Definitely won’t be going back to that one again! How the hell do you mess up FOUR!? 1. 2. 3. 4 ! I knew something was wrong when he handed me a very small bag! Definitely won’t be going back! Went to another that KNOWS HOW TO LISTEN AND COUNT !

I got a crispy chicken sandwich meal and a shamrock shock and paid through the app. I ended up getting the meal however I was told the ice cream machine was broken and I should have to do refund through the app. I did research and I have to contact the store. In my eyes this is totally unacceptable to not get what u paid for and not to b a issued a refund. The lady doing my order was also very rude and probably didn't want to deal with me when I asked for a refund. Totally unacceptable get better customer service.

I only keep getting food from here because it’s the only one that is on uber eats. This McDonalds should be closed DOWN FOREVER. Fries always cold and half full, fish filet with the bread hanging off of it, and got two strawberry pies instead of the apple pies we ordered. TERRIBLE AND UNLESS ITS A DIFFERENT MCDONALDS I AM NOT ORDERING AGAIN! When will corporate see these reviews and make a change. 😩😮‍💨😡

This McDonalds is a constant disappointment. Whether it’s the ridiculously long lines and/ or the giving you the wrong food, with an attitude, this location is definitely trash.

Hands down worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered from, and I really regret ignoring all the bad reviews. Do not be like me and ignore the bad reviews!!! I’m not picky at all and I usually ignore mistakes all the time because I get it, stuff happens, but dude…the amount of missing and incorrect items every single time I go in person or order delivery is CRAZY. Idk why I kept giving this location so many chances, but it’s just not worth it anymore. Like what is going on in there???

Fast with great service even though only two people were working and the line was half way around the building. I was very impressed at their speed and grateful they did not compromise customer service as he was kind and considerate.

Order online pickup and stood inside for 20 mins without no one acknowledging me saying anything about my order being ready. A customer standing in line had to yell to the workers that my food was ready. Worst McDonald’s in southern Maryland.

We visited this evening to grab dinner for my kids at the drive-thru. As is typical, my 4 year old told me he needed to use the bathroom just as we had driven away. I turned around to take my kids inside to use the restroom, only to find the door locked. The sign on the window says the dining room is open until 1am. This was around 7pm on a Saturday night. They need to update their hours if they don't plan to keep the dining room open. It was very frustrating.

The Absolute Worst McDonald's Ever. I live near this one so I try to frequent this location but trust me when I say...I WILL NOT BE BACK! I made a mobile when I was on the way and when I got there I still had to wait over 30 mins. Just for a 20 piece nugget! Never again...

NEVER COMING BACK!!! Usually I have no "major" issues with this location, because there is always an issue, but this time I had waited around 20 minutes for a 10 pc chicken nugget meal, which there was no rush and barely anyone there at all. Upon leaving, I began to eat and just as I left the mall area, and I bit into the nugget and saw a huge black ball in it, (as you see attached). I found this utterly disgusting and unpleasant! I do not know what this is nor where it came from, but I don't want to eat here anymore. This also made me very nauseous and sick, taking away my appetite. Not only did I have this issue, but I also tried to call the location, which I did 6 times fully and there was no answer period! (Which you can also see) I am more than very unsatisfied at this point and will be contacting corporate tomorrow for further investigation. This is extremely trifling and nasty! I will ensure to let others know about this, so they don't experience the same bs that I had to.

There is a place where slow, bad service and employees commitment is absent, this place is McDonald's by Mall circle. I don't understand how corporate don't do anything to improve o make this place better. I would give 0 stars to this place and forget its existence..

If I ever need something quick and reliable this is where I go. Both the drive thru and kiosk inside offer the convenience especially using the McD's app on your mobile phone. Lately, I have been making regular runs for the family as needed. I did have to wait a little longer than usual even when I ordered inside and there was not a line inside nor outside at the drive thru.

Less than 1 star. Ordered curbside, waited outside for 20 minutes. Went inside and my food was sitting on the counter. I asked why no one brought the food out and received a brush off answer. Had to wait until all of my food was remade. They didn't remake my McFlurry and it was melted. 0/10. Not worth the trip.

how is this 24 hours if i go at 2 am and you're "not accepting orders" it sounds like employees just dont feel like working. terrible customer service, not going back to this location

What is the point of having curbside pickup if you have no intention of checking for mobile orders? I checked in on the app, put in my spot #, waited 20 minutes, then just went inside and got my order after someone finally acknowledged me standing there for a couple minutes. Wasn't a busy store. I'm not sure what the issue was.

Definitely hate that I can't give them 0 stars!!!! The service here is the worst service I have ever experienced. They are rude and they are unaware of how customer service works. They are slow, they don't care, they always get my order wrong, and there's always something missing. These workers need training or need to get out of the customer service business.

This store is very new and clean, but on the small side. Located within a mall perimeter, it is sort of a "destination". It has a drive through and inside seating is now open (post 2021 pandemic high). The food I ordered was served hot and seemed fresh (Mcnuggets, medium fries and a quarter pounder with extra tomato and lettuce). The day I went service was spotty, with new employees that were slightly confused, and a masked manager that counted every dollar bill and straightened them in the same direction before putting them inside the register. She also looked a little bit tired, and I felt for her. It has be hard.

I went through the drive thru at this McDonalds July 28, 2023 at around 4pm. I ordered two happy meals, a big mac meal, a large fry and a 6 piece nugget. When I went to the pick up window I was only given one happy meal. I explained to the person at the window that I was waiting for one more happy meal and she asked for my receipt. After looking at my receipt I saw that I was only charged for one happy meal. No big deal I will pay for the other one. The employee tells me that I have to go inside to pay for the second happy meal. Again no big deal. When I go inside I see that there is a long line. Since I already waiting in the drive thru line I did not want to wait again. I asked for the manager and I explained that I already waited in the drive thru line and I did not want to wait again; I just wanted to order my happy meal, pay and be on my way. The store manager STEVE said ok but you do know that big screen out there where we take you order shows you exactly what you ordered and next time you just need to look at that. He even moved his arms in the shape of a square to emphasize the fact that I should have checked on the screen. Mind you the screen he is talking about is often inaccurate. As I stood there confused as to why he was speaking to me a paying customer in such a negative manner I stopped him mid sentence and said never mind I want to return all my food. I came back inside arms FULL of food and gave STEVE my receipt to process my return. After about 7 mins STEVE comes back and still reiterates the fact that I should have looked on the big screen in front of me. He mentions that this has been happening a lot lately. What that tells me is that the cashier is having an issue taking the correct orders so I should not be shamed and embarrassed in front of the whole store over a mistake that the cashier made. I felt belittled and as if STEVE just wanted to mansplain things to me and make me feel small. Never again!!

I just wanted a sweet tea, that's all. A wait at the doctors office is shorter...The owners of this establishment can't possibly be engaged.

Zero if possible. Called at 4 am to confirm I was able to order. Man said yes our system is coming up. I drove 15-20 min out because the McDonald's near my house was "down" too. And magically when I get here the imbecile behind the mic said they have "maintenance working on the registers". Why are you people so ignorant.

By far, the slowest McDonalds I have been to. Lots of frustrated customers waiting to be served. I have learned my lesson. Never again.

Gave one star only because I had to. Whenever you pull up to this drive thru. be ready to give up at least 30 minutes of your time and today is no exception. Ordered at 6:46, it's now 7:02 and I'm still waiting to pay! Most ridiculously slow service I've ever experienced.

I just got a chicken sandwich and drink. The sandwich was burned and the drink tasted like water. Also, the French fries were old and cold.

The food is alright. But the hospitality of the workers is horrible. They didn't give me my fries, added a random meal I didn't ask for then gave my coffee BLACK with no creamers or sugar. Absolutely horrible

bad service and most of their food and drinks are out and it almost took 20 minutes to get my food? But we didn't get the drinks but the guy gave us another shake

I purchased two kids meals today and when we got home and opened the boxes, I discovered that we were given brown apples that were obviously no longer good for consumption.

Terrible service all around, can't get orders right, not alternating cars at the double drive through. Three cars went through one side before ours was acknowledged. Food had clearly long ago died and was given to us dried out by heat lamps.

Worse McDonald's I've been to. So rude, slow and never gets the order correct. I could accept the food not being correct if the staff was professional and polite.

Today, I've reached my breaking point with McDonald's in this region of Maryland...not just this location, but ALL. OF. THEM. Every single time I have visited locations in this area the service has been poor to sub par...more so, consistently poor. The orders are usually incorrect. There are usually irate customers awaiting orders...incorrect orders, which probably contributes to the customer back-ups and other hiccups. There are usually flies flying around in the restaurant. The floor is usually dirty. The serving area where the employees fill the orders is usually unkept. The glass doors and windows are usually covered with smears. The restrooms are usually horrible. Today. I saw what I thought was a fly crawling on the floor behind the cashiers. It was not a fly. It was a roach carrying a sac (babies). I was too done. Another customer stood beside me and confirmed. To speak about the employee behavior, smh, I would need to write an entire blog post... The franchises in this area should seriously consider investing in maintaining their restaurants & ensuring the managers they entrust, are experienced professionals with adequate training and knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant industry...not just on a local or national scale, but a much larger, global scale. Totally, unacceptable.

Awful service. Waited in drive thru for 2 apple pies. Once I got to window to pay the young lady said we don't have any apple pies. I asked her why didn't they tell me once I ordered and waited in line. She said they don't tell me nothing. I will never come to this McDonald again. My time is precious.

As I stand waiting on my food, the employees are going outside and coming back not washing their hands. What about practicing safety over our food during this COVID-19 pandemic, so disgusting and it's the manager too. Today is July 15th at 8:30pm

How hard is it to use liquid sugar in iced coffee??! How?! How?! How?! It's NOT HARD AT ALL...why would you think granulated sugar would melt in an ice coffee ⁉ I STG it's like this every single time-I always have to get it remade‼ No one likes crunchy iced coffee

Pretty quick drive thru most of the time. Staff isn't friendly most days. I return often because they make my iced coffee really good and it's a great location in the waldorf area near all of my errands.

Service is very slow with order being wrong many times. I had to wait over thirty minutes for a mobile order.

Everytime I visited this location via the drive thru the wait is longer than normal. There is a Chic Fil a down the street and they get customers in and out with almost 2 to 3 times more customers in line. Yesterday 12/16/2020 was an extremly terrible experience while in the drive thru. I literally was stuck in the drive thru about 35-40 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I pulled off. When the attendant at the second window finally handed me my food she had an attitude, bad body language, and didn't attempt to offer any explanation to why the wait was so long. To add insult to injury my food was cold as i taste tested a fry as I pulled off and I wasn't given 1 napkin in my bag of 3 meals. If you are in the area I reccomend going to the Mc Donalds down the street near Outback steak house. This location customer service sucks.

This McDonald's has the worst drive thru service of any McDonald's I've ever been to in the United States. Avoid it and go to another fast food chain.

The SLOWEST McDonald's in the world and for some reason my fries are always hard. Lol. Ridiculous. Avoid and just go to the one on 301 next to Outback. I'm the ONLY person inside, waiting for 10 minutes on a mobile order. The crew is slow, loud and have a lacking a customer service and manners. Especially, Sandy.

This is quite possibly the slowest most inaccurate McDonald's in the history of fast food places. I don't know what goes on on the inside, but it does t translate well in customer service or anything close to "fast". You'll be lucky if you even get any of the good you actually ordered. 75 thumbs down. Just close it down. Do us all a favor. And for gods sake. When they say can you pull to the side don't. Your food won't ever come.

This McDonalds is very slow . How does it take ten minutes for a milkshake? They need to improve or shut down. One lady walked in and the workers messed up her drive thru order. And that took 15 minutes.

Just left and they told me to wait for my food in spot #2 and I was there waiting for over 15mins. I had to get out and go in. They completely forgot my order which was only a Big Mac and I still had to wait for them to get it while inside. I'm never coming back here again.

It took 20 minutes for me to place my order, both lines were open and only 2 cars in front of me. Waited another 11 min to collect my food. Don't come here if you want 'fast food'.

EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE! I saw 3 employees at the window spanking each other and the young man grabbing what appeared to be the managers breast. The other female noticed me watching all of this go down and she mocked me, "haha look at that customers face.." the other two noticed and continued their actions. I can't think of a time I've been more disgusted with people's actions at work.

I chose to go inside to place my order vs the drive thru. Everyone was very nice & accommodating. When she handed me my frappe I was so happy I was speachless. Thank you!

I don't know what wrong at this location they seem to excel at poor service. Placed an order, parked in a curbside space because drive thru was busy. After waiting 15 minutes and watching the drive thru clear out I went in for my order. He was about to bring it out. He's been out twice to another car. I was in a hurry so I took it and left. We had to make back in time for school to start and I didn't count on 15 minutes waiting. Get home and of course they miss something so I still have a hungry kid and they won't answer the phone. I do t expect much from McDonald's and they seem to have no problem meeting that expectation especially at this location.

So once again back at the same McDonald's same manager she told us to "pull up so we can get your 'fresh meat'" but that didnt make sense last time we waited like an hour and then it was the same manager until this manager is FIRED I will continue to rant about McDonald's in all ways possible

as usual, the line took forever. i waited only to be told they "ran out of food". they even set up cones to stop people from coming through. this location is in need of some serious management changes.

Line is always long and you sit for 20-30 minutes , order is always wrong. Cashiers in drive thru are always loud , rude and obnoxious. Sticking their head out window and yelling , rolling their eyes. When trying to correct order they shut the window in your face..

My 16 year old daughter had a virtual interview scheduled today at noon for the McDonalds across from St. Charles Town Center. She even received a reminder from McDonald's at 11:30 am to remind her of the interview. We thought that was a nice gesture. NOT!! Well at 11:50, my daughter was logged in with the link MCDONALDS sent to be connected to the interview. My daughter was getting nervous because at 12:05, nobody appeared. I said just give them some time. At 12;15, parents were starting to get nervous because again NO ONE appeared. She tried emailing them from previous emails she received prior to the interview, but it became well apparent she was having a conversation with a robot and not an actual person by the generic responses. Now it is 12:25, and a message pops up on the screen saying Thanks, we enjoyed our time with you. REALLY?????? This would have been my daughters first interview and thank you MCDONALDS for ruining the experience. I said use this as a teachable moment that everyone DONT deserve your time or your talents. As much as I enjoy the fries, I will not visit another McDonalds AGAIN. You have over 99 billion sold? NOW it is 98!!!! Good Riddance!!

Not sure what is going on with this place but it is going downhill fast, girl at drive thru register was more interested talking on her cell phone, then doing her job, but in her defense she did put in the correct order of the 2 for $4 special running right now, I sausage egg mcmuffin and 1 bacon egg cheese biscuit, this was at 6:13 am and there was one car in front of me, so naturally I received a Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit that was made some time last week I think and some a very soggy greasy hash brown, I never ordered, but of course these fools think they should make at least $15 per hour when they are not worth $5. Look at all the negative reviews for this place. Hello Corporate??? Hello District Manager??? Now you know why Chic-Fil-A is the nations favorite!!

If you plan on coming here in the evening it will take an hour to get your food if not longer and like other people have said there will be no explanation. Why is it whenever I go to a "fast food" McDonalds drive-thru it takes forever. Should not take 30 minutes to an hour. If I wanted to wait that long I would have went to a sit down restaurant.

Be prepared to wait, also always double check your order before you leave especially if you go through drive thru. I have gone multiple times and about 90% of the time I ask for an Artisan GRILLED chicken sandwich and what do I end up with?! A buttermilk CRISPY chicken sandwich...like really?!

This place always has rude customer service and old food. Today the shift manager actually tells her employees on the registers to, "Yell their orders out to them and if they don't get it, put it back!" This place has had 2 renovations since I've been here, but the quality of the overall product doesn't change. None of the McDonalds in Waldorf are that great, but this one is clearly the worst. The "best" one would have to be inside the mall food court. At least your food is fresh.
