were freaking out trying to book last minute reservations for Valentine's dinner, we were enjoying one of the best meals of our lives (think of Harold and Kumar go to White Castle). Allow me to let you into our magical night for the next five minutes... We walked in, credit card in hand, starving after our leg workout at 24 Hour Fitness. As we stood in front of the menu, saliva running down our chins, it was obvious what we were getting: #1 Large Combo (Mac Daddy), two Hot n' Spicy's (extra mayo of course, only cat lovers can't handle double the white sauce), 10 Chicken Nuggets (best pink slime ever), and an extra soda for our parched throats. We were self-seated within 2 minutes, went through the normal Snapchat/Yelp routine of taking pictures of the feast we were about to have, and sharing them with our four other friends. Everything was hot, fresh, and so tasty. The burst of flavor and full-body orgasms we received goes to show just how awesome of a restaurant this place is. We left completely satisfied and walked out like Rob Gronkowski did after winning the Super Bowl, knowing he didn't have to play a single minute of the game to beat the Falcons. P.S. Would come again

Visited here for NYE and the line was super long. The young man at the window wasn't pleasant at all and tried to rush me being that I've been sitting there for 30 mins to get my food. So YES I'm going to take my time putting my money up before I grab my food from him. Don't rush me when you all took forever to help us customers. I'm hoping the next time I visit here the experience will be different.

Took my son to eat inside and it is really nice! They upgraded everything and it looks really good! I love the design. Very modern. We walked in and there was as lady waiting to take our order, she seemed new but very nice and not rushing. Our order came out perfect. There was an employee there just cleaning the tables after everyone would leave. So there was never a dirty table. The layout of the place is a little weird. There are tables behind the cooking area, by the restrooms which is weird. But other than that everything was good!

It's McDonald's but it's very good if you are looking for a late night snack the thing is you have to go through the drive through because inside closes at 11 pm

Terrible service! Workers are incredibly rude after getting your order WRONG and get complaints . AND the mediums for lattes are incredibly small. I asked about it and the guy in the window said yes with a attitude. I ordered a 10 pc of spicy nuggets and they gave me a 6 pc and I said something and he rudely said WHERE IS YOUR receipt? Terrible service !

Don't ever order iced coffee drinks here cuz you'll never get the right drink. That or this McDonald's doesn't know how to make iced caramel macchiatos and just give you iced coffee with caramel drizzle on top.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the drive-thru was pretty full but compared to the amount of people they had to serve, the service was decently fast. They took our order without a problem and the food was good.

I waited 30 for 2 sundaes I thought they was taking long due to how many people are eating but no they forgot about my order and I had to walk up to them and ask them they made both sundaes under a minute it's crazy to me they need to get things straight

This has got to be the slowest McDonald's in houston pearland area. There is always a line wrapped around the corner and the food is never fresh. My advice hire more experienced cooks and cashiers. There's no reason why It took 16 minutes from the time i ordered until i was able to pull up to the window to receive my Big Mac.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Went in today (7/22/2021 at 11:32am) Went to order (hadn't said one word yet) the rude ass female at the counter says "I can't hear you speak louder" I stated "I haven't said anything yet." Rolls her eyes at me and goes "HMM" I complete my order, she doesn't read it back to me at all (the screen was not working that faced me.) Then charges me for a medium meal when I asked specifically for a large meal. I mean the 2 words don't even sound the same so how she got it wrong beats me. As she got the manager & I explained, the manager said "AYE" like it was an inconvenience for her. Such attitude from BOTH employees! The manager needs actual customer service & professionalism training! If you hate your job that much go find another!!

I went there and I got 2 hot fudge sundays and a McFlurry. When we received our order half of all our cups were empty. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you can help it.

I know McDonalds is not healthy. But when I need quick this is the place to go. I got the McDouble and small fries with an apple pie and a cherry limeade slush. I truly enjoyed it. No shame in my game. Will come back again hahah

20 minutes in the waiting line. 7 cars got saved as well as 2 parties that walked in. Never brought out the food so I left without the items I paid for. Straight theft and poor customer service.

came on here on a monday for date night to dine in, and had a 5 star experience. service was quick and friendly, it was nice and clean and didn't even smell weird, but most importantly, oh my goodness, the hot and spicy chicken was beyond exceptional. nice and crispy with a bit of juiciness in each bite with the perfect amount of extra mayonnaise, it was the most definitely one of the best top 5 sandwiches i've ever had. the chicken nuggets were nice and crispy as well, and usually they only allow to give you 2 sauces but they went ahead and gave me three without asking for a quarter, which i think was extremely nice. the fries even had the perfect mixture of crispy and soggy ones, just the way i like it. the only thing that they could improve on is that the Dr. Pepper could've had more carbon dioxide but besides that, everything was perfect.

Second time going to this McDonald's and the service was poor. On the drive-through, I was unable to understand the lady's Spanish and she got my order wrong. Walking in, I noticed they catered to the drive through.

This morning i was being out the door because i was behind schedule so i decided to get a quick breakfast. I usually don't get some good ole Mickey D's but why not its on the way to work anyways. As i was entering the drive thru it was packed. I waited a good 10 minutes trying to get to the speaker and when i did i could barely hear the woman's voice over the screeching sound it was making. I stayed in line waiting patiently and when i finally made it i was so relieved. The transaction was pretty quick but dawg.... They gave me the wrong order So i decided not to go back into that long dreaded line and just ate then hashbrowns so i ain't really complaining but whoever got my mcmuffin sorry! Overall it was hetic so a word of advice is to check the bag before you go!

Came through the drive thru at 1am on a Thursday, and y'all packaged my order perfectly. I had a special request to take strawberries out of my parfait, along with other adjustments to my order, and my food turned out perfect. Thank you to the lady at the second window for listening! I appreciate y'all!
