"The health department also closed the McDonald’s in the Meadows Mall food court December 2 after inspectors investigated a customer complaint. The customer reported that the restaurant served bagged apples that were expired, a complaint validated by the inspector, who shut down the restaurant after finding there was no working hand sink. The broken sink was filled with dirty water. The location re-opened the same day with a three-demerit A grade." - Susan Stapleton
