Meet Dalia - Mediterranean restaurant in Miami Beach

Very nice place. Amazing atmosphere on the beach side. Live music and dance makes it a great place to chill out. Some vegetarian options available. Drinks were decent, we tried Manhattan, purple lady, Hawaiian blue and classic mojito Fettuccine Alfredo was good, fries were good. Margherita and shrimp spaghetti was decent. Chocolate lava cake was good. Cheesecake was ok. Portion size is small and expensive as well. Felicita(Feli) is an amazing server. Very helpful and responsive.

I must say its the best food I have ever had in the vibrant streets of Miami. The place was perfect for our taste and the food was just awesome. i was more awed by the black beans soup that came with grilled chicken. Gustavo, our server was awesome and even explained us how the food is made so delicious!! Great place and all 5 stars to Gustavo !!!!

We went in with high hopes but left a bit disappointed. ✅ Watermelon & feta salad – fresh and very refreshing on a hot summer day ✅ Burrata salad – cooling and a nice way to start the meal ✅ Mushroom pizza – good flavor 🆗 Vodka sauce pasta – arrived cold and the sauce was just okay 🆗 Lemon chicken – my husband found it just average ❌ Roasted cauliflower – tasted boiled; we were expecting a roasted texture and some crunch I also wish they offered more innovative vegetarian options. And we weren’t thrilled that they expect additional tips on top of the mandatory 20% service charge. Overall, I don’t understand the high rating for this place. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had an amazing dinner at Meet Dalia! We got the dip trio with fresh baked pita bread.. so good!!! Our waiter, Gustavo, was excellent! Would definitely visit here again.

Ricky at Meet Dalia is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. The service was fast, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Ricky really knows how to take care of guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend asking for him when you visit — he’s the best!

My husband and I have been having our meals at Meet Dalia for the past 3 days. The service has been excellent as well as the food, there has been absolutely no disappointments. Our server Katya ensured that we were well taken care of! Currently enjoying my Lychee Mimosa 🥰🥰

Absolutely loved my experience at Meet Dalia! The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The branzino and octopus were cooked to perfection, and the cocktails were top-notch. A huge shoutout to Jam Ray, our server — super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. He gave great recommendations and really made us feel welcome. The vibe here is unmatched — perfect mix of beachside views, greenery, and relaxing Mediterranean energy. I have celiac so I can’t eat gluten and I went for breakfast and had a delicious açaí bowl(no granola) and a latte. I went 2 days in a row and one day I got shrimp cocktail and the cocktail sauce was gluten free! Mateo was amazing and very accommodating.

Had dinner at Meet Dalia on Ocean Drive and really enjoyed the evening. The ambiance was perfect--stylish, relaxed, and right on the beach. We had a Bloody Mary, Old Fashioned, and Margarita, all crafted nicely. Mehmet, our server, was fantastic--friendly and attentive, which made a big difference. We made a reservation just a few hours ahead and were seated easily. Food was a mixed bag. The seafood pasta was a bit meh--around 6/10 because the seafood didn't taste very fresh. But the special branzino was really good. We also got a kids cheeseburger (well done) and truffle fries, which I'd give a 7/10. One downside: street vendors kept approaching us selling flowers, cigars, and pictures while we were trying to enjoy dinner and the beautiful South Beach views. It was a little annoying and took away from the experience. Overall, great vibes, good drinks, and solid service. Would return to try more but maybe skip the seafood pasta next time.

Food 7/10 Ambiance 9/10 Service 7/10 Nice restaurant with average food in south beach that's across from the beach. Prices were reasonable but 20% gratuity fee is included and when we asked the waiter, he said it wasn't. For the meals posted we spent about $200 not including the gratuity and tax.

*Consider this review to be more of a 3.5* With lots of choices on the ocean dr strip it can be overwhelming trying to pick a place for dinner. This restaurant is located as part of The Gabriel hotel. Prices are average (higher end but not crazy). Like the rest of the restaurants here they're eager to gain your patronage. You can literally negotiate deals for drinks / dinner before sitting down if you feel up to it! Since we were staying at the Gabriel we simply went there for convenience. It was our last night in Miami and thought it would be fun to watch the crowds of people streaming along the sidewalk. I'm not sure what kind of atmosphere this restaurant is going for. Music selection was all over the place. But it looked nice and the servers were energetic and friendly. We ordered sparkling water and I had an old fashioned. I'm not sure which bourbon they used, but it wasn't very good. It tasted pretty cheap but I was worried if I sent it back or asked for a different bourbon of choice I'd get hit w a steep up-charge so I decided not to say anything. For food we had the trio of dips w pita bread. It was good! The baba ghanoush was our least fav tho. For dinner my wife ordered the half lemon chicken and she enjoyed it. I had the spicy shrimp linguini (house made pasta) and was actually surprised by how much I liked it - and it was a nice large portion. Prices for the meals we ordered were fair - they did have some options that were priced extremely high for a restaurant hotel - I wouldn't get them here personally. Overall, a super solid experience. We were never rushed, had good food, and enjoyed people watching as they explored the night life. If you're staying at the Gabriel or a nearby hotel and don't feel like taking an uber out I'd say it's worth stopping here.

My bartender Smilie was good. We had a good time. the only thing he charged me for bread. Never told me there was going to be a charge.

Came to Meet Dalia and the drinks were amazing! The Mojito was refreshing and our server Richard was the BEST!

Located inside the Gabriel Hotel, it is the restaurant on the property. The food was ok, prices were a bit high. We ordered a Greek omelette and an avocado toast. I thought the avocado toast was just average. The hard boiled egg looked over cooked. The omelette was way better. Toast was bit browner than expected but tasted good. My biggest issue with the place is the cleanliness. The planter had jelly on it. Service was a bit slow in the beginning but I think they only had one server on site.

If I could give this restaurant a 6 I 100% would. The service, atmosphere, and food was delicious! Our server Korey was on it! He made sure our water was filled and we were happy customers. I absolutely love Mediterranean food and Meet Dalia lived up to the expectation. We started out with the trio dip platter, out of the 3 the Tzatziki was the table favorite. It was unlike any tzatziki I've ever tasted, it was super thick. The pita which was served with the dish was fresh baked to order. Moving on, our two entree dishes, grilled and lemon chicken, were extraordinary! The lemon has the perfect amount of zest and the vegetables with the grilled chicken were seasoned to perfection. The inside was very clean and lovely, would eat here again!

Will return. This Mediterranean restaurant is on the main drag in South Beach's Ocean Dr. Great location, service and food. Fake flowers. Apparently, it's the Gabriel Miami South Beach, (Curio Collection), one of many Hilton properties in South Beach. Our server said the hotel doesn't have a kitchen - I'm wondering if this kind of marriage is common on Ocean Dr., or I misunderstood him. We chose to sit by the front row on the sidewalk, for a change: getting close to the pedestrians may not be everyone's cup of tea. We've a few small plates: they're all good.  Bathrooms are inside the hotel.

Everything here was fantastic! Our server , Gustauo, was an absolute delight. Our food was equally amazing! If you're in south Beach, I highly recommend checking them out!

Wow wow wow! I spent my birthday here and the experience was amazing!! Our server, Gustavo, even pulled out my chair for me and there were so many super nice people checking on us the whole time. The food and drinks were super duper yummy, and we sat inside where it is really pretty and all the chairs are so comfy. The whole experience made me feel so special for my birthday, I would highly recommend coming here for a regular night or a special occasion!

Service was fine, food is far below average. In a town with amazing dining options I would find another option. Pictured is their "half chicken" which is a butterflied chicken breast with unseasoned box rice.

Visited Meet Dalia for my birthday brunch. The dining space has the most lovely decor and music to set the vibe. Sarah served us and her hospitality was spectacular. She was so attentive and had a great personality and vibe & even had nice words for my birthday! I ordered Greek omelette and my boyfriend ordered shashuka and we both enjoyed it very much. Our coffee was great too. Recommend stopping by!

Got green goddess and steak and eggs breakfast. Both were very good! They accommodated my no pork and no sugar requests. Atmosphere in front of the ocean drive was also great. Very beach vibe

First time dining here. Location is prime right on ocean drive and is a take on Mediterranean. I came here with a party of two others. They have a good variety on their drink menu with multiple different sizes of drinks. They were well made with a good amount of alcohol. The calamari had good sizes of squid and was well seasoned. I had the spicy shrimp linguine. Overall it was well seasoned with shrimp that was cooked properly. The spicy part was a bit of a misnomer but nonetheless was enjoyable. I tried my other party members food as well. I thought the smoked salmon sandwich was the best thing the three of us got. The smoked flavor was amazing but not overpowering. Overall the food and ambiance was great. Special shout out to our server, Gustavo, who was attentive, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable.

Good Mediterranean food with all day (you need to ask) happy hour drinks only--no food--noting you must order at min a medium cocktail and the 2nd one is free. This can be the same flavor or different--again noting the med cocktail is $29 for one and you get the other free). Connected to the Hilton Curio Gabriel hotel/Park.

Very cool spot obviously. The server Melissa recommended the white fish, Blanquillo? Might be misspelling but it was awesome! Had the Smoke Show cocktail. If you like Mezcal it's great. Melissa was A+. Listen to your server and you won't be disappointed!

They are the best. My drink came out perfect and my waiter Richard is so sweet. It's a nice outside/inside restaurant with many fans so you're not hot.

My boyfriend and I spent our 5 year anniversary here and had the best time! The hotel is centrally located not only near the beach but also many good restaurants! The rooms are modern and cozy and there are two pools, one being on a rooftop. We had the best bartender Servet! He was personable and made a delicious espresso martini. Would highly recommend!

Best waiter around go to Meet Dalia for the best seafood tower and service on South Beach!

Typical Ocean Blvd eatery, with outdoor dining and great people watching. Prices are definitely elevated but they do have happy hour drinks (no good though!), which is a nice 2-for-1. Wait staff is nice and appropriate attentive. Nice for a drink after some sunbathing

Shrimp linguine was so delicious. Drinks were also very yummy; I got the strawberry mango mojito. Service from Richard was excellent, always checking in with us and giving us the best recommendations for Miami! The restaurant itself is cool; just off the beach and the lights make the vibe so cool! Definitely recommend!!!

We flew in for a night, and locals recommended this place... so we came and were highly disappointed. The service sucked, the food was mediocre at best. The ambiance was nice, but that was it. I got the snapper and a drink and spent $88.00; that's unbelievable. We asked for water but never got it. We asked for ranch and waited FOREVER FOR IT. Our waitress checked us out before we were done because her shift was over. I've been a waitress before, and you don't do that. You wait til your table is done.I think it's incredibly OVERPRICED and not worth it at all. I didn't even get the French fries to accompany my meal. Save your money, go somewhere else.

This place is delicious and the service is even better. We ate at different restaurants in the area and we kept on coming back here because this place never disappointed us! And our server Wilson made our dining experience even better!

Tried this place after reading some good reviews . Any restaurant with a placard outside showing photos of food in my opinion is already a questionable choice - we sat down anyway to give it a try . Lobster bisque was overly thick and tasted like warm milk , salmon and steak were edible but the pasta with tomato sauce tasted like spaghettio's from a can. We were pretty disappointed in our meal overall, especially when other guests were smoking hookah pipes at nearby tables - also waitress did not get our order correct . South beach restaurants along that strip seemed similar so maybe our expectations were too high for this experience- our memories from several years ago visiting south beach was that it was a cool hip place to get a meal, now however, it's seedy and touristy.

Fun place to watch peeps and listen to music. Food is typical American/Mediterranean. I wish I could find my steak inside my sandwich.

Me and partner where in Miami at South Beach for the first time on his birthday and Dalia was the first stop as we waited to check-in to our stay. We enjoyed a great brunch at Dalia! I had a classic steak and eggs as well as my partner and mimosas and phew what a kick off. The ambience was excellent listening to the ocean with light tunes and the service was even better. Our server was Mateo and while he was new he was superb! He was tentative, efficient, and pleasant! This will be our opener every year we stop in South Beach!

Nice restaurant with sidewalk seating. The avocado toast was nice to try but the potatoes were really good. The mimosas were very good! The service was decent. The workers gave us time to think about what we wanted and they were friendly.

Enrique is a STAR. Made our bachelorette trip that much better. Drinks were perfect. Pool is great. BUR ENRIQUE IS AN ANGEL. I cannot give a better review I would stay here/hang here/drink here just if he was here. He made this whole vacation and hay much better WE LOVE HIM.

We had a reservations here based on online reviews and images, nothing at the actual restaurant matched the online description. After sitting down restaurant staff called me to ask if I was coming to my reservation, despite already being at a table. Very overpriced, frozen food, service seemed very disorganized and not very restaurant-like. Bad ambiance with traffic and loud noises occurring constantly. Hookahs located at each table and the waitstaff was seen smoking hookahs in between going to tables. Waiters were very pushy to try and upsell/sell more drinks in overt and rude manner. Images and menu descriptions were false/misleading - don't go here!

I came to eat here for the high reviews I was extremely let down. I ordered the red fish snapper it was extremely dry and unseasoned. My partner order the lemon half chicken, the rice was dry along with beans. Not worth the hype and the price. Avoid. The only thing was the 40$ drink.

This place is a total ripoff. I don't know how they got so many 5 star reviews. We ordered the octopus to start and it had one piece, not the pile of octopus like in the photos. And the vegetable sides were previously frozen and mushy. Our drinks tasted like they had almost zero alcohol. It was over $300 for 4 people, including only 2 "alcoholic" beverages. I wouldn't go back there for half that price. Plus, once they brought our food we didn't see the waiter again. And when we paid the waiter didn't want to tell us about the 20% surcharge...he was expecting us to tip on top of that!

This place does an illegal bait and switch. They have a happy hour on their website advertised which is completely different when you get there. None of the food items on the website are offered and hardly any of the drinks are discounted. This is completely a bait and switch scam. Avoid this place at all costs.

how did this place have a 4.5 rating .... the people who have eaten here and rated it must be from a state that the sun don't shine. the food was HORRENDOUS, drinks were good, service was okay. I'm sorry but don't waste your money here. $16 for calamari that was so fried and hard to eat, steak sandwich was black and un edible. My chicken Cesar wrap which i thought wouldn't be messed up... overwhelming with dressing and chicken was so dried and burnt. 20% gratuity is added on all checks.

It's never a good thing when there is a cockroach next to your table. It's also not a good thing when the manager acts like it's perfectly fine for there to be a roach by the table and doesn't feel the need to compensate for our ruined dining experience. Idk, is the health department ok with roaches at dinner service? It's also never a good thing when the restaurant is refusing to give your car back when your friend has the bill in her hand (as she is trying to get the restaurant to do the right thing) and you are trying to leave.

Today 9/10 we ate at Meet Dalia. If I Can give them a negative 5 star I would. We had lunch for two. First they convinced us by offering us 2 for 1 drinks with free shots. We ordered two filet mignon, two alcohol drinks and one virgen margarita, oysters and a desert. It came out to 258$. The gratitude was automatically added which the service did not deserve. The fillet looked to be about 4 ounces. I asked for medium rare and they over cooked and burned one. The oysters were dry and were the smallest oysters I have ever seen (the size of a quarter). The free shots never came and the two for one drink also never came they said they gave us the free virgen drink. The alcohol used to make the drinks were sour and cheap. In the end we said oh well. But then the disrespect was that we paid for a dessert to go and it turned out that they didn't have it available. So we asked for a refund and they told us no with an attitude saying to fuck off, that they don't do refunds but they can give us a "free" shot. When the first free shots offered never came in the first place. My desert was twice the price of the "free" shot they would have given me. But what about the actual the desert we paid for. When the people arriving heard they got up to leave and the server told us to please not say anything. We traveled from California to Miami for one day and I'm leaving with a bad taste.

Ate and drank here a couple times while staying at The Gabriel hotel in South Beach. We really enjoyed eating outside on the sidewalk and people watching on Ocean ave. The staff here, especially the hosts/managers are excellent. Always super friendly and attentive, they always went out of their way to make our 4 year old daughter feel special, even buying her dessert one night. Food here was pretty decent. We started off with a pepperoni pizza which was pretty good. Next I ordered a ribeye steak and added King crab legs. The steak was exactly to my liking and was very flavorful. Quality of the steak was okay, I found the steak to be a little grisly, but I still really enjoyed it. Crab legs weren't great quality either, so I'd probably pass on those next time. My girlfriend had the snapper which she enjoyed. Another thing of note is that This place does offer really big cocktails. They are a little on the weak side which is probably a good thing. We ordered 2 large margaritas and I was worried my gf would be wasted after drinking hers, but fortunately she was not. Definitely buzzed but not wasted. Overall I would say this place is great for a hotel restaurant. Great staff, decent food and drinks. Will def eat here again next time I stay at the Gabriel.
