McDonald's

The staff were nice but food took a while to come out. They locked the bathroom so customers had to them to unlock it (really annoying). There were sockets on the high tables but none of it worked. Many tables inside. Nice mural on the wall. It was clean enough as McDonald’s. When we were heading out, there were at least 6-7 people waiting for their orders. They couldn’t keep up with the volume.

This McDonald looked so new inside, probably due to a recent renovation. Lots of space to sit and dine. It was mostly clean. They had drive thru and curb side pickup as well. There were multiple self order kiosk, which we used to order our lunch. We got the happy meal and 10 piece nuggets. It took them a while to get the order ready. Very unusual for McD. But I liked the nuggets. Sauces were good.

Good McDonald in Springfield! Toilets doors are lock n need to ask staff press button to access! Very inconvenient! Many people have to kick the door before realize this! They should put up notices! Also sandwiches here not hot enough! This is no good

I love this place because they always remember me just by my voice before I give them my mobile app code. My food is always good.

Not a regular at McDonald's at all but was in a hurry and it hit the spot very nicely. Had a bacon double cheeseburger. Nice! The best part was the fact that my food was delivered to the table and the place was very clean.

The ONLY thing besides the prices that has me cringing at ANY McDonald's are those kiosks they make you sign in first on before you are called! Takes up way too much time and is a burden. It's way faster to give the cashier your order. I ONLY THE THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU!!

The young lady who works mornings shift is highly disrespectful and rude she has something against me she don't even let you talk she walks away as she's talking , then she goes and talks about me to her employees the girl who is working front counter needs a reality check, overall Angela is highly respectful and always cares for her customers she always has a smile and knowledges you! But this other girl who works needs to be addressed on how to treat customers.

This is a weird place. Seating is for more than 70 people as much as I counted, and there's more. They had 12 recepticals. And all of them were off. I told them maybe breaker is tripped of off. They said sorry we can't turn them on. And then I see a rule 30 minutes time limit while consuming food.... What in the world....

Stay the f away from this poorly run poor excuse for a fast food restaurant. They get your order wrong, the prices on the sign are not correct and when you challenge them and tell them forget it you want your money back they tell you there's no refunds even if you have not yet left the payment window and have yet to receive your food. The $0.30 they overcharged me for the cheeseburger that was on there $1 to Dollars $3 menu is insignificant but when you times that * hundreds sold per day the money piles up and the general public is ripped off big time. I will never go to another McDonald's again in my lifetime for any reason whatsoever except to leave them some of my waste in their restroom. I'm done

I ordered dick breakfast meals got those ordered coffee and didn't get my coffee two of them and no silverware how do you eat breakfast with no silverware.

This place should just close. In the 18 months that I have lived in Springfield this place seems to have gotten worse. The final straw was when they forgot to put my nuggets in the bag, but had the audacity to give me my Sweet N Sour dipping sauce. I went back to get the food I paid for, but they closed the dining room and the drive through was literally like 10 cars deep. Eff these people. Seriously.

Work nearby here from time to time and I truly believe this is the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. I'm amazed that McDonald's corporation even continues to tolerate the pace of this location as they have a standard set regarding how fast orders should be ready.

Asked for a lemonade but got a water. Also the food took so long we had to wait and ended up taking 15 minutes. Don't eat here!!!

This place is honestly terrible yes it's a food chain restaurant so everything is the same. But they make the food sloppy. They don't listen to you when you order. I ordered a large pumpkin spice ice coffee. They gave me a medium and it was regular. I told them I ordered a large pumpkin spice. And the employee I was charged for a medium regular. I asked if he could at lest fix it and make it a pumpkin spice he told me no because they were too busy. I was furious I would never ever be going to this McDonald's ever. With the poor customer service. The employees should be trained better. Do yourself a favor and drive over the bridge to the West Springfield McDonald's.

Terrible. Absolutely crap. I asked for a plane burger, gave me a big mac. Charged me twice. This is awful.
